With me focusing on my marriage to Vanessa Simmons, I don’t have much time to even think about worrying about what’s going on with Bow Wow and my sister-in-law, Angela Simmons. But are these two dating now? Last I heard, Rev. Run wasn’t playing that relationship crap unless Bow Wow was seriously thinking about tying the knot in the future. And now he’s all good with the uncle and hugging all up on Angela. Does the Rev. know about this? lol. Our friends over at Rap-Up was a big part of the hyped up Xbox 360 Madden Showdown between Bow Wow and The Game due to the back-and-forth taunting YouTube messages. Bow Wow claimed up and down he was WAY better than The Game in Madden ‘09! So did he actually prove his GAME?! Check out the video above.
MTV studios was full of short dudes this afternoon when Bow Wow, Andre Benjamin, and John Legend hit up TRL to promote their new projects. Andre and John premiered their brand new video for “Green Light,” and if you haven’t had a chance to check it out yet, you can do so here. Jermaine Dupri uploaded another webisode of Living The Life on his channel and this time they decided to take a little break from recording and play some basketball. Fabolous was playing Bow Wow and it looks like Fabo won the match. Take a look at the webisode up top!
“I know the girls, they’re going to go crazy when they see it,” he said of his appearance on the HBO series. “The ladies are gonna go crazy when they see Bow Wow’s first sex scene. It’s crazy ’cause for me, it was normal. It was normal, but I know when I look back at it, when I see it, I’m gonna be like, ‘Damn! Look at this. This is crazy!’ I stun myself sometimes, I can’t even front.”
After the shooting at the celebrity party event, we thought it would ruin the week but it didn’t. Jermaine Dupri, Soulja Boy, Bow Wow, Nelly, Chris Tucker, Larenz Tate, Josh Smith, Kevin Hart, and many more played in the SoSoDef Vs. Derrty Ent. game last night at Morehouse College. Unfortunately I don’t have any photos of the event but JD has uploaded yet another video to his YouTube Channel so enjoy!
Bow Wow has recorded and uploaded a new video to his YouTube Channel of a track from his new album Pedigree (LBW Ent./SoSoDef). The title of the track explains itself, “Big Bank Take Little Bank”. Bow Wow has a whole new swag on this new album. He’s really trying to prove his relevance to the hip hop game. Check out the video up top!

Bow Wow & Danity Kane both premiered thier new videos for the recording of FNMTV yesterday. Bow Wow premiered his latest single, “Marco Polo” featuring Soulja Boy, which will be on his new upcoming album Pedigree. Danity Kane finally released another single, “Bad Girl” featuring Missy Elliott, and the premiered their video for thier single. DK’s album Welcome To The Dollhouse (Bad Boy/Atlantic) is now in stores! P!nk is someone we haven’t seen in awhile! She was there as a guest co-host commentator. P!nk also has a new album to be released sometime this year. She actually has a video that’ll be premiering on FNMTV next friday (August 1st) for her single “So What”. Bow Wow is currently working on his seventh recording album, Pedigree, which is set to be released in stores this Fall 2008. He already has a single out featuring Soulja Boy titled “♫ Marco Polo”. His long time male role model and producer, Jermaine Dupri, was ejected in some of Bow Wow’s previous projects but Bow Wow has repaired those “misunderstandings”:
“He’s my father,” Bow Wow said. “He’s the dude when you in the crib and have your arguments, you move out the crib. … But me and JD are back tight again. We hanging out every day. I’m putting him on this song Swizz Beatz did for me called ‘Big Bank Take Little Bank.’ I’m trying to throw him on there right now. Y’all gonna see JD on the album even if he just gets on there and says, ‘Y’all know what this is!’ He’s gonna be a part of it even if I have to drag him.”
