Chelsea Handler — who is well known for speaking her mind, no matter what — sat down and had a little chat with Howard Stern on his Sirius XM satellite radio show on Monday (Jan 23). And during the interview, Handler opened up about her one-off relationship with rapper 50 Cent, and even had a few choice words for Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon.

“He’s actually a lot different than you would think,” Chelsea said of 50 Cent, who she briefly dated in 2010. “He’s very sweet. He’s really sweet. He’s got this great big smile and his energy is just –he’s like a big black teddy bear and you just kind of want to jump on him.”

She continued, “He’s very clean cut, and I don’t know if he was lying to me but he doesn’t do drugs, he doesn’t even drink alcohol, he doesn’t smoke pot, he doesn’t do anything I like. I thought that was refreshing, and I was like ‘Oh, that’s fun.’ I smoke pot once in a while. But yeah I’d smoke around him, but he never wanted to. There’s always someone around me that’s got pot, so it’s not like that hard to come by.”

Speaking on her fling with the rapper, Handler said, “We went out. We dated. We had sex. The sex was okay. It was just normal. It was fine. It wasn’t mind blowing … I’ve had much better sex with other people, but it was good.”

“My friends all loved him,” she continued. “My friends fell in love with him. They were like, ‘This huge gangster guy is like the sweetest.’ So we dated for a couple months.”

Throughout those few months, Chelsea says 50 used to fly out to her shows all over the country. He had even met her family in Newark, and was set to join them on a Christmas vacation trip to Anguilla.

But Chelsea says things took a turn for the worse after Ciara, 50′s rumored ex girlfriend, was scheduled to appear on her show.

“It was so dumb. It’s almost embarrassing. I really can’t remember the exact the details, but I’ll tell you what I can remember. I think one of his ex-girlfriends was coming on my show and she’s one of those singers. I can’t remember her name. She’s really hot. He was dating her I guess previous to me.

“Right before Anguilla, Ciara–that’s her name!–was coming on the show, and he called me to tell me something about her like she still calls him all the time, and she still tells him that she loves him or something. And I’m at my job, and I go ‘Curtis, honestly this is like eighth grade sh*t. Why are you telling me this? This girl is coming on the show tomorrow, and now I have to look at her and think you guys have some weird thing going on or had going on.’

“It was so juvenile. I’m at my work and I work my ass off all the time, and I have million different things and even though it’s not like important work, I am working hard. I’m doing sh*t. He said, ‘I want you to hear this conversation’ and he was like calling someone like a 3-way phone call. I go, ‘So you’re telling me this girl wants to get back together with you, but she’s upset that you’re dating me, is that what you’re saying?’ He’s like, ‘Yeah, so I just want you to know when she comes.’

“I think I called him the worst thing you could say to a black person short of calling him the N-word. I said something like you’re like a street person basically. Something along the lines of being a gangster, and it was really, really offensive and I hung up and I’ve never spoken to him again.”

When asked if she called him “ghetto,” Handler recalled, “I said something like that. I said, ‘You have no business even talking to someone like me,’ and it was very mean. Obviously, he never showed up to Anguilla, which is actually better because he couldn’t swim, so I didn’t understand why he was coming in the first place.”

50 Cent wasn’t the only person to receive some harsh criticism from the late night talk show host and comedian. She also lashed out at Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon.

“Anyone who’s married to Mariah Carey, I’m pretty sure doesn’t have a great sense of humor,” Handler joked. “I mean, let’s be honest, she’s ridiculous. What is her game plan? What kinda person operates like that?”

Chelsea went on to ridicule the singer over her recent weight loss and compared her to Elizabeth Taylor, whose weight fluctuated much like Carey’s throughout her career.

“She’s worse than Elizabeth Taylor. She’s just so ridiculous with her body. You see her one day and she’s like 50 pounds heavier or lighter, I mean what is she doing?” Handler continued. “I don’t even understand what hemisphere people like that operate in. There’s nothing real about her and her Hello Kitty whatever.”

