New dad Jay-Z partied in style as he made his first public appearance since the birth of his daughter Blue Ivy Carter Wednesday night (Jan 18) at the relaunch of his 40/40 nightclub in New York City.

Of course his wife (and new mom) Beyonce stayed at home with their newborn daughter, but there were plenty of other celebs who showed up to party, including Swizz Beatz, Ashanti, Russell Simmons, Kevin Liles, producer Rico Love, supermodel Selita Ebanks, filmmaker Spike Lee, record executive Steve Stoute, and many others.

Even Warren Buffett — the THIRD RICHEST MAN IN THE WORLD worth around $50 billion — partied with Jay-Z and his industry friends, and was even spotted throwing up the “Roc” sign. (That sh*t cray!)

According to various reports, Jay-Z laid on a champagne tower made of 350 handmade gold Armand de Brignac bottles that stretched from floor to ceiling, and was topped with a stork carrying a baby.

“All that preparation must have been thirsty work – judging from the champagne tower Jay laid on. Nothing like that has ever been created before,” an anonymous source said. “It was a bit [over the top] but he’s [crazy] about his daughter. There’s nothing he wouldn’t do for her. You’d expect nothing less from the richest man in rap.”

Sounds like everyone had a great time!

The 2011 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show was taped in New York City at the Lexington Avenue Armory Wednesday night (Nov 9) for a TV special that will air on CBS later this month.

The pink carpet featured appearances from various celebs like TV personality Lala Anthony, R&B singer Maxwell, Hip-Hop mogul and philanthropist Russell Simmons, actor Cuba Gooding Jr., model Tyson Beckford and Maroon 5 front-man Adam Levine.

Supermodels Chanel Iman and Miranda Kerr looked absolutely stunning as they ripped the runway, showing off the brand’s newest and sexiest styles of lingerie, with Kerr walking down the runway wearing the $2.5 million diamond-studded bra designed by London Jewelers.

The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show airs Tuesday, November 29th at 10 pm ET on CBS.

On Thursday (Dec 9) many celebrities took to the Lincoln Center to celebrate the roast of Stephen Hill presented by City Of Hope in New York City.

Hill, who is the President of Music Programming and Specials for BET, was roasted by stars like Nick Cannon, Mike Epps, Diddy and 106 & Park hosts Raquel Diaz and Terrence J. Others who came out to the roast included Keri Hilson, Brandy, L.A. Reid, Matthew Knowles and Trey Songz.

After the funny roast, Stephen changed into some shorts and a tee to play dunk tank. Former 106 & Park host A.J. Calloway, Mike Epps and Bruno Mars all took a shot at trying to dunk the roastee. Looks like it was a fun night for everyone!

BET’s 106 & Park celebrates its 10th anniversary this year, and Wednesday (Oct 6) the network threw a party and invited celebs like Nelly, Bow Wow, Chris Brown, Ashanti, Trey Songz, Ne-Yo, Jamie Foxx and more to come out and celebrate with them. Finally some good news for Poison frontman Bret Michaels! The rocker turned reality television star walked away Sunday night (May 23) as the winner for the latest installment of NBC‘s “Celebrity Apprentice” over his opponent, actress Holly Robinson Peete. This comes just one month after Michael suffered a brain hemorrhage and just days after being re-admitted to the hospital for a warning stroke.

As a prize for winning the show, Bret received $250,000 to donate to a charity of his choice: The American Diabetes Association. And since both Bret and Holly did so well in the final challenge, Snapple decided to donate $250,000 as well to The HollyRod Foundation, Holly and her husband’s own charity for autism.

Shortly after the “Celebrity Apprentice” Season 3 Finale, an after-party was thrown to celebrate Bret’s win at Donald Trump‘s hotel in Soho, New York City. And in addition to Holly Robinson Peete and Bret Michaels, folks like comedian Sinbad, model Selita Ebanks, singer Cyndi Lauper and more all walked the red carpet before making their way into the Trump Soho hotel for the party. This is rare, but we actually saw the “sweet” Beyonce have to put somebody in their place. Why? Well apparently the very bold AJ Calloway from Extra asked Sasha Fierce when she was going to give Jay-Z some kids, and whether or not Jay wanted kids at all (which is a question most already know). A clearly annoyed Beyonce laughed the question off saying “Are you serious? You’ll have to ask him that…”

And speaking of Sasha Fierce, according to her creator … she’s done. Apparently Beyonce killed her.
