Porn queen Jenna Jameson was arrested on suspicion of DUI early Friday morning (May 25) in Orange County, CA.

According to OC police, Jameson was involved in a car accident at around 1:30 am when she lost control of her Range Rover, and crashed into a light pole.

The 38-year-old sustained minor injuries in the crash, but refused medical treatment.

TMZ says she was a crying mess after the crash, telling people, “I just want to go home.”

TMZ obtained the 911 call made by a woman who claims she witnessed the porn legend driving like a drunk person before she smashed her Range Rover into a pole in Orange County, CA just after midnight.

“I was actually getting ready to call you guys because she was drunk,” the caller told the 911 operator … adding, “Next thing I know she went into the pole.”

The caller asked Jenna if she needed paramedics, to which she replied, “No, I just want to go.” She can later be heard wailing in the background, “I’m Jenna Jameson.”

Police say when they arrived on the scene, she showed signs of possibly being under the influence of alcohol, and was given a field sobriety test, which she failed. She was immediately arrested and booked for suspicion of drinking and driving, which is a misdemeanor.

Jenna Jameson, who is considered to be the world’s most famous adult-entertainment performer, has appeared in over a hundred pornographic films, and has made double-digit millions off her lucrative porn career. She confirmed her retirement from the adult entertainment industry in 2008.

Jameson has twin sons — Jesse Jameson and Journey Jette — with her on-and-off boyfriend, UFC mixed martial artist Tito Ortiz.

As you probably know by now (unless you live under a rock or something), Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg married his college sweetheart Priscilla Chan over the weekend.

On Saturday (May 19), just one day after Facebook went public on the stock market, Mark updated his relationship status to “married,” capping off a very busy week for the couple.

Mark’s 28th birthday was last Monday (May 14), the same day Priscilla graduated from medical school at the University of California in San Francisco; and on Friday, Mark took his 8-year-old company public in one of the most anticipated stock offerings in the history of Wall Street.

According to close friends, Zuckerberg and Chan met and Harvard before Mark started Facebook, and have been dating for almost 10 years.

The wedding ceremony took place in Mark’s back yard in Palo Alto, CA in front of less than 100 guests, who were originally told that they were coming to celebrate Chan’s graduation, but when they arrived, found out that they were there for a wedding. “Everybody was shocked,” one guest said, speaking anonymously on behalf of the couple.

Mark wore a suit, while his bride wore a traditional white wedding gown that reportedly cost $4,700, and was designed by Claire Pettibone, a Los Angeles-based designer. Mark also designed the ring featuring “a very simple ruby.”

Mark and Priscilla had been privately planning their surprise wedding for months, but were waiting until Chan had graduated to officially exchange vows.

And just in case you wondering … no, the wedding was not timed to perfectly follow Facebook’s IPO, since the date the company planned to go public was a “moving target,” according to sources.

The New York Times and other media outlets noted that by waiting until the day after he cashed in on Facebook, Mark conveniently protected his billion-dollar fortune from California’s communal property laws that state that everything a couple earns or buys after they get married is split evenly between them if they get a divorce … but anything they owned individually before the marriage is theirs to keep.

Mark married his college sweetheart the day AFTER Facebook went public, clearly establishing his pre-marriage net worth.

But had he tied the knot anytime before that, Priscilla would have almost certainly been guaranteed to receive half of Mark’s Facebook shares if they should ever get divorced. (Though they probably have a prenuptial agreement, but that’s another story…)

And speaking of the Facebook IPO … according to a report today from the Associated Press, Facebook’s stock has fallen for the third day in a row, and investors are reconsidering how much the social network is actually worth.

Facebook’s long-awaited initial public offering of stock raised $16 billion (at $38/share) last Friday, giving the company a $104 billion value, which is $6 billion more than Amazon, Inc.

But after just three days of trading, the price of Facebook, Inc.’s stock has fallen $7, to $31, representing an almost 20 percent drop, which takes the company’s valuation down to about $90 billion.

Meanwhile, Google, Inc. — Facebook’s biggest rival — is worth $200 billion, and is currently trading at over $600/share.

Facebook’s IPO was supposed to prove that social media is not just a passing fad, and is capable to co-exist with the big boys on the stock market … but so far, it has yet to do that.

On the other hand, Facebook’s traffic continues to grow, as they recently announced that they are pushing 1 billion users … but will they survive the stock market? Guess we’ll just have to wait and see.

But regardless of how Facebook’s stock does, Mark will still be a happily married billionaire … so congrats to him on succeeding at life before the age of 30.

Known as one of the hardest working men in entertainment, Ryan Seacrest has just splashed $49 million of his hard earned cash on Ellen DeGeneres‘ 9,200 square foot Beverly Hills mansion.

Seacrest — who is is a radio host, television personality and network producer — reportedly makes over $50 million (or more) a year and is worth at least $125 million … so a $50 million home purchase is nothing for a baller like him.

According to The Huffington Post, Ryan Seacrest’s purchase was made through the same realtor Ellen DeGeneres used to make her sale back when the home was owned by Max Mutchnick, co-creator of “Will and Grace.”

Ellen originally paid $29 million for the house, and later purchased the adjacent properties, bringing the total asking price for the whole estate to $49 mil. The mansion sits on 2.87 acres and has three guest homes.

But even though may have a new home, Seacrest is still reportedly trying to sell his $11.9 million Hollywood pad, which once belonged to actor Kevin Costner and his family, and boasts a gym, tennis court, swimming pool, six bedrooms and a screening room.

Time Magazine thought it would be pretty cool to put a picture of a real, 3-year-old boy standing on a chair with his mom’s boob in his mouth on the cover of their nationally syndicated magazine for an issue on “attachment parenting.”

So they did it … and here it is!

The subjects on this week’s TIME cover aren’t models in pose. Jamie Lynne Grumet, photographed by Martin Schoeller with her 3-year-old son, is a mother from Los Angeles who subscribes to attachment parenting, the subject of staff writer Kate Pickert’s cover story.

Attachment parenting has been on the rise over the past two decades, since the publication of “The Baby Book” by Dr. William “Bill” Sears and his wife Martha in 1992. Its three main tenets are extended breast-feeding, co-sleeping and “baby wearing,” in which infants are physically attached to their parents by slings.

Martin Schoeller says he spent an entire day photographing four different women from various parts of the country who practice this odd method of motherhood.

“When you think of breast-feeding, you think of mothers holding their children, which was impossible with some of these older kids,” Schoeller explained. “I liked the idea of having the kids standing up to underline the point that this was an uncommon situation.”

Jamie Grumet from Los Angeles says she isn’t ashamed that she still breastfeeds her 3-year-old son, who will turn four next month and will still continue to be breastfed. “I don’t consider breast-feeding immodest at all. I’m not shy about doing it in public.”

Jamie also has a 5-year-old (adopted) son of a different race who she breastfeeds as well. “I know so many amazing women who have induced their lactation, but I had milk [from feeding my biological son], so I had one of the easier situations as far as adoptive breast-feeding is concerned,” she said, “but it was considered extended breast-feeding. And it was transracial. And he was adopted. I was ready for attack as soon as I posted one of the pictures [on my blog].”

Grumet says she and her sister — who also practices attachment parenting — were breastfed up until she was six years old, and she still remembers how she felt when she drank milk from her mother’s teet over 2 decades ago.

“It’s really warm,” she recalled. “It’s like embracing your mother, like a hug. You feel comforted, nurtured and really, really loved. I had so much self-confidence as a child, and I know it’s from that. I never felt like she would ever leave me. I felt that security.”

She said, “I grew up this way and never thought about raising my kids differently.”

Dionna Ford, who lives in Kansas City, Missouri, says when she was pregnant, she watched a video of a British woman breast-feeding her 7-year-old daughter, and she thought she could never do the same … until she found out how hard it was to wean her son off breast milk.

“After six months, I decided I’d wait until he turned 1,” she said. “But after my baby turned a year old, he was still a baby — not talking, barely walking — and I wondered why I’d stop now.”

Dionna’s son is now 4-years-old and she not only breastfeeds him, but she also breastfeeds her 5-month-old son.

For Brooklyn, New York native Jessica Cary — who still breastfeeds her 3-year-old daughter — she says attachment parenting is a way of life. “I don’t think about when I’ll stop. For us, it’s a life philosophy.”

