Earlier this month, porn star Mr. Marcus was sentenced to 30 days in jail for knowingly infecting a sex partner with an STD. The scandal led to a big syphilis scare in the adult entertainment industry, so now that he’s been convicted of the crime, it’s not surprising to see Mr. Marcus start to be more forthright. You know, given if he wants to continue hitting the daddy stroke for money in the future, he best fess up about his transgression.

The dirty d**k porn star spoke with Baller Alert and maintains that it was never his intention to give folks the burn.

It is my personal belief that Will Smith is entering his Tom Cruise crazy stage. His latest interview may or may not confirm this. It really depends on your camera angles and whether or not you believe a goofy man in gray hair.

During a discussion about his latest film, After Earth, on The Woody Show, host Woody Milintachinda claims that Will Smith tried to kiss Jaden Smith on the mouth with a bit of his tongue. Insert “eww” here.

To be fair, you can’t really tell in this clip, but I still maintain that Will Smith is getting weirder by the interview and that he’s entering his Tom Cruise crazy stage. At present moment, he’s on John Travolta trainwreck status. Like John, Will made an Scientology promo film guised as a big budget sci-fci action-lite flick. Both tanked for obvious reasons.

It’s only going to get worse from here on out until someone snatches Papa Smith out of the spaceship.

Over the weekend, a 5-year-old boy was mauled to death by a Bullmastiff who belonged to a family friend — just one month after the boy survived a deadly tornado that destroyed his family’s home in Moore, Oklahoma.

The incident happened at a home in Jessieville, Arkansas, where the boy and his family were staying with friends. According to CNN, the boy’s parents had returned home 200 miles away to survey the damage to their house and “gather up the pieces of their lives,” so they weren’t there when the attack occurred.

CBS affiliate KTHV reported:

A police report said the boy was throwing a temper tantrum at a family friend’s home over putting on a pair of shoes. While a woman was trying to calm him down, the dog came from another room and attacked the child.

“The dog possibly attacked because he felt threatened,” explained Deputy Scott Hinojosa.

The woman reportedly tried to pry the dog off the boy, but was unable to at first, so she called for her husband to help. By the time he arrived, she had separated the two, but it was too late. The couple then rushed the bleeding boy to meet an ambulance, which transported him to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Garland County Animal Control said the dog ran away but was later captured and put down by a friend of the family. Police didn’t release the little boy’s name, and no charges have been filed against Lynn Geiling or her husband.

Not to be confused with the the pit bull terrier — notoriously known as an aggressive fighting dog — the Bullmastiff is usually bred to serve as a watchdog and protect the home of its owner.

The American Bullmastiff Association says the breed needs no special training to “react appropriately if his family is threatened,” so owners are warned to never leave small children unattended if a Bullmastiff is in the home.

Their website warns:

In general, bullmastiffs do very well with children. It is imperative, however, that bullmastiffs be taught to respect children, and that children be taught to respect bullmastiffs.  … Never leave a child unattended with your bullmastiff, or any dog. They are pack animals and will find their natural place in the pack if left to natural processes. That place may be at the top of the pecking order instead of below younger family members if left unchecked.

Despite having a blood alcohol level of 0.000, 64-year-old Jessie Thornton was recently arrested and charged with a DUI in Arizona. Thornton, a retired firefighter from Ohio who recently moved to Surprise, AZ said cops told him the reason that they arrested him was because they could tell he was drunk by just looking at him.

Oh, and did I mention that Jessie Thornton is black? No? Well, he’s black. So … yeah.

Thornton, who sleeps during the day and runs errands and also works out during the night to accommodate his wife’s schedule as an ER nurse, was pulled over late one night at around 11 p.m. for “crossing the white line in his lane.”

“He (the officer) walked up and he said ‘I can tell you’re driving DUI by looking in your eyes,’” said Thornton.

The 64-year-old says his eyes could have been red because he had just left LA Fitness where he was in the pool swimming.

“I take my glasses off and he says, ‘You’ve got bloodshot eyes.’ I said, ‘I’ve been swimming at LA Fitness,’ and he says, ‘I think you’re DUI,’” said Thornton. “He (the officer) goes, ‘Well we’re going to do a sobriety test.’ I said, ‘OK, but I got bad knees and a bad hip with surgery in two days.’”

Medical documents showed that Thornton was indeed scheduled to have hip replacement surgery two days after the incident, and the police report also notes that Thornton does have a hip and knee problem.

Thornton said two other officers arrived and they made him take a sobriety test.

“At one point, one of the officers shined the light in my eye and said, ‘Oh, sorry,’ and asked the other officer if he was doing it right,’” said Thornton.

Thornton said he was then placed in handcuffs and told to sit on the curb.

“I couldn’t even sit on the ground like that and they knew it and I was like laying on the ground, then they put me in the back of an SUV and when I asked the officer to move her seat up ’cause my hip hurt she told me to stop whining,” said Thornton.

Thornton was then taken to a police station where he took a breathalyzer test that determined that his BAC was 0.000.

“Yes, I do the breathalyzer and it comes back zero, zero, zero,” said Thornton.

While in custody, a “DRE” or drug recognition expert is called to test Thornton.

“After he did all the tests, he says, ‘I would never have arrested you, you show no signs of impairment,’” said Thornton.

The Surprise resident is right. The police documents show the drug recognition officer wrote, “I conducted an evaluation of Jessie, in my opinion Jessie was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.”

According the documents from the Surprise Police Department, the blood analysis showed no drugs were detected in Thornton’s blood.

By then, Thornton’s car had been impounded and the Arizona Motor Vehicle Division had been notified of his DUI arrest. “I then get this message that my license is being suspended and I have to take some sort of drinking class or something,” Thornton said.

After being booked, Thornton was eventually released to his wife, who had to leave to work to come and get him. “It was a mess, I couldn’t believe it,” said Thornton. “On top of that my car was impounded on a Friday night and they said I couldn’t get it until Monday.”

Thornton, who has lawyered up, says his DUI charge was recently dropped, but he is still pressing forward with a $500,000 lawsuit against the City of Surprise.

“It’s not totally about the money, although I’m already out more than $5,000, that’s $5,000 that I don’t have,” he said. “I just don’t want any of this to happen to somebody else.”

Thornton’s attorney Marc Victor is convinced his client was racially profiled. “This is a case of D-W-B, driving while black,” he said, adding, “This is not the way American citizens ought to be treated by officers or treated by anybody for that matter.”

Thornton says he has been pulled over ten times and given four tickets since moving to Surprise, but with him having a daughter in law enforcement and his own former career as a firefighter, he has no personal issues with the police, generally.