Just in case you didn’t already know….50 Cent is rich. Mega rich. So rich, in fact, that he likes to show it off from time to time.

While in Las Vegas for the Consumer Electronics Show to promote his new headphones, 50 Cent also posted a series of pictures of himself with his good friend, boxer Floyd Mayweather, posing with wads and wads (and more wads) of cash in his hotel room.

“I was thinking I could make a lot of money one day. Then I got mad cause some chumps was hatin on me,” 50 tweeted. “So I joined a gang lol THE MONEY TEAM my home boy got some hands and I got da heat. Lol,” 50 said, in reference to his pal ‘Money Mayweather.’

“We made it mom top of the world!!!!.( James cagney voice) lol,” read another tweet from the rapper, who is worth a reported $250 million.

Believe it or not, this isn’t the first time 50 Cent has tastelessly flaunted his wealth on Twitter. Back in November 2010, the rapper posted pictures of himself playing around with $500,000 worth of cash money.

In an interview with Vibe, the G-Unit head honcho revealed that he has avoided any possible beef with T.I. after firing shots at the southern rapper via Twitter.

According to Fif, he recently had a conversation with “The King” through a mutual friend over the phone and the two were able to reach a happy medium.

After viewing T.I.‘s recent comments in VIBE magazine regarding people who said Tiny should have taken the charge in his drug case (Fif being among those),  the G-Unit head honcho decided to fire shots via Twitter.

He posted the following:

T.I.”s statement in VIBE about Fif and others saying Tiny should have taken the charge:

“I’ma tell you, 50 Cent and anybody else, we not gonn’a have no discussion about what my ole lady should’a, would’a, couda done for anything as it pertains to me.  We ain’t gonn’a do that. I’m the only one in my family that’s gonna take a lick when it pertains to the legal system. Since me, none of my other family members have seen a jail cell. Nobody. I’m the last one. The buck stops here. I feel that a person that stands behind [his woman for a criminal charge] is a coward anyway.”

Regardless of who’s wrong or right in this situation….50 needs to just grow a pair of balls and stop getting so offended by what others say, especially when he goes around saying whatever pops up in that mind of his.

When you speak recklessly on a regular….expect others to have something to say back in return. GEEZ!!!

50 Cent has an arrogant way of downplaying previous situations.

The G-Unit head honcho recently chopped things up with MTV and claimed that his former beef with Rick Ross wasn’t a beef at all.

In 50 Cent’s conceited mind, he saw it as an attempt for the “Boss” rapper to create awareness for himself.

“He wanted to create an awareness for himself, and he did it. He says it started because I looked at him the wrong way. That just means he wanted to compete, he wanted to move up, he wanted to create an awareness for himself, and he did it.”

Fif went on to add:

“This is why they changed the terminology from ‘battling’ to ‘beefing.’ It was always that battling was a part of the culture; they didn’t do that until Tupac and Biggie Smalls’ situation. That’s when it became taboo to actually mention an artist’s name.”

50 Cent is all business on the cover of the October 24th/31st issue of JET Magazine, where the rapper discusses his new book “50 Cent Playground: The Mostly True Story of a Reformed Bully,” which he hopes will encourage kids to think about how bullying impacts communities.

The issue hits newsstands October 24th.

50 Cent may have to resurrect his side kick “Pimpin Curly” to get a little advice for his upcoming movie role.

According to reports, the business mogul has secured a role in upcoming movie “Frozen Ground” (directed by new film director on the block Scott Walker), and will play a pimp from the 1980′s.

“Frozen Ground,” which also stars Nicolas Cage, Vanessa Hudgens and John Cusack, is based on the true-life story of an Alaskan pimp turned serial killer named Robert “Butcher Baker” Hansen, who took the lives of over 20 prostitutes throughout the 70′s and 80′s.

Cusack will play Hansen, while Cage will portray an Alaska State Trooper that pursues him. Hudgens will play as one of Hansen’s “escaped victims.”

Not content with just starring in the movie, 50 will also release the project via his Emmet/Furla films imprint.

The film is scheduled for release in December 2012.