Not only capturing photographs of attached parents, but also their reasons for attachment parenting, was Schoeller’s biggest goal for this very … “interesting” photo shoot.

“It was important to show that there’s no stereotypical look for a mom who practices this kind of parenting,” he said.

There’s no doubt about it that not only this magazine cover — but the ENTIRE pictorial feature — is shocking, but…

Former R&B singer Houston — who released that catchy song “I Like That” (featuring Nate Dogg, Chingy and others) in 2004, then gouged his own eye with a fork the following year — posed for his scary-looking mugshot after he was recently arrested for DUI in Los Angeles.

According to TMZ, the 28-year-old — whose full name is Houston Summers IV — was busted for DUI last week near Malibu after cops spotted him driving “erratically” in an old, beat up SUV and pulled him over.

Police say when they approached the vehicle, it reeked of marijuana. When they questioned him, his answers were incoherent, and he was then placed under arrest on suspicion of DUI.

Cops believe Houston wasn’t driving drunk, but under the influence of drugs. He was released from jail the next day.

As you may (or may not) remember … Houston famously had an emotional breakdown back in February 2005, when he first attempted suicide by jumping out of a 13th-floor hotel window in London while under the influence of PCP.

His concerned friends were able to stop him from killing himself, but when they locked him in a first-floor room, he grabbed a plastic fork and gouged his own eye out. (Sidenote: The suicide attempt was later declared a “rumor” by Houston’s family members.)

At the time, the singer’s bodyguard told MTV News that after he gouged his eye out, “he showed no pain and he had no remorse,” and told him that “he had to do it” so that he he could get “closer to God.”

Immediately following the incident, Houston was institutionalized for an entire year, attributing his mental outburst as a result of the “pressures of fame.”

Professional boxers Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Miguel Cotto stare each other down during the official weigh in for their big boxing match, which is scheduled to go down Saturday night (May 5) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

Mayweather — one of the biggest stars in the sport of boxing — has a spotless record of 42-0. That’s 42 wins … and ZERO losses.

Cotto’s record, however, isn’t so spotless … but out of 39 total fights, he’s only had 2 losses (his record is 37-2, 30 knockouts), which is still pretty decent, but the odds are 6-1 in favor of Floyd Mayweather.

But Miguel Cotto isn’t too worried about the odds. “I don’t need anyone else giving me a chance,” Cotto said. “If I can trust in myself, I don’t need anyone else believing in me.”

“Nobody is invincible in life. I know that because I pass through this point in my life,” Cotto said. “I’m ready for anything Floyd brings me. The question is, is Floyd ready for anything Miguel can bring to him?”

Even if the odds are in favor of Floyd Mayweather — who weighs in at 147 pounds –the 154-pound Miguel Cotto could definitely challenge the undefeated boxer.

“The only thing I can say is I’m ready, and I am prepared for anything that happens in the ring,” Cotto said. “I’m going to work every second in there.”

This will be Mayweather’s last fight before he faces an 87-day jail sentence on charges stemming from an assault on his ex girlfriend/baby mama.

Patricia Krentcil Appeared on ABC's "Good Morning America"

An excessively tanned woman from New Jersey is facing child endangerment charges after she allegedly took her 5-year-old daughter to a tanning booth, and allowed the little girl to get a tan.

44-year-old Patricia Krentcil — known as the “tanning mom” — was arrested after her daughter allegedly suffered burns at a tanning salon.

She denies the child endangerment charges, but if convicted, she could face up to 10 years behind bars, where the only tanning she will get is from the prison yard.

According to ABC News, child protective services in New Jersey intervened after a tip from the nurse at Patricia’s daughter Anna‘s school who noticed she had a rash. The little girl said that she had been burned after going tanning with her mother.

But Patricia says that Anna was sunburned from a day spent gardening, and not from a tanning bed.

Her husband Richard Krentcil also said that Anna never entered a tanning bed, and media reports saying so are not true.

“They wrote the story saying Patricia took her into the tanning booth, [that] they were tanning together,” he said. “Totally false.”

The owner of City Tropics tanning salon in Nutley, NJ here Patricia regularly gets her tanning fix says she pays a flat fee of about $100 per month for “unlimited” tanning sessions, and she tans for about 12 minutes, 5 days a week. Every week. (That’s 20 times a month!)

New York dermatologist Joshua Zeichner explained the situation and Patrica’s addiction — known as “tanorexia” — to the New York Daily News:

“Going to a tanning salon 20 times a month, frankly, is insane, especially with all of the public education and awareness campaigns on the dangers of tanning beds and skin cancers. It may be she has an addiction to tanning, which actually now has a name — tanorexia. She may need help to treat not only the damage to her skin, but also what is going on with her psychologically.”

Another New York dermatologist, Dr. Doris Day, had this to say about Patricia:

“When you look at this, this is somebody who has a problem who most likely has a condition called ‘tanorexia,’ where they just don’t realize just how much color they have. She’s at higher risk for skin cancer, and it also doesn’t send the right message to her child.”

Patricia doesn’t believe she’s addicted to tanning, but most addicts don’t believe they ever have a problem.

Her attorney John. D. Caruso doesn’t think she’s addicted to tanning either.

“Obviously, she tans,” Caruso said. “To call her an addict, I think is a real leap. It feels like it’s being exaggerated, to be like, ‘Well look at her, she must have done this.’”

So going to a tanning salon 20 times a month (over 200 times yearly) is not addictive behavior? Okay … Whatever.

It’s finally here! After much anticipation, the brand new logo for the Brooklyn Nets (formerly the New Jersey Nets) was officially unveiled Monday (Apr 30).

The team’s primary logo — which was designed by part-owner and Hip-Hop titan Jay-Z — is a blacked-out shield with the word “NETS” above a basketball with a “B” inside. It’s basically, an updated more modern version of the original New Jersey logo.

The secondary logo — which is simply the “B” basketball, surrounded by the words “Brooklyn New York” in a circle — will be at center court at the Barclays Center, the team’s new home. It will also appear on the players’ basketball shorts.

Black and white are the new primary team colors, which is a huge change from the original red, white and blue colors that date back to when the Net were known as the New Jersey Americans.

“Hello, Brooklyn! I’ve been waiting a long time to say that,” center Brook Lopez said at the formal logo unveiling at the Modell’s Sporting Goods store right across the street from the Barclays Center.

Brooklyn Nets CEO Brett Yormark calls the new logo “the new badge of Brooklyn.”

“We’ve been waiting a long time for this,” he said. “The Brooklyn Nets are finally part of the conversation.

Jay-Z released the following statement regarding the new logos that he designed:

“The Brooklyn Nets logos are another step we’ve made to usher the organization into a new era. The boldness of the designs demonstrate the confidence we have in our new direction.

“Along with our move to Brooklyn and a state-of-the-art arena, the new colors and logos are examples of our commitment to update and refine all aspects of the team.”

The Brooklyn Nets — the only NBA team with a black/white color scheme — will unveil their new uniforms sometime in the fall right before the 2012-13 NBA season kicks off.

Nadya Suleman, best known worldwide as the “Octomom,” is under investigation by the Orange County Department of Family and Children’s services following a complaint filed by her hair stylist stating that the mother of 14 allows her children to live in horrendous living conditions.

According to TMZ, a California police officer and 3 DFCS workers showed up at Octomom’s house Tuesday (Apr 24) in response to the child neglect claims from her hairdresser Stephanie, who says that the family of 15 are living squalor.

Stephanie told the police that the plumbing in the home is a disaster, and there is only one working toilet in the entire house.

She also said that the house was totally filthy, and the kids are dirty and appear malnourished, and they use the bathroom via portable training toilets in their bedrooms and outside in the backyard.

Among other things, Stephanie also told police that she actually witnessed Octomom locking her kids in a bedroom while she tended to personal matters.

In a video posted to TMZ that shows the cop and the 3 DFCS workers arriving at the home and walking inside, you can actually hear Octomom say “Excuse the graffiti.”

The authorities reportedly stayed at the house for an hour-and-a-half before they left.

They determined the kids weren’t in danger, so they weren’t removed from the home, but the investigation will continue and there will definitely be a follow-up with Children’s Services.