“Listen, I was a firefighter and firefighters work hand in hand with police officers, I have nothing against police officers, this just wasn’t right,” he said.

About a month ago, a “naked, spitting, pissing” man — who appeared to be under the influence of some type of heavy drug like PCP — was reportedly seen attacking passengers inside San Francisco’s 16th Street Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) station, and video footage has emerged showing the ordeal … and it’s pretty intense, to say the very least.

The NSFW video, which was uploaded to YouTube and has been posted on various sites like Gawker and WorldStarHipHop, shows a completely nude man with wild hair chasing after a woman.

The woman, screaming for help, falls to the ground, but is eventually able to get away and take refuge in the ticketing booth, thanks to a station agent who called her over, all while filming the incident and calling for help from the police — who seem to take forever to respond.

Other instances in the clip show the naked man performing acrobatics on top of the railings and fare gates, and doing some crazy leg-kick on top of a newsstand before cutting a flip from it and landing right on his feet.

By the end of the 3-minute video, he’s flopping around all over the floor as BART passengers, apparently immune to crazy metro station antics, walk by as if he isn’t even there — though one guy riding on a bike comes out of nowhere and just taps the guy right on the butt with his foot.

The whole thing is pretty bizarre, and you just have to see it for yourself, but we warn you, it is definitely NSFW, seeing as, you know, the guy is buck naked.

We’ve heard of people driving under the influence, but boating under the influence?

Environmental activist Erin Brockovich-Ellis was arrested on Friday night after she reportedly operating a boat while intoxicated. Lets call it a BUI.

The incident took place on Lake Mead in Las Vegas. The 52-year-old allegedly drew attention to herself while struggling to drive her motor boat into the Las Vegas Boat Harbor.

Brockovich was later released from the Clark County Detention Center after posting $,1000 bail.

On Sunday, she released a statement (via the Associate Press) in which she apologized for boozing it up and then attempting to operate a water vessel.

“At no time was the boat away from the dock and there was no public safety risk. That being said, I take drunk driving very seriously, this was clearly a big mistake, I know better and I am very sorry. After a day in the sun and with nothing to eat it appears that a couple of drinks had a greater impact than I had realized.”

Many will recall that the activists’ life inspired the ridiculously quotable 2000 film “Erin Brockovich.” Side note: It also inspired a play in the fictional world of “Hamlet 2.”

In 1993, Brockovich-Ellis was working as a legal clerk when she developed a case against Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). The company is believed to have contaminated drinking water in Hinkley, California, causing many of the residents to become ill.

As Ciara struggles to regain a smidgen of the success she had waaaay back in 2005, there is one group we know she can’t afford to piss off: the gays. Bless this girl’s heart, though, as she did just that.

CiCi was set to appear at a West Hollywood club called The Factory the other night, but ended up bailing on the gig at the last minute — leaving the planners with no time to find another R&B artist in need of some change and a morale boost from a room full of overeager gay boys.

Ciara’s rationale for the cancellation was apparently that she was booked to perform on the main stage at L.A. Pride so it was a conflict of interest. However, club promoters argued that since it was listed as an appearance versus a performance she was all good. She didn’t agree and was subsequently sued.

And in true over the top fashion, the gays suing her showed up at her L.A. Pride performance and served her while on she was on  stage. Y’all. That is the definition of trying it. Ciara took the papers and then tossed them to the side.

She doesn’t give a damn about them and their feelings. In fact, her people maintain that  they informed the club she could not be there and it’s their own fault for promoting her appearance anyway.

Sources exclusively tell us that last week — just two weeks before the album drops — West brought in legendary producer Rick Rubin to help lay down additional tracks for the record, and Def Jam execs spent the week haggling over rights for a vocal he used on his song “Onsite.”

“Even by Kanye West standards, this is pushing it,” said a music industry source.

Page Six reported last week that after months spent in Paris recording, West was still working in the studio after early releases got mixed reviews. We hear that Rubin, the co-founder of Def Jam Records, was brought in to help West finish the album. Rubin will be listed as executive producer, sources said.

Def Jam executives haggled over rights to West’s racy song “Onsite,” where the rapper samples an old vocal track from kids in a Chicago church choir. We hear lawyers last week had to track down the choir director and members of the Holy Name of Mary Church choir on the South Side of Chicago to get clearance for the vocals.

Def Jam label chiefs were so worried about whether they would get rights to the track, producers re-recorded the vocals with a different choir to be used in case they couldn’t nail down an agreement with the Holy Name crew in time.

By the end of the day Friday, we’re told, West decided to use the new recording with the other choir just to be safe.

West’s blasphemous new album ‘Yeezus’ will be available on June 18th.

Last night, Kanye headlined the Governor’s Music Festival in New York, where he premiered two new songs “I Am A God” and “Onsite.” He also performed the songs he debuted on SNL a few weeks ago “New Slaves” and “Black Skinhead.”

Amanda Bynes just can’t seem to make up that crazy mind of hers. Back in March, the troubled actress made headlines after tweeting that she wanted Drake to “murder [her] vagina,” and now, just a few months later, it seems as though she has had a change of heart.

Out of nowhere, Bynes insulted the Young Money rapper on Twitter, writing, “Drake has the ugliest smile, ugly gums uneven teeth ugly eyes.”

After seeing her tweet, which she later deleted, noted blogger Perez Hilton asked Amanda what made her come to the realization that she no longer wanted Drake to murder her lady parts, and she tweeted back to him:

“Not with his ugly smile and ugly eneven teeth and fugly face! He’s gay and ugly I want a hot straight man!”

Bynes deleted that tweet too, of course, and later tweeted, “I won’t deny calling @Drake ugly,” which she also eventually deleted.

Drake shouldn’t take too much offense to Amanda Bynes calling him ugly though, because (A.) she’s Amanda Bynes; (B.) she insults pretty much EVERYONE on Twitter, for no reason at all really; (C.) she’s Amanda Bynes; and (D.) refer to A, B and C.

Effectively tying the series 1-1, the Miami Heat beat the San Antonio Spurs, 103 to 84, and pretty much embarrassed them as they turned a close game into a rout with a 33-5 run from about 7 minutes into the third quarter to about 3 minutes into the fourth.

With a little more than eight minutes remaining in the fourth and Miami leading 86-67, James darted over from the right baseline, leaving Kawhi Leonard to meet a driving Splitter right in the middle of the paint. Splitter attempted a right-handed slam over the top but James rose and capped the shot with his right hand, knocking the ball free and allowing Chris Bosh to recover it for Miami. James celebrated the play with a flex, a chest pound and a scream.

“Basically, I told myself, you’ll end up on SportsCenter one way or another, either getting dunked on going to get a block,” James said. “Luckily I was on the good side of the Top 10.”

