Gary Coleman has been dead for almost an entire year, and his body has still not been buried.

Coleman’s manager Vic Perillo reveals in an essay that burial plans for the former child store have been put on hold due to the ongoing legal battle between his parents and his estranged wife Shannon Price. “This was not the proper and dignified manner to show respect for the magnificent talent the world TV and film audience knew in Gary Coleman,” Perillo said. “This was not the send-off he deserved.”

Perillo is also asking major networks to honor Coleman on the anniversary of his death. “On this, the first anniversary of his death, I have contacted the three major (U.S. TV) networks, asking them to honor Gary, his eight years on Diff’rent Strokes, his seven movies of the week, his work as a spokesman with the National Kidney foundation and the many charitable endeavours he gave of his time and effort to,” Perillo wrote according to WENN.com.

Gary Coleman, who rose to fame after starring in the hit 1970′s TV show “Diff’rent Strokes,” died in a Utah hospital on May 28th 2010 after suffering a brain hemorrhage. He was 42 years old.

“[Gary] was an accident waiting to happen. The last time I saw him he literally looked gray,” a rep for the police department told TMZ.

This also exonerates his super looney ex wife Shannon Price, who was publicly criticized for sounding uncaring in the 911 call she made after she found her ex husband’s body after an apparent fall. In the call, she was heard saying that she “can’t stand blood” and that was the reason why she couldn’t help him or take him to the hospital herself.

Gary’s parents also voiced their concerns about the circumstances surrounding their son’s death via their spokesperson Victor Perillo, who said: “If I had the dollars, I’d hire someone to take another look at the body to see if there was any blunt force trauma to the head. How did he hit his head? Why was there so much blood?”

Coleman’s former manager Dion Mial was suspicious too. At the time of Gary’s death, he said: “I wholeheartedly believe there was foul play here. There are criminal intentions relative to Gary’s death.”

Despite Gary expressing wishes that he wanted to be kept alive if he were to ever go into a coma, Shannon Price pulled the plug anyway, and was never officially named as a suspect in the investigation into Gary’s death. However, after people started to give her the side-eye, she released a statement saying that she had no involvement in her ex husband’s death, claiming that the two were on the verge of re-marrying before he died. But let’s not forget that this is the same woman who sold pictures of Gary on his deathbed to the National Enquirer because Gary wrote her out of his will and left her with NOTHING!

The saga continues concerning the death of Gary Coleman and his wacky ex wife Shannon Price, who has caused an uproar after selling photos of her posing with Gary as he lay dying in a coma. And since then, there’s been a lot of chatter as to what would happen to his body and how he would be memorialized. Now, several media outlets are reporting that Coleman’s body has been cremated and his family and ex wife were notified 4 hours after the procedure was done.

So what Shannon Price think about this?

As you can expect, she  was pissed with that fact that she didn’t a chance to see her ex hubby one last time and she felt that she should have been there…. but for what?! Why in the world would she feel the need to be there? She wasn’t even married to the man nor has she put a dime up for his funeral (even though she made $10,000 off selling those photos). And wasn’t she the one who decided to pull the plug on him (after only one day) in the first place? SMH…

Ultimately, the courts decided to have the body cremated and the remains will be released once a decision is made on who will be given power over Gary Coleman’s estate: his ex-wife Shannon or hix ex-girlfriend Anna Gray. Anna recently brought forth a will dating back to 2005 that names her the sole heir to Gary’s estate, while Shannon has a 2007 document (alleged “signed” by Coleman) that leaves his estate to her. A judge will have to decide if each of the documents are valid, though we’re willing to bet Shannon’s is a load of CRAP! We don’t know Anna so we can’t judge her, but that Shannon is a piece of work, yo!

There may not be any funeral plans for the late Gary Coleman, however his closest friends are organizing a private memorial on his behalf.

According to TMZ, Kent Emmons and Anna Gray, both good friends of Coleman, are putting together a night of memories and telling stories in honor of the actor. The event is suppose to take place in California and only 15 to 20 of Gary’s closest friends will be invited, excluding his crazy psycho bitch ex-wife Shannon Price and his parents.