Amanda Bynes shocked everyone when she was spotted leaving a police station in West Hollywood last week after being arrested for DUI the night before.

But according to her devoted father, the fact that she was arrested wasn’t her fault, and Mr. Bynes says Amanda doesn’t even drink and was definitely not drunk the night she was cuffed.

Talking to People.com, Rick Bynes confidently stated, “She was not drunk. I was told that she blew a zero on the Breathalyzer. She didn’t have a single drink that night. My daughter doesn’t drink. She is a good girl. She just chooses not to work, and because of that, people go after her.”

According to her dad, reports that Amanda Bynes sideswiped a police cruiser are not true. In fact, it was the officer’s fault for pulling out in front of the 26-year-old actress while she was making a turn.

Mr. Bynes also went on to say that his daughter was arrested because she was “upset and very emotional.”

Beyonce is celebrating four yours of marriage Jay-Z, and to mark the occasion (you know how much Bey and Jay love the number 4), the singer has launched a brand new Tumblr page showcasing lots of photos from her personal photo collection.

The Tumblr page — beyonce.tumblr.com — is stocked full of photos from Beyonce and Jay-Z’s honeymoon, them performing together, their family (including shots of Solange and their nephew Juelz), vacations and some very candid photos of Beyonce throughout the years, including her recent pregnancy.

Along with the photos, Beyonce shared the following message with her fans:

“I Am: This is my life, today, over the years – through my eyes. My family, my travels, my love. This is where I share with you, This will continue to grow as I do. Love, Beyonce.”

This isn’t the first time Beyonce has used Tumblr to share photos from her personal collection.

Nadya Suleman aka the “Octomom” is facing rough times, and desperate times call for desperate measures.

According to reports, the mother of 14 is several months behind on her mortgage, and is just days away from being homeless.

So what does a desperate mother of more than a dozen children do in times like these? She poses nude for a foreign magazine, that’s what!

The 36-year-old is featured in a racy photoshoot for British magazine Closer, for which she was reportedly paid at least $10,000; and in the story Suleman brags about her “post-babies” body and her 13-year celibacy, and also claims that she has no interest in dating men until her octuplets are 18 years old.

“Men love me, but I will be celibate for the next 15 years,” she tells the U.K. publication.

From there she goes on to share a little more information than anyone would care to know, like how many men she’s slept with and her “first.”

Octomom continued, “I’ve been celibate for 13 years and plan to remain so until the octuplets are 18. I’ve only ever slept with two men,” she reveals. “The first was when I was 20 – we stayed in touch and he’s been my sperm donor, but we don’t talk now. The second was when I was 21. He was my boyfriend for five years. We tried for kids, but couldn’t conceive.”

She added, “I wouldn’t rule out a relationship in the future. But now, when men look at me, I look away and they know not to approach me. I know I’m beautiful – I don’t need a man to tell me that.”

Suleman also discussed her parenting skills, pointing out that she’s “trained” her litter of children well.

“I’ve trained them so well, they can brush their own teeth, dress themselves and scrub each other’s backs –- they’re so independent,” she said, adding that the older kids help out around the house, which frees her time up to do the massive family’s five loads of washing a day.

But she insists, “It’s not chaotic. They’re very quiet and obedient and they’re well-behaved and smart. The kids have structure and discipline and only eat healthily – they don’t know what candy is! I’ve done a really great job with them – I don’t get any credit.”

Bobby Brown — who has been a staple in the media in recent months following the death of his ex wife Whitney Houston — was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in the Los Angeles area yesterday.

According to TMZ, Brown, who has several DUI convictions on his record, was pulled over in Reseda, CA around noon on Monday (Mar 26) for allegedly driving while talking on a cell phone.

Cops told the website they believed Brown was HAMMERED DRUNK at the time of his arrest, and they booked him for driving under the influence and driving with the blood alcohol content of .08 or higher. He bailed out of jail after about 2 hours.

Bobby Brown — currently on tour with his R&B singing group New Edition — has been making headlines ever since Whitney Houston died on February 11th in a Beverly Hills hotel room.

Brown was turned away from the scene of Whitney’s death, and also famously left her funeral service before they began after a disagreement with the Houston family.

On top of all that, Bobby Brown’s only child with Whitney Houston, their 19-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina (who reportedly wants to legally change her name to “Kristina Houston” to break ties with him) is running around Atlanta hugging and kissing all over her “adopted brother” turned boyfriend Nicholas Gordon.

Wow. Sounds like Bobby Brown is going through it right now…

After repeated requests for the release of the audio recordings of the numerous 911 calls that were placed that night, the Sanford police department finally released the recordings over the weekend.

According to numerous confirmed reports, Trayvon was watching the 2012 NBA All-Star game on Sunday, February 26th 2012 while visiting his father in a gated community in Sanford, FL (near Orlando).

Trayvon, who had celebrated his 17th birthday just weeks before, left the residence to walk to a nearby convenience store to buy a can of iced tea for himself, and a bag of skittles for his younger brother.

As he was walking back to the home, Trayvon (a young black man) was spotted by the neighborhood watch leader — a 28-year-old white man named George Zimmerman — who called 911 to report a “suspicious” person was walking around.

“This guy looks like he’s up to no good, or he’s on drugs or something,” Zimmerman told the 911 operator. “It’s raining and he’s just walking around looking at houses.”

“He’s just staring, looking at all the houses,” Zimmerman said. “Now he’s coming toward me. He’s got his hand in his waistband. Something’s wrong with him.”

The 911 operator asked Zimmerman to describe the young man’s race and age, to which he responded, “He’s a black male … late teens.”

Zimmerman, who described Trayvon as wearing a hoodie and sweatpants or jeans, continued, “He’s coming to check me out. He’s got something in his hands. I don’t know what his deal is. Can we get an officer over here?”

“These assholes always get away,” he calmly told the 911 operator. “Shit, he’s running.”

Zimmerman can then be heard getting out of his car in an attempt to chase down Trayvon, despite the dispatcher telling him that an officer was being sent.

“Are you following him?” asks the dispatcher, to which Zimmerman calmly responded, “Yeah.”

“Okay, we don’t need you to do that,” said the dispatcher.

“Okay,” replied Zimmerman, who continued to follow Trayvon anyway.

Within moments, a herd of 911 emergency calls were placed from inside the gated, upscale community describing a scuffle, cries for help and a gunshot.

In one of the recordings, one concerned neighbor told the dispatcher that two guys were wrestling right behind his back porch, and one of them was yelling for help. Within seconds, the male caller reported that he believed that one of the men — “the black guy” — was dead.

“I’m pretty sure the guy is dead … Oh, my God! … The black guy looks like he’s been shot and he’s dead.”

In another recording, the caller told dispatchers that Zimmerman was actually on top of Trayvon, for whatever reason.

“The guy on top has a white T-shirt,” a female caller said.

“Is he on top of someone?” the operator asks.

“Mmmhmmm,” the caller responds.

Yet another caller can be heard saying, “Someone was screaming ‘Help! help! help!’ Then I heard a gunshot.”

Another caller, a teenage boy, said that he was walking his dog when he saw a helpless Trayvon lying on the ground. “He was screaming,” the teenager said.

Then he told the operator that he had heard a single gunshot, and the screaming had stopped.

At that very moment, Trayvon Martin — an innocent, unarmed teenager — was dead.

A woman whose back door was steps away from where Trayvon was gunned down said she heard a boy crying, then a gunshot … and then silence.

“I heard someone crying – not boo-hoo crying, but scared or terrified or hurt maybe,” the woman said. “To me, it was a child.”

After the shooting, Zimmerman was taken in for questioning — without actually being arrested — where he admitted to shooting Trayvon in the chest and claimed self-defense. He was released shortly thereafter without any charges being filed.

Trayvon Martin’s family and their lawyers were given the opportunity to listen to the audio before it was made public.

Before the release of the audio recordings, police tried to say that Zimmerman was the one who was heard screaming, however now that we — the public — can hear the tapes for ourselves … we all now know the truth.

“You hear a shot, a clear shot, that we can only assume is a warning shot,” said Natalie Jackson, a family attorney. “Then a 17-year-old boy is begging for his life. Everything tells me that that was Trayvon Martin.”