Heat coach Erik Spoelstra singled out James’ selflessness on the play, what with the looming possibility of a YouTube posterization.

“A lot of players wouldn’t go for that,” he said. “[There's] the possibility of getting dunked on and being on a highlight film. He’s been on that highlight film both ways. It takes great courage to go up and make one of those plays.”

“He blocked it,” Heat guard Mario Chalmers said. “I mean, we seen that coming. I know I kind of figured he was going to block that one, just the angle he had. That’s why he’s First-Team All-Defense.”

A Rhode Island mother, whose 16-year-old daughter was shot during a family member’s graduation, made headlines this week after she sicced her pit bulls on a news reporter, and the entire incident was caught on tape.

Clearly in no mood for Channel 6 News reporter Abbey Niezgoda‘s questions, Melissa Lawrence threw a rock at the camera man after shouting “OK, that’s good” when she was asked for a reaction to her daughter’s shooting.

“I’ll be right back,” Lawrence said before returning with a metal bat. Then, she turned her two, huge, aggressive pit bulls on the woman, who dropped her mic as she tried to run from the dogs, screaming, but one apparently managed to bite her arm. Niezgoda and the camera man eventually got away and found safety behind some houses in the neighborhood.

Lawrence was arrested and charged with two counts of felony assault for the attack. She reportedly wore a pink “My Attitude is Your Problem” t-shirt to court, where she was later released on $50,000 bail and ordered to return for a hearing in August.

Lawrence’s daughter Ny’asia has since been released from the hospital after being treated for a gunshot wound to her lower back, and is recovering at home.

People getting caught having sex with pit bulls isn’t new, but somehow, these folks are coming up with new ways to feed their bestiality cravings … like getting their freak on at the city pound.

A 50-year-old man was charged last Saturday with a felony for having sexual conduct with an animal, as well as burglary, after he got caught having sex with a pit bull while in tour of the Chicago Animal Care and Control Facility.

According to NBC Chicago:

Perez was found in a cage with a white and grey pit bull by an employee after he entered a restricted area while on a tour of the Chicago Animal Care and Control Facility at 2741 S. Western Ave. on May 29, prosecutors said.

He was allegedly on his hands and knees on the side of the dog, appearing to have had just had sex with the animal, prosecutors said.

Perez then made “inculpatory statements” regarding the sexual conduct with the dog to other employees on the scene.

He was arrested at his home on Friday. Bail was reportedly set at $80,000 Saturday.

A South Carolina high school band teacher was forced to resign after he was accused of sexual misconduct with an 18-year-old female student.

According to reports out of Greenville, South Carolina, 30-year-old Brandon Scott Poston — a band director for Eastside High School and a part-time director at Greenville Middle School since August 2011 — was arrested on Thursday (May 30) after school officials received a tip earlier in the week that he might be involved in an “inappropriate relationship” with a student.

The police report states that the investigation confirmed that Poston and the student had sex more than once between the dates of February 20th and May 30th of this year at a residence, purportedly Poston’s home, as well as the Comfort Inn hotel.

Poston was reportedly held on $10,000 bond at the Greenville County Detention Center, and per a condition of his bond, he is not to have any contact with the victim.

Though the sex between the teacher and the student was considered consensual, it is illegal for a “person affiliated with a public or private secondary school in an official capacity who has direct supervisory authority” over students to engage in sexual activity with each other.

A man who shot and killed an escort because she refused to have sex with him was found “not guilty” of murder charges Wednesday by a jury in Bexar County, Texas.

According to the San Antonio Express-News, Ezekiel Gilbert shot 21-year-old Lenora Ivie Fargo in the neck in 2009 on Christmas Eve after she denied his requests for sex, and wouldn’t return the $150 he had paid her. Frago was critically injured and died several months later.

Gilbert testified in court this week that he had found Frago’s escort ad on Craigslist and was under the impression that sex was included in her $150 fee. He said that instead of having sex with him, Frago “walked around his apartment” and left after 20 minutes, saying she had to give the money to her driver, who he believed to be Frago’s pimp and “partner” in the theft.

During closing arguments Tuesday, Gilbert’s defense team conceded the shooting did occur but said the intent wasn’t to kill. Gilbert’s actions were justified, they argued, because he was trying to retrieve stolen property: the $150 he paid Frago. It became theft when she refused to have sex with him or give the money back, they said.

The Texas law that allows people to use deadly force to recover property during a nighttime theft was put in place for “law-abiding” citizens, prosecutors countered. It’s not intended for someone trying to force another person into an illegal act such as prostitution, they argued.

After he was acquitted, the 30-year-ol hugged his defense attorney, and also thanked God, his lawyers and the jury for being able to “see what wasn’t the truth” and for giving him a “second chance.”

“I sincerely regret the loss of the life of Ms. Frago,” Gilbert said Wednesday. “I’ve been in a mental prison the past four years of my life. I have nightmares. If I see guns on TV where people are getting killed, I change the channel.”

Had he been convicted, the San Antonio Express-News reported, Gilbert could have faced up to life in prison.

In a “You’ve Got To Be Out Of Your Damn Mind” report, Dr. Conrad Murray has reached out to Paris Jackson following her alleged suicide attempt.

Yes, the man who was held responsible for the death of her daddy, Michael Jackson, is trying to send some happy thoughts to her.

He reportedly used a pay phone to send the following message, ”I don’t know if there’s anything to do to solve your pain.” He also added, “I’m here for you.” To add insult to injury, Murray mentions that Paris consoled him “in [her] deepest moments of grief.”

The message is bizarre … Murray also uses the title of a Jackson song, “You Are Not Alone.” He also uses verses from “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” and “You’ve Got a Friend.”

I wonder if Papa Joe Jackson’s right hook is still intact. Looks like it needs to come out retirement for one night only.

Prince Michael Jackson has scrapped plans to appear on a German game show following sister Paris‘ suicide attempt earlier this week.

The 16-year-old son of Michael Jackson was scheduled to sub in for Paris, 15, on the popular series Wanna Bet? (Wetten, dass…?) but decided to stay home after she was rushed to the hospital early Wednesday morning, reportedly with cuts on her wrist.

“Under these circumstances, we perfectly understand that Prince Michael prefers to stay close to his family. We wish Paris the strength and the power to recover soon, said Silke Blömer, a representative for the German TV network ZDF, in a statement to People magazine. Wanna Bet? is being filmed this summer in Mallorca, Spain.

Paris Jackson is “physically fine,” said Jackson family attorney Perry Sanders Jr. in a statement Wednesday, noting: “Being a sensitive 15-year-old is difficult no matter who you are. It is especially difficult when you lose the person closest to you.”

