Back in March, the media indulged a 17-year-old boy’s request for Kate Upton to be his prom date. Had I known it was possible to to go on the Today show and ask a celebrity to prom, I would have gone on and asked Keanu Reeves. (“The Matrix” rules!)

But alas, though Upton tweeted a “maybe” at the request and told Jake Davidson that she would “check her schedule,” she will not be attending the teen’s prom. The curvaceous blonde told PEOPLE that she’d have a hard time fitting the event into her busy work life.

“I’m not sure if I’ll be able to go with him or not, due to my schedule,” she said. “I want to, but I just don’t know if I can make it work. But I really appreciated being asked; it made me feel really great!”

Instead, 21-year-old Danish model Nina Agdal graciously offered to be Jake’s date, and by graciously, I mean for the sake of generating some major publicity for herself, as Jezebel points out. The evening was covered by Inside Edition and Us Weekly.

In case you don’t know who Agdal is, she’s an up and coming model who recently appeared in a Carl’s Jr ad pretty much having sex with a burger on the beach. If you haven’t seen the commercial, check it out! You’ll get to see several close ups of her ass and watch her suggestively nibble on the burger with her legs spread. At one point, the burger is so delicious — she takes her bikini top off — because lots of women like to get naked when their eating good fast food.

The ad also probably serves as a record of the last time the model ate such fatty garbage.

Coincidentally, Upton has also starred in a Carl’s Jr promo. In it, Upton slurps from a straw like it’s going out of style and begins stripping off her clothes after the heat of the sandwich becomes overwhelming. She also appears to be having an orgasm after bitting into it.

Something tells me Carl’s Jr would have lines around the block if that were true.

Chris Brown is a rich and famous millionaire who continues to get away with foolishness. Needless to say, there’s plenty of people more than willing to ride that pencil penis of his. You can add Topshop heiress Chloe Green to the list. Per the British tabloids, the two have been dating. It seems like a nice match considering she’s a “big fan and thinks he’s really hot.”

If you needed additional proof that it’s about time someone take American Idol out back, shoot it and put it out of its misery already, take note of the show signing Jennifer Hudson as a judge.

Yes, according to an E! News report, the show has signed the Oscar-winner and losing Idol contestant to a deal to work as a judge in the upcoming season. Worse, they’re trying to sign other Idol contestants, too. In their minds, this will solve the show’s rating decline.

Multiple sources confirm exclusively to E! News that the Oscar-winning singer has signed a deal to sit at the judges’ table this fall for season 13. The other two spots are also intended for former Idol contestants: Kelly Clarkson and either Adam Lambert or Clay Aiken.

We’re told that Clarkson is also close to signing on. No word yet on whether Lambert or Aiken will fill the final spot, but producers are expected to keep the panel to three members.

The “superstar-alum” theme is aimed at reclaiming some of Idol’s lost viewership—the series is down about 10 million viewers from two years ago, in part because of the success of The Voice.

Fox (smartly) wants to highlight Idol’s upper hand: It’s the only singing competition to actually manufacture top-selling stars.

“It’s Idol alums bringing in the next generation,” says one Fox source of the reasoning behind the casting for season 13.

So, it really goes without saying, but this is going to be a disaster. The producers of this show seem to be operating under the unfortunate impression that the problem with the show is the choice of judges.

Listen, the market is overcrowded and the show has been on for so long. Naturally, it’s going to be on the decline. Now, if they really wanted to give this show a big boost, they should’ve tapped Tommy Mottola when they had the chance. He would’ve easily filled the role of Simon Cowell.

Oh, and there’s also the issue of better talent. Still, this show was going to decline in ratings after a while because that’s what happens when a show is on for damn near forever.

Meanwhile, J. Hud’s biggest musical hit is that song she screams in the Weight Watchers commercial, but she’s gonna be an Idol judge? Oh, FOX. Good luck with that.

There’s another Black man rumored to have miffed the matriarch of the Kardashian family. The National Enquirer claims that Kris Jenner is demanding that Khloe Kardashian give her husband Lamar Odum the boot. Mind you, Khloe is completely disrespectful to her mom on the show and chances are she wouldn’t even fetch her a bottle of Evian, much less divorce her husband as she purportedly wishes.