Tracy Martin — the teenager’s father — broke down crying as he listened to the audio on Friday, the family lawyers said. “My son was crying for help, and he still shot him,” Mr. Martin said, according to Benjamin Crump, another family attorney.

Barely lasting through half the tapes, Trayvon’s mother Sybrina Fulton ran out of the room screaming and crying.

Trayvon’s father and his mother Sybrina Fulton are now accusing Sanford police of mishandling the investigation and have criticized them for not arresting Zimmerman, despite his claims of self defense.

Martin wasn’t armed, and his parents believe that Zimmerman wasn’t (and weeks later, still hasn’t been) arrested simply because he is white and their son was black.

The entire situation has sparked a huge wave of public outrage across the country, and requests have been made that the Department of Justice step in and get involved with the case.

A petition pleading for Zimmerman to be charged with murder that was posted to Change.org has over 500,000 signatures (at the time this story was published) and counting.

That’s over half a million people who believe Trayvon Martin’s death was an act of violence, and not “self defense” as George Zimmerman claims.

“Do we really believe that if Trayvon Martin would have pulled the trigger, he would not be arrested?” said family attorney Benjamin Crump. “This is obviously a cover-up, and we need a sweeping overhaul of the Sanford Police Department.”

Police in Coral Springs, FL say they arrested a man who allegedly took a young woman out to lunch at Applebee’s while his friend robbed her home.

According to police, 18-year-old Anthony Maldanado met Kelly Galbraith at a party. Using the alias “Florenciano Valentino,” the young man asked his new lady friend out on a date after telling her that he had just moved to Florida from New York a couple of months ago.

Throughout the date the following week, Valentino reportedly used the girl’s cell phone to talk to his accomplice, who was robbing Galbraith blind as they spoke.

And to top it all off … he left her to pay the bill, and also stole her phone!

When the girl returned home from the “lunch date,” she found her home broken into, and several high-value electronic items missing (about $5,000 worth). She called police right away.

Among the items taken included a flat screen TV, an iPad and a macbook.

Anthony Maldanado (or “Florenciano Valentino,” as he likes to call himself) was later arrested on charges of burglary and grand theft. He bonded out of Miami-Dade County Jail for $4,500.

So he not only robbed this girl … but he also skipped out on the bill?

What a cheap date! The bill was probably only 20 bucks, especially with the 2 for 20 deal going on.

If you ask us, the girl was probably in on it, trying to get a little insurance check or something if you know what we mean… Because she can’t be that naive, can she?

A group of about a dozen or so protesters — including actor George Clooney — were arrested early Friday (Mar 16) during an illegal protest at the Sudanese Embassy in Washington, D.C.

According to CNN, the arrested protestors included congressmen, human rights activists and faith leaders.

Clooney, along with his dad Nick and the other demonstrators, were peacefully arrested by the uniformed division of the U.S. Secret Service at around 11:45 am for crossing police lines, a misdemeanor offense.

Clooney was booked into a D.C. police station and he bailed out for a measly $100 (pocket change for this guy) a couple of hours later.

Sources close to the actor say that he feels good about the arrest because it puts an ever bigger spotlight on the crisis.

The other notable protestors who were arrested included United to End Genocide President Tom Andrews; Democratic Reps. Jim McGovern, Al Green, Jim Moran and John Olver; Martin Luther King III; and NAACP President Ben Jealous.

Moments before his arrest, Clooney, who was leading the protest, explained why he and the other protestors were demonstrating outside the Sudanese Embassy:

“We are here really to ask two very simple questions. The first question is something immediate — and immediately, we need humanitarian aid to be allowed into the Sudan before it becomes the worst humanitarian crisis in the world.

“[The second] is for the government in Khartoum to stop randomly killing its own innocent men, women and children. Stop raping them and stop starving them. That’s all we ask.”

Here’s a first look at Fantasia’s son with Antwaun Cook!

Fantasia Barrino gave birth to a son she named Dallas Xavier Barrino in December of last year following a very private pregnancy, which was the result of an affair the R&B singer had with a married man named Antwaun Cook.

You know the story. Fantasia met Antwaun in her hometown Charlotte, North Carolina. Despite the fact that he was married, Fantasia and Antwaun continued to see each other and had sex. She got pregnant, then had an abortion.

Once word got out about the affair, the American Idol winner tried to kill herself by overdosing on a bottle of pain pills.

In the months that followed, Fantasia promoted the release of a new album, and was on the verge of nabbing a starring role in a biopic about gospel legend Mahalia Jackson, however all of that fell apart after rumors broke out that she was pregnant with another baby by Antwaun.

At first, Fantasia vehemently denied the pregnancy rumors, crediting her recent weight gain to her “preparing” for her movie role, however, months later, she confirmed at an event in Florida that she was indeed with child.

Fast forward to now, and Fantasia and Antwaun are NOT on good terms. According to recent reports, Cook is now reportedly “cheating” on Fantasia with his estranged wife Paula Cook. (SMH: The jokes write themselves!)

And now, according to a new report from BallerAlert.com, Antwaun is apparently cheating on both Fantasia AND Paula with ANOTHER woman who decided to send in a photograph of Antwaun pictured with his newborn son Dallas, along with the following juicy story:

So, a source very close to the situation spills a little tea on the relationship of Antwaun Cook, Paula Cook and Fantasia Barrino. The Source says that according to Antwaun, he has been trying to leave Fantasia for some time now but Fantasia continues to beg and cry to be with him.

Fantasia lost her home and had to move back to her first house and Antwaun did not follow behind. Fantasia cries that Antwaun isn’t trying to make it work. He claims he doesn’t like the way she treats people and he’ll never go back (although many times he’s slept in her home and said he was “there to see his son”.)

There have been incidents when Fantasia has shown up at Antwaun’s home crying and banging on the door and he wouldn’t let her in. Our Source knows because she is the woman Antwaun is seeing now.

She claims Antwaun is very charming and she can see why Fantasia would fall for him but in the end “he ain’t sh-t”. She makes references to rumors that Antwaun may be trying to get back with Paula, his still not ex-wife, saying that they were recently at a party together and it’s very likely Antwaun and his estranged wife hooked up that night.

Speaking of parties, Antwaun hasn’t attended a single CIAA party with Fantasia although he was definitely spotted around town.

A judge ordered Vick to spend 10 days in jail for contempt of court after he missed two court dates to answer to charges of driving with a suspended license.

Newport News Sheriff’s spokeswoman Kathleen Carey told the AJC the younger brother of Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick reported to jail on Sunday.

Carey says after he serves his time in Virginia, Marcus will be transferred to a prison on Montgomery County where he is wanted on another warrant for failure to appear in court for a civil case from 2008 in which he was accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl when he was 20 years old.

Marcus Vick — who is no stranger to trouble — was also kicked off the Virginia Tech football team back in 2006 after a string of arrests and convictions, and he has been involved in various legal issues since then, including gun charges.

Is it really that hard to just stay out of trouble, Marcus?

Nicki Minaj‘s sophomore album “Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded” is set to drop in just a few weeks, and to build suspense for the project, the Young Money rapper officially revealed the very colorful artwork for the album’s cover.

The always eccentric Barb rocks a bleach blonde wig and is covered in splashes of paint as she appears against a paint-splattered backdrop on the cover of the album, which is preceded by the release of the songs “Roman in Moscow,” “Starships,” “Roman Reloaded” (F/ Lil Wayne) and the highly controversial “Roman Holiday,” which she performed at this year’s Grammy Awards.

A 33 year-old photographer, her husband, and another man were recently arrested for using Craigslist to find a Golden Shepherd to have sex with.

Sarah and Shane Walker, who both claim to be swingers, spent three weeks on the site looking for a dog that would meet their requirements.

The plan was for Sarah to have sex with the dog while Shane and his wife’s lover Robert Aucker would watch.

After sending emails back and forth with an undercover investigator posing as a possible candidate … the three traveled to a hotel in Phoenix, Arizona to meet up with the “owner” of the Golden Shepherd (who was also offered sexual favors from the wife).

Once they reached the location, the trio were instantly arrested by authorities on a felony count of conspiring to commit an act of bestiality.

Sarah’s lover Robert Aucker told police that she “had a fantasy of having a dog mount her,” and that he met her from an ad on Craigslist and had sex with her “one time prior.”