The star, who has two daughters — Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 11— from a previous relationship, has been open about wanting to expand their family on the latest season of Don’t Be Tardy…, but the source admits, “They didn’t plan it, but they’re thrilled.”

You know, Kim’s eggs sure as hell aren’t getting any younger but shouldn’t she let her love below at least get a year-long break before she jumps back on the saddle? By the time she pops out her fifth baby her lady parts are gonna look like some Laffy Taffy.

The senseless 2012 murder of a 16-year-old girl at the hands of her two close friends happened reportedly because her killers no longer wanted to be friends with her.

Last July, Skylar Neese was stabbed to death and left on the side of the road by Rachel Shoaf, 16, and an unidentified minor.

In an interview with CNN, the victim’s father, Dave Neese was asked if he had anything to say his daughters’ killers. Rather than stay quiet or make up some bullshit about “forgiveness,” he had this to say:

“Rot in hell … I want them to go through the pain and agony my daughter went through. I want them to have no life because Skylar doesn’t have one.”

The shocking incident, which occurred in Star City, West Virginia, was initially treated as a missing persons case.

Surveillance footage showed Neese sneaking out of her bedroom window and getting into a car with friends. The friends initially claimed that they drove around town and dropped her off near her home.

For six months, police searched for the teen and despite the intense press coverage, they turned up very few leads.

Eventually, Shoaf cracked, confessing to police what had happened. Shoaf admitted that she and another classmate drove Neese to a spot in rural Pennsylvania where they stabbed her and left her lifeless body on the side of the road.

The victim’s father described the group of friends as “inseparable.”

Perhaps the most unsettling part is that the unnamed murderer actually called the victim’s father repeatedly while she was missing in order to find out what police knew.

It initially appeared as though the girl was a concerned friend who was eager to know if authorities were any closer to catching her killer. Now it’s clear that she just wanted to make sure no one was close to finding out what she did.

So why on earth did these two girls savagely murder their friend?

According to Neese’s father, they “didn’t want to be friends with her anymore.”

Let’s hope these evil little girls are facing a very, very, VERY long prison sentence.

John Schnatter, the founder and chief executive officer of the famous pizza chain known as Papa John’s, has apologized to a customer after a delivery man butt dialed them and accidentally left a racist rant on the their voicemail.

A video uploaded by the customer to YouTube that went viral this week reportedly featured the delivery man using racial slurs in a conversation he was having with a co-worker, in which he was complaining about the size of tips he receives from black people.

The unidentified customer, who chooses not to show his face on camera, shows the receipt for $15.26 and says that he gave the delivery man a $5 tip, more than 20%.

“I guess that’s the only requirement for being a n**ger in Sanford,” the driver can be heard telling his co-worker, who laughs. “Yeah, they give me five bucks there — fine outstanding African-American gentleman of the community.”

But wait, it gets even better. The delivery man can also be heard singing the racial slur repeatedly in what he called an opera. And not only that, but the incident happened in Sanford, Florida — the same place where the unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin was murdered by George Zimmerman just a little over a year ago.

Amid the controversy surrounding his company, Papa John’s CEO John Schnatter took to the restaurant’s social media pages Monday and posted this:

Friends, I am extremely concerned to learn about the reprehensible language used by two former employees in one of our restaurants. Their thinking and actions defy both my personal and the company’s values, and everything for which this company stands. The employees responsible for this absolutely unacceptable behavior were immediately terminated.

My heartfelt apology goes out to the customer involved, his family, and our community at large. I am very sorry that anyone would be exposed to these hurtful and painful words by any person involved in any way with our company.

Thank you for your important comments. I have personally reached out to our customer to share my own thoughts and offer my deepest apology.

The mayor of nutcaseville is at it again! If you thought that self-proclaimed “beauty queen” Amanda Bynes toned the crazy down after her arrest, you’d be wrong.

The former Nickelodeon star has seemingly been holed up in her NYC apartment, smoking weed and going on Twitter. After all, she doesn’t actually have a job right now, that is, unless you call being a full-time train-wreck a job.

Bynes now spends her days threatening to sue virtually everyone on the planet, posting traumatizing photos of herself, and getting into feuds with puzzling targets.

Her latest twitter “rival” is none other than gossip blogger Perez Hilton.

On Thursday Bynes tweeted some not so friendly instructions at him.

@perezhilton no one wants to suck your dick! Stop living! Kill yourself! I look sooooo much better than the girl you hired to look like an awful cheeky version of me! So I’d say Fuck You but no one wants to! I just say keep living in your shitty existence leaching off of stars who you look, sound, and act nothing like!

The tweet came a day after she tweeted then deleted, “(He) is ugly! He’s not my friend! His face is scary & ugly! Please stop acting like u know me!”

I’m going to have to disagree here though. Not only did Perez pave the way for those looking to carve out an online empire, he’s also a well-educated (what up NYU!) and savvy businessman who worked his way to the top.

So why was Perez her latest target? Probably because he’s been following her actions extensively on his site — like every other celeb news writer out there, and he also tweeted this:

The 27-year-old shot back this laughable gem. (Sidebar: Who thought permitting longer Twitter posts was a good idea?)

“You look 45!” Bynes added. “You’re not pretty so I’m not intimidated by you! I think you’re jealous that you’re just an ugly model whos career is uninspiring! I don’t respect you! You’re no beauty queen! I’m a beauty queen!”

Just to clarify, Teigen is 27, just like Bynes.

Right now, Amanda Bynes probably has no idea how much of a joke she actually is. Pretty soon, she’ll spiral completely out of control and be forced to go to prison, rehab, or prison rehab (Lindsay Lohan style).

Starkeema Greenidge will likely never try a free make-up sample again after claiming she caught herpes from one.

Bless her heart, but while at the Rihanna concert at Barclays last month, a M.A.C. rep offered her a sample of Rihanna’s successful “RiRi Woo” lipstick.

Unfortunately, the rep apparently didn’t use disposable samples or individual swabs. Now she’s got that permanent bump and has subsequently filed suit to compensate her bank account for the lifelong burn she’s now stuck with.

Greenidge told TMZ … the day after the concert, “My whole lip was irritated and hugely swollen.”  Greenidge says she went to a doctor and he told her she had herpes.

The suit accuses M.A.C. of shoddy business practices — applying lipstick directly from the tube instead of using either disposable samples or individual swabs.

Greenidge is suing M.A.C. Cosmetics, Inc — not Rihanna — for unspecified damages.

Remember when Victoria’s Secret model booker Sophia Neophitou made nasty comments about Kate Upton? In case you missed it, Neophitou told the New York Times that Victoria Secret would “never” use the Sports Illustrated hottie in any of the lingerie company’s show’s or catalogs because she has a look that is “too obvious.”