Speaking with TMZ, Fox Boogie denies ever making that or any of the other claims — including that he secretly engages in gay sex and that she lost her virginity to her former rap mentor when she was 15 and he was 27.

She said to the site, ”The atrociousness of this story sickened me to my stomach. Any and everyone involved will be contacted by my attorney.”

In other words, you motherf**kers need to shut up because he’s Jay-Z, she’s Foxy Brown, and it’s 2013. People may call Foxy crazy as all hell, but I don’t think she’s crazy enough to say all of this. Leave her be and go listen to “Hot Spot.

Amanda Bynes was arrested at her New York City apartment Thursday night after she allegedly threw a bong from her apartment window, NYC police said.

According to various reports, Bynes was arrested after the doorman spotted the singer smoking weed in the building’s lobby and “behaving erratically.” (No, really? Not this girl…)

By the time police arrived to the scene, Bynes, who was probably high out of her mind at the time, had returned to her apartment on the 36th floor, where police observed her tossing a bong out of the window.

TMZ reported that Amanda went “ballistic” when she found out she was under arrest, and she shouted “Don’t you know who I am?” to the police as they took her into custody. The arresting officers noted in their report a “heavy” smell of marijuana and smoke inside the apartment.

Bynes was booked on charges of criminal marijuana possession, reckless endangerment and tampering with evidence (for the bong toss), but not before being briefly taken to a hospital for psychiatric evaluation. She’s expected to spend the night in a Midtown police station and will appear in court Friday morning.

Amanda Bynes Tweets Topless Photos, Thinks She Could Stand to Lose 35 Pounds

The arrest doesn’t come at a good time for Bynes, who is currently under three years probation for driving with a suspended license after she pleaded no contest to the charges (via her attorney) in Burbank, Calif. just two weeks ago. She also has a DUI charge pending in Beverly Hills.

The troubled actress has been pretty quiet lately, but this week has been particularly busy for her.

Over the weekend, Bynes was rejected from boarding a private jet in New Jersey after she tried to use Google as an official form of ID in lieu of her license, which she does not have right now. According to TMZ, she even screamed “I’m Amanda Bynes!” to the airport officials, but that didn’t work, obviously.

Bynes also threatened to sue In Touch Weekly on Twitter the other day after the magazine ran an issue in which they describe an alleged party at her NYC apartment that paints a very disturbing picture of the former child star.

A man who identified himself as “Joe” claims he went to a party at Amanda’s apartment, where he witnessed her lounging on a bare mattress, smoking what appeared to be (and probably was) a joint, and obsessively refreshing her Twitter feed.

Photographer Giovanni Arnold, who was with “Joe” at the party, said, “She probably gets so high that sometimes she won’t even leave her house … One minute she’s cool and down-to-earth. The next, she’s totally different — indecisive, and she can’t hold a conversation. Mentally, she’s all over the place.”

In Touch says Amanda told them she isn’t crazy and she denied doing drugs, but Giovanni and “Joe” tell a different story.

They say the party raged until 5 a.m. when Amanda kicked everyone out, and Giovanni says he witnessed her doing cocaine, but Amanda denies that, telling In Touch, “They’re the ones into drugs, so they bring drugs, but I don’t do them.”

Regardless of whether or not Amanda does drugs, “Joe” says her sparsely furnished apartment is a complete mess, with blinds hanging on three windows near her bed, and other windows in the apartment are spray-painted black. “Her living room is basically empty,” described “Joe.”

In Touch also has exclusive pictures from inside Bynes’ apartment (above), of which Bynes is taking issue with, and she let loose a barrage of angry tweets Wednesday night — the day before her arrest — in which she threatened to sue the tabloid, and accused them of altering the photos they ran in their issue.

As posted on her Twitter account on May 22nd 2013:

“That’s not my bed! Those aren’t my toes! My toes are pedicured! I just did an exclusive interview with intouch last week, now they bought fake altered photos by that ugly black man in the photo or someone who knows him!