Since the incident, all three have been released from custody and the Walkers were ordered by a judge to arrange alternate care for their two Pomeranians.

It’s bad enough that people use Craigslist to cheat on their spouses … but for two married people to try and pull off some f**kery like this is a crying damn shame!

A series of tornadoes rampaged through the Midwest Wednesday (Feb 29), badly damaging various parts Illinois, Kansas and the entertainment resort town of Branson, Missouri.

According to a preliminary report from the National Weather Service, the massive 400-yard wide tornado that hit Branson was on the ground for about 20 miles, and reached winds of up to 120 to 130 mph.

The tornado caused about $10 million worth of damage, and at least seven miles of the city’s commercial strip was destroyed.

At least 33 injuries were reported, though most were either minor or moderate. Fortunately, there were no deaths, and only one person was reported to be in critical condition following a roof collapse.

Though some tourists were in town, CNN notes that the numbers would have have been much higher in about two weeks, which is when people start pouring into town to take part in the many music-themed events and concerts that go on through the Christmas season.

Although there were no reported deaths in Branson, at least 9 people were killed overall in the midwest tornado flurry that roughed up Missouri, Illinois and Kanas.

Since Branson is a major tourist destination, officials say visitors coming into town this weekend should be aware of the ongoing recovery efforts.

“Many people who have plans … will probably need to check with their lodging or shows they had tickets for,” City Administrator Dean Kruithof said.

Chris Brown suits up like a futuristic version of the Men in Black on the cover of his new album “Fortune.”

Every year, near the end of February, the world — or at least some of it — turns to Hollywood for its biggest night: The Academy Awards.

This year was no exception, with a show that’s controversy started months before the red carpet was laid, when the producer and host were abruptly pulled from the show, shocking insiders and fans alike.

Eddie Murphy’s title as host of the 84th presentation of the Oscars was short lived, as Billy Crystal became the new host after Murphy decided against going forward without his producing partner, Brett Ratner, who’d been ousted because of offensive comments made on a radio show.

This year’s show will undoubtedly be critiqued with as many disparaging words as positive ones. There were many moments to remember, from award winners accepting their gold Oscar, to moments on the red carpet that are memorable for reasons of fashion or just plain shock.

Here’s my take on the highlights of the show:

The Carters stepped out with their daughter Blue Ivy for the first time together as a family during a random outing in New York City Saturday (Feb 25).

Nearly 2-month-old Blue was wrapped up tightly in a black baby blanket as her protective mother Beyonce held her close to her chest while concerned daddy Jay-Z looked on, making sure everything was okay with his little girl.

The superstar couple welcomed Blue Ivy Carter into the world on January 7th 2012 in New York City, and proudly showed off their newborn daughter in a series of adorable photos nearly a month later.

Wisconsin police arrested a man who allegedly tried to trick a group of Denny’s employees into thinking he was their new manager before proceeding to cook a meal for himself.

According to the very ‘animated’ police report detailing the situation, 52-year-old James B. Summers — wearing a coat and tie and claiming to be a 30-year corporate veteran of the popular restaurant chain — walked into a Denny’s restaurant in Madison, WI last Tuesday (Feb 21) and told the workers that he not only wanted a free cheeseburger meal, but he also wanted to cook and prepare it himself.

The following play-by-play incident report tells the story best:

He never announced he was one of the pros from Dover, but the briefcase toting gentleman wearing a maroon tie and long black trench coat was quite clear: he had been sent by corporate. He claimed he was the new general manager, that he had worked for the restaurant chain for 30-years and was starting his new job – right now.

The gray haired stranger with the goatee had just arrived yesterday afternoon, unannounced, at the private office door of the restaurant manager. She was in the process of counting the day’s receipts at the Denny’s on Thierer Rd.

Surprised, and a bit shocked, the 38-year old thought, surely, this must be a mistake. She had heard nothing from corporate about a new general manager, and politely told the man so. Perhaps, she indicated to him, you have arrived at the wrong restaurant.

This conversation developed into a tête-à-tête or a “nose to nose,” to quote the manager, as the man asserted his new role as she told him she thought not. This went on until he said it was final, he was going to commence his duties.

It was at this point, the manager began making calls up-the-chain. She was able to reach the man in charge of all hiring at her location. By this time the new “GM” had left the office, but not the restaurant, and she had shut the office door in order to carry out this important, private conversation.

While on the phone, she waved off kitchen staff as they rapped on her door, trying to get her attention. She was not to be interrupted while talking with corporate. What cook staff wanted her to know was that the new “GM” was in the process of cooking himself up a cheeseburger and fries, and that he had gotten himself a soda.

He was in the midst of dining when she let him know the gig was up, that she had talked with corporate, and he was no new hire. Unfazed, he continued to brush off her remarks, saying she just had not yet gotten the memo.

It was about this time the manager called 911.When the responding officer arrived, he saw the suspect walking away from the restaurant. Upon contact, he told the officer there had been a great misunderstanding, that he was the new GM, but there must have been a paperwork goof-up. He agreed to respond back to the restaurant so both sides could present their case.

The manager prevailed and the man was arrested. The officer found, beneath the trench coat, and a suit jacket, that he was packing a stun gun on his belt.

The officer asked the suspect if he had a concealed carry permit. The man replied, “It’s in the pipeline.”

He was cooperative with the officer, but as he was about to be led from the restaurant, he yelled out to those eating: “This is why you don’t dine and dash kiddies.”

Sound advice from a clearly unsound man.

The colorfully-written police report was drafted up by journalist turned officer Joel DeSpain, a former CBS affiliate employee, who says he likes to have a little fun with these usually boring reports from time to time.

“This one kind of wrote itself,” he told The Huffington Post. “Most days I’m knee-deep in stuff that’s not so humorous. But occasionally we’ll get one like this.”

“What’s funny is that this guy could have gone into any restaurant in town, but he wanted a Denny’s cheeseburger. … He was no stranger to the kitchen,” DeSpain added.

According to NBC News, cops also found James B. Summers in possession of what appeared to be two crack pipes, and he was arrested on charges of fraud, possession of an electric weapon, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia.

And the poor guy didn’t even get to finish his meal.

“He only got to eat about three-quarters of the cheeseburger,” Madison police spokesman Joel DeSpain told msnbc.com. “I don’t know if he had 30 years with Denny’s, but he probably has had experience cooking a cheeseburger in the past.”

The National Enquirer — that filthy rag that sits on newsstands as you’re checking out at grocery stores and pharmacies — has placed a highly controversial image of late singer Whitney Houston on the cover of their latest issue.

The image, dubbed “Whitney’s Last Photo” and apparently taken inside the Whigham Funeral Home in Newark, New Jersey, shows the R&B icon laying in her golden casket.

According to the Enquirer, Whitney was wearing her favorite purple dress, $500,000 worth of jewelry and golden slippers. The word “Nippy” — her childhood nickname — was embroidered above her head in the casket’s silk lining.

No word on how much money the magazine gave a member of Whitney’s camp/family (or a funeral home staff member) for the photo, which we believe to be very distasteful, and all around just WRONG.

The image was clearly unauthorized and if her family wanted people to see Whitney in this state, then her private funeral service — which was televised — would have had an open casket.

“Too soon” almost seems appropriate here … but doing something like this isn’t out of character for the Enquirer, who regularly ridiculed Houston and showed her in her darkest moments throughout the latter parts of her life. Now they actually have a picture of her dead.

The “death photo” (or “coffin photo”) comes just a week after NE hired an actress to pose in the position that Whitney was reportedly found in after she was pulled out of the bathtub, and actually published the image to the front cover of the gossip rag.

Whitney Houston died on February 11th — the day before the Grammys — after her bodyguard found her unresponsive in the bathtub at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in California.

A school bus driver in Florida is now facing felony charges after police say he showed pornographic images on his cell phone to a group of middle school students.

An investigation into the incident was launched after school administrators at the Mowat Middle School in Panana City, Florida called police with allegations that 37-year-old Marcus Howard had showed “pornographic material” on his cell phone to several teens over the past several weeks.

Three students later confirmed with investigators that they did, in fact, view a number of obscene images on Howard’s phone.

