Last night, MTV took a few minutes to pay tribute to one of Pop music’s greatest performers: Britney Spears!

Introduced by Lady Gaga — er, we we mean Jo Calderone — a group of young girls, dressed in Britney’s various iconic outfits, danced up a storm to a mash-up of Britney’s hit singles, including “Baby One More Time,” “Oops I Did It Again,” “Slave 4 U,” “Toxic,” “Hold It Against Me” and “Til the World Ends.”

Immediately after the tribute performance, Jo presented Britney with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award and tried to seal it with a kiss, but Britney wasn’t having it. More »