She also very sweetly added, “She’s like a footballer’s wife, with the too-blond hair and that kind of face that anyone with enough money can go out and buy.”

Despite these harsh comments, the 20-year-old appears in the most recent VS catalog, which led many to believe that there was no bad blood between Upton and the famed company, but that’s apparently not the case.

The NY Post is claiming that Victoria’s Secret used old photos of the blonde bombshell without permission, and Kate is said to be (rightfully) “furious.”

“The pictures are from 2011,” a source told the outlet. “Kate’s not currently contracted to work with Victoria’s Secret, and they didn’t contact her before they used these images.”

So let’s get this straight. Victoria’s Secret publicly bashes Upton, and then illegally uses her image to sell their products?

If there’s any truth to this, we hope she sues them.

I’m not sure about the dollar amount, but I can imagine Ms. I Want To Look Perfect At All Times is doing the absolute most to make sure everything about her baby delivery goes as she wants it to. That includes her hiring someone to document every single second of her last moments as Kanye’s baby mama.

She’s hired a top photographer to document the delivery and her first week as a new mom – at a cost of $1,000 a day. And she and Kanye are also planning to dish out more than $4,000 per day for a deluxe birthing suite at L.A.’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where Kim is expected to spend at least three days.

The posh maternity suite features a full-size soaking tub, two beds, a separate sitting room with a sofa and dining table, a flat-screen TV, a fridge stocked with juices, water and food, and two bathrooms. If that weren’t enough, Kim, 32, is spending thousands to have the suite blanketed in dozens of white roses. And although the new parents will receive three gourmet meals daily, Kim’s put some of her favorite restaurants – like Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and her local deli, Cuvee – on call for the duration of her stay.

Sexual assault/harassment is never something that should be taken lightly, as it is a chronic global issue. Yet when crazy train conductor Amanda Bynes claimed to have been touched inappropriately by the NYPD, most people partook in a collective eye role.

The former “All That” star was arrested last Thursday for reportedly throwing a bong out her window. She has also been accused of smoking pot in her lobby.

According to reports, building personal contacted the police, who arrived at her apartment and found that it (surprise!) reeked of pot. Perhaps the most knee-slapping funny moment was when the cops spotted a bong, which Amanda promptly chucked out the window. and Bynes claimed it was “just a vase.”

Of course Bynes denies all of this, claiming that the “bong” she hurled from her window was “just a vase.”

On Monday, the 27-year-old posted a lengthy Twitter rant proclaiming her innocence and accusing the NYPD of sexually harassing her. The president of Nutcaseville also talked about her prospective career as a singer/rapper. (ROFL!)

For once and for all, this is the last thing I’ll say about the mistaken arrest. I’m suing NYPD for illegally entering my apartment, lying about drugs on me and lying about me tampering with non existent drug paraphernalia, then I’m suing for being put into a mental hospital against my will, then locked up overnight for coming home after a facial and working out with my trainer like the good girl that I am.

I’m allergic to alcohol and drugs and don’t partake in any of the above. I’m so offended by all of this but so proud to not be a drug or alcohol user. I don’t need to talk about this anymore. My lawyer and I are taking this offense so seriously! Everything they did was against the law and The judge saw that there was no drugs on me or proof of any type of bong or mental illness.

I was so offended to even be taken to a mental hospital and they would not let me call my lawyer until the next day after being in jail all night, then I went to court and was immediately released because the judge saw that I was wrongly arrested. The cops found no proof of any type of drug use or evidence of drug paraphernalia such as a bong in or around my apartment.

I’m also suing my apartment complex for lying about me smoking in my building. I’m free forever! You can’t lock up an innocent person! Thanks for caring! Look forward to seeing me in music videos! I’m getting in shape and getting a nose job! I’m looking forward to a long and wonderful career as a singer/rapper!

So how true are Bynes’ claims that she is innocent?

While cops engaging in criminal activity and framing innocent people is not unheard of, Bynes has an extensive rap sheet of crazy that includes several arrests for drug use and reckless behavior, so the odds that the arrest was unwarranted are pretty slim.

The NYPD has released a statement (via ABC News), denying Bynes’ claims of sexual assault.

“Internal Affairs investigators have found no evidence to corroborate Ms. Bynes’ allegations,” said an NYPD spokesperson. “To the contrary, a credible civilian witness who was with the officers throughout told investigators that none touched Ms. Bynes inappropriately or otherwise engaged in misconduct at any time.”

As for Amanda’s plans for kicking off a “long and wonderful career as a singer/rapper” …. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!

Back in March, the media indulged a 17-year-old boy’s request for Kate Upton to be his prom date. Had I known it was possible to to go on the Today show and ask a celebrity to prom, I would have gone on and asked Keanu Reeves. (“The Matrix” rules!)

But alas, though Upton tweeted a “maybe” at the request and told Jake Davidson that she would “check her schedule,” she will not be attending the teen’s prom. The curvaceous blonde told PEOPLE that she’d have a hard time fitting the event into her busy work life.

“I’m not sure if I’ll be able to go with him or not, due to my schedule,” she said. “I want to, but I just don’t know if I can make it work. But I really appreciated being asked; it made me feel really great!”

Instead, 21-year-old Danish model Nina Agdal graciously offered to be Jake’s date, and by graciously, I mean for the sake of generating some major publicity for herself, as Jezebel points out. The evening was covered by Inside Edition and Us Weekly.

In case you don’t know who Agdal is, she’s an up and coming model who recently appeared in a Carl’s Jr ad pretty much having sex with a burger on the beach. If you haven’t seen the commercial, check it out! You’ll get to see several close ups of her ass and watch her suggestively nibble on the burger with her legs spread. At one point, the burger is so delicious — she takes her bikini top off — because lots of women like to get naked when their eating good fast food.

The ad also probably serves as a record of the last time the model ate such fatty garbage.

Coincidentally, Upton has also starred in a Carl’s Jr promo. In it, Upton slurps from a straw like it’s going out of style and begins stripping off her clothes after the heat of the sandwich becomes overwhelming. She also appears to be having an orgasm after bitting into it.

Something tells me Carl’s Jr would have lines around the block if that were true.

If you needed additional proof that it’s about time someone take American Idol out back, shoot it and put it out of its misery already, take note of the show signing Jennifer Hudson as a judge.

Yes, according to an E! News report, the show has signed the Oscar-winner and losing Idol contestant to a deal to work as a judge in the upcoming season. Worse, they’re trying to sign other Idol contestants, too. In their minds, this will solve the show’s rating decline.

