Put all the rumors to rest…..Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez are not engaged!

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ that the ring Halle was spotted with last week was not an engagement ring.

Oliver did indeed give Halle the ring as a gift…..but not as a sign of engagement.

Marriage could be in the future for the couple though, but as of right now they are just in a “committed relationship,” and are NOT engaged.

Maybe it’s a good thing…..take your time, Halle!

Halle Berry and her boyfriend of over a year Olivier Martinez are getting married!

The actress’ jewelry designer confirmed the news to People and told the gossip mag that Olivier proposed with a diamond-and-emerald engagement ring.

45-year-old Berry and 46-year-old Martinez, a French actor, met on the set of the 2010 movie “Dark Tide,” where they were co-stars. Soon after, the pair became an item off-screen, and the rest, as they say, is history.

The couple recently shared a quiet date night at a Cirque du Soleil show in L.A. and were very low-key, sources told People.com.

After the show, the two stopped by Katsuya Hollywood for a private dinner in “the Dragon Room,” where they continued their date night and reportedly had a “relaxing time together,” said an onlooker.

If Halle and Olivier decide to truly make their romance official with a wedding, it will make the third time Halle has walked down the aisle.

The Oscar winning actress was first married to former baseball player David Justice in 1993 before divorcing in 1997, and marrying R&B singer Eric Benet in early 2001.

Halle and Eric finalized their divorce in January 2005, and later in the year (around November), the actress started a new romance with French-Canadian supermodel Gabriel Aubry.

In March 2008, Halle and Gabriel brought their first child — a baby girl named Nahla — into the world. Within two years, Halle and Gabriel had broken up, which kicked off a nasty child custody battle between both parties.

After dealing with heartbreak for so long, Halle had said in various interviews that she would never get married again, but it appears as though she has had a change of heart.

Maybe the third time will be a charm?

Halle Berry recently won another round in the custody battle with her ex boyfriend, model Gabriel Aubry, over the pair’s 3-year-old daughter Nahla.

Apparently, Gabriel wanted to reverse a Los Angeles judge’s original court order than a nanny be present whenever he has custody of Nahla while the two are in Europe (Gabriel is in Spain taking care of Nahla while Berry is filming a new movie in Majorca), but the judge refused Gabriel’s request.

Although he’s allowed to spend 3 hours alone with his daughter and is allowed to take her to the park or out shopping … a court order states that a nanny must be present at all other times, including overnight stays.

Aubrey feels as though the nanny is intruding on his relationship with Nahla, and doesn’t like how his every move with his own daughter is supervised by some Nanny, while Halle and her new boyfriend Olivier Martinez get to spend solo time with her whenever they please.

Berry and Aubry have been going at it over the custody of their daughter ever since they broke up in the Spring of 2010 after spending 5 years together.

Aubrey has been accused of neglecting and verbally abusing Nahla, which probably explains why his visits with her must be supervised.

A particularly bitter blow-up occurred in February of 2010 according to the quoted witness. Berry returned from a trip and found Aubry at her home and told him to leave or she would call police.

He screamed that she was a ‘’ghetto n****r’’ and threw a chair against the wall,’ the witness is quoted as saying. ‘Halle was shaken and sobbing.’

The incident was not unusual, according to the witness.

Gabriel hated that Nahla was mixed race,’ a colleague of Halle’s claimed according to The Star. ‘He never wanted her hair to be braided, and he always said that Nahla was white.

Friends tried to get him to understand that being mixed was part of her and Halle’s heritage, but he wouldn’t hear it…’

No wonder Halle doesn’t trust him alone with their daughter. What is his problem?

While over in Spain filming a new movie titled “Cloud Atlas,” Oscar winner Halle Berry has broken her foot!

TMZ reports that a source spilled the beans and told them, “Halle was on the property where she’s staying and simply took a misstep. She heard a crack and then felt the pain. Halle went to the hospital, where doctors put her foot in a cast. She was taken out of the hospital in a wheelchair.”

