After going on a birthday shopping spree with fake credit cards, Brown’s brother, Gavin “Pretty Boy” Marchand, recently plead guilty to two counts of felony identity theft and could be sentenced to a maximum of five years in state prison.

Marchand spent over $8,000 on luxury goods with the stolen credit card and paid for his alcohol tab at a Manhattan nightclub. He was busted in August 2010 after he tried to use a fake MasterCard to buy clothes at Hermes, a fancy French boutique in NYC.

Marchand, who was formerly a part of his sisters Fox 5 group, will find out his fate when he is sentenced on September 28th.

Foxy Brown dodged a bullet in court earlier this week.

Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, was slated to begin a trial Tuesday (Jul 12) regarding a court order violation. She pleaded not guilty to criminal contempt and the charges against her were dropped after the woman who claims the rapper mooned her last year told prosecutors she didn’t want to pursue any charges.

“While the district attorney’s office has no doubt the defendant committed this crime, we have no other choice but to dismiss this case,” Assistant District Attorney Robert Isdith said.

“I was falsely arrested twice, slandered and defamed,” Foxy said outside court, as she gave a thumbs-up and smiled for cameras. She described Raymond as jealous, and someone with a “borderline obsession,” ”someone who wants to be you or have your life … that I worked really hard for,” she said.

Brown also told reporters outside the courthouse that she’s headed directly to the recording studio now that she’s free of the case. She says she has no plans to return to criminal court any time soon.

Foxy Brown‘s fingernails have landed the rapping diva in hot water.

Previous reports stated that Foxy was asked to leave a Royal Caribbean cruise due to her ill tempered attitude, but now the real reason behind the Brooklyn native receiving the boot has been revealed, and it was all due to Brown allegedly flipping out after missing her at-sea manicure appointment.

Passengers on the Tom Joyner Fantastic Voyage cruise claim that Foxy had set up a nail appointment on the cruise ship last Monday — a day after the cruise took off — and showed up three hours late. And when the salon couldn’t accommodate her when she rolled around, Foxy went completely ballistic!

According to sources, security had to remove her from the salon and send her back to her room, where she remained under supervision until Wednesday when the ship dropped anchor somewhere in the Cayman Islands, and authorities kicked her off.

Foxy, who performed on board the day before the incident, was then escorted to an airport and flown home. Royal Caribbean had no comment.

Ouch!

Foxy Brown just keeps on losing. This time, she was reportedly kicked off radio host Tom Joyner’s Fantastic Voyage Cruise last week.

Joyner had a thing or two to say about Foxy Brown on his radio show last week:

“We put Foxy off the cruise. Let’s just say she got put off,” Joyner said on his morning show. “You had to really act a fool to get put off.”

The radio vet and his crew offered no details about what went down. But her removal comes just days after her phone interview on the show ended abruptly, leaving the hosts and audience to wonder if she hung up on them, or was disconnected.

From what Tom said, it appears that Foxy disconnected the call. He said: “You know Foxy, after the interview, she called back and she was crying. And I said, ‘See, she’s gonna be alright.’ Well, I was proven wrong.”

Joyner and company said the Ill Na Na was “sent to her cabin” on the cruise and “locked in” because there was no jail (or brig) on the ship. “But that wasn’t enough,” they said.

She was then removed from the ship and, according to co-host Sybil, “escorted to the plane.”

Foxy Brown is still acting reckless and outta control!

The rapper was escorted out of a New York Fashion Week party over the weekend in NYC.

According to TMZ, Brown allegedly showed up to the Indashio fashion show after-party last Wednesday night (Feb 16) intoxicated ten minutes before it was time to end. When everyone got ready to leave…she then took it a step further by locking herself in a bathroom and refusing to come out.

In the end, security had to physically remove Foxy from the building.

All that drama for no damn reason at all! SMH…

Foxy Brown raised several eyebrows over the weekend when she used “the other f-word” upon learning that a snippet of her Lil Kim diss track, entitled “Christmas Massacre,” had leaked to the Internet. The full song was supposed to be released around Christmas, hence the name, but for some reason, Foxy has yet to put it out.

What is she waiting on? Christmas 2011?

Foxy Brown just can’t seem to stay out of trouble to save her life…

The femcee (real name: Inga Marchand) was indicted on charges of violating an order of protection from back in 2007 filed against her by her neighbor.