Gary Coleman‘s death certificate was just released today and someway, somehow his marital status was listed as “married” in the document. Now this poses a HUGE question mark since Gary and his ex-wife Shannon Price divorced back in 2008. And she is apparently the person who provided the information for the death certification. However, we usually aren’t the ones to say anything but….

The cause of death was also mentioned in the document and was listed as a “closed head injury,” complicated by “chronic renal failure.”

But as far as Shannon putting “married” in Gary’s death certificate? Wow…

Former child star Gary Coleman left bittersweet instructions for his funeral. The actor, who died last month (Fri. May 28), requested in his two page will, filed in Utah Tuesday (Jun 8) that his remains be cremated and he only wanted “those who really cared personally” at his wake.

But now that will is being contested by a new will filed by his “wife” Shannon Price Thursday (Jun 10), in which he supposedly signs over his entire estate.

The actor wanted only “those who have no financial ties to me and who can look each other in the eyes and say they really cared personally for Gary Coleman,” according to the will. In addition, “I direct my personal representative to permit no members of the press to be present at my wake or funeral,” the will states.

The 1999 document appoints his former manager Dion Mial, 46, as executor of his estate, giving him broad powers to set funeral plans in motion, assess the value of the estate and decide how any money is to be paid out according to a trust, the details of which were not revealed.

Thursday (Jun 11) his ex wife Shannon Price (remember? the greedy bitch who sold his deathbed photos for $10,000) filed a new will claiming that Gary had signed EVERYTHING over to her, and now she’s battling with Dion Mial over Gary’s estate.

If she gets control of the estate, she will go along with Gary’s wishes of being cremated and she says she plans to scatter his ashes on “around some train tracks because trains were his hobby and he loved that very much.”

“And I think that he would really appreciate that I did that for him,” she added.

The mess behind Gary Coleman‘s death continues to get worse by the day!

Just one day after photos were released of his shady ex wife, Shannon Price posing next to Coleman on his death bed, she has decided to pursue full access to his estate. She claims to have a statement written by Gary Coleman stating that he wants to give Price everything when he dies:

The hand-written amendment filed with the petition today calls Price the “sole heir of any and all monies, properties, bank accounts, earnings, model trains, vehicles, cars, toys, games, electronics, homes, other inheritances if any, all things physical and/or intellectual.”

“This I have done because of my personal selfishness and weakness and I Love her with all my heart,” reads Coleman’s purported statement.

At a Friars Foundation event in New York, Motown legend Smokey Robinson expressed his anger over the recent photos of the late Gay Coleman published by Globe Magazine.

“There are certain elements of the media that have gone wild, that have gone crazy. I think it’s an injustice in a certain way because there’s a point in a person’s life that things are private and they should remain that way.”

The pictures were sold by Gary’s evil ex-wife Shannon Price for pocket change. ($10,000)  Some people will do anything for money!

Price allegedly sold the pics to help pay for lawyer expenses, however we all know this is a bunch of bull, like her story of Gary mysteriously falling down a flight of stairs and hitting his head. Everyday something new comes forward in regards to Gary Coleman’s death. We just hope soon, the truth will be set free! Everyone knows she killed him.

Gary Coleman‘s ex-wife Shannon Price is as SHADY as they come. The trifling heffa hired a production company to take pictures of the actor as he lay on his deathbed, and according to TMZ, she sold some of the pictures to an unnamed tabloid, who will most likely publish the pictures as early as this week, for five figures!

Price sold a series of 4 pictures, with 3 out of 4 showing a dying Gary Coleman hooked up to a ventilation machine just moments before the greedy woman, who is said to be featured in one of the photos, pulled the plug on him. The other photo, which was excluded from the sale, shows Coleman’s lifeless body in his bed.

Meanwhile, Shannon recently told Good Morning America that she and Gary talked things out after their divorce and decided that they had made a mistake in ending their marriage, so they had plans of getting re-married before his untimely death last month.