“They used an old shot of me on the cover with a bad angle of my old nose before I had surgery to reshape my profile and to remove the webbing from my eyes. I have to sue because that’s not my apartment, those aren’t my clothes! They morphed photos of my face onto someone’s body to ruin my life!

“I have to make a big deal of this and sue because that’s not me! I care about my appearance so I have to defend myself! I look like a different person now that I had surgery! Why did they put an old shot of me on the cover? I don’t look like that anymore!

“I only want photos of my gorgeous new nose on the cover of tabloids and real magazines! The photos in this issue are fake and mocked up! I don’t care enough to keep talking about it. Just assume that I f***ed the boyfriend of the editor of intouch because they f***ing hate me!”

In the midst of retweeting messages from her followers (one RT read: “People need to stop photoshopping @AmandaBynes okay” — it’s hard to say whether or not he was joking), the troubled starlet also slammed In Touch editor Jessica Finn, using her signature “ugly face” insult, because everyone is “ugly face” to Amanda Bynes.

After realizing she’s fighting a one-sided battle, as Finn never responds to Amanda’s tweets, Bynes then tried to pick a fight with blogger Perez Hilton, tweeting:

“The only thing sadder than your ugly face still writing stories about me is the fact that you think I’d even step foot in a room with that ugly faced black man.”

So not only is Amanda Bynes batshit fucking crazy, she’s also apparently borderline racist. But she’s most certainly batshit fucking crazy.

Meanwhile, in response to her claims that In Touch doctored the photos of her in her apartment, the tabloid released the following statement:

“The photos of Amanda Bynes inside this week’s issue of In Touch speak for themselves. We at In Touch have done our due diligence and research on the photos and the article that accompanies them.

“In Touch has not altered or photoshopped these photos in any way. Additionally, the photographer has assured In Touch that these photos of Amanda were not altered or photoshopped in any way prior to the magazine obtaining them and they are, in fact, of Amanda Bynes taken at Amanda’s apartment in New York City. All of Amanda’s claims pertaining to the photos in this week’s In Touch are false.”

The last time we heard about Montana Fishburne — the daughter of world-renowned actor Laurence Fishburne — was a few years back, when she was using a randomly conceived “career” in porn to ruin her family’s good name. Now, it looks like she’s cut her hair, and is running around looking like a new-age Grace Jones.

Photographers “spotted” the 21-year-old walking her dogs on the beach Tuesday afternoon in Santa Monica, Calif. The last season of Love & Hip Hop: New York proved one thing: There is absolutely nothing better than Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta.

As much as I love Tahiry and Yandy, plus finding Joe Budden’s Hip-Hop Hannibal shtick intriguing, that show just ain’t it anymore. However, that isn’t stopping the cast members from refusing to work until they get a pay raise.

My initial reaction was, “After that wack ass season they have the nerve to demand more money? Tuh!” Then I thought about it some more and realized they’re probably being paid a few thousand per episode, plus all the shrimp fried rice they can eat. So, you know, maybe they do have a right.

TMZ reports:

Sources close to the show tell us, all cast members were supposed to be present Tuesday in NYC to film a trailer for the upcoming season, but only half of the cast showed up. The other half stayed home in protest because negotiations for their new contracts had gone sour.

We’re told the half that did show up then got upset … believing they too were entitled to revised contracts … and stormed off. We’re told most of the cast members want more money — as much as double their last contract — but there are other problems too … some are pissed at how they were portrayed last season and they want more say in what footage gets aired.

We’re told emergency meetings have since been called with the angry cast members … and they’re hoping to get what they want by the end of the week.

If they don’t … we’re told the cast members plan to stick to their guns and continue their strike for as long as necessary. We reached out to VH1 for comment — so far, no word back.

The Braxton’s self-proclaimed “party girl” Trina Braxton is back with a follow-up to last year’s “Party Or Go Home” called “Game Time.”

In my opinion, the song is honestly pretty cheesy, but I’m all the way here for Trina and her participation of party-driven urban EDM (electronic dance music). I think another part of her appeal is her determination to succeed.

