Chris Brown was among the celebrities who sat courtside Tuesday (Jun 9) night as the Orlando Magic took on the Los Angeles lakers in Orlando, FL at the Amway Arena during Game 3 of the 2009 NBA Finals. Remember when Rihanna reportedly didn’t want to testify in court? Well according to recent reports, the pop singer has no choice because her lawyer Don Etra said the D.A. in the case told him she would be subpoenaed at the next court hearing on June 22nd. Etra says that Rihanna will cooperate and will definitely, beyond a shadow of a doubt, take the stand.

According to Etra, this is the norm. in cases like this as the alleged victim is usually called to take the stand in preliminary hearings. Oh, and just to throw a little knowledge out there, if Rihanna were to decide to NOT testify, which she won’t, she could legally be arrested and put in jail.

A Los Angeles photographer is suing Chris Brown and a Los Angeles gym for assault and battery, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and premises liability. According to the lawsuit, which was filed yesterday in L.A. County Superior Court, the photographer alleges that Chris’ bodyguards and an L.A. Fitness employee caused him physical harm after he shot a photo of Chris playing ball with his friends on the basketball court of the gym.

After hooping it up with Shaquille O’Neal, Chris Tucker and Bow Wow at Shaq’s crib, Chris and Bow Wow hit up the bowling alley where he announced a new album, a new single, gave a shout-out to his fans and let everyone know that he’s “not a monster” via Bow Wow’s Justin.tv page.

“I just wanna say what up ’cause I ain’t been out there in a minute, but a new album’s gonna be coming soon, called Graffiti… I’m about to drop a single this summer for y’all, we ain’t going nowhere… Everybody out there that’s haters, they just been haters. All my real fans, I love y’all … I ain’t a monster.”

R&B singers Chris Brown and Usher were spotted kicking it courtside Sunday night as the Orlando Magic beat the Cleveland Cavaliers (99 to 89) in Orlando. The glare of Usher’s sunglasses along with the flash of the camera and the arena’s lighting makes it look like Chris has a black eye (as reported by a view other blogs) but clearly in the second photo you see no black eye. Not sure where that rumor came from, but if it were true it’d definitely be pretty funny and ironic. Shout out to Chris Brown Web for the pics!

D/L: RIHANNA – “SILLY BOY” (DEMO)

Apparently Rihanna has dedicated a song to her split from estranged boyfriend Chris Brown, who allegedly assaulted her on February 8th (the weekend of the 2009 Grammys). The name of the track is “Silly Boy” and is said to warn him that their relationship is over for good. Kanye recently leaked a demo of the song via his official blog.

Raise your hand if you thought Chris Brown had something to do with last Friday’s leak of Rihanna’s nudie pics. Trust us, you’re not alone. So much controversary surrounded the topic and a lot of people speculated that ol’ Breezy had something to do with it.

Well a spokesperson for the troubled pop singer, who just celebrated his 20th birthday last Tuesday (a week ago today), released a statement exclusively to Essence.com denying any connection to the photos and their leak to the world.

“This is both a false and defamatory statement. Chris has not released or ‘leaked’ any photos of Rihanna (or anyone else for that matter).”

And peep your boy Chris Brown below with Rihanna’s panties on his head! SMH. We have a feeling ol’ Breezy either directly or indirectly had something to do with these pics leaking. He oughta be ashamed of himself!

But last Thursday, the singer (seen with one of his big @ss bodyguards in the pic above) checked out to meet up with Rihanna, who arrived back in town from a trip to Kansas.