But as always, the show must go on and TMZ says that instead of halting production …

… the immediate plan is to shoot around her. We’re told that will be a combination of things — shooting her from the waist up, using a stunt double, and shooting scenes for the next week or two in which Halle does not appear.

Halle Berry was spotted picking up her daughter Nahla from preschool in Beverly Hills Monday (Jul 11).

The actress just got a restraining order against an alleged stalker who trespassed onto her property 3 times in just 3 days. According to TMZ, the trespasser — named Richard Franco — was arrested after jumping over a fence surrounding Halle’s home on Saturday, Sunday AND Monday.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ … on Saturday … Halle says she was in her garage that was converted into a salon on her property, which is detached from her home. At some point she decided to go into the house through the kitchen to get a Diet Coke. According to the Halle’s declaration, “As I opened my glass kitchen door and closed it behind me, all of a sudden I sensed someone behind me and turned to see the intruder standing less than a foot behind me, staring through my glass kitchen door.”

Halle continues, “Panicking and in fear of my life, I turned my body and quickly hit the deadbolt lock on the glass door. I grabbed my phone and ran as fast as I could upstairs, slamming each door behind me as I ran.” She then called 911.

Halle says, “He has terrorized me and my family in three consecutive incidents over the last three days,” adding, “This person has invaded and trampled upon the most fundamental sense of security I have and I am extremely frightened of him and what he might do to me and those I love.”

Halle says when she saw Franco on her property he was carrying a book with “nonsensical ramblings and my name written in his handwriting.”

Franco is still in custody and a full hearing for a permanent restraining order is scheduled for August 1st.

Just when you thought all was quiet and good on the Halle Berry/Gabriel Aubry child custody front … the storm has once again erupted!

According to reports, the actress has accused her ex-partner of child neglect. Us Magazine reports:

During a Tuesday appearance in family court, Oscar winner Halle Berry accused her ex, Gabriel Aubry, of violating the April custody agreement involving their 3-year-old daughter. The actress’ lawyer Laura Wasser provided a lengthy court document documenting Gabriel’s parenting skills.

Berry alleges there was once an incident overseas where the Canadian model neglected his daughter, imperiling her safety. Berry, 44, asked the judge to rule that Gabriel violated their custody agreement. Since he was not in court, the judge set a hearing for a later date.

Halle’s rep told the magazine: “Halle has serious concerns for her daughter’s well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her. Halle has always made the needs and safety of her daughter her first priority and, both while Halle and Gabriel were a couple and since their break-up, Halle has only acted in her daughter’s best interest.”

The pair split back in April 2010 and the custody battle ensued earlier this year.

The event also featured appearances form many other celebrities, including Tyler Perry, Tom Hanks, Maria Shriver (Arnold Schwarzenegger’s estranged wife), Simon Cowell, Patti Labelle, Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes and tons more.

Halle Berry was spotted spending some quality mother/daughter time with her baby girl Nahla Monday (May 9) afternoon in Malibu, CA.

First, she took young Nahla on a mini-shopping spree at the 98% Angel store. Then, the pair headed over to a local park where Halle pushed her little one as she swung on the swings.

On a career note, Halle will be honored with the Celebrity Fragrance of the Year prize at this year’s FiFi Awards which will take place later this month (Wed. May 25th) in New York City.

Hollywood M.I.L.F. Halle Berry has never publicly addressed her ongoing custody battle with ex boyfriend Gabriel Aubry before, but in an interview with Extra, the 43-year-old Oscar Award winner finally opened up and talked about the court proceedings without giving exact details.

“It’s been a year full of challenges. When there’s a child involved, it’s a relief when you can resolve things in a good way,” Berry said. “Our issues were never about fighting for her. We both know a child needs both her parents.”

She continued, “But what I want to say about it is sometimes, as a couple, you reach an impasse. We need a court and a judge to help us work out some of the delicate issues, and I’m so happy we’ve arrived at that place — because for her sake, this is the best way. We both love her more than life.”