It’s no secret that Trina will probably get shunned from pop radio and her songs, no matter how good they may be, are doomed to a life of novelty status in a corner of someone’s iPod library. Still, she can make a solid pop song and should be commended for her work.

As of right now it’s still unconfirmed whether or not “Game Time” will be featured on a full length album or if it’s being released solely as a stand-alone single.

The artist formally known as DJ Tanner is NOT feeling the title of Kanye West’s forthcoming album. During her interview on “Sway In The Morning,” actress Candace Cameron Bure — best known for her role as DJ Tanner on the hit 90′s show “Full House” — shaded Yeezy for his album title ‘Yeezus.’

According to her, it shows his lack of “humility.” Hello, welcome to hip-hop, DJ Tanner. Have a seat and a sip of Hennessy.

Candace went on:

“There’s a million other names out there … And you could have chosen one that is not one letter off from Jesus. I mean, that’s just a little too close. Come on. He’s actually comparing himself to Jesus. Really?! Should any of us be doing that?! Maybe you should change your name to ‘Uda!’

“I think it’s more, it comes from a humility point of view. That I would be humbled enough for what Jesus did for me that I don’t want to in any way elevate myself or put myself side by side,” she added. “Because I’m humbled by his gratitude.”

She doesn’t care for Jay-Z calling himself “Hov” or “Hova” either. “HOVA for Jehova is also way too close,” she said. “It bugs me. It totally bugs me.”

I don’t know what planet Will Smith is ordering his reading material from, but I need him to stop trying to clown Black people in public forums.

In yet another attempt to show how evolved he and Jada Pinkett Smith are as it relates to child rearing, the actor asserts that the concept of children as property is particularly strong in the Black community due to the history of slavery. I’d like to wade that trite talking point in the water with the hopes of it drowning to death.

Here’s what Will Smith told Haute Living:

As a parent, would you say that there are similarities in how you were brought up to how you’re bringing up your children?

There are definite similarities. I grew up in a family business so my father, my mother and all my brothers and sisters worked in the family business, so that’s really the only way I know how to parent. In real situations, you are going out in the real world and you are earning real money. The things you say and do in the world will affect the family for real.

My style of parenting is very similar to that of my parents, minus the concept of ownership. I think that, specifically in African American households, the idea coming out of slavery, there’s a concept of your children being property and that was a major part that Jada and I released with our kids. We respect our children the way we would respect any other person. Things like cleaning up their room. You would never tell a full-grown adult to clean their room, so we don’t tell our kids to clean their rooms. Actually, we tell our kids ‘you don’t have a room, that’s our room and we are letting you borrow it.’

So the same way you would say to an adult if you let them use car, you say, ‘Yo man, clean my car! Don’t drive around all filthy like that!’ And it’s perfectly reasonable for you to want an adult to clean your car, so we feel it’s perfectly reasonable to ask our kids to clean the rooms that we are letting them use.

Goodness, does he continue to drop not so subtle hints that he is currently hanging out hard with Xenu‘s kids.

Meanwhile, the notion of “children as property” isn’t strictly a Black thing. Hell, if you look at certain passages in the Bible, you can sell your disobedient child into slavery. And you know, there’s that whole dowry thing that continues to be a practice among many other cultural groups across the world.

If Will Smith wants to use some Jedi mind trick to get Jaden to pick up his drawers off the ground instead of saying “Boy, you better go clean your damn room!” that’s his business. But, don’t shame Black people while trying to explain your philosophy.

Following the extensive coverage of her “double nip slip,” Miranda Kerr is getting attention for something other than her breasts.

Last week, the Australian model posted the above image of herself being embraced from behind by fashion photographer Mariano Vivanco, and FOX news is reporting that the pic is causing a stir among fans who have deemed it disrespectful to her husband, actor Orlando Bloom.

Overall though, there isn’t really much to the rumor. I mean, they wrote a story based on the crap Internet commenters are saying. The outlet even went as far as labeling it a “controversy.”

Last week, Miranda Kerr posted a behind-the-scenes picture of herself, via Instagram, on a photo shoot with New York-based fashion photographer Mariano Vivanco, his muscular arms tightly wrapped around the cleavage-bearing supermodel.