Brown was arrested last month after she violated the order by screaming at her neighbor, Arlene Raymond, before bending over to show her a** (literally) and shouting “Kiss my a**!” Raymond claims the rapper violated the restraining order by getting into an argument/shouting match with her and mooning her.

Inga denied her neighbor’s claims but faced questioning over the incident last week during a series of hearings at Brooklyn Supreme Court and on Friday (Aug 13) prosecutors charged her with criminal contempt in the second degree. She could face up to one year in jail if she’s convicted.

Neither Foxy nor her people have responded to this matter.

Rapper Foxy Brown is back in trouble again…however this time around it involves her rear end!

According to TMZ, Brown was arrested yesterday in New York after she allegedly violated a protective order filed by one of her neighbors. In the complaint, the neighbor says it all started when Foxy approached her home and began to yell inappropriate thing such as: “You dirty bitch … what are you looking at?” The neighbor then goes on to say that Brown, “Bent over and thrust [her] buttocks at the [neighbor] while shouting … ‘kiss my ass!!’”

Foxy now faces up to 6 criminal charges over the incident-including criminal contempt, menacing, public lewdness, and harassment.

Guess she really wanted that neighbor to know much she wanted her to kiss her a**! (LMAO)

Ashanti sure is looking good these days! It’s hard to believe Nelly let all of that go. She and Ja Rule reunited on stage at the 2009 VH1 Hip Hop Honors Wednesday night (Sep 23), which saw performances from Wale, Kid Rock, Method Man & Redman, Eminem and more. The ceremony honored the pioneers of Def Jam along with the people, past and present, who helped create the label and build it into what it is today. Hosted by comedian Tracy Morgan, the show is set to make its television debut only on VH1 on Tuesday, October 13th at 9 pm.

It’s only right that the first Def Jam artist to be honored was the label’s foundation and face for so many years, LL Cool J. The Roots started it off with “Rock the Bells.” Black Thought ripped the first verse of the record, then gave way for a special guest: Eminem. Last year, Slim Shady publicly expressed his love for LL during a phone prank on DJ Tony Touch’s Shade 45 radio show. Spitting the second verse of “Rock the Bells” on Wednesday night, Em sounded almost exactly like the legend who inspired him. “Now I’m worldwide known/ Whether you like it or not/ My one-man band is Cut Creator…/ When he’s on the fader/ What’s my DJ’s name?” “Cut Creator!” The crowd yelled. Later, Kid Rock paid tribute to LL with “I’m Bad.” The Kid also DJed during the show, as did Ed Lover.

The second performance was from one of Def Jam’s signature groups, Public Enemy. Chuck D was immediately electrifying with the opening words for “Rebel Without a Pause”: “Yes, the rhythm, the rebel.” Chuck still has one of the most recognizable and commanding voices in all of music, not just rap. Flavor Flav came out wearing a white tuxedo jacket, matching top hat and a black bow tie. PE arguably had the performance of the night with help from the Roots, S1W and Boots Riley. The Long Island-bred rap chiefs were just born for the stage. The entire crowd was on their feet cheering. After their performance, Flav was seen talking to Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan in the audience.

Another bricklaying squad for the house that Russell and Rick built was, undoubtedly, the Beastie Boys. KRS-One, Wale and the Gym Class Heroes did a rocking rendition of “No Sleep Till Brooklyn.” Travis McCoy, who wore a black T-shirt with the names “DJ AM” and “Roc Raida” in the shape of the Run-DMC logo, took on the first verse. The Blastmaster, who is a former HHH honoree himself, took verse two and ended by saying, “Adam, get well soon,” referring to Adam Yauch, who is currently battling cancer. Wale finished off the song and later paid tribute to Kanye West, wearing a backpack and rapping “Touch the Sky.”

When Onyx performed “Slam” it felt like the group had stepped out of a time capsule: They looked almost exactly the same and still had that insane energy that made them famous. During his verse, Sticky Fingaz climbed on top of a large speaker. Rather than climb down when he finished, Stick climbed into the balcony. Other performers included Rick Ross, Fabolous, Foxy Brown, Redman, Method Man, Mary J. Blige, EPMD, Ghostface Killah, Chrissette Michele, Warren G, Trey Songz, the reunion of Ashanti and Ja Rule, Ludacris and DMX — many of whom teamed up with the Roots for a show-closing medley of Def Jam hits.