Berry has been entangled in a long custody battle with French-Canadian model Aubry, the father of their 3-year-old daughter, Nahla. The couple split back in April 2010.

Berry recently pulled out of her Broadway debut in the production of “Mountaintop” and the producers had attributed it to her “custody issues.” But PEOPLE claims that a source close to the actress has revealed that the information is incorrect. “She didn’t pull out of the play because of custody issues. She had a conflict of work,” the source said.

The source also talked about the custody battle: “Halle was never going for full custody. That wasn’t what it was about. Whatever the outcome, she wasn’t trying for that. There were just other issues that they couldn’t resolve and therefore the courts had to intervene.”

Hopefully for Nahla’s sake, these two can eventually work something out.

Hollywood Goddess Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry left the L.A. County Courthouse earlier today after trying to finalize a custody settlement with the judge. Judge Mark Juhas said to Gabriel and his lawyers, “We’re making huge progress.  We need to stick with it.”

Halle and her high priced team of legal sharks, Neal Hersh and Judy Bogen, went into chambers to talk with the judge. Before that, Gabriel and his linebacker corps of lawyers, Gary Fishbein and Kristina Royce, also paid a visit to “His Honor’s” chambers.

Reports suggest that is all part of a settlement conference over Nahla‘s custody and visitation.  The major stumbling block has been Halle’s acting schedule, which takes her out of town from time to time.

From what happened this AM, it looks like Halle and Gabriel are on the verge of an agreement/truce. And we can’t blame him because that woman is FINE! How can a man not agree to anything this beauty offers?

Renee Berry, Halle’s older sister on their father’s side , alleges thats the Hollywood actress “does not want anything to do with [her]” and appealed for the “Monster’s Ball” star to let “bygones be bygones.”

According to Renee, the OSCAR award-winning actress hasn’t spoken to her sibling in five years and Renee says she cannot for the love of her understand why.

The older Berry sister told the UK’s Daily Mirror:

“I’m sad to say it seems like she does not want anything to do with us. I have not spoken to her in about five years. I tried to contact her through her website, to congratulate her on her Oscar, but no one got back to me”.

Renee also went on to reveal that Halle has cut herself off from her brother Anthony, despite the fact that the pair were extremely close  just a few years ago. Halle has recently been  entrenched in a very public custody battle for her daughter Nahla, something that Renee says has been extremely painful for all of the family to watch.

“We are desperate to understand why Halle is so upset, why she feels she cannot be with us,” Renee pleaded. “Halle will always be my baby sister…It is sad because our grandmother Cora, who died in 2003, did not raise us to be apart like this”.

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry are waving their white flags at each other in the wake of their bitter (and very public) custody battle over their 2-year-old daughter Nahla. Well, at least for now.

While the couple hasn’t exactly “kissed and made up,” a source tells Radar Online that they aren’t at each other’s throats anymore either, and that’s a development that’s good for everyone involved in the situation.

Several negative items about Aubry have appeared in the media recently, and Halle released a statement through her rep, saying she was “concerned” for her child’s well being while she was in Gabriel’s care. Other accusations, attributed to friends of Halle’s and a former business partner of Aubrey’s, were that Gabriel had used the ‘N word’. One report said he was verbally abusive to the 44-year-old Oscar winning actress during their five year relationship.

“I think Halle started realizing that things were getting out of control,” the source tells RadarOnline.com. “It was just getting too nasty and too public.”

Sources say that neither Halle nor Gabriel want to fight this battle in public. They stopped talking to each other as the war hit its most intense peak but now they have resumed speaking again.

“Gabriel has not responded to the allegations that have been made against him,” one source told RadarOnline.com. “His thing has always been that he will save the truth and fight, if needs be, in the privacy of family court, where no cameras or press are allowed. Gabriel and Halle even resumed talking again last week, and it seems that Halle is going to be making it easier for Gabriel to spend time with Nahla, which has been a sticking point between the two up till now. Hopefully this is the start of the two of them being able to form some kind of workable co-parenting relationship for the sake of their daughter.”