She then tweeted the picture. But with rampant rumors of her troubled marriage to Orlando Bloom already a tabloid hot topic, the seemingly innocent snap didn’t sit well with her fans.

“I don’t think she respects her husband at all,” commented one, as another questioned: “You’re husband [wasn’t] jealous when he saw this pic?”

Others did, however, leap to her defense. “Chill out guys, it’s just a hug,” one responded, with another weighing in: “maybe she doesn’t like to post photos of her with Orlando as she likes to keep that part of her life private.”

A rep for Kerr declined to comment on the controversy. However, the former Victoria’s Secret Angel is far from being the first high-profile person to drum up debate via Instagram.

Fans eagerly awaiting Fast & Furious 6 to hit theaters this weekend are in for two hours of non-stop action and ridiculous, but awesome, over the top stunts.

The movie starts with a montage of all five previous movies to bring the fans “back in time.” When we last saw the Fast & Furious crew, Brian, Dom, Mia and the others pulled off a $100 million heist from a drug dealer in Brazil and all parted ways to countries without extradition with their share of money. However, the end of Fast & Furious 5 also opens up a big story line with the return of Letty.

Fans of the Fast & Furious franchise will remember that Dom’s beloved girlfriend and fan favorite, Letty, played by Michelle Rodriguez, is believed to have been killed in the fourth installment, but fans see in the fifth movie that she is in fact, alive.

Fast & Furious 6 picks up with all the main members of the crew in different countries seemingly enjoying life. Even though the crew is “free,” Dom seems to not be settled, and the audience quickly learns why, when special agent Hobbs, played by Dwayne Johnson shows up and enlists the help of the crew to take down a criminal ring in London and uses Letty as bait.

With the possibility of Letty being alive, and she is, Dom and the crew agree to help Hobbs on one condition; that everyone in the crew, including Letty, is cleared of all criminal charges. Hobbs agrees as long as they bring down Owen Shaw, but it isn’t going to be easy.

The Fast & Furious crew have been through a lot together and faced a lot of different enemies, but nothing like Shaw and his crew. In addition to Shaw being smart as a fox, he also has a ridiculous amount of resources and deadly toys (the famous tank scene), which the crew quickly realizes. While Shaw uses his smarts, the crew has to band together and use their “family” bond to take out Shaw and save Letty.

Running over two hours, in addition to the big action and even bigger stunts, unsurprisingly, Fast & Furious 6 features a ton of very fast cars. Despite the over the top antics, Fast & Furious 6 stays true to its core with the closeness of the “family,” and the fast cars.

Fast & Furious 6 hits theaters Friday, May 24 and yes, I definitely give it five stars!

When Lindsay Lohan collaborated with DNAM to launch a line of leggings in 2008, she was pretty much laughed at. That probably had something to do with the fact that one of the items had built-in kneepads to assure comfort during blow jobs. (Yes, you read that right!)

Named the 6126 Collection, the date of Marilyn Monroe’s birthday, the line initially received a ton of press, but as the years went on, it failed to lure buyers and was ultimately pulled from major stores like Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus.

It didn’t help that the California-based apparel company was accused of stealing designs from Jen Kao and James Lillis, or that from 2008 until now, Lohan’s reputation has dwindled significantly.

Now the brand is suing Lohan for $5 million, claiming that her “drug-addled image” had detrimental effects on the line. According to TMZ, Lohan is being accused of “breach of contract and fraud.”

But Perry C. Wander, the star’s attorney, tells the site that the company’s suit has no merit.

“The license agreement does not have a morals clause that allows the company to suspend payment for any behavior,” he said. “The contract is not in LL’s name thus she cannot be held personally liable. The cross claim is therefore frivolous and totally without merit and will be defended vigorously.”

It’s funny … Lohan, who is currently undergoing treatment at the Betty Ford clinic in L.A. for her substance abuse issues, or something, attempted to sue DNAM back in January for $1.1 million because she believed she was stiffed out of royalties.

Something tells us we haven’t heard the last of this story.