When Howard was interviewed by police, he denied having any pornographic material on his cell phone. However cops found photos and videos that contained “nudity and sex acts” after Howard allowed them to search the device, according to the police report.

Howard then admitted to looking at the X-rated images while driving, which he agreed was wrong. But he said he didn’t allow the kids to see it intentionally, though he “could not say if any of them may have accidentally seen any of the material,” the police report stated.

Howard was charged with four counts of showing obscene material to a minor and is now free on bond. He has also been suspended without pay, and will most likely be fired.

Following a beautiful and inspirational home going service at New Hope Baptist Church in her hometown of Newark, New Jersey, R&B/Pop icon Whitney Houston was officially laid to rest in a brief, private ceremony in nearby Westfield.

A golden hearse carrying the singer’s casket and playing “I Will Always Love You” while the driver cried behind the wheel pulled into Fairview Cemetery early Sunday (Feb 19) as about 100 or so fans lined the surrounding streets.

Whitney was buried next to her father John Russell Houston Jr, who died in 2003. Fans gathered near her gravesite, which was adorned with a spray of flowers, the next day.

Houston’s low-key burial service marks the end of a weekend that saw some of the biggest celebrities pay tribute to her at a memorial and celebration of her life and career.

Several major media outlets, including CNN and E! Entertainment, broadcast the nearly four-hour-long event at Newark’s New Hope Baptist Church, where Tyler Perry, Alicia Keys, Kevin Costner and more paid their respects to Houston.

The R&B/Pop superstar died on February 11th at the age of 48 in Beverly Hills. An autopsy has been completed, however the results are on hold pending a toxicology report, which will determine whether or not prescriptions played a role in her sudden and untimely death.

Shortly before her passing, Whitney told her music industry mentor Clive Davis that she planned on getting back on track ahead of the August release of her new movie “Sparkle.”

“It was like old times and she looked at me and quietly said, ‘I want you to know I’m getting in shape. I’m swimming an hour or two a day and I’m committed to get my high notes back — no cigarettes — plenty of vocal exercising — Clive, I’ll be ready by August,’” Davis said as he spoke at Houston’s funeral on Saturday.

“Well, Whitney I’m gonna hold you to it. Everyone in heaven — including God — is waiting. And I just know you’re gonna raise the roof like no one has ever done before.”

Originally believed to be the official funeral program, the program from the wake was well put together and featured photos of the singer in happier times with friends and family, including her daughter Bobbi Kristina, as well as a detailed biography.

The obituary program from yesterday’s funeral services is much more detailed, and the biography is longer and more descriptive of Whitney’s illustrious music career.

The funeral obituary program also features a poem written to Houston by her mother, gospel singer Cissy Houston.

Noticeably missing from BOTH programs is any photos (or mention) of Bobby Brown, who Houston was married to for 15 years, between 1992 and 2007.

Brown was invited to Houston’s funeral and attended, however he left (or was asked to leave) shortly before the service began after a dispute with organizers about seating arrangements.

It was a very emotional day as Whitney Houston was honored by a large number of her family and close friends Saturday (Feb 18) at the New Hope Baptist Church in Newark, New Jersey.

Pastor and gospel singer Marvin L. Winans presided over the nearly 4-hour service, which, as Winans noted, had more celebrities in attendance than the Grammys last week.

Whitney Houston’s private, invitation-only funeral was only attended by around 1,500 people (church capacity), but millions all over the world watched either from their computers and television sets as Houston was remembered by her friends and family in a number of touching musical tributes tributes and speeches.

Among the many in attendance at Houston’s funeral were her good friends BeBe and CeCe Winans, Tyler Perry, Ray J, Brandy, Alicia Keys, R. Kelly, Oprah Winfrey, her “Bodyguard” co-star Kevin Costner, her music mentor Clive Davis, and of course her famous family members, including cousin Dionne Warwick, mother Cissy Houston and daughter Bobbi Kristina.

Noticeably absent was Houston’s godmother Aretha Franklin, who just moments before the service began was forced to cancel her performance (and attendance) at the funeral due to illness.

Bobby Brown showed up, however he was reportedly turned away after he brought a large group of family members with him. According to reports, his invitation only included a plus two.

Whitney Houston “really loved the Lord,” as Tyler Perry noted, so it was only fitting that her home-going reflect that, and it did, as millions around the world watched and were touched by the moving service.

“Jesus Loves Me” was the very last song Houston sang in public before her death on February 11th in Beverly Hills, California at the age of 48, and gospel singer CeCe Winans performed the song in honor of Houston’s memory and her love for Jesus.

At the time of her death, Houston was in Hollywood for the 54th annual Grammy Awards, and was scheduled to attend her longtime mentor Clive Davis’ annual pre-Grammy party at the same hotel where she was found dead. A cause of death has not been determined yet.

During the tear-jerking funeral service, Houston’s chrome-colored casket, covered with a large spray of flowers, rested in the front of the altar at the church where she grew up and got her start as a singer.

When the service ended, Houston’s iconic and legendary recording of “I Will Always Love You” was played as her casket was led out of the sanctuary, with her mother Cissy Houston right behind being supported by a pair of escorts.

Whitney Houston will be laid to rest Sunday at the Fairview Cemetery in Westfield, New Jersey.

The funeral home responsible for Whitney Houston‘s funeral arrangements have released the obituary that will used during services to honor the life of the music legend and R&B icon.

The memorial program includes photos of Houston with her family and friends, including daughter Bobbi Kristina and Michael Jackson, who preceded Houston in death in 2009.

Noticeably missing from the program is Bobby Brown, who Houston was married to for 15 years, between 1992 and 2007.

Funeral services for Houston — who suddenly and unexpectedly died Saturday, February 11th at the Beverly Hilton hotel in California — will be held at the New Hope Baptist Church in Newark, NJ, the church where Houston grew up in and sang as a child.

As we previously reported, the services will be streamed live online through the Associated Press, giving fans a chance to take part in the private services, which are invitation only.

Celebs like Oprah Winfrey, Kevin Costner, Alicia Keys, Tyler Perry, and more, as well as Bobby Brown, will attend tomorrow’s services. Stevie Wonder and Houston’s godmother Aretha Franklin are scheduled to perform.

The service is scheduled to begin at 12 noon EST on Saturday, February 18th.

Police in Pennsylvania say they arrested a fat, naked man who was caught on Walmart security cameras stealing a pair of socks.

32-year-old Verdon Lamont Taylor was arrested Wednesday night after he walked into a Walmart store, completely naked, and swiped a pair of socks right off the shelf.

Surveillance footage from outside shows the 6-foot-4, 300-pound man stripping down to his birthday suit in the parking lot before entering the building.

Footage from inside shows confused customers moving to avoid the naked man as he wanders around the store, then picks out a pair of socks and carefully puts them on.

Employees at the Walmart quickly called police, saying that there was a naked man walking around the store in a pair of stolen socks.

When police arrived, they found Taylor wearing nothing but the socks he had stolen, and when he wouldn’t comply with officers’ orders, he was tasered and then taken into custody.

Verndon Taylor — who is being held behind bars on $50,000 cash bail — was charged with indecent exposure, aggravated assault, simple assault, retail theft, receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct.

No official word on why he chose to only steal a pair of socks, and not underwear, a shirt and pants too.

Recovering drug addict Scott Storch was arrested at a Las Vegas hotel earlier this month after cops found him in possession of cocaine.

According to TMZ, a hotel employee called police to complain that Storch wouldn’t pay for his room. When cops arrived, they discovered that he had some cocaine on him, and he was arrested on site and taken to jail. He was later released after posting $5,000 bail.

Scott Storch is famous for the work he has done with the likes of Beyonce, 50 Cent, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Pink and countless others, but he is also famous for blowing the $30 million fortune he earned after getting hooked on drugs back in 2006.

Storch has been in and out of rehab trying to shake his addiction ever since, and from the looks of it … the road to recovery is a long one.

Suge Knight was reportedly arrested in Las Vegas this week after cops found weed in his car during a routine traffic stop.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … the former Death Row rap mogul was pulled over at 5:34 PM Wednesday for making an unsafe lane change in his sick black Bentley.

But when cops ran Suge’s name in the system … they noticed multiple warrants out for his arrest, stemming from minor traffic violations.

