They don’t call him “the Hulk” for nothing.

Linda Hogan, who was married to pro wrestler Hulk Hogan for nearly 25 years, sat down with Matt Lauer on “The Today Show” earlier this week and revealed that she often feared for her life around her ex-husband whenever he got pissed off.

Hogan is peddling a new book, titled “Wrestling the Hulk: My Life Against the Ropes” … and in it, she writes that her then-husband “tore my shirt. He threw lamps. He held me down on the bed with his hands around my throat during arguments, slamming doors, pounding walls. I was always afraid he would kill me in one of his rages.”

“He did not feel remorse,” Linda told Lauer. “And to this day he hasn’t apologized for any of his actions.”

Linda also explained why she never pressed charges against Hulk, saying, “I was quiet. I was afraid to say anything. Had I said something, the carpet would have been pulled out from underneath his career. … It’s scary. You don’t know how far they will go.”

So if she was willing to put up with Hulk’s violent episodes … what exactly broke up their marriage? Hogan says the turning point in their relationship was when she discovered that Hulk was doing drugs … and had been having an affair 10 years into their marriage.

“The drugs were always around,” she said, adding there was a “constant flow of pain pills.”

Linda says she always knew she would come clean about the abuse one day … and she believes that now is the best time.

“I didn’t want to add fuel to the fire,” she said, referring to her very public divorce from the professional wrestler back in 2007. “There are a lot of women out there in the world that are going through the same thing that I went through. if they can learn something from what I wrote, I hope I can help people.”

But Hulk has a totally different story, according to TMZ. He called into a radio show this week to clear his name, referring to Linda as “delusional” and her claims of abuse are “a cold, blatant lie.”

“Just take her and put her in the same category with the Iron Sheik and the Ultimate Warrior. They all belong together,” Hulk said on the radio, adding that his ex-wife is just trying to exploit him and his name.

Hulk Hogan spent the week in the hospital recovering after undergoing a critical surgery to repair ongoing issues with his back Tuesday (Dec 21).

The 57-year-old wrestling icon, who married his much younger girlfriend Jennifer McDaniel earlier this month, has always been plagued with back problems, and he basically had his entire spinal court built “from the ground up” in a surgery that lasted roughly 10 hours!

According to E! Online, Hogan (real name: Terry Bollea) was in the hospital as of Wednesday (Dec 22) and was said to be doing well at the time. No word on whether or not he was released in time to spend Christmas with his new wife.

Wrestling legend Hulk Hogan is getting married again……to a woman who more than 20 years younger than he is!

According to reports, 57-year-old Hulk Hogan (real name: Terry Bollea) recently applied for a marriage license in Florida so that he can officially make his 35-year-old fiancee Jennifer McDaniel his second wife. TMZ says Hogan and McDaniel have until January 11th 2011 before the license expires.

“I’m the happiest I’ve ever been in my life!” Hulk Hogan told TMZ.

Hulk and Jennifer have been dating since early 2008 and got engaged in December of last year, the same month Hulk and his first wife Linda’s divorce was finalized.

Hulk and Linda (who filed for divorce in 2007) have two children together: Brooke and Nick Hogan.

Hulk Hogan told TMZ what exactly caused him to have excruciating pain and spasms in his back, which in turn, landed him in a hospital bed in Clearwater, FL early Monday morning (Sep 6)……COLLECTING SEASHELLS BY THE SEA-SHORE!

The Hoganator, who has had multiple back surgeries in the past, said he that he could barely move Tuesday morning, and he could have possibly stirred up his old injuries after he and his girlfriend Jennifer spent a day over the weekend picking up seashells. Hulk says that the all of the bending over eventually took its toll and eventually got the best of him. Doctors believe he tore a muscle in his back, but they still need to run a few tests to make sure.

Hulk says he’ll probably be in the hospital for the next few days…

Pro Wrestling legend Hulk Hogan was hospitalized early this morning after suffering from excruciating back pain.

According to TMZ, Hogan has had several back surgeries over the years…and woke up this morning unable to get out of bed. His girlfriend then called an ambulance and he was rushed to a local hospital in Clearwater, FL. Tests are being run at this time.

The word going around town right now is that Hulk Hogan‘s ex wife Linda Hogan is now engaged to her 21-year-old boyfriend Charlie Hill!

The 50-year-old mother of two who finalized her divorce from pro wrestler Hulk Hogan back in 2009 is reportedly engaged to a guy who is young enough to be her son, and the two plan to marry next summer on Linda’s new yacht she named “Alimony.”

Linda and Hulk Hogan’s children Brooke and Nick are 22 and 20 years old respectively, so their new soon-to-be step dad could technically be considered their middle brother! (LMAO)

How gross… And what makes it even worse is that Linda and that kid have been dating for a little over 2 years now. So yeah…….you do the math!

LADY GAGA “HOMELESS” ??

The overnight pop queen we all know and love as Lady Gaga is refusing to purchase her own place of residence because she only wants to live on the stage. The pop phenomenon is currently living out of hotels while she’s working/touring and has all her personal belongings locked up in storage.

Gaga says: “My home is onstage. I have storage. I don’t care about those things (homes). I tell my fans this little poem I wrote: For every minute of the day/The truth is that I’m dead/Until I’m here onstage with you/Then I’m alive instead.”

DESTINY’S CHILD SETTLE COPYRIGHT CASE OUT OF COURT

Former Destiny’s Child members Beyonce, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams have finally decided to settle a long running copyright dispute outside of court. During their last album Destiny Fullfilled singer/songwriter Rickey Allen pushed allegations that their 2004 song Cater 2 U was inspired by a track he had composed with the same title, which was copyrighted in the mid-1990s. He claimed he handed over a version to producer Maurice Joshua, who allegedly went on to cover the song with the three divas. Joshua still says he never held a copy of Allen’s song. Allen filed suit against Destiny’s Child for compensation in a Chicago, Illinois court in 2006 and the three stars were due to appear before a judge Thursday (Dec 10) to give their testimonies. But the trio managed to avoid any given court dates after their public split in 2005 and agreed to settle behind closed doors.