Multiple sources confirm exclusively to E! News that the Oscar-winning singer has signed a deal to sit at the judges’ table this fall for season 13. The other two spots are also intended for former Idol contestants: Kelly Clarkson and either Adam Lambert or Clay Aiken.

We’re told that Clarkson is also close to signing on. No word yet on whether Lambert or Aiken will fill the final spot, but producers are expected to keep the panel to three members.

The “superstar-alum” theme is aimed at reclaiming some of Idol’s lost viewership—the series is down about 10 million viewers from two years ago, in part because of the success of The Voice.

Fox (smartly) wants to highlight Idol’s upper hand: It’s the only singing competition to actually manufacture top-selling stars.

“It’s Idol alums bringing in the next generation,” says one Fox source of the reasoning behind the casting for season 13.

So, it really goes without saying, but this is going to be a disaster. The producers of this show seem to be operating under the unfortunate impression that the problem with the show is the choice of judges.

Listen, the market is overcrowded and the show has been on for so long. Naturally, it’s going to be on the decline. Now, if they really wanted to give this show a big boost, they should’ve tapped Tommy Mottola when they had the chance. He would’ve easily filled the role of Simon Cowell.

Oh, and there’s also the issue of better talent. Still, this show was going to decline in ratings after a while because that’s what happens when a show is on for damn near forever.

Meanwhile, J. Hud’s biggest musical hit is that song she screams in the Weight Watchers commercial, but she’s gonna be an Idol judge? Oh, FOX. Good luck with that.

There’s another Black man rumored to have miffed the matriarch of the Kardashian family. The National Enquirer claims that Kris Jenner is demanding that Khloe Kardashian give her husband Lamar Odum the boot. Mind you, Khloe is completely disrespectful to her mom on the show and chances are she wouldn’t even fetch her a bottle of Evian, much less divorce her husband as she purportedly wishes.

Foxy Brown is none too pleased with a story going around claiming that she referred to Jay-Z as a “tranny chaser” who gives people sexually transmitted diseases of the burning piss variety.

Speaking with TMZ, Fox Boogie denies ever making that or any of the other claims — including that he secretly engages in gay sex and that she lost her virginity to her former rap mentor when she was 15 and he was 27.

She said to the site, ”The atrociousness of this story sickened me to my stomach. Any and everyone involved will be contacted by my attorney.”

In other words, you motherf**kers need to shut up because he’s Jay-Z, she’s Foxy Brown, and it’s 2013. People may call Foxy crazy as all hell, but I don’t think she’s crazy enough to say all of this. Leave her be and go listen to “Hot Spot.

Amanda Bynes was arrested at her New York City apartment Thursday night after she allegedly threw a bong from her apartment window, NYC police said.

According to various reports, Bynes was arrested after the doorman spotted the singer smoking weed in the building’s lobby and “behaving erratically.” (No, really? Not this girl…)

By the time police arrived to the scene, Bynes, who was probably high out of her mind at the time, had returned to her apartment on the 36th floor, where police observed her tossing a bong out of the window.

TMZ reported that Amanda went “ballistic” when she found out she was under arrest, and she shouted “Don’t you know who I am?” to the police as they took her into custody. The arresting officers noted in their report a “heavy” smell of marijuana and smoke inside the apartment.

Bynes was booked on charges of criminal marijuana possession, reckless endangerment and tampering with evidence (for the bong toss), but not before being briefly taken to a hospital for psychiatric evaluation. She’s expected to spend the night in a Midtown police station and will appear in court Friday morning.

Amanda Bynes Tweets Topless Photos, Thinks She Could Stand to Lose 35 Pounds

The arrest doesn’t come at a good time for Bynes, who is currently under three years probation for driving with a suspended license after she pleaded no contest to the charges (via her attorney) in Burbank, Calif. just two weeks ago. She also has a DUI charge pending in Beverly Hills.

The troubled actress has been pretty quiet lately, but this week has been particularly busy for her.

Over the weekend, Bynes was rejected from boarding a private jet in New Jersey after she tried to use Google as an official form of ID in lieu of her license, which she does not have right now. According to TMZ, she even screamed “I’m Amanda Bynes!” to the airport officials, but that didn’t work, obviously.

Bynes also threatened to sue In Touch Weekly on Twitter the other day after the magazine ran an issue in which they describe an alleged party at her NYC apartment that paints a very disturbing picture of the former child star.

A man who identified himself as “Joe” claims he went to a party at Amanda’s apartment, where he witnessed her lounging on a bare mattress, smoking what appeared to be (and probably was) a joint, and obsessively refreshing her Twitter feed.

Photographer Giovanni Arnold, who was with “Joe” at the party, said, “She probably gets so high that sometimes she won’t even leave her house … One minute she’s cool and down-to-earth. The next, she’s totally different — indecisive, and she can’t hold a conversation. Mentally, she’s all over the place.”

In Touch says Amanda told them she isn’t crazy and she denied doing drugs, but Giovanni and “Joe” tell a different story.

They say the party raged until 5 a.m. when Amanda kicked everyone out, and Giovanni says he witnessed her doing cocaine, but Amanda denies that, telling In Touch, “They’re the ones into drugs, so they bring drugs, but I don’t do them.”

Regardless of whether or not Amanda does drugs, “Joe” says her sparsely furnished apartment is a complete mess, with blinds hanging on three windows near her bed, and other windows in the apartment are spray-painted black. “Her living room is basically empty,” described “Joe.”

In Touch also has exclusive pictures from inside Bynes’ apartment (above), of which Bynes is taking issue with, and she let loose a barrage of angry tweets Wednesday night — the day before her arrest — in which she threatened to sue the tabloid, and accused them of altering the photos they ran in their issue.

As posted on her Twitter account on May 22nd 2013:

“That’s not my bed! Those aren’t my toes! My toes are pedicured! I just did an exclusive interview with intouch last week, now they bought fake altered photos by that ugly black man in the photo or someone who knows him!

“They used an old shot of me on the cover with a bad angle of my old nose before I had surgery to reshape my profile and to remove the webbing from my eyes. I have to sue because that’s not my apartment, those aren’t my clothes! They morphed photos of my face onto someone’s body to ruin my life!

“I have to make a big deal of this and sue because that’s not me! I care about my appearance so I have to defend myself! I look like a different person now that I had surgery! Why did they put an old shot of me on the cover? I don’t look like that anymore!

“I only want photos of my gorgeous new nose on the cover of tabloids and real magazines! The photos in this issue are fake and mocked up! I don’t care enough to keep talking about it. Just assume that I f***ed the boyfriend of the editor of intouch because they f***ing hate me!”