At this point, Halle is still determined to do whatever it takes to make sure her daughter is fine, but she also wants her disagreement with Gabriel to be contained within a closed courtroom when that time comes.

The custody battle between Halle Berry and her ex boyfriend Gabriel Aubry gets worse and worse as the days go on and more stories come out. But several sources close to the Hollywood actress tell PEOPLE that things between the former couple got really bad around Christmastime.

Berry became alarmed, say the sources, when the couple’s 2½-year-old daughter Nahla became hysterical after Aubry came to pick her up for a visit a few days before the holiday. “She was crying and kicking and screaming,” claims one source. “She was hanging onto her mother’s legs so she didn’t have to go.”

According to the source, when Berry tried to calm down her daughter, Aubry grew impatient. “He got Nahla and forced her into the car,” adds the source, who says that Berry was extremely upset by the incident and that things between the exes – who had at one point been on friendly terms – immediately disintegrated.

Other sources close to Berry, 44, say a similar episode played out several subsequent times, including one incident in which Nahla appeared “traumatized,” according to a Berry source, after a visit with her father. They claim such episodes led Berry to fear for Nahla’s well-being. A rep for Berry had no comment on the claims.

In December, Gabriel filed a paternity petition to protect his fatherly rights and establish shared custody. And now, just a month later, US Weekly is reporting that Halle plans on taking HIM to court to fight for custody of Nahla! The 44-year-old Oscar winner has even pulled out of the upcoming “New Year’s Eve” movie, which begins filming in NYC this week, to clear her schedule so that all goes according to (her) plan.

“Halle Berry was forced to pull out of a film production in New York this week due to pending custody litigation involving her daughter,” her rep tells UsMagazine.com in a statement. “She has attempted to resolve these custody issues amicably with her daughter’s father, Gabriel Aubry, directly, but given his lack of cooperation, Halle has no choice but to seek swift judicial intervention.”

But why is she even going to court in the first place?

Apparently Halle Berry does NOT play when it comes to her little girl’s well-being. She might be a bit crazy, but it seems like she is (or wants to be) a damn good mother!

We guess all isn’t so good in the neighborhood with Halle Berry and her baby daddy Gabriel Aubrey after-all!

A source tells Radar Online that Halle has “nasty screaming fits” and “angry meltdowns,” and not only that, but Gabriel is under the impression that that Halle has even gone as far as hiring a private investigator to follow his every move. (Wow!!)

The source says the situation got so bad that Gabriel filed a petition last month to declare his fatherly rights to he and Halle’s 2-year-old daughter Nahla because he is keen to establish his visitation and custody rights, something the source says Gabriel has been anxious to do for some time now.

“Basically whenever Gabriel doesn’t do exactly what Halle tells him to do, or if he does something she doesn’t approve of or like, she goes crazy on him, screaming and shouting,” the source says. “Contrary to public perception Halle has a particularly nasty temper, and she can be really controlling and vindictive. I’ve been with him when he’s gotten these insane calls from Halle — with her screaming at him and going crazy, when the poor guy hasn’t done anything!”

The source says the couple’s troubles really came to a head towards the end of last year when Gabriel started dating other women. He was photographed out in public on dates and a number of magazines ran stories about him dating and enjoying the single life.

“Halle was absolutely furious and had a complete melt-down. She basically gave him an ultimatum — to choose between dating other women and carrying on being on her good side. She was particularly angry that he had been so public, even going to a Lakers game one time, and she totally berated him, basically telling him that if he has to date, just date a nobody waitress that nobody will care about.’ Gabriel is one of the most laid-back, nicest guys that I know, but in the end he just got sick of being bossed around and told what to do by his ex-girlfriend.”

The source says that Gabriel is keen to legally establish his visitation and custody rights to ensure his future relationship with his daughter – and then move on with his life. But, although Gabriel has filed for legal custody he has no desire, or intention, to try to take Nahla away from her mother.

