NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” parodied Discovery ID by introducing a new show called “White People Problems.”

The hilarious segment, hosted by SNL guest host Charles Barkley, addressed a number of “Caucasian crises,” including two white friends not being seated together on an airplane; a mom who wants to know whether Arby’s chicken is “free range” or not; and a couple who don’t want their friends to stay at their summer home.

Charles Barkley is one funny fella….and apparently not one to piss off either! The NBA veteran has called out Miami Heat forward Lebron James for a remark he made on Twitter.

James tweeted on Thursday that he was making a list of the people who have been slamming him for the past few weeks and he will remember them when he plays them this coming season. Well Barkley didn’t take to those words too kindly for whatever reason, and sent a message back to Lebron on ESPN radio in Dallas:

“I want him to make sure that he puts my name on that (list). I thought that his little one-hour special was a punk move.”

That damn Barkley LOL….better watch out Lebron!

R&B singer/songwriter Alicia Keys and retired NBA player Charles Barkley kicked off the 2010 season of NBC’s Saturday Night Live over the weekend. In addition to having some fun with a hilarious “booty call” skit, Keys took to the stage as the musical guest and performed her most recent singles from her new album, The Element of Freedom (in stores now).

Barkley, the show’s host, was caught on camera rocking a long, curly wig and playing the piano (as if he were A. Keys) during rehearsals for the live show. Your boy Charles Barkley went to court in Arizona yesterday and plead guilty to 2 counts of driving under the influence and running a stop sign for that incident in Scottsdale, Arizona back in December 2008. Phoenix official say the former NBA player will spend 10 days in jail.

Barkley, a television basketball analyst, will have five days off the sentence suspended upon his completion of a court-approved alcohol program, officials said. He also was ordered to attend traffic school and pay $2,000 in fines. The 46-year-old Hall of Fame player is expected to begin serving his sentence on March 21, according to court records.

Barkley was arrested on December 31 in Scottsdale with an blood alcohol content of 0.149, nearly double the amount allowed under Arizona law. He apologized for his behavior and returned to cable network TNT last week after a six-week leave of absence.

CHARLES BARKLEY ARRESTED FOR SUSPICION OF DUI » Your boy Charles Barkley was busted by the cops because they suspected he was driving under the influence of alcohol a couple of weeks ago in Phoenix, Arizona. An officer spotted Sir Charles as he ran a stop sign at about 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 23, 2008 in Scottsdale’s Old Town area, a reportedly trendy spot in the Phoenix area. But anyway, when the news hit the web, the former NBA star immediately released a statement to the press:

“I am disappointed that I put myself in that situation,” Barkley said in a statement to The Associated Press. “The Scottsdale police were fantastic. Now it is a legal matter and I will not comment any further as it is a legal matter.”

According to reports, 45-year-old Barkley failed field sobriety tests after the officer who pulled him over smelled alcohol on his breath. He was subsequently arrested, but refused to submit to a breath test. He was instead given a blood test, of which the results aren’t available yet. After a short time in jail, Barkley was cited and released. Police described Barkley as cooperative, and to make sure people didn’t give them the “side-eye,” they mentioned that it was customary to release people after a DUI arrest.

And what about Barkley’s reason for being in the area? You know that whole, “You have the right to remain silent” mumbo jumbo? Charles apprently didn’t give a f**k because he told police he was on the way to receive a favor from a friend of his, or as he so eloquently put it, to go “get a bl** job.” He said he had been there a week before, but she gave him “the beset one he ever had in his life,” and he was looking to for a second round that night.

No word on if the police actually asked Barkley where he was going or if Barkley just decided he wanted to tell the po-po of his whereabouts. We’ll let you know as soon as we do!

NBA legend Charles Barkley believes that is is disrespectful for Cleveland Cavaliers star Lebron James to discuss his free agency, which begins after the 2010 basketball season.

“If I was LeBron James, I would shut the hell up,” the Hall of Famer said on Patrick’s show. “I’m a big LeBron fan. He’s a stud. You gotta give him his props. I’m getting so annoyed he’s talking about what he’s going to do in two years. I think it’s disrespectful to the game. I think it’s disrespectful to the Cavaliers.”

Well, apparently, Lebron doesn’t think so and his this to say about Barkley:

“He’s stupid. That’s all I’ve got to say about that,” James said.