Well, as you can tell, Birdman totally fudged the Twitter announcement up because he didn’t properly put a space between “Welcome” and “@ParisHilton” … but regardless, we all got the point. And that ain’t fair, but they don’t care, Paris Hilton is a Cash Money millionaire.

I guess that cameo she had in Rich Gang’s “Tap Out” video makes a bit more sense now, but the fact that I was able to put together the sentence that precedes this one, and it’s actually the truth, makes no sense. At all. Not even a little bit.

According to HuffPo Entertainment:

Paris Hilton has signed with Cash Money Records and is working on a house music album that will supposedly be released this summer.

Hilton broke the news to Showbiz411 at a party in Cannes, where the heiress is because she’s an actress or filmmaker supporting “The Bling Ring,” a Sofia Coppola movie about the pretty girl crime syndicate that burglarized Hilton in real life. (The movie was filmed in part at Hilton’s home.)

Showbiz 411 says that Hilton will join Drake and Nicki Minaj, so it’s likely she’s actually signing with Young Money Entertainment, a subsidiary of Cash Money.

Hilton also claims Dutch house producer Afrojack is helping her out, an interesting tidbit given that the two were previously rumored to be dating. Hilton was a constant presence on his tour and in his “Afrojet,” but the producer is now said to be dating DJ Bambi.

“This is a lot different than my first album,” Paris said. “It’s really going to be house music.”

For the uninitiated (lucky you!), Paris Hilton’s first foray into the all too welcoming world of music came in 2006, when she released her debut solo self-titled album Paris, which reached the top 10 on the Billboard albums chart, but received mixed reviews.

Hilton also collaborated with Lil Wayne last year for an EDM (Electronic Dance Music) track produced by the aforementioned Afrojack called “Last Night (I Wanna Bang You).” It was (unsurprisingly) awful.

Nothing but good things — and herpes, lots and LOTS of herpes — can come from this meticulously planned union of Paris Hilton’s aural diarrhea and Birdman’s business savvy.

Meanwhile, your favorite struggle rapper is working overtime in the trap-house so he (or she; equal opportunity, people…) can earn enough money to pay for a post on WorldStarHipHop in the hopes that maybe, just maybe, their favorite rapper will notice them and take them under their wing, much like what YMCMB is doing with PH (imbalance).

I think it’s safe to say Hip-Hop is officially dead now. :(

It was a close first playoff game, but after going into a nail-biting overtime, the Miami Heat pulled through and came out on with top at the very last minute in a victory over the Indiana Pacers, all thanks to that LeBron James guy, who finished with an impressive 30 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists.

Tonight’s game marked Bron-Bron’s ninth postseason triple-double, but no one really cared about that. The only thing that mattered was whether or not King James would live up to his name and sink that final shot. And HE DID!

Roy Hibbert form the Indiana Pacers couldn’t do anything but shake his damn head…

The final score was 103-102.

As reported by the Associated Press:

Paul George made three free throws with 2.2 seconds left in the overtime, which he forced with a miracle 3-pointer, to give the Pacers the lead. But James — with Indiana shot-blocking center Roy Hibbert curiously on the bench — just drove down the left side of the lane, scored with ease and the Heat escaped.

Officials reviewed James’ play at the end, though it was clear he beat the clock, and the Pacers walked slowly toward their locker room, lamenting one that got away — by no fault of George’s.

George was fouled by Dwyane Wade on the play where the Pacers had to think they had stolen the series opener.

George saved the Pacers in regulation with a 32-footer with 0.7 seconds left in regulation that tied the game, and tried a shot from a similar distance as time was expiring in the extra session.

Referee Jason Phillips said Wade hit George, and the Pacers’ star made all three free throws for the 16th lead change of the night.

The final lead change came moments later, and Miami survived a game that had 18 ties and neither team ever leading by more than seven points.

Wade scored 19 points, Chris Bosh had 17 and Chris Andersen had 16 on 7-for-7 shooting for Miami.

George scored 27 for the Pacers, who got 26 from David West and 19 from Hibbert. The Pacers have won only two series in franchise history after dropping a Game 1.