Allen’s attorney, Matthew Wildermuth, says, “I can confirm that yes, it (the case) did settle. All of the issues have been amicably resolved and the case is going to be dismissed. (Allen is) excited about being able to devote time to posturing his musical career. All legal terms and agreement will not be released and the case will be dismissed by a judge Thursday.”

HULK HOGAN GETTING MARRIED AGAIN?

The Hulk (Hogan) does know best (or at least we hope so…), and is ready to tie the knot again with his girlfriend of two years Jennifer McDaniel. “He is engaged and is very happy,” a source told the New York Daily News.

This is great news following his very public, bitter divorce, with ex-wife Linda two years ago. The couple wed in 1983 and filed for divorce in November of 2007. The split got worse when ex-wife Linda starting dating Charlie Hill, someone who was around the same age as her own son and also one of her daughter Brooke‘s former classmates.

Hogan (real name: Terry Bollea) furiously responded in Rolling Stone about Linda’s rebound calling him a “shaggy-haired pool boy 30 years her junior.” And during the split Linda reported Hulk was stalking her! In July of 2008 the divorce was settled and all terms and conditions were held private.

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE SAYS HE WISHES HE HAD SUPPORTED JANET MORE

It’s been nearly six years since the “wardrobe malfunction” during Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson‘s 2004 Super Bowl performance. At the end of the performance Justin ripped open Janet’s jacket and revealed Jackson’s naked breast and nipple.  This shocking but brief nipple flash was viewed by over 140 million viewers and their families. Timberlake claims he did not know that she was topless underneath the jacket and distanced himself from the entire situation. But now the singer/songwriter tells Entertainment Weekly that he regrets the way he put off the situation.

“I wish I had supported Janet more. I am not sorry I apologized, but I wish I had been there more for Janet,” he said.

Well folks, we live and we learn… We’re sure he lost a good bit of his black fanbase when he did that too. If you were Janet, would you forgive him?

Championship wrestler Hulk Hogan agreed to look like he got battered and bloodied up by wrestling legend Ric Flair in an effort to promote their upcoming event “Hulkamania – Let The Battle Begin.” At a press conference in Sydney, Australia, Hulk and Ric were arguing and trading insults about their failed love lives when Flair started punching Hogan in the face over and over causing blood to pour from his head.

But don’t get too alarmed because it’s all FAKE! Yes the blood is real and Ric Flair is really hitting Hulk but after doing a little research we found out that this type of stunt is called “blading” and it’s very common in the world of professional wrestling, which we all know is a highly staged sport. The process of blading is fairly easy. Basically, a small concealable razor is hidden in the attacker’s hand causing the attackee to receive a cut big enough for blood to pour out.

The pictures actually make it look really bad but if you take a look at the video, you’ll see that the whole thing was an act. If it were real, security would have bum rushed the stage when the first lick was handed out. Continue reading for more pics and to check out the video!

Pro wrestler Hulk Hogan held a book signing/meet and greet to support the promotion of his new book, “My Life Outside The Ring,” Tuesday (Oct 27) at Barnes & Noble 5th Avenue in New York City.

Hogan (real name: Terry Bollea) has reportedly come out of retirement and has returned to the world of wrestling. The 56-year-old actor/wrestler recently signed with TNA (Total Nonstop Action), the company responsible for Spike TV’s Thursday night series TNA Impact.

“I’m thrilled to be jumping back into the world of professional wrestling,” said Hulk. “My fans have been asking me to return to the business for many years on a full time basis, but the timing or the opportunity has never been right until now.”

Thank God Hulk Hogan answered the phone! The heavyweight champ was in a state of depression following a terrible sequence of events in his life. He was going through a very nasty divorce from his wife Linda (who was in the middle of a fling with a 19-year-old), his son Nick was in jail and above all, the Hulk says he felt lonely. In his new tell-all book, “My Life Outside the Ring,” he confesses that he had downed a cocktail of Xanax and Rum and was damn close to pulling the trigger on a loaded gun before his phone rang and his friend/co-star Laila Ali was on the other end. Ali had noticed Hogan acting very distracted and “distant” on the set of their show “American Gladiators” earlier that day.

Hogan, who still hadn’t gotten over losing the couple’s 23 years of marriage, claims his desperation came from his ex-wife Linda and the courts, who were trying to get him to pay $40,000 a month in alimony. He also said all of the constant partying, clubbing and drinking, and having women fall all over him every night made no difference when all he came home to was an empty house.

They have two children together, Nick and Brooke, who we all grew to love in their VH1 reality show “Hogan Knows Best.” And sadly, the only memories we the public have left of the Hogan family can be seen in the six seasons of the show. Even though the camera was meant to show the glamour it can’t take credit for what went on behind the scenes. In this case it was only growing confrontation waiting to happen.

“In public, we were all having the time of our lives, but that public image only further masked the problems that were growing behind the scenes,” Hogan further explains in his novel.

Ex-lovers Chris Brown and Rihanna made a lot of noise Thursday (Jun 11) at Game 4 of the 2009 NBA Finals Thursday (Jun 11) night in Orlando, FL as the Lakers defeated the Magic with a final score of 99 to 91.

It’s been a while since we’ve seen these two out and about under the same roof and even though they didn’t sit anywhere near each other, the media caused quite a frenzy prior to the game by saying they requested seats together. But we already knew that story was just a pot of bullsh*t just to get people talking.