“We decided that wasn’t what we wanted,” she said of their 2008 divorce. “We just had a disagreement and after we both filed and it went through we decided it wasn’t the right choice.”We were gonna renew our vows soon but our health issues got in the way, so we weren’t able to do that. Every couple has their moments but we loved each other. It was golden. He was always my husband regardless of the divorce and what people say.”

Guess since she couldn’t get married she decided it’d be best to make some money off of Gary’s death by selling pictures of him in his last moments. How classy and thoughtful of her! Not…

In what seems to be a shocking turn of events, it turns out that late actor Gary Coleman was reportedly divorced when he died. According to court documents, Gary and his ex-wife Shannon Price were legally divorced on August 12, 2008. The property was awarded to Gary and no alimony was awarded.

Why is this shocking, you ask? Well, his ex-wife Shannon was the person that gave the hospital permission to take Gary off life support, something that she probably didn’t have the authority to do. The hospital was contacted for comment and a spokesperson said:

“We had no indication that the information Shannon gave us was false. She portrayed herself as his wife.”

Well-known former child star Gary Coleman died Friday (May 28) at the age of 42.

The actor, most famous for his role as “Arnold” in the popular 1970′s/1980′s sitcom “Diff’rent Strokes” had been hospitalized in Provo, Utah since Wednesday (May 26) after suffering an intracranial hemorrhage following a fall earlier this week. He had since then slipped into a coma and was on life support. But early Friday morning, doctors pulled Coleman off life support and he later passed away with his wife Shannon Price and his father at his side.

Diff’rent Strokes star Gary Coleman was reportedly rushed to the surgical ICU at Provo’s Utah Valley Regional Medical Center Wednesday afternoon (May 26), and hospital spokeswoman Janet Frank confirmed that the former child star is in critical condition but beyond that couldn’t disclose any information regarding his treatment.

Gary’s manager also didn’t have much information to share other than what they shared with E! News:

“We’re just getting bits and pieces right now, so there’s really nothing to report,” he said. “If there’s anything to announce, we’ll let you know.”

In case you didn’t know, this is the third time that Gary Coleman has been rushed to the hospital in recent months. The other two hospital visits were due to seizures. We will keep you posted as more information is released…

UPDATED: A friend of Coleman’s who was with him this morning tells TMZ that Coleman was sitting on the bed when he went into what the friend said “looked like a seizure.” Coleman came around and 911 was called.

Coleman was asked simple questions like “What month is it?” and whether or not he knew the name of anyone in the room — Coleman was “foggy” and did not know the answers.

Former child star Gary Coleman and his wife of seven months Shannon Coleman recently taped an episode on “Divorce Court” in hopes to save their marriage.

In an interview with “Entertainment Tonight”, Shannon admitted that she has had enough of her husbands tantrums.

“If he doesn’t get his way, he throws a temper tantrum like a 5-year-old does.”

THE GAME SENTENCED TO 60 DAYS IN PRISON! » Rapper The Game was sentenced to spend approximately 2 months behind bars yesterday, after pleading no contest to a felony gun charge of possession of a firearm in a school zone. Remember that basketball game from last year when he brought a gun? Yeah, he’s so smart. He’s going to jail for 2 months for that. What an idiot … everybody knows how strict gun policies are for schools! According to TMZ and Monsta rap magazine, his 60-day jail sentenced is a far cry from the original 4 month sentence he thought he’d get for the plea deal.

“The crazy part about this is that I’ve had guns before in my life,” he explained. “But this time I didn’t have a gun. And because one person said I had a gun and coaxed his homies into saying that I had a gun, I’m in a predicament where I’m asking, do I want to spend another million dollars to fight this trial so who knows what jury’s gonna come in and say I’m guilty? Or do I want to save my money, go sit down for four months and accept this felony they’re trying to give me for no reason?”

Dumb ass. You’d rather spend two months in jail than shell out $1 million to fight the case. YOU HAVE THE MONEY! That’s what the legal system is for. If OJ can get away with murder, I’m sure you can beat a measly little weapons charge. But, you’re a “G.” Prison “ain’t no thang” for you, lol.