Offstage, Ja Rule and DMX had their own reunion. The two came up together as close friends and later turned to bitter enemies, even dissing each other on records. As X was walking out, Ja was returning to his seat, and the pair saw each other, hugged and talked for a few moments.

Rapper DMX walked the Red Carpet of the 2009 VH1 Hip Hop Honors Wednesday night (Sep 23) at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in New York City. His appearance at this year’s show marked his first public appearance/performance in at least three years. And we all know all of the drama he’s been getting himself into in the meantime.

When Foxy Brown was released from prison in Rikers Island earlier today (Apr. 18th), some tears were shed and some words were shared. The rapper was met outside of the prison by members of the press and some of her family, including her mother, whom she thanked repeatedly in the video above sent over by Danica from SOHH.

Homegirl might be boo-hooing and thanking God now, but I’m still not convinced that she’s learned her lesson. She’ll be back…

After serving 8 months behind bars at the Rose M. Singer facility in New York’s Rikers Island, female rapper Foxy Brown will be released from jail tomorrow (April 18th), according to her manager Chaz Williams.

“She did every single minute of her bid in jail, and she did it under the most severe conditions,” Williams said. “They had her on continuous lockdown just because she is a celebrity. They were trying to break her spirit.”

Word on the sidewalk is that she’s in talks with a couple of television networks for a reality show on her life. She’s also planning on putting the finishing touches on her 4th studio album, Brooklyn’s Don Diva, which is set to be reelased on May 10th. This will be Foxy’s first studio album since 2001.

“She’s going to get on top of her career again. She’s ready to hit the ground running and do anything she needs to do to get her career back on point,” says Williams.

Something tells me her crazy ass is gonna end up right back in prison very VERY soon! That damn Inga…

LUDACRIS HIT WITH A LAWSUIT » Three producers from Chester, Pennsylvania, are claiming that Ludacris stole their track and used it on his hit album “The Red Light District.” The lawsuit alleges that “Boogiii Men Entertainment Group” sent a CD of beats to the Atlanta-bred rapper’s Disturbing Tha Peace record label back in 2004. And apparently one of those beats ended up setting the groundwork for Ludacris’ hit single “Get Back,” which only cited The Medicine Men and Tic Toc as the song’s producers.

The three producers who make up Boogiii Men Entertainment Group, Damon “Damethegreat” Mayfield, Markus “Vincent” Vick, and Anthony Turner, attempted to contact the label but were met with lukewarm responses, the lawsuit states. So now the three men, who have worked with artists like Juelz Santanta, Rampage of Flipmode Squad, Charli Baltimore, and more, are suing Ludacris and his label for copyright infringement. JUDGE DENIES FOXY BROWN’S REQUEST FOR EARLY RELEASE » No surprise there! Criminal Court judge Melissa Jackson denied Foxy Brown’s request to travel to Los Angeles to repair a device in her ear that supposedly keeps her from losing 1 out of 5 of her senses, according to the New York Post. Apparently Foxy didn’t provide any medical proof that she needed the procedure to aid in her hearing, so unsurprisingly the judge didn’t believe her crazy ass.

Now Inga will have to settle for the services of the city departments of Correction and Health just like every other inmate in that prison, and get a local specialist to treat her at Rikers or at a hospital equipped to secure inmates including Elmhurst in Queens and Bellevue in Manhattan. Where the hell was this judge when it was time to sentence Paris Hilton? Or when Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan spent an hour in jail?

GWEN STEFANI PREGNANT WITH SECOND CHILD » Gwen Stefani and her rock star husband Gavin Rossdale are expecting their second child, Rossdale’s father confirms to PEOPLE. “They and the whole family are delighted,” Douglas Rossdale told the celebrity news site exclusively.

According to Britain’s The Sun, the singer, who has long said she’s wanted another child, is about 3 months pregnant. Stefani and Rossdale got married in London in September of 2002, and already have one son, Kingston Rossdale, who turns 2 on May 26th of this year. Congratulations to Gwen and Gavin!

Page Six, The NY Post’s gossip column, is reporting that Foxy Brown is requesting an early release from prison. In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, the female rapper says she’s a changed woman after spending five months behind bars, and a judge should release her before she serves the rest of her year-long sentence because of “emergency” health issues. Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, says she should be set free before her expected release date of April 20 “due to her emergency medical condition relating to her progressively deteriorating hearing loss.

