R&B singer/songwriter Chris Brown debuted the music video to his newest single “Crawl” Friday (Nov 13) on the Wendy Williams show. It’s a nice and simple video but we thought it’d be a bit more epic. Regardless, the song is still great!

Sidenote: Does anyone else think that Wendy looks so much more sophisticated with the darker hair?

Above is the official album cover for Chris Brown’s upcoming album Graffiti! The little cartoon characters in the corner are a bit random but other than that, we think it’s dope! The album will hit stores December 15th and is preceded by two lead singles: “I Can Transform Ya” and “Crawl.”

When Diddy noticed the flashing lights approaching him and his girl, he tried to cover up his face before the two decided to split up and go in separate directions.

Bad Boy recording artist Cassie claims Gmail was partially responsible for her nude photos getting into the wrong hands. In a recent interview with radio personality JoJo Wright, the … “singer” denied leaking the images herself, saying that they were from an old e-mail from a year ago and that she doesn’t even have the pictures anymore.

“I wasn’t sure what the situation was until we asked more questions and kind of found out more things but it was in an old e-mail from like last year that I had. Actually it was Gmail and sometimes Gmail is the worst. It was a year ago when I took the pictures and sent them. I don’t even have the pictures anymore, so that was the crazy part about it … I got a phone call at 11 o’clock at night and my stomach fell. I freaked out for a second, but what can you do when that happens?

Shawn and Sean (Jay-Z and Diddy) hosted an exclusive after party at TAO in Vegas following Saturday night’s Manny Pacquiao vs. Ricky Hatton boxing match. Pacquiao KO’d Hatton with ONE punch! And it only took two rounds, SMH.

Anyway, back to the party. Mel B and her husband Stephen Belafonte were there. Diddy’s jump-off artist Cassie was there. Even Suge Knight attended the shindig! Yes … THAT Suge Knight. Here’s “Must Be Love,” a new track from Cassie featuring Diddy. Looks like homegirl is still f**king for tracks … poor thang. Today marks the 7th anniversary of the untimely death of Aaliyah Haughton, a popular female R&B singer who had a music career spanning from the mid-nineties all the way up until the year 2001, when she was suddenly taken away from us due to a faulty airplane engine and an overloaded cabin. Ironically, a few days prior to today, a new video from Cassie was released. And within the first few seconds of watching the video I could point out elements of Aaliyah’s style right off. I didn’t even have to look that hard.

Now, don’t get me wrong. Cassie is a pretty girl. No, let me take that back. Cassie is a VERY pretty girl. I’ve always said that she should stick to modeling and just leave the singing thing along because I can never take her seriously as a singer/entertainer. I’m sorry, but that’s just the way it is. But the fact that the people behind her are even CONSIDERING molding her into a 2008 version of Aaliyah is appalling and a little heartbreaking, with me being a huge Aaliyah fan back in the day and all. Well gee, those engagement rumors about Diddy & Cassie didn’t take too long to squash, did they? I don’t even think it’s been a good 24 hours. Diddy’s rep told People:

“Contrary to tabloid reports, there is no engagement. This was a complete fabrication,” states Combs’s rep.

But wait, who’s that happy couple all hugged up on Mother’s Day? Hey, that’s Diddy and Cassie! Something tells me this isn’t the end of this whole “Diddy & Cassie” saga. Sean John knows his talent-less jump-off needs some promo for this upcoming album.

R&B singer and producer Ryan Leslie has posted a new track on his MySpace page. The track is titled Addiction. Cassie is on the record with the chorus vocals. I wouldn’t be surprised if this were to become the second single. Ryan Leslie’s self-titled album, Ryan Leslie (Next Selection), is due in stores June 17th.

Cassie recently shot the video for Official Girl, the first single from her currently untitled sophomore release, and was spotted in Manhattan taking a break on the set, where the video was filmed.

Haven’t done this in awhile, y’all! Here is yet another Who Owns the Track? post featuring young starlets Karina Pasian and Cassie. Official Girl is the official first single from Cassie forthcoming project, the song was written by The Clutch and produced by Danja. Obviously Karina passed up the track but Dustin thought it would be dope if I posted both versions. I have to say that, I love Cassie, but Karina definitely owns it! I think the song fits her more as far as vocals, attitude, etc. But it really isn’t up to me quite yet … so I need to know Who Owns the Track?