After a quick search, cops say they found a small amount of marijuana in Suge’s possession.

Knight was eventually hauled to a nearby jail for processing. He was released a short time later.

Suge Knight — who is no stranger to getting into trouble with the law — is currently serving 3 years unsupervised probation for driving on an suspended license.

Another day, another teacher thrown in jail for having sex with kids.

Over a period of 10 years, 44-year-old Sarah Jane Lindsay hosted sex parties at her home with underage teens, and now — after pleading guilty to criminal sexual conduct and contributing to the delinquency of minors — Ms. Lindsay will spend the next 10 tears of her life behind bars. (Oh, the irony…)

With the help of her 46-year-old teaching assistant Audrey Beidleman Grabarkiewicz, Lindsay, who is was a pre-school teacher at Boiling Springs Elementary School in Spartanburg, South Carolina, threw summer sex parties at her home, with as many as ten students attending one party.

Police say they found out about the teenage sex parties, which were held at the women’s homes, after one of the teens’ parents found out their child had been given alcohol and contacted them.

After launching an investigation, police found out the women used alcohol and marijuana to lure the teens to the party.

The two teacher cougars were immediately suspended from their jobs as pre-school teachers after they were arrested.

Lindsay, who is married with children, is facing more serious charges than her friend/colleague since the boys she admitted to having sex with are all under the age of 14, with some being as young as 11 years old.

Grabarkiewicz, Lindsay’s friend, who is also a mother, was charged with 10 counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and since the boys she had sex with were of the age of consent under South Carolina law (16 years old), she won’t be facing any sexual misconduct charges.

According to local reports, Ms. Lindsay — who did not have a prior criminal record — must serve 80 percent of her 10-year sentence, with credit for 473 days served, and will be added to the sex offender registry, which means that she will probably never be able to work with children again.

GoUpstate.com reported that Ms. Lindsay must also serve five years probation and will be required to attend mental health counseling when she’s released from prison.

“Most teachers do a great job serving children and unfortunately Ms. Lindsay is an example of an educator who has not,” Spartanburg official Murray Glenn wrote in an email. “She made some mistakes and she is going to jail for it.”

22-year-old Andrew Toothman was cuffed by State Police troopers after they responded to a 911 call from the World IGA market in Neon, a small Kentucky town with a population of less than 1,000 residents.

According to The Smoking Gun:

A court citation filed yesterday notes that Toothman–who was only wearing a pair of black boots–had “peanut butter and chocolate smeared all over person.”

Troopers noted that the store’s front door was “busted out,” and that several fire extinguishers had been discharged. Peanut butter and chocolate were also spread on the market’s floor and in the manager’s office.

But the most bizarre bit of vandalism, investigators reported, involved NyQuil, the popular cold and flu remedy. “There was nyquil on the floor that spelled out sorry,” according to the February 2 citation.

After admitting to breaking into the market, the naked peanut butter & chocolate burglar was charged with burglary, criminal mischief and indecent exposure, and is currently being held on $25,000 bond.

No word on why Mr. Toothman broke into a grocery store and smeared peanut butter and chocolate all over his naked body instead of just stealing stuff, like normal people … but we do have a couple of questions:

1.) What does his family think about this?
2.) Was he naked BEFORE or AFTER he broke into the store?
3.) Why did he take off everything, except for his black boots?
4.) Why was he even wearing black boots?
5.) What was up with the whole Nyquil and ‘sorry’ thing? Who was he apologizing to?
5.) Is he naked in his mugshot?

Sadly … we’ll never get the answers to these, but it never hurts to ask, does it?

The 21-year-old “Bad Boy” rapper, who was born Richard Colson Baker, was arrested in Florida over the weekend for misdemeanor disorderly conduct following a concert.

A few hours later he was released on $100 bond and tweeted the following:

Nixon, known for her trademark red locks, debuted the new look on “Live with Kelly” earlier this week.

“So what’s new?” Kelly Ripa quipped, obviously in reference to Nixon’s shockingly bald head.

After Kelly complimented Cynthia on the shape of her head, the actress said, “I thought it was kind of gonna be no muss-no fuss, but I have to shave it every day! It’s got kind of a five o’clock shadow, and you don’t want to go on with that. I was always kind of curious to see what it would be like. I like it; I don’t think I’m gonna keep it forever.”

During a routine mammogram back in 2006, Cynthia Nixon discovered she had the early stages of breast cancer and underwent lumpectomy and radiation to treat it, so this new role — where she stars as a cancer stricken poetry professor — is very close to her heart.

Of her stage character, Cynthia says, “She’s really at the top of her profession. She’s a professor of 17th century poetry. She’s the best; she knows she’s the best. She gets a really bad cancer diagnosis and she goes through this really heavy-duty chemo and she meets that challenge, but she learns a lot about herself.”

Porn star Tori Black and her baby daddy were arrested last week for domestic violence in Las Vegas.

The couple (who were drunk at the time) got into a huge fight over baby formula. (Really, guys???)

The drama started after Tori returned to their hotel room to find her fiance Lyndell Anderson didn’t have “enough breast milk” to feed their 5-month old son.

According to TMZ:

The two-time AVN Performer of the Year then claims Lyndell called her an “unfit mother” … and that’s when things got physical. In the report, police say Tori admitting punching Lyndell in the back of the head, but also claimed he shoved her into a wall.

According to the report, police reviewed the hotel security tape of the hallway outside the couple’s room and saw Lyndell push Tori “with such violent force that she flies across the hall.” Police say she had bruises on her arms.

Lyndell and Tori were both arrested and booked for domestic battery.

Sources tell us Tori’s friends first suspected trouble when she missed a hosting gig at RPM Nightclub Friday night. Tori — along with her fiance and BABY — were primarily in Vegas for the AVNs where she was a nominee … but did not win.

Next time we advise that Tori just get the formula herself……it’s not worth going to jail over.

Sadly, we have no answer to that very important question. But we do have the details on why this guy was arrested. And it’s still pretty funny!

According to The Smoking Gun, 23-year-old Travis Williams was arrested last week for disorderly conduct after he was spotted menacing patrons outside a shopping mall.

When cops arrived, they say they found Williams covered in a white powdery substance, and he had a “fighting stance” and “refused to stop screaming obscenities,” saying things like “F**k you, motherf**ker!”

Though the police report offers no insight as to Why Williams was covered in white powder, his 94-page rap sheet reveals that he has no job, and has been arrested “several dozen times” for a number of different crimes, including burglary, grand theft, larceny, battery, trespassing and marijuana possession.

And just in case your curious mind was wondering … yes, Williams has also been arrested SEVERAL times for cocaine possession.

Police say they arrested a Southern California man earlier this week after he broke into his ex girlfriend’s home and crawled into her bed just so that he could cuddle with her.

According to the Orange County Register, Augustin Sanchez cut through a wire screen and pushed open his former girlfriend’s bedroom window as she slept at around 6:30 am on Sunday morning (Jan 8).

The police report states that after Sanchez crawled into the bed to cuddle, he also attempted to take the woman’s clothes off before she slipped out of bed and called 911.

When cops arrived, they found Sanchez, who was sloppy drunk. He was arrested on the spot, and booked for suspicion of burglary and sexual assault.

Now that he’s in jail, he can do all the cuddling he wants, because we’re sure there are plenty of ready and willing cuddle partners in prison!

Lenox Hill Hospital constructed a suite for VIPs which looks like a Four Seasons penthouse … and the room was christened Saturday when Beyonce gave birth.

TMZ has obtained photos of the room where Blue Ivy came into this world, and it’s baller. There are 4 flat screen TV’s, state of the art electronics, a kitchenette, nice art, mahogany walls and plush furnishings. And take a look at the bed where Jay Z got some shut eye!

Sources connected with the hospital tell TMZ … the suite was not constructed specifically for Beyonce, but it was always intended that Beyonce would be the first patient to use it.

According to the NY Daily News, Lenox Hill staffers wouldn’t confirm if the photos from TMZ are of the exact room Baby Blue was born in. In fact, the entire suite contains at least 7 rooms, each running from $700 to $800 per night, that can be reconfigured to the patient’s specifications.