In the midst of retweeting messages from her followers (one RT read: “People need to stop photoshopping @AmandaBynes okay” — it’s hard to say whether or not he was joking), the troubled starlet also slammed In Touch editor Jessica Finn, using her signature “ugly face” insult, because everyone is “ugly face” to Amanda Bynes.

After realizing she’s fighting a one-sided battle, as Finn never responds to Amanda’s tweets, Bynes then tried to pick a fight with blogger Perez Hilton, tweeting:

“The only thing sadder than your ugly face still writing stories about me is the fact that you think I’d even step foot in a room with that ugly faced black man.”

So not only is Amanda Bynes batshit fucking crazy, she’s also apparently borderline racist. But she’s most certainly batshit fucking crazy.

Meanwhile, in response to her claims that In Touch doctored the photos of her in her apartment, the tabloid released the following statement:

“The photos of Amanda Bynes inside this week’s issue of In Touch speak for themselves. We at In Touch have done our due diligence and research on the photos and the article that accompanies them.

“In Touch has not altered or photoshopped these photos in any way. Additionally, the photographer has assured In Touch that these photos of Amanda were not altered or photoshopped in any way prior to the magazine obtaining them and they are, in fact, of Amanda Bynes taken at Amanda’s apartment in New York City. All of Amanda’s claims pertaining to the photos in this week’s In Touch are false.”

So, in other words, like I said, Amanda Bynes is batshit fucking crazy.

All jokes aside, this Amanda Bynes saga is slowly turning from “LOL look at Amanda Bynes, she so cray-cray!” to “OMG … what the hell is going on with Amanda Bynes?” Here’s to hoping she gets it together, and soon.

I don’t know what planet Will Smith is ordering his reading material from, but I need him to stop trying to clown Black people in public forums.

In yet another attempt to show how evolved he and Jada Pinkett Smith are as it relates to child rearing, the actor asserts that the concept of children as property is particularly strong in the Black community due to the history of slavery. I’d like to wade that trite talking point in the water with the hopes of it drowning to death.

Here’s what Will Smith told Haute Living:

As a parent, would you say that there are similarities in how you were brought up to how you’re bringing up your children?

There are definite similarities. I grew up in a family business so my father, my mother and all my brothers and sisters worked in the family business, so that’s really the only way I know how to parent. In real situations, you are going out in the real world and you are earning real money. The things you say and do in the world will affect the family for real.

My style of parenting is very similar to that of my parents, minus the concept of ownership. I think that, specifically in African American households, the idea coming out of slavery, there’s a concept of your children being property and that was a major part that Jada and I released with our kids. We respect our children the way we would respect any other person. Things like cleaning up their room. You would never tell a full-grown adult to clean their room, so we don’t tell our kids to clean their rooms. Actually, we tell our kids ‘you don’t have a room, that’s our room and we are letting you borrow it.’

So the same way you would say to an adult if you let them use car, you say, ‘Yo man, clean my car! Don’t drive around all filthy like that!’ And it’s perfectly reasonable for you to want an adult to clean your car, so we feel it’s perfectly reasonable to ask our kids to clean the rooms that we are letting them use.

Goodness, does he continue to drop not so subtle hints that he is currently hanging out hard with Xenu‘s kids.

Meanwhile, the notion of “children as property” isn’t strictly a Black thing. Hell, if you look at certain passages in the Bible, you can sell your disobedient child into slavery. And you know, there’s that whole dowry thing that continues to be a practice among many other cultural groups across the world.

If Will Smith wants to use some Jedi mind trick to get Jaden to pick up his drawers off the ground instead of saying “Boy, you better go clean your damn room!” that’s his business. But, don’t shame Black people while trying to explain your philosophy.

Well, as you can tell, Birdman totally fudged the Twitter announcement up because he didn’t properly put a space between “Welcome” and “@ParisHilton” … but regardless, we all got the point. And that ain’t fair, but they don’t care, Paris Hilton is a Cash Money millionaire.

I guess that cameo she had in Rich Gang’s “Tap Out” video makes a bit more sense now, but the fact that I was able to put together the sentence that precedes this one, and it’s actually the truth, makes no sense. At all. Not even a little bit.

According to HuffPo Entertainment:

Paris Hilton has signed with Cash Money Records and is working on a house music album that will supposedly be released this summer.

Hilton broke the news to Showbiz411 at a party in Cannes, where the heiress is because she’s an actress or filmmaker supporting “The Bling Ring,” a Sofia Coppola movie about the pretty girl crime syndicate that burglarized Hilton in real life. (The movie was filmed in part at Hilton’s home.)

Showbiz 411 says that Hilton will join Drake and Nicki Minaj, so it’s likely she’s actually signing with Young Money Entertainment, a subsidiary of Cash Money.

Hilton also claims Dutch house producer Afrojack is helping her out, an interesting tidbit given that the two were previously rumored to be dating. Hilton was a constant presence on his tour and in his “Afrojet,” but the producer is now said to be dating DJ Bambi.

“This is a lot different than my first album,” Paris said. “It’s really going to be house music.”

For the uninitiated (lucky you!), Paris Hilton’s first foray into the all too welcoming world of music came in 2006, when she released her debut solo self-titled album Paris, which reached the top 10 on the Billboard albums chart, but received mixed reviews.

Hilton also collaborated with Lil Wayne last year for an EDM (Electronic Dance Music) track produced by the aforementioned Afrojack called “Last Night (I Wanna Bang You).” It was (unsurprisingly) awful.

Nothing but good things — and herpes, lots and LOTS of herpes — can come from this meticulously planned union of Paris Hilton’s aural diarrhea and Birdman’s business savvy.

Meanwhile, your favorite struggle rapper is working overtime in the trap-house so he (or she; equal opportunity, people…) can earn enough money to pay for a post on WorldStarHipHop in the hopes that maybe, just maybe, their favorite rapper will notice them and take them under their wing, much like what YMCMB is doing with PH (imbalance).

Now that Rihanna and Chris Brown are reportedly broken up, Ronald Fenty is telling The Sun that he hopes they get back together. Yes, the guy who not only physically abused her, but proceeded to parade around the fact that he was essentially being with two women at the same damn time.

Yet, Papa Fenty says:

“I’m still his No1 fan — I still like Chris regardless. They have a very passionate relationship but if they split up it does not mean it’s for ever with them. In a couple of months they’ll be back together.”

Just to keep a running tally: Rihanna’s father had substance abuse issues and physically abused her mother. And after Rihanna herself was abused, Ronald Fenty acted like he was damn near Chris Brown’s publicist.

On top of that, Rihanna’s pops has mentioned how he’s told her in the past that he felt she was getting fat. Now, he’s saying he wants Rihanna to get back with a guy who her own tweets suggests isn’t for her right now.