Rapper 50 Cent switched things up and rocked an afro Tuesday (Sep 20) at the “Every Woman, Every Child” MDG Reception in New York City.

The G-Unit Head Honcho called into Hot 97 yesterday, and let Funkmaster Flex know what REALLY went down between Ray J and Fabolous.

“Fab is looking at him like he’s crazy,” Fif stated. “[Fab] said, ‘Yo. You lost your mind!’”

The G-Unit head honcho said Fabolous did not get punched in his face, which Ray J claimed he did in his initial story. He also stated that the ‘One Wish’ singer may have been on “a little bit of juice” — whether he meant alcohol or drugs is not known.

Yet there was an attempt to make a hit at Fab. “There was a swing, but it didn’t land on nothing, so you can’t call it a punch,” he said.

Curtis Jackson aka 50 Cent has had a lawsuit filed against him and his G-Unit imprint for an alleged oral sex attack that took place at his Conneticut mansion back in 2009.

According to reports, the suit was filed by former video music dancer Vasti Ortiz.

All Hip Hop explains:

Ortiz’ lawsuit claims that she was assaulted by 50 Cent’s associate Dwayne McKenzie, during a visit to the rapper’s sprawling mansion, in August of 2009. According to the lawsuit, a woman named Ivy Medina invited Vasti Ortiz and her friends to the mansion around 1:30 AM.

Ortiz claims that Dwayne McKenzie was at the mansion acting as an employee of G-Unit. When McKenzie began to make “awkward sexual requests” for oral sex, the women attempted to leave.

Dwayne McKenzie then instructed a woman named Michelle Krzykowski to attack Ortiz, who was struck in the head with a hard object, as McKenzie held her down. Ortiz, who acted as a dancer for some music videos in the past, pepper sprayed Mckenzie and Krzykowski and managed to flee the scene.

Ortiz was rushed to a local hospital, where she needed nine staples to close a massive wound to her head.

This is not the first time that G-Unit associate Dwayne McKenzie has had a brush with the law and got 50’s name involved.

Back in 2007 he was arrested and charged for firing a .40 glock at a man who attempted to steal his diamond necklace and in 2008, was arrested after striking a woman at 50’s mansions with a belt during a dispute.

That Dwayne McKenzie guy sounds like bad news. Time for celebrities to stop hiring their crazy ass homeboys to “work” for them. SMDH…

50 Cent and Omarion laughed up a storm at the launch party for 50′s new “Street King” energy shot drink at the Hudson Hotel Library Bar in New York City Wednesday night (Sep 14).

This time the late night TV host has admitted to having had intimate relations with the rapper.

Former collaborators 50 Cent and Lil Kim linked up earlier this week to perform their 2003 hit single “Magic Stick” at the Winterbeatz Music Festival in Melbourne, Australia.

Though largely unconfirmed, recent reports suggested that the pint-size rapper had inked a deal with 50 Cent’s G-Unit records. But acording to UMG’s new roster, Lil Kim is now an artist under Universal Music Group.

Rapper 50 Cent may ramble over some of the most ridiculous things on Twitter … but at times, he does speak the truth.

The G-Unit head honcho recently weighed in on Republican congressman Doug Lamborn‘s comments on President Barack Obama, calling him a “tar baby.”

“Republican congressman Doug Lamborn should be relieved of his duties after calling president Obama a tar baby. Tar baby is a synonym for n*gger, except it is only used in bigoted manners, were as n*gga can be a sign of respect. The term comes from a children’s story in witch they explain that slaves were”dark and dumb”due to the fact they were” baptized in TAR” #SK. I can’t find a more disrespectful or ignorant way to describe the race or depiction of our president”

We agree with Fif on this one. If Chris Brown can get hell for saying “Yal N**gas is Gay”…..then this definitely applies!

50 Cent is interested in working with Kanye West … the same guy he had an “album sales competition” with — and lost — back in 2007. (How ironic?)

In a recent interview, the G-Unit Boss told MTV News that the two have talked about collaborating … but haven’t gotten around to hitting the studio yet because of how busy Yeezy and Jigga have been with their “Watch the Throne” album.