In fact, despite his troubles with Halle he still maintains that she’s a good mother. He just wants to ensure he’s able to carry on being a good father. “At the end of the day Gabriel’s just sick of being told who he can and can’t date by Halle, and he’s had enough of it,” the source says. “It’s like completely hypocritical as well as she has been dating Olivier Martinez since last summer.

“But when Gabriel brought that up to her he said that she insisted it was different and that her relationship with Olivier was purely for business purposes. The situation is completely crazy.”

And according to the source things could soon get even nastier — and crazier. “Gabriel told me that he believes Halle is having him tailed by a private investigator, and trust me, he’s not just some paranoid dude with a wild imagination. He said he’s noticed a car following him a few times now and that he’s just got this weird feeling that he can’t shake of being watched.

“Judging by Halle’s past actions and threats it wouldn’t surprise me, if Gabriel doesn’t follow her rules she’s going to fight nasty. But, if she thinks a PI is going to dig up anything salacious or scandalous I think she’ll be sorely disappointed. Gabriel’s one of the straightest, nicest, bordering on boring guys I know.”

Meanwhile, you can expect Team Berry to go into PR overdrive when it comes to reports of troubles between the two, or of any bad behavior on the 44-year-old’s behalf. Halle is very protective of her image and those around her have already gone to great lengths to say that everything is great between her and Gabriel, often twisting the truth to portray Halle in a better light.

In fact, last year when RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that Gabriel had ended the couple’s five year relationship, a “source close to Halle” quickly fired back, claiming that SHE had in fact ended the romance months before it was announced, “kicking him out because he wasn’t able to pull his weight in the relationship” and that “she wanted to move on.”

But, the truth will out eventually, and the fact that Gabriel has felt the need to take legal action to establish his paternity rights certainly points to there being trouble in paradise.

Here’s what we know.  Sources say Gabriel was afraid things were going to get rocky in establishing who gets to spend time with the 2-year-old, so he wanted to protect his rights.

Turns out … we’re told whatever differences Halle and Gabriel have … they’ve been pretty much worked out. Our sources say the former couple has not filed for child custody, visitation or support and they don’t plan to file — they have an arrangement they worked out between the two of them and don’t feel the need to go to court.

One source told TMZ … on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being nuclear war … Halle and Gabriel are a 2.

Hopefully they can work it out, and based on how things have gone thus-far it’s looks like they’re doing a pretty good job at it!

Halle Berry looked absolutely striking as she made her big arrival at the 68th Annual Golden Globes Awards, held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday (Jan 16). The actress was wearing a form fitted black dress with a mesh cut that showed off her shapely legs.

Halle was nominated in the “Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture” category for her performance in “Frankie and Alice”, but lost to Natalie Portman. She also presented the award to Paul Giamatti for “Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture”.

Hot momma Halle Berry and daughter Nahla Aubry did some shopping together at the Century City Mall in L.A. last Thursday (Dec 15).

The Hollywood Reporter’s annual “Power 100: Women In Entertainment Breakfast” took place this Tuesday (Dec 7) in Beverly Hills.

Halle Berry and her boyfriend Olivier Martinez were spotted leaving a restaurant in Hollywood, CA on Friday (Dec 3).

The actress was seen smiling getting ready to leave the restaurant as she was kissed on the cheek by an elderly friend. However, her expression changes when she sees the paparazzi waiting outside. Boyfriend Olivier wasn’t too far behind, and after escorting Halle to her car, he seems to have lost it and allegedly hit one photographer and knocked another one down before taking off in his car. We wonder what happened?

When a picture of Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez kissing in Paris surfaced back in September, no one really knew if the “Dark Tide” co-stars were just having fun or if they were really falling for each other.

Well, since then, Halle’s been spotted with Martinez out and about having dinner together and looked pretty official as they held hands walking down the pink carpet at the Carousel of Hope Ball in October. Children can be a lot to handle at times…..

