Lovebirds Nelly and Ashanti played on opposite teams Sunday evening (Jul 12) in St. Louis, Missouri as they both took part in the Taco Bell All-Star Legends & Celebrity Softball Game at Busch Stadium. Nelly’s team, the Nationals scored two home runs courtesy of the St. Louis native, who interestingly enough was set up for a really nice baseball career before he took his record deal.

Other celebrities who participated in the game include rapper Chingy, actor Billy Bob Thornton, former Backstreet Boys member Brian Litrell, Olympic gold medalist (gymnastics) Shawn Johnson and baseball legend Ozzie Smith. Continue reading for all of the pics!

A transgender woman named Foxxjazell called into a St. Louis radio station recently, claiming that the two had sex! She started off by shouting out his government name (Mr. Howard Bailey) and when the DJ asked her how she knew his gov. name, she said “You learn things like that when you’re intimate with a person.”

“Was Chingy the giver or the receiver?” the DJ asked Foxxjazell. She replied, “Oh, he was definitely the receiver!”

She even talked about other celebrities, without mentioning their names… Wow!

Black Hollywood showed up and showed out at the first ever BET Honors, which were held in Washington D.C. Saturday night. The ladies glammed it up on the red carpet, and the fellas got their GQ on. Honorees included R&B star Alicia Keys and supermodel Tyra Banks, Time Warner board chairman Richard D. Parsons and Princeton professor Cornel West. “For me, I’m just a girl still from Harlem, and here I am,” Keys said. “It’s a tremendous feeling to do what you love and for people to love what you do. … People are honoring me for doing what my heart tells me to do, (and that is) so fulfilling.” Actor Blair Underwood presented Keys’ award, while her musical idol, Stevie Wonder, performed a special rendition of of “As” especially for her. John Legend, Wyclef Jean, Gladys Knight, Brian McKnight, Jill Scott and Raheem DeVaughn also performed. The show is set to air sometime in February. Check your local listings for more details.

People should really “Think 2wice” before they speak lol. In the video above, Chingy talks with SOHH about his new album, and when on the subject about his “Daddy’s Angel” tattoo on his neck, he slips up and says that he hates gay ___. But then not even a second after making that comment, he attempts to clear everything up by saying “no, no, I didn’t mean it like that.” Riiiiight lol.

I’ve always wondered about that damn tattoo though lol. I’ve never seen the other side though. I’ll have to look into that.

Rapper Chingy recently hit up “The Wendy Williams Experience” to suffer a brutal tongue lashing from Wendy and her bitch, Charlemagne. The interview started off with “Charley” calling him wack, and Chingy surprised me by keeping his composure. Real talk, if I were a celebrity I would neeeeever sit down with Wendy and that guy. Chingy ft. Ludacris + Bobby Valentino » “Gimme Dat (Explicit)” » LISTEN » (Full) » “Gimme Dat” is slated to be Chingy’s second single from his forth studio album Hate It Or Love It (Def Jam/DTP). The single features stellar production by Full Scale and guest appearances by Ludacris and Bobby Valentino (vocals). The bass did it for me, this is my cut! Very nice single choice. Hmm, I wonder if Chingy reads blogs becos he has definitely stepped his game up this time around I’d say!
