Chris Brown’s next album Fortune hits stores June 29th!

DJ David Guetta teamed up with Chris Brown, Lil Wayne, The Foo Fighters and Canadian DJ Deadmau5 to honor dance music last night at the 2012 Grammy Awards.

As David Guetta did his thing behind the turntables, Chris Brown came out on stage and sang “I Can Only Imagine,” the song he is featured on from Guetta’s “Nothing But the Beat” album. Not too long after came Lil Wayne, who is also featured on the track.

Next up came The Foo Fighters, who performed their song “Rope,” followed by a performance of “Raise Your Weapons” by Deadmau5, wearing his trademark big light-up mouse head.

Nicki Minaj gets brought to life in David Guetta‘s new music video for “Turn Me On,” the latest single from the European DJ’s “Nothing But The Beat” album, which was released last August.

Nicki Minaj and David Guetta opened up the 2011 American Music Awards in Los Angeles with a performance of their collaboration single “Turn Me On.”

In the middle of Nicki’s rap verse, the pink-haired performer segued into her smash hit “Super Bass,” with DJ David Guetta backing her up on the turntables and Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez singing along in the audience.

The 2011 American Music Awards took place at the Nokia Theater L.A. Live in Los Angeles, California last night (Sun. Nov 20).

The 2011 MTV Europe Awards were held Sunday night (Nov 6) in Belfast, North Ireland.

The show, which was hosted by singer/actress Selena Gomez, is held annually to highlight European music, and also draws A-List stars from the United States. This year’s show featured appearances and performances from Gomez’s boyfriend Justin Bieber, Taio Cruz, David Guetta, Bruno Mars, Ludacris, LMFAO, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and more.

As far as the actual awards were concerned, Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga picked up the most trophies, including best male and best female act. Gaga also won awards for best song and best video for her hit single “Born This Way,” while Bieber picked up the award for best Pop act.

Other awards went to Bruno Mars, Eminem, Katy Perry and British rock band Queen, who received the “Global Icon” lifetime achievement award.

Euro-DJ David Guetta recently linked up with R&B singer Usher for another club banger called “Without You,” and now the two have also released a music video for the single.

“Without You” appears on Guetta’s fifth studio album “Nothing But the Beat,” and is currently sitting at the No. 8 position on the Billboard Hot 100, proving to be Guetta’s biggest hits in the U.S. since 2009′s “Sexy Bitch” featuring Akon.

In addition to Usher, David Guetta’s latest album, released last summer and debuted on the Billboard 200 albums chart at No. 5, also features guest spots from Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Jessie J, Taio Cruz, Ludacris, Will.i.am, Jennifer Hudson and others.

Day 2 of the inaugural iHeartRadio Music Festival saw performances from the likes of Usher, David Guetta, Aerosmith and Nicole Scherzinger.

Sources close to P tell TMZ … Hilton has been traveling the world to shadow some super-famous DJs to get some guidance for her upcoming house music album.

We’re told Hilton has become pretty tight with HUGE names like Afrojack and Deadmau5 — and even plans to appear on stage with Deadmau5 in the near future.

One source extremely close to the heiress tells us, Hilton’s been told by the best in the biz she could become the “Queen of house music” — because “no woman has ever taken over in that arena … and she wants to become that person.”

We’re told Paris is researching right now in Ibiza (aka House Music Island) with David Guetta … and is pushing to release the album before the end of the year.

50 Cent is going Pop!

Last year, the rapper told MTV News that while on tour in Europe, he was inspired by the dance music he heard while out in the clubs and was inspired to record some dance influenced records. Well, it looks like Fiddy was serious about experimenting with his sound.

Yesterday, he tweeted a picture with Grammy Award winning, dance floor go-to producer David Guetta and revealed that the two were working on a “big hit” for Guetta’s new album.

“This me and David Guetta in the studio we just made a big hit for his album suckers lol,” 50 tweeted.

Shortly after 50′s tweet, Guetta responded with:

“Thank you so much for those magic moments. You are a beast!”

50 Cent’s own upcoming album Black Magic is expected to drop this summer and will have appearances from Eminem, Lil Kim, Busta Rhymes, Akon and Swizz Beatz.

Pop singer Lady Gaga led the list of winners last night and took home 5 awards, including “World’s Best Selling American Artist.” She also won “World’s Best Selling Single” over David Guetta, Beyonce and the Black Eyed Peas, who she also beat in the “World’s Best Album” category. Singer Kelis put out a statement yesterday confirming that she will be releasing her next album through Will.i.am Music Group and Interscope Records. Her new single “Acapella,” which features production from David Guetta, Free School, Boyz Noize and Will.i.am himself, can be downloaded below or you can take a listen to it above.

Says Kelis, “I love that I am now a new part of the Interscope family. 2010 is around the corner and I can’t wait to put out new music and spend time with real music fans on tour again.” Adds will.i.am, “Kelis represents the kind of edge that pushes all of us not just musically but stylistically as well. Singer Kelly Rowland and French DJ David Guetta attended and performed at the 2009 MOBO Awards Wednesday (Sep 30) in Glasgow, Scotland. Other celebs on the red carpet of the show were Keri Hilson, Alexandra Burke, Jermaine Jackson and more.

In related news, Kelly is demanding an apology from the MOBO Awards after her and David’s performance of “When Love Takes Over” was briefly disrupted due to some technical difficulties with the sound.

Just seconds into a rendition of her current duet with David Guetta, “When Love Takes Over,” at the awards honoring Music of Black Origin, Rowland encountered some technical difficulties with her sound and did what any seasoned pro would do: She stopped singing and stood there looking confused. Granted, her gormless expression lasted just a few seconds—during which time her background dancers can be seen furiously motioning offstage—before resuming the tune, but the same can’t be said for her anger.

“OK. So, I’m at the MoBo’s and getting ready to have a GREAT show with David and the MoBo’s F’d my sound up!!!!! PISSED!!!!!” she wrote in the first of many tweets on the topic. The frustration—and, if you can believe it, punctuation—only grew from there. “HONESTLY, that just makes me work harder! But, what I will say is the MoBo’s owe me an apology!!!! I was LIVID after the show!” And, it seems, rather communicative. “I wanted you guys to be the 1st to hear it from me! reheasrsals. were fine. soundcheck. was fine. performance, wad a struggle at 1st. But, I got through it!!!!!!!! So—It happens! The next show will be Better!—TRUST!!!!!!!!!”