“I can confirm the photos are of our executive suite,” Lenox Hill spokeswoman Ann Silverman told the Daily News. “There are seven rooms that can be reconfigured, and they run $700 to $800 per night per room. You can do the math,” Silverman said. “There are four rooms on one side and three on the other.”

Word is Beyonce and Jay-Z paid for at least four rooms, which totals at about $3,000 a night. Big money.

Who knew Tameka Raymond had a son who was a full-grown adult? We didn’t!

The woman most famous for being the ex wife of R&B singer Usher shows off her 5 sons, including her 21-year-old son Darin, Ryan (12), Kile (10), and of course little Usher V (4) and Naviyd (3), in a new feature for Uptown Magazine where she talks about her businesses, motherhood, dating as a single mother of 5, and of course, her very public custody battle with Usher.

According to Tameka, it was Usher who first filed for sole custody of their 2 kids back in January 2011. Nine months later, she filed for sole custody as a counteraction, sparking a nasty back-and-forth between the former couple.

Naviyd and Usher V are always playing in Tameka's bed. “I love it, but we can’t make it seem like there isn’t room for anyone else in here, right?” she laughs.

Tameka thinks Usher’s reasoning behind wanting full custody of their young children is because he wants to control her.

“He is a man very accustomed to having his way,” Raymond says. “This has nothing to do with how I parent. Trust me, I never will have a desire to keep a man away from his kids. I am not June Cleaver or head of the PTA, but I know I am a good mother.”

Watching Raymond interact with her kids is as exhausting as it is endearing. Cinco and Naviyd are running around lawlessly in little Marc Jacobs suits. Ryan is the football star obsessed with girls. “Go into my office and do your homework,” she tells him. “And don’t get on Facebook.”

Kile is a budding Steve Jobs; one time he disassembled his mothers malfunctioning Beats by Dre headphones, then rewired and repaired them. Today, she is helping him with his science project– a robot he built that’s unfortunately fallen to pieces– yet, he skillfully sneaks in some younger-brother hateration. “Ryan is on Facebook in your office,” Kile says nonchalantly.

“And you’re snitching,” Raymond says quickly. “That’s why your robot broke!”

Neither Carol Brady nor Clair Huxtable, Raymond manages motherhood by her own rules, which is evident in her relationship with her son Darrin, 21, whom she had at age 19. (His father was murdered before he was born.) During the photo shoot, he noticed me snapping a pic with my cell phone and immediately signaled to his mother. He is ?ercely protective. “Because I had him at such a young age, he and I basically grew up together and we are extremely close. But I am very conscious not to be an overbearing mother.”

On meeting Usher:
“Usher and I met because I was one of the top stylists in the game. You don’t get to work with someone of his stature in music, especially back then, without being one of the best. And I still am hardworking.”

On managing relationships as a single mother of 5:
“I am dating,” says Raymond, who keeps her body toned by practicing Pilates and yoga a few days a week. “It’s refreshing. I have not been single in a while. I got divorced and married in the same year. It was a run-on relationship,” she jokes. “But a lot of guys like to play games. I like a man that’s a boss. I am not the dominant one. But a lot of the ones with the right mind-set wear OshKosh overalls. And if they are not ?y, I don’t like them.” She also has strict rules. “I don’t bring men around my children. They have never met an ‘Uncle Tony.’ The two that I did bring around, I married.”

While we don’t doubt that Tameka is a good mother, we still think she’s an attention whore, and she most definitely has this “thing” where she uses Usher’s kids against him just to make herself look good. We have a feeling this interview is simply a way for her to clean up her “crazy lady” image.

Who knew old people hated Judge Judy so much???

An elderly woman from Jupiter named Janet Knowles was arrested over the weekend for hitting an elderly man over the head with a hammer because Judge Judy pissed her off.

And just in case you were wondering, Ms. Knowles is NOT related to Beyonce, and is NOT from outer-space (that we know of).

A 62-year-old woman was arrested Sunday morning after she hit a 65-year-old man on the head with a hammer, police say.

Janet Knowles, of Jupiter, was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery using a deadly weapon.

Jupiter Police responded to the defendant’s house around 11:30 a.m. Sunday after dispatchers received a call of a domestic disturbance.

When police arrived, they interviewed the alleged victim – who was not named in the probable cause affidavit – while he held bloody paper towels on his head.

The victim told police he was watching “Judge Judy” on television while sitting on his recliner, when Knowles got “upset with Judge Judy,” the affidavit says.

Knowles then hit him in the head with a hammer and the victim received a “large cut” to his head and left forearm.

He was treated at the scene by Palm Beach County Fire Rescue crews. Knowles told police she was upset because Judge Judy was on television. She became “mad” and then hit the victim on the head with the hammer.

Knowles also began talking about a neighbor and what a neighbor was wearing, the affidavit says.

Police said Knowles could not hold a conversation with them during the investigation.

The affidavit does not say what the relationship between Knowles and the victim is.

Knowles is being held in the Palm Beach County Jail without bond.

This old lady is straight up crazy!

If we were that old man we would beg for someone to put us in a nursing home so we can watch Judge Judy WITHOUT getting randomly attacked with hammers by crazy old ladies!

Elin Nordegren is so rich that the “dream home” she’s building is just like the $12 million mansion she took a wrecking ball to and demolished just a week ago.

But don’t think she’s wasting any money in doing so. She’s actually saving a ton!

The 17,000-ft., six-bedroom home in a gated community in North Palm Beach, Fla., was built in the 1920s, Dan Reedy of Onshore Construction and Development, tells PEOPLE.

“It wasn’t built to the South Florida wind-loading codes of today that were put in place because of hurricanes. We had an architect and a structural engineer out here and everyone agreed that it made more sense – structurally and economically – to tear it down and start over.”

But it wasn’t a total loss. Nordegren gave Habitat for Humanity of Martin County, Fla., four weeks to methodically go through the structure and salvage tens of thousands of dollars worth of cabinets, hardware and fixtures. That’s when termite and carpenter-ant infestations were discovered, says Habitat’s director of deconstruction, Bobbi Blodgett.

“When we pulled out the windows, the bugs were everywhere,” says Blodgett. “To rebuild that house would have been ridiculous. We’re so grateful to Elin. It’s rare we get this kind of donation.”

Adds Reedy, “Elin could have had a garage sale and made a lot of money. But she wanted everything to go to charity.”

According to renderings of the new home (obtained by TMZ), the exterior elevation drawing is very similar to the original home that was on the $12 million property before Elin had it torn down.

Both homes are said to be traditional-style homes with very similar shapes and a nearly identical facade. “The drawing looks similar to the 9,000 square foot house that was demolished,” TMZ reported.

Though Elin’s new home and the home she demolished are similar in look, the new building will be modern and much more up-to-date.

Once construction is complete, the new home will boast: 9 bedrooms; 2 large living rooms; a huge formal dining room; 2 kitchens; a large pool with a grotto (A FRIKKIN’ GROTTO!); a pool cabana with a huge living room; 2 jacuzzis; a wine cellar; a master “wing” (not a suite, but a WING) with a ginormous walk-in closet; full basement (that runs the entire length of the house); detached guest house with 3 bedrooms; and 3 guest bungalows.

Elin, who just celebrated her 32nd birthday on New Year’s Day, is reportedly living in a nearby rental home with her 4-year-old daughter Sam and 2-year-old son Charlie while the new home is being built.

For those who are wondering about how things are going with Elin and her rich boyfriend Jamie Dingman, a friend of hers tells People, “They are still dating, that’s all. Nothing new there.”

I didn’t know how to react but what caught me by surprise was that none of the people around me seem to understand the profanity. My friend Sarah and I, both of mixed Japanese descent, both bilingual in Japanese and English, were struck with the comical twist. Young Money rapper Tyga was arrested in Las Vegas over the weekend after police found out the 22-year-old had outstanding warrants for previous traffic violations.

According to TMZ, Tyga (born: Michael Stevenson) was recently pulled over for a routine traffic violation.

During the stop, police discovered the “Rack City” rapper had an outstanding arrest warrant for 4 other unrelated traffic incidents, including driving without a license, registration violations and unlawful acts of financial responsibility.

Tyga, who is currently on the road promoting his upcoming sophomore album “Careless World: Rise of the Last King,” was reportedly taken into custody at Clark County Detention Center, and was released the very next day on his own recognizance.