“Yeah we talked about it, both of us; and Kanye went on the radio and talked about us collaborating soon,” 50 said. “I don’t know if it will actually happen during this period, because of how much they got going on with Watch the Throne, with him and Jay doing that. I don’t know.”

As for his music … 50 says he has a lot of tracks stocked up — somewhere around 40 songs — for a CD.

“I have a lot of good ideas for it, and I just put ‘em on the side and said, ‘We’ll see what happens,’ and I kept doing other things,” he continued. “I have too many records right now. I recorded to the point that I have 40 songs for a CD that will have 13, maybe 14 cuts.”

Wonder if he will ever put those tracks to good use … or keep going back and forth on Twitter with Interscope and Dr. Dre and whoever else he wants to antogonize for the day?? The choice is yours Curtis!

Not content with his literary offerings of “The 50th Law” (co-written with author Robert Greene) and “From Pieces to Weight”, rapper/mogul 50 Cent wants to pen an advice book for teens who suffer at the hands of bullies.

Believe it or not, 50 encountered some bullying in his younger days and wants to investigate how children turn into horrible bullies. 50 said in a statement revealing the upcoming book, aptly titled “Playground:”

“I had a strong desire to write ‘Playground’ because I wanted to explore how a kid becomes a bully. I drew on events from my own childhood and adolescence, but was excited to see the story take on its own life. This book would have been very helpful for me growing up and now that I have a teenage son, it is my goal that this will have a positive influence on all teenagers.”

Uh oh….50 Cent is beyond pissed at his record label!

The G-Unit C.E.O. took to his Twitter to lash out over the label moving in slow motion with his new album.

“Ok I tried to be cool with my record company. I went to the meeting talk to everyone and sh– feels like there moving in slow motion. I’m sorry to announce I will not be releasing a new album this year if we don’t get on the same page. My whole career iv been doing sh– and they have been playing catch up this is the last f—ing album THEY BETTER WAKE UP AND WORK.”

“I tweeted something about the actual single. While I’m out here, I got a meeting, I gotta sit with Jimmy [Iovine, chairman of Interscope/Geffen/A&M], I gotta sit with the guys that push the button. I’ve done it by myself on my other albums, ’cause I got my own radio staff. And I worked the record and get it to 500 spins and then let them kick in. But I think it’s better to just go with the entire building, have everybody on deck so they understand my plans for this project.”

The rapper debuted a new look yesterday in Aruba as he posed for pictures on the red carpet of the premiere of his new movie “Things Fall Apart” at the Aruba Film Festival.

Chelsea Handler has finally admitted to dating rapper 50 Cent after previously denying any romance between the two. Too bad everyone in the world already knew her and Fif were knocking boots!

“We dated, very casually,” Handler revealed on ‘Piers Morgan’ last night. “He’s a very sweet, nice guy… I was sampling, kind of, the atmosphere, seeing what was out there, and I was satiated.”

She went on to add: “He’s a great guy… he’s the complete antithesis of what you’d imagine. He’s a sweetheart, he’s great, he’s funny, he has a great sense of humor.”

Wonder what made her decide to come clean all of a sudden? Is somebody missing 50?

When it comes to his fellow rappers, Hip-Hop & entertainment mogul 50 Cent does not consider them as friends. They are one thing and one thing only: business associates!

In a recent interview with MTV UK 50 said, “We don’t have those kinds of relationships. These people are people I associate with. We are in the same business. We are not necessarily friends. We don’t call each other for no reason. It’s not like we have something against each other to make us enemies. Me and Jay-Z will use each other. Repeatedly. For energy.”

Rewind back to last year when there were slight jabs taken by 50 and former Roc-A-Fella artist Beanie Siegel towards Jay. But after meeting at Eminem and Jay’s Home and Home tour in Detroit, the two managed to squash any beef they had.

