Bobby Brown, his girlfriend Alicia Etheridge and their 6-month-old son Cassius were spotted eating lunch Monday afternoon (Nov 16) at a restaurant in Los Angeles.

Bobby and Alicia met shortly after he and Whitney Houston finalized their divorce back in 2007. Cassius was born in May 2009 making him the couple’s first child together and Brown’s fifth. The “My Prerogative” singer has a total of 5 children, including Cassius, his oldest son Lando (23) and his daughter with Whitney, 16-year-old Bobbi Kristina.

In Bobby Brown’s new tell-all book, he claims his whole relationship with R&B legend Whitney Houston was a hoax! Bobby wrote that the only reason Whitney married him was because she wanted to protect her “good girl” image. He says she was also in a “bisexual relationship” at the time, and she knew that being gay wouldn’t look good for her career.

“(The marriage) was doomed from the very beginning,” Brown writes in ‘Bobby Brown: The Truth, the Whole Truth and Nothing But…’ “I think we got married for all the wrong reasons. Now, I realize Whitney had a different agenda than I did when we got married… I believe her agenda was to clean up her image, while mine was to be loved and have children.

“The media was accusing her of having a bisexual relationship with her assistant, Robin Crawford. Since she was the American Sweetheart and all, that didn’t go too well with her image… In Whitney’s situation, the only solution was to get married and have kids. That would kill all speculation, whether it was true or not.”

Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston filed for divorce back in 2007 after spending 14 years together as husband and wife. They have one daughter together, 16 year old Bobbi Kristina Brown. And Whitney Houston is currently busy promoting her new album, I Look To You.

VH1 reps have revealed that their “Behind the Music” series will return in September 2009 and will feature profiles on rappers Lil Wayne, T.I. and 50 Cent, along with R&B singer and former New Edition member Bobby Brown.

BTM will follow Wayne from his early days as a New Orleans “Hot Boy” all the way to being the “best rapper alive” in 2009. His episode will kick off the return of the series on September 10th. A couple of weeks later on September 28th, Bobby Brown will be featured on the show and they’ll talk about his days as a member of New Edition, his struggles with drugs, his divorce from Whitney Houston and everything in between.

A week and a few days later on October 8th will be T.I.’s episode, where his life as a drug dealer on the streets of Atlanta, the murder of his close friend Philant Johnson and his current stint in federal prison will be highlighted. And less than a week later on October 13th, the show will document 50 Cent’s life, form his near-death experience in May 2000 all the way up until today, where he is now one of the biggest rappers in hip-hop.

All shows will air at 10 PM (EST) with the exception of 50 Cent’s episode, which will air at 8 PM (EST).

Singer Bobby Brown and his baby mama/girlfriend Alicia Etheridge were spotted maxin’ and relaxin’ on the beach in sunny Malibu, California Saturday afternoon. Peep Alicia reading the latest issue of Rolling Stone magazine, which features Michael Jackson on the cover.

Not to be outdone with news of his ex-wife Whitney Houston making a comeback to the music scene, Bobby Brown recently made a pretty big announcement at a Vegas nightclub.

While performing at Rok nightclub at the New York New York in Las Vegas, NV last Wednesday (Jun 3) he announced that he has another kid! His girlfriend/manager Alicia Etheridge gave birth to a baby boy, whom they named Cassius the previous weekend. This makes kid #4 (and baby mama #3) for Bobby. Yay for him. :)

Angela Simmons, one half of the dynamic Simmons sister duo, was spotted without her other half as she left a tanning salon in Sunset Plaza in Los Angeles Monday afternoon.

This past Friday, legendary R&B singer Whitney Houston and her publicist put out a statement denying any allegations that she has plans to get back together with ex-husband Bobby Brown. According Houston’s publicist, Nancy Seltzer, the rumors, which originaly came from The Chicago Sun Times are “a complete fabrication.”

The official word from Camp Houston sticks to the old line about the divorced couple remaining separate, ‘but good friends whose primary interest is the well-being of their daughter.’ Yet, several Georgia sightings of Houston and Brown in recent days — clearly looking very romantic while dining together — seem to boost the reliability of what I’m hearing. I’m also hearing that the divorced couple’s daughter Bobbi Kristina is eager for her parents to remarry.

Rapper Ludacris was spotted at a party for La Senza (lingerie company in Canada) enjoying some hors d’oeuvres and wine in Toronto over the weekend. Pretty random, I’d say!
