Trying to be inconspicuous with his hood pulled up over his head and black sunglasses hiding his face, Chris Brown was spotted with girlfriend Karrueche Tran catching a flight out of LAX airport last week.

In other Breezy news, the “Beautiful People” singer is scheduled to perform at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards on August 28th at the Nokia Theatre in L.A.

Jun 14) in Los Angeles at the Activision E3 Preview concert to perform their song “Love The Way You Lie”. Amazing performance. It’s obvious that she was really singing from the heart and you can hear the pain in her voice. According to reports, Beyonce is one of the people who have contacted BET to be a part of the MJ tribute they have planned for tomorrow’s BET Awards. She is already set to perform but we’re sure something bigger will happen.

Beyonce is on a media frenzy and has been everywhere this week. She performed four songs, “If I Were A Boy,” “Single Ladies,”"Crazy in Love,” and “At Last” from the motion picture soundtrack of Cadillac Records which will be in theaters December 5th. The 2008 MTV Movie Awards went down last night and there were two hot performances that I just had to post. The host of the show, Mike Myers, started out the show with a joke monologue, and then he was interrupted by a Mohawk-wearing Chris Brown challenging him to a dance battle. What’s been up with Chris and these dance battles?

The Pussycat Dolls performed their new single, “When I Grow Up”, as well last night and murdered the stage. There’s even a little cameo of last season’s America’s Best Dance Crew‘s JabbaWockeez. Janet Jackson appeared on Ellen today to confirm her latest tour titled, “Rock Witchu Tour”. The first show will be in September. Janet also performed on Ellen this afternoon. Fantasia Barrino Performed her latest single “Bore Me” on American Idol last night. For those of you who just couldn’t bear to watch the entire video, here is American Idol Judge Simon Cowell‘s reaction to the performance.

Hip-hop king Jay-Z and R&B queen Mary J. Blige showed up and showed out (from what I hear) in Miami’s American Airlines Arena Saturday night! The two were there, along with Kanye West, Timbaland, and The Dream, to kick off their Heart of the City tour. Rappers Young Jeezy and Fabolous showed their support from the audience, and were photographed backstage. It looked like a pretty damn good show! Wish I could have been there.

Yesterday (Dec. 1st) was World AIDS Day, and the annual 46664 Aids Awareness concert sponsored by Nelson Mandela was held yesterday at Ellis Park Stadium in Johannesburg, South Africa. Hip-Hop artist Ludacris, singer Corrine Bailey Rae, UK artist Jamelia, and supermodel Naomi Campbell all showed up to support the cause.

R Kelly’s currently on tour with Keyshia Cole, Ne-Yo, and J.Holiday, and the crew touched down in Atlanta last night. I’m hearing Keyshia’s giving a little trouble behind the scenes though. I was reading on Fresh’s site that homegirl wasn’t too happy about her dressing room arrangement (and the show line-up) at the previous show in Columbus, Georgia. She did NOT go on stage that night because she didn’t wanna go BEFORE Ne-Yo! Why? Because she believes that she’s bigger than he is. Wow… Lol. Style Razzi has all the info on that. But it looks like they came to some kind of agreement cause she hit the stage last night in Atlanta. If anyone went to the ATL show last night, PLEASEEEEE hit us up! I wanna know who came first … Keyshia, or Ne-Yo?? Lol!

But on the real, she needs to chill out with that. Drama on the road is not cool, especially when you have to be around these people almost all day long for a period of 2 – 4 months. Wasn’t she the one causing issues a couple of years ago during Kanye’s tour?? It was something between her and Fantasia if I remember correctly.

Fat Joe, DJ Khaled, Busta Rhymes, and Trick Daddy all performed at Mansion Nightclub  last night in Miami. The show was sponsored by “Raw,” which is a channel on XM Satellite Radio.

SOULJA BOY STREETS ON LOCK CONCERT » As a part of So So Def’s Summer Fest 2007 all-star weekend, new rapper Soulja Boy performed a show at Primetime Nightclub. WELCOME TO ATLANTA PARTY » Kanyizzle and JDizzle (Kanye West & Jermaine Dupri) hosted a “Welcome to Atlanta” party at Opera Nightclub in Atlanta. Common performed, and folks like Nelly, Big Boi, and of course Kanye and Jermaine, showed up to party!

SO SO SEXY ALL WHITE AFFAIR » According to Kanye West’s LATEST FASHION RANT at his column over at Complex.com, “white people look better in black and black people look better in white. Maybe that’s why white people always have black-tie affairs and black people always have white-linen parties.” I never thought about it like that, but it’s so true! Jermaine Dupri, Nelly, and Larenz Tate hosted what Kanye calls “a white-linen” party in ATL at the Compound Nightclub. Is that an iPhone Larenz Tate has??

THE POOL PARTY » Among the many So So Def events over the weekend was an intimate pool party that featured performances from J. Holiday and Tank. Looks like somebody’s backyard! But don’t hold me that LOL.

THE GRAND FINALE PARTY » Finally, the ending of the weekend! Last night at the Velvet Room in Atlanta, JD wrapped up “So So Def Summer Fest ’07″ with a grand finale party which featured a guest list including pretty much the same people from the other events LOL … with the addition of Young Jeezy and Young Buck. Da Brat was there looking like somebody’s big brother (as usual).

And finally here are the photos from Day 3 of the 2007 Essence Musical Festival (Sorry about the wait). The last, and final, set of performances were held this past Saturday in New Orleans. Artists like Kelly Rowland, Ne-Yo, Mary J Blige, Lionel Richie, and more took the stage at the newly refurbished Superdome. Of course you can check out all of the photos from Day 3 after the cut! I hate that I had to miss out on this weekend. Maybe next year. For those of you who went I know y’all had fun!

Day 2 of the Essence Music Festival went down on this past Friday in New Orleans at the Superdome. Sony recording artists Beyonce, Chris Brown, and Robin Thicke took the stage to perform concerts. Democratic presidential candidate Hilary Clinton was there as well, in addition to Steve Harvey, Tyler Perry, and a few others. Photos from day 3 to follow very soon! Check back!
