VH1 hosted their “Divas 2011″ concert at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City Sunday night (Dec 18).

Among the celebrities who walked the red carpet just before the ceremony took place were R&B singers Jennifer Hudson, Jill Scott and Chaka Khan, as well as rappers 50 Cent and Common, Pop singer Jessie J and country music legend Dolly Parton.

Some of the other celebs who were spotted on the VH1 Divas 2011 red carpet were Nas, Mary J. Blige, Travie McCoy, Florence Welch, Lala Anthony and more.

R&B singing group Boyz II Men‘s Wanya Morris, Shawn Stockman and Nathan Morris had the honor of ringing the opening bell early Tuesday morning (Nov 24) on the trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange in NYC.

The trio, who was once a quartet, will be going on tour in the UK beginning in 2010 to promote their new album, Love. The Grammy Award winning music group is one member short due to Michael McCary leaving the group in 2003 due to back problems from scoliosis. So as of 2009, the remaining members, Wanya, Shawn and Nathan, continue to tour and record as a trio.

R&B singing group Boyz II Men, who currently hold the record for the most albums sold by a male R&B group, performed on stage Thursday (Jun 11) night in the UK at the indigO2 at London’s O2 Arena. The group is currently touring Europe.