On the “Ellen Degeneres Show” earlier this week, actress Halle Berry spoke on how she recently almost had a heart attack when she lost her daughter Nahla in a department store.

“Talk about sweating. And you just freak out for about 30 seconds. I came undone. I think my head projected off my body. And then all of a sudden, I looked down at a price tag or something, and she toddled off for what seemed like two seconds. The next thing I know, I looked back around and it was like, Whosh! Gone! And I said, ‘Nahla? Nahla? Nahla?’ Gone. My heart just started … I’m like, Close the store! Shut the door! My daughter’s gone!’”

But to her luck, Nahla hadn’t gone very far and was actually right next to her in a rounder of clothes.

“She was right next to me — in a rounder of clothes where the pants were hanging. Right there. And after I became a lunatic and totally embarrassed myself, she stuck her head out and was like, ‘Hi.’”

One rule of parenting……never take your focus away from your kids, not even for a split second!

Halle Berry shined in a sparkly silver dress as she walked the red carpet Monday night (Oct 25) at the Beverly Hills Hotel in California for the 14th Annual Hollywood Awards Gala.

Remember that hilarious Jamie Foxx/Martin Lawrence “Skank Robbers” skit that debuted the night of the 2010 BET Awards this past summer? Well, if you liked it (which we’re pretty sure you did) we have some good news!

According to S2S Magazine, Jamie and Martin have turned their one-off parody into a real movie, and word is, they grabbed Halle Berry for a role! Peep the full story below:

What started out as a joke for Jamie Foxx and Martin Lawrence is now an actual movie, and they managed to snag Halle Berry.

You could say that Skank Robbers pulled a move like Machete, going from one-time skit to major-film project. When audiences saw a fake teaser for Skank Robbers at the 2009 BET Awards, it was so popular that Screen Gems picked it up for development. Up until now, there hasn’t been too much more talk about Skank Robbers, but when “Extra” recently caught up with Jamie, he revealed some exciting tidbits about the project and its plot.

“We rob banks from northern California to southern California. Halle’s in it, so it’s going to be hot,” Jamie confirmed to “Extra” without giving any specifics on what role Halle may play in the film.

This announcement makes Halle the first cast member, outside of Jamie and Martin, to be confirmed for the film, due out some time next year.

Well what do we have here? Has Halle Berry found love again? Seems so! Either that, or she’s just having a little fun……

The Hollywood actress and French actor Oliver Martinez (ex husband of Australian singer Kylie Minogue) were spotted locking lips while they enjoyed a night out in Paris, France recently. Sources say that night, the pair (who are currently filming a new movie called “Dark Tide” together) walked hand-in-hand and were laughing and hugging each other, not even caring that shutterbugs were nearby snapping away.

An onlooker told PEOPLE: “It was the classic, ‘I’m going to kiss you here in a dark corner,’ move. And she was waiting to be kissed. They had their arms around each other as they walked. They were both smiling and laughing Their body language was very flirtatious. They definitely seemed like a couple – absolutely looked like more than friends.”

The two, both 44-years-old, hopped on Oliver’s motorcycle and headed to Casa Bini restaurant where they had a nice dinner date. And after dinner, that’s when Martinez took Berry on a cozy back-street tour of the St. Germain district before making their way back to his pad. On the way, the couple stopped and kissed in a doorway for TWO MINUTES (according to an onlooker nearby).

Actress Halle Berry and her ex boyfriend Gabriel Aubrey were spotted picking up their daughter and playfully swinging her around in the air as they took a quick family stroll while out and about in London Thursday morning (Aug 26). The family of three spent the day visiting the London Eye, Harrods and watching the changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace.

Even though Halle and Gabriel split up months ago, they still find themselves spending a lot of time together……and they have their 2-year-old daughter Nahla to thank for that. However, a source close to Halle Berry tells People that despite what it may look on the outside, Nahla’s parents aren’t getting back to together anytime soon.

“They are great parents and they want the best for Nahla,” a source close to Berry tells PEOPLE. “She is their priority. They love that little girl a lot. They’re going to co-parent and go on with their lives,” the source says. “They will be in each other’s lives forever.”