50 told MTV News of their meeting, ”We got a chance to kick it for a minute. I know people were interested in what that conversation was like. But they can ask Jay-Z. I take people’s actions as if it’s genuinely how they feel. I can only use what I saw you do as if that’s what you meant. I can’t understand what your motivation was prior to that.”

Gotta give it to the man, he knows how to handle his business well!

Hip-Hop MC turned entertainment mogul 50 Cent teamed and  MTV recently revealed a clip from the G-Unit head honcho’s upcoming Rock Doc titled “50 Cent: The Origin of Me,” which features Fiddy traveling to Edgefield, South Carolina, in search of his roots.

In one clip, the rapper encounters an elderly woman, who explains the significance of the Confederate Flag to Curtis, who appears visibly irritated with the conversation.

“People really don’t understand what’s going on at that period of time,” the elderly woman told 50 Cent. “Black citizens in this country really needs to study the history, because it’s just as much the black ancestry as it is the white ancestry.”

Despite 50 explaining to “Miss Daisy’” how her rather perplexing explanation was racist … the old senior citizen woman acted as though there were no valid reasons for taking offense to it, saying that it has to do with black ancestry as well as white ancestry.

“She’s offering her truth … what‚ she’s accepted as the truth based on information given to her, but I don’t agree with it,” 50 Cent said.

The woman continued to tell 50  that “African and Mongolian” slaves were captured and put on ships … to which a bewildered 50 Cent politely interrupted her because he wanted to clarify what he heard: “Mongolian slaves?”

50 Cent, still remaining cordial and polite, asked her if the “Mongolian slaves” had any physical features that made them distinct from African slaves and she said there weren’t.

“Mongolian slaves?…I never heard of that before,”  replied 50 Cent.

Neither have we!

Popeater reports that 50 Cent is launching a brand new comedy site, Thisis50Comedy.com, on Thursday (Apr 28).

The newly launched site will feature the debut of 50′s comedy show, dubbed “This Is 50 Comedy Show,” which will be taped in front of a live audience in the Times Square Arts Center in New York City, and will be streamed live online.

It will be hosted by comedian Young Jack Thriller, who provides content to Thisis50.com, 50′s entertainment website.

Access to the show will cost $2.99, the proceeds of which will go towards Japan’s relief fund.

Curious to see how this one’s going to pan out.

Even though he’s half a dollar … 50 always keeps it 100!

It’s no secret that Hip-Hop superstar 50 Cent has substantial money in the bank, so when two men allegedly tried to make a few unauthorized purchases using the mogul’s American Express account, the pair likely thought they hit the jackpot.

Not so, according to a report recently put out by the New York Daily News. Apparently, thieves tried to use 50′s account information to order two Sony flat-screen televisions worth about $1,000 each.

The owner of the store where the fraudulent purchases were being made grew a bit suspicious and did not deliver the items. When the would-be robbers inquired as to why they hadn’t received their ill-gotten goods, the store owner told them over the phone that they could come pick them up.

The two men arrived in a rented car to pick up the televisions, and were promptly arrested, though a source reports that they were not the “masterminds behind the attempted crime.”

This is at least the fifth time since 2007 that someone has tried to make an unauthorized purchase using 50′s information.

Is Pauly D about to ditch the ‘Jersey Shore’ for G-Unit? Maybe.

According to recent reports, the slick haired guido is DANGEROUSLY close to joining forces with Curtis & The Unit, and we hear that 50 already has a 3-album deal on the table!

The ‘Jersey Shore’ DJ met with Fiddy and his people in NYC last week, where they discussed the lucrative record deal, and also tossed around the idea of a Pauly D merchandise line, specifically Pauly D-branded headphones.

Nothing’s signed yet, but according to sources, 50 wants to hammer out the deal ASAP … before Pauly jets off to Italy to shoot “Jersey Shore” Season 4.

If 50 Cent didn’t appear on Jeremih’s hit single “Down on Me,” the up and coming R&B singer would have been dropped from Def Jam. And this isn’t purely Mr Jackson’s ego talking …. it’s the truth.

