Two of the newest rappers to jump onto the hip-hop scene, Kid Cudi and Asher Roth, are set to kick off their first headlining tour together this summer. Dubbed as “The Great Hangover Tour,” fans from 19 cities around the U.S. will be able to see Roth and Cudi perform their songs from their respective albums. The 19-city tour opens at the House of Blues in Boston on July 14th and wraps up August 5th in Washington D.C. at the 9:30 club with dates in Atlanta, Vegas, Denver, Cleveland, NYC and more.

Jamie Foxx has been dubbed the luckiest man in the world after getting the once-in-a-lifetime chance to tongue wrestle one of the most admired women in the entertainment industry! We’re talking about Halle Berry people.

These two Hollywood stars caused a bit of a ruckus when they participated in a spit swapping gropefest after Halle accepted her “Decade of Hotness” award at Spike TV’s 2009 Guys’ Choice Awards, held Saturday (May 30) at the Sony Studios in Los Angeles. Jamie presented the award. Judging by the looks of the pictures, both parties enjoyed what immediately followed! Damn you Jamie!!!

Here’s Asher Roth’s music video for his latest single “Be Myself” featuring the “freak in the closet” himself, Mr. Cee-Lo Green. This comes straight from Roth’s latest album Asleep In The Bread Aisle, in stores now. Roth gets a lot of comparisons to fellow MC Eminem, and when XXL asked what he thought of the newcomer, Em said:

“He’s doing his own thing. I can respect it too because at the end of the day, I think he’s dope.”

We’re not gonna lie. When we first listened to this Asher Roth dude, we could’ve sworn someone accidentally swapped the track with something Eminem was working on. But Asher Roth’s lyrical style is nothing like Eminem’s and we love it. We love Em’s style too, but if dude flowed like Em, that’d be just plain weird. He already has dude’s voice. But enough of the Eminem comparisons … here is the latest video from up and coming rapper Asher Roth – “Lark On My Go-Kart.” This single will be featured on his debut album, Asleep in the Bread Aisle, which is due in stores and online April 20th 2009.