Indeed they will! It’s good to see that Halle and Gabriel can continue to stay on good terms for the sake of their daughter…

The Oscar-winning actress will be leading an ensemble cast in the big screen adaptation of the novel “Shoe Addicts Anonymous” by Beth Harbison. The film tells the story of four women from four ethnic backgrounds in Chicago who all share the same shoe size and are addicted to shopping for shoes. This will be the first time we’ve seen Halle since her last movie “Things We Lost in Fire” in 2007.

Filming for the Paul Weiland directed film is set to begin sometime later this year.

It’s been a little while now since Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry have been together, and they still seem to have conflict concerning custody arrangements for their 2-year-old daughter. Word on the sidewalk is that Ms. Berry has been making it pretty difficult for Gabriel to see Nahla. And we hear she’s going to make it even more difficult for Gabe as she plans to take baby Nahla with her to South Africa for 3 months to film a movie.

“It’s been pretty difficult for Gabriel to see Nahla the last few weeks,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “He’s really getting sick of it and it’s getting to the point where he is seriously considering his options regarding pursuing permanent custody. He refuses to give up rights to his daughter, he loves her more than anything and is determined to be a regular, full time fixture in her life.

“The latest issue is that Halle is due to move to South Africa during July, August and September to work on a movie and she wants to take Nahla with her full time. That would mean Gabriel not seeing his daughter for three whole months and there’s no way he’s going to allow that,” the source told RadarOnline.com

As you could probably imagine, Gabriel was not pleased with the thought of not being able to see his little girl for 3 months, so he requested that Nahla stay in Los Angeles with him until Halle returns from South Africa. But Halle wasn’t having that at all and their discussion got a little nasty:

“Gabriel requested that he be allowed to keep Nahla with him in Los Angeles but Halle wouldn’t let that happen, so the two reached a total stalemate and it started getting nasty, with both of them looking into entering a legal battle,” the source said.

Ultimately, the two parents were able to come to an agreement and Halle will actually pay for Gabriel to come with them to South Africa where he will be a full-time nanny of sorts and care for baby Nahla while Ms. Berry is working. And the two even plan on living under the same roof during that time for the sake of the little girl.

“In the end they reached an agreement. Basically Halle is going to pay Gabriel to be a kind of full time nanny and to come to South Africa for the three months she’s there, and to be Nahla’s full-time caregiver. Halle has a huge house that’s being rented for her and she and Gabriel are going to try to live under the same roof and get along for the sake of Nahla. Heaven only knows how that’s going to work out, as they haven’t been on the best of terms lately, but they do both love their daughter so maybe they can make it work.

“Halle has got a contingency plan though. If it doesn’t work out with them both living in the same property, she has agreed to rent a house for Gabriel near where she will be staying, and then he gets to look after Nahla all day while she’s working, and return to his place at night. It’s certainly not a conventional solution, but who knows, maybe it will work for them. One thing is for certain though – this definitely is not any kind of attempt at reconciliation. It is definitely 100% over between these two, and if it wasn’t for the fact of sharing a child together they would quite happily never see each other again.”

Overall, we are glad that they were able to work that custody thing out… for now at least.

It’s no secret that Halle Berry is now on market and is free to begin dating, but the real question is who will be Ms. Berry’s next piece of meat?

Well, the good folks over at TMZ ran into Terrell Owens as he was leaving the Warren-Tricomi Salon in Los Angeles yesterday and the football star made it clear that he wants a stab at Halle Berry: “I hear Halle Berry’s single! I heard she’s on the market…”

Then the cameraman asked him to spit his best line for Berry, to which T.O. replied: “Trust me, with a body like this, and a body like hers… I don’t need to spit no game. That’s just real talk!”

Wow, T.O. is pretty confident in himself. What do you guys think? Does Terrell Owens have a chance with Ms. Berry? Our opinion is hell to the nah!