Granted, The Sun is about as reliable as your first cousins when they say they’re “around the corner” when they know damn well they haven’t even left the house yet, but still, I wouldn’t put it past ol’ Papa Fenty to be running his mouth about things he need not be running it about.

Lately, there’s been lots and lots of chatter among gossip rags that Kanye West is skipping out on Kim Kardashian and snuggling up with a man — specifically fashion designer Riccardo Tisci. Why can’t a gay man and a straight fashionista be friends without fellatio getting in the way? But, of course, that won’t sell tabloids at the supermarket, now would it?

In any event, to help lend credence to the little theory, some are starting to point back to a past interview Riccardo gave to Vogue Paris. In it, Riccardo described one of his best sexual experiences with a well known man. Have you connected the dots already?

Right now your top priority is acting, maybe. Am I wrong?”

Timberlake gave a “can you believe this guy?” grin to the table, and replied, “Would you like to know my schedule? I start a tour in the summer. I start another tour in October.”

Right-wing radio host Pete Santilli has revealed an extensive plan to shoot Hillary Clinton “right in the vagina” and confront her about a whole lot of bullsh** as she dies slowly.

Santilli detailed his fantasy of murdering the former Secretary of State on his intenet radio show.

I want to shoot her right in the vagina and I don’t want her to die right away; I want her to feel the pain and I want to look her in the eyes and I want to say, on behalf of all Americans that you’ve killed, on behalf of the Navy SEALS, the families of Navy SEAL Team Six who were involved in the fake hunt down of this Obama, Obama bin Laden thing, that whole fake scenario, because these Navy SEALS know the truth, they killed them all. On behalf of all of those people, I’m supporting our troops by saying we need to try, convict, and shoot Hillary Clinton in the vagina.

Earlier this year, a horrid tale of waitressing made headlines when a pastor acted like a total a-hole towards an Applebee’s server. Now a user on Tumblr has shared a touching story about an unexpected tip her mother earned while waiting on a tremendously generous customer.

According to this Tumblr post, the woman has been struggling to support herself even though she is thoroughly educated. After telling a customer that she’s always wanted to go to Italy, she received a $1,000 tip on a $60 bill with a note that read “Your ticket to Italy. Enjoy!!”

This is what the post read:

So my mom and I have been working the same waitress job for 5-6 years now. She had been waitressing years before, but this is recently. Anyway, about… 15 minutes ago this guy she waited on left and told her to take care. Just that. Prior to this she had talked to him about Italy. Her people are from Florence, this and that, and she said she’s never been. She’s got 8 years of art education and she’s working a waitress job. It’s pretty… Sad and disappointing, I guess. Her and my father divorced 6 years ago and she hasn’t had a real job ever. Just been stuck in a small town she’s not from.

This man who we have never seen before tipped her 1000 dollars for a trip to Italy. Walked out, not another word.

When I first heard about the story, I assumed some Wall Street big wig left the tip to get into some chick’s pants, but thankfully I was wrong. Obviously, this story has garnered positive attention since it’s extremely rare to hear about something good happening to someone who’s slaving away and struggling.

Kaitlyn Hunt, a Florida teenager, is facing felony charges and has already been expelled from school for her lesbian relationship with another, younger student.

Hunt, who is 18, has reportedly been charged with two felony counts of “lewd and lascivious battery on a child 12 to 16.” The charges stem from her relationship with her 15-year-old girlfriend.

“These people never came to us as parents, never tried to speak to us… and tell us they had a problem with the girls dating,” Kaitlyn Hunt’s mother, Kelley Hunt-Smith, wrote in an statement posted to Facebook. “…They were out to destroy my daughter. [They] feel like my daughter ‘made’ their daughter gay.”

Hunt was arrested on Feb. 18 and charged with the two felony charges. She was expelled from school weeks before graduation and was sent to an alternative school to finish out the school year.

Hunt-Smith insists that the relationship was consensual and that that both sets of parents knew about it in the beginning. Many internet activists have spoken out about the charges and think that they are too harsh, which I fully agree with.

If Hunt is found guilty, she will most likely have to register as a sex offender for a seemingly normal, teenage relationship. The only thing that is different here is that they are lesbians and if that is why she is being charged so harshly, then that is just plain wrong. PERIOD.

The state’s attorney’s office is pushing Hunt to take a plea deal that involves two years of house arrest and a year of probation, which would stay on her adult record, which could subsequently ruin her future, as Hunt will have limited college and career choices with such harsh charges attached to her record.

Ultimately, Hunt’s conviction could potentially ruin her life. She has yet to go to trial, but a lot of reports point to a consensual relationship between two teenage girls. Nothing more, nothing less. Why should that ruin one of their lives? If it turns out there were criminal acts committed, that’s a different story, but if there weren’t, is all of this really fair?

As you have probably heard by now, Rob Ford, the mayor of Toronto, was recently captured on video smoking crack cocaine, and the shocking video could make its way to the Internet if Gawker is able to get its hands on it.

Using the website indiegogo.com, the folks over at Gawker have kicked off what they’re calling a “crackstarter” campaign — a play on words, in reference to the popular crowd-funding platform KickStarter.

The heading at the top of the campaign’s page on indiegogo reads: “Rob Ford Crackstarter — Please help us raise enough money to purchase and publish a video of Toronto Mayor Rob Ford smoking crack cocaine.”

So far, as of Saturday night (May 18), the campaign has raised nearly $70,000 of its $200,000 goal, with 9 days left. If Gawker is able to successfully raise the $200,000 the owner of the cell phone video footage is willing to let it go for, the world will be able to watch Toronto’s “conservative” mayor smoking crack cocaine.

In the meantime, when asked to comment on the scandal, Ford told a group of reporters that gathered outside his home early Friday morning (May 17) — just hours after the story broke on Gawker and subsequently The Toronto Star — that the “allegations are absolutely not true.”

Ford added before getting into his Cadillac Escalade, CBC News Toronto reported, “It’s ridiculous, it’s another Toronto Star whatever.”

Later Friday, as Ford was leaving his downtown Toronto office, he gave another brief statement to reporters:

“Anyways, like I said this morning, these allegations are ridiculous, it’s another story with respect to the Toronto Star going after me,” Ford said. “And that’s all I’ve got to say for now.”

It’s worth noting that Ford never outright DENIES the allegations. He simply says that they’re “ridiculous,” and he’s right, the allegations are “ridiculous.”

It’s ridiculous that the mayor of one of the biggest metropolitan areas in the world has been recorded on video smoking crack cocaine, and it’s even more ridiculous that we’ll all be watching said video footage it any day now.