“Her condition is worsening in jail since she cannot obtain at Rikers [Island] the proper treatment that is required for her to maintain her post cochlear implant condition,” and she needs to go to Los Angeles by the end of the month to get the situation dealt with, the filing says.

Brown said she hasn’t been able to get maintenance work on her hearing implant while behind bars, and it was damaged when she was attacked by another inmate this past October. “If her hearing is damaged any further, it will affect the way she hears and will affect the way she sings,” the filing went on to say. “It will have dire consequences on her ability to maintain her profession and livelihood.” The filing asks that she be released early or serve the rest of her sentence at home.

Our favorite Rykers inmate, Foxy Brown, was finally released from isolation! After a long and hard (for Foxy of course … we could care less lmao) 40 days in solitary confinement, good ol’ Inga is back in the general population.

The rapper, who is serving a year in jail for violating probation, recently received 76 days in punitive isolation for various offenses at the prison but served only 40 days on account of good behavior, TMZ.com and the New York Post are reporting. Brown, 28, still must serve out the rest of her prison term, which she earned after facing several assault charges in the past two years. MIGHT BE IN JAIL FOR A HOT MINUTE! » A federal judge on Monday ordered Grammy Award-winning rapper T.I. held in a U.S. jail for at least three more days pending a bail hearing after his arrest on illegal weapons charges. The brief court appearance on Monday was the first time T.I., born Clifford Harris, had appeared publicly since he left fans bewildered by not showing up for the awards, one of the biggest events on the hip hop calendar. He appeared nervous as he was led into court in handcuffs and responded “Yes sir,” or “Yes, your Honor” to questions as Judge Alan Baverman explained the legal process he faced.

Family members, some of whom cried, packed into the small courtroom. “Federal law requires that I keep you in custody pending the holding of a detention hearing,” said Baverman, who set the hearing for Friday. Government prosecutors said they would request that T.I. remain in jail until trial, which they said was standard in such cases. Later, government agents displayed to reporters 10 guns, including an AK-47 and two AR-15s, they said had been found in T.I.’s possession. They also showed the guns and silencers they said he had just received when he was arrested.

“Machine guns and silencers pose serious dangers to our community. The last place (they) … should be is in the hands of a convicted felon,” said U.S. Attorney David Nahmias, adding T.I. could face up to 20 years in prison, if convicted of both counts. [ REUTERS » ]

DIDDY IS A HEAD-BUSSA … ALLEGEDLY » According to a recent quote made by Mr. Sean Combs, he wants to kill a punk. Why? I’m not too sure. I just know that home boy “allegedly” got into a little scuffle with another gentleman over the weekend. According to the New York Post, the fight reportedly took place at SoHo club Kiosk at around 3:30 in the morning on Sunday when Diddy got into an argument with acquaintance, Steve Acevedo, apparently over a woman. Kim Porter, maybe?

Acevedo told police that the two men stepped away from each other, but continued to exchange heated words back and forth. He then claims that Diddy threw two punches, both landing on the man’s face, while screaming, “I’ll kill you, punk!” Acevedo apparently suffered a bloody nose and a fat lip, sources said, and as he tried to get back at Combs, a bodyguard appeared to reach under his waist, as if reaching for a gun. Acevedo said he then went home, called 911 and filed a police report, but declined to offer comment concerning the incident. Police are investigating to find out if the venue where the incident occurred has surveillance video of the altercation. Diddy was neither arrested nor charged in regards to the incident, but police said that he would be contacted and asked to give a statement. [ SOURCE ]

This will probably be our last post for a little while about our friend Inga. “Why,” you ask? According to TMZ, Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Melissa Jackson has sentenced Foxy B to A FULL YEAR IN JAIL! And what’s funny is how Judge Jackson handled it. She apparently ignored Foxy’s pleas for mercy, calling her a “great actress,” and saying that if this were the first time she’d apologized, she might be believable, but not now. And I don’t blame her! Foxy will serve the rest of her sentence at Rikers, where she’s been for the past 2 weeks. If she ends up serving her full time (which I believe she will) she will give birth to her child … in jail! I hope she realizes that 15 years from now her child is going to hate her. They’re gonna get clowned for being a jail baby! Poor thing . . . The kid, I mean! Fuck Foxy! LMAO!!