In 2010, Jeremih released his sophomore album All About You, which failed to blow up and make a strong impact. Because of this, his label was on the verge of dropping him. But luckily for the “Birthday Sex” singer, Mr. Curtis (and YouTube sensation Keenan Cahill) stepped in right on time.

Speaking on Hot 97 with Angie Martinez, 50 said:

“They was counting Jeremih out completely. He was already gon’ be dropped from Def Jam before Down on Me. He was definitely gonna be in a position where he was getting dropped because the first week sales was really low on the record.”

Deciding to prove his critics wrong, 50 jumped on the record purely based on Jeremih’s ability rather than receiving the fat pay check that he’s accustomed to:

“We did the song, I didn’t care. I was just looking at him as an artist and I said he sounds good, and I thought he was a dope artist, so I said I’ma do it. And we did the song, and then it took off. It’s been number one for what, five weeks now?”

Inside VIBE‘s upcoming International issue, the rapper turned Hip-Hop mogul shares his thoughts on rappers getting face tattoos, his relationship with Chelsea Handler, his beef with Dr. Dre about his Sleek Headphones, and more.

“I have a strong personality, a strong character. And I can be difficult to deal with at certain points because I’m vocal. If you upset Em, he’s just gonna not talk to you. You’re not going to get him in the next room you wanna get him in. With Dre, the same. He’s not comfortable with friction. That [tweet] is, “Hey look, I’m here. Is everybody still paying attention?” So they go, “Why he say that? Why he say we mad?” Then the meeting happens.”

50 ON HIS RELATIONSHIP WITH CHELSEA HANDLER:

50 ON RAPPERS WITH FACE TATTOOS:
“That’s the craziest thing. Not necessarily Gucci, but to tattoo your face says that there’s not a possibility that you can actually walk into a legitimate establishment without makeup covering your face every day. That does not work. It creates a separation. It says, “I’m an artist.” That’s it. That’s the statement you make when you go and tattoo your face…But know that the public will not have interest in you as an artist for life. You have to be phenomenal. Talk to the best that do it and they will tell you that it will take more than you being an artist. It takes marketing, maneuvering to generate for that long. When you got 40-year-old rappers in the game, those guys have maneuvered and survived.”

50 ON HIS INTERNATIONAL APPEAL:
I did the groundwork. I traveled. To them I’m not a myth. I’m a real person. They’ve seen me live in performances in Croatia, Kosovo, India…The same way they feel about me in New York, they feel about me in Africa and they feel about me in India. You can spin the globe and stop it wherever you want and say 50 Cent, and they know exactly who you’re talking about and they know the material. It is what it is. I don’t have the trophy case to reflect that, but I can’t eat trophies.

Platinum selling rapper 50 Cent recently reacted to Ja Rule’s guilty plea for failing to file federal taxes by taunting his long time nemesis financial woes. Shortly after learning about Rule’s tax woes, 50 Cent did what he does bet. He took to Twitter to poke fun of the former Murder Inc rapper.

Read what he wrote below:

“D*mn you don’t want to pay taxes fool. Take 3 more years hahaha. Oh sh*t I’m crying LMAO,” 50 tweeted Wednesday (March 23).

Then he ReTweeted some messages from his followers:

“Lol RT @YouCantBSerious: Ja Rule pleads guilty to tax evasion aww this is the biggest headline for Ja since @50cent destroyed his career.”

“LMAO RT @Reg_GThisis69: I know @50cent is laughing his a** off at Jeffrey”

Ja Rule’s attorney confirmed Rule’s recent tax problems yesterday (March 23) .

“He’s been working on addressing these issues for some time,” his attorney, Stacy Richmond, said after the hearing. “He’s taking full responsibility. He voluntarily walked in here, he wasn’t arrested.”

The G-Unit C.E.O. is receiving a ton of backlash after making insensitive tweets about the earthquake and tsunami disaster occurring in Japan. Fif posted the following on his Twitter account:

He also tweeted: “Its all good Till b**ches see there christian louboutins floating down da street shit gone get crazy” before later trying to clear his statements up by admitting that he says whatever for shock value.