Game 2 goes down Friday night in Miami.

Chief Keef was arrested earlier this week, thanks to  affinity for the green stuff, and the actions of a snitching hotel security guard who called 911 and subsequently had the rapper arrested on marijuana charges.

According to TMZ, Keef was busted in Dekalb County, Georgia (near Atlanta) for disorderly conduct. Apparently, that “disorderly conduct” was smoking weed at a fancy hotel: The Le Meridan Hotel — right across the street from the Perimeter Mall in the Dunwoody area of ATL.

Keef, who just got out of juvenile prison after serving 60 days for violating his probation on a previous gun charge, tweeted this after he bonded himself out of jail early Tuesday morning (May 21):

Meanwhile, the circumstances that lead up to Chief Keef’s arrest, as TMZ reported, were quite hilarious. According to TMZ, “the squarest hotel security guard ever” was the person behind the 911 call that brought police to Keef’s fancy hotel room and got the 17-year-old rapper arrested.

The call was made from a concerned security guard at the Le Meridien Atlanta Perimeter Hotel in Georgia who happened to stumble upon a bunch of nice hotel guests who happened to be partaking in some dope smoking.

During the call, the security guy alerts the 911 operator to “a bunch of gentlemen rolling marijuana and smoking … all in the room … the room’s filled with smoke.”

The security guard seems astonished … because, “I announced myself as ‘security’ and they let me in the room AS IF IT DOESN’T EVEN MATTER!”

The guy also warns 911 to send cops to the scene ASAP because he feared “those guys may just bolt.”

He clearly doesn’t understand stoners … they’re not really known for “bolting” anywhere.

Eventually, cops arrived to the room and arrested 17-year-old Chief Keef for the weed … all thanks to the heroic actions of one really square hotel security guard.

Man of Steel is arguably one of the most highly anticipated movies of the year, and judging from the newest trailer for the movie, we can see why.

In the latest promo for the film, fans are introduced to the movie’s villain, General Zod, played by Michael Shannon. The trailer starts out with a static screen with the message, “you are not alone.”

General Zod then proceeds to tell people on Earth that someone from his planet is hiding amongst them before issuing a warning for Superman to “surrender within 24 hours, or watch this world suffer the consequences.” After General Zod issues his warning, craziness ensues.

Man of Steel hits theaters June 14 and stars Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Kevin Costner and Michael Shannon.

She’s fierce, she speaks her mind, and she isn’t afraid to stand up to Hollywood big wigs. That’s why Michelle Rodriguez is speaking openly about her frustration with the role of women in the film industry ad her plan to take matters into her own hands.

According to GMA news, in a recent press appearance for “The Fast & the Furious 6,” Rodriguez noted the scarcity of decent female characters.

“It’s so hard to find really good writers. It’s a fairly new, last-twenty-year thing to have strong, independent, free-spirited women on film,” said Rodriguez, adding, “Eighty percent of the writers are guys, most of them are married in Beverly Hills and they’re married to some woman who obviously annoys them or they wouldn’t write the way they write.”

The 34-year-old also revealed that she’s looking to develop her own projects to try and correct that imbalance. “It’s just a matter of just getting more female writers in the business, which is my next move,” sshe said.

Indeed, the raven-haired actress has a point. In January, Indie Wire published a study conducted by the Sundance Institute and Women in Film that revealed there is only 1 female director for every 15.24 male ones in Hollywood.

Yikes!

Earlier this month, Jezebel published a report released by the USC Annenberg School of Journalism, which concluded that in 2012, women held less than a third of the speaking roles in high-grossing films.

The findings also illustrated that most of the women that were shown were either wearing revealing attire or were featured in a sexualized state, or both.

Rodriguez established her kick ass persona after making her on-screen debut as a boxer in the 2000 film “Girlfight.” She later maintained her “touch chick” edge in films like “Resident Evil,” “S.W.A.T,” “Machete,” and of course, the “Fast & the Furious” franchise.

“I’m still his No1 fan — I still like Chris regardless. They have a very passionate relationship but if they split up it does not mean it’s for ever with them. In a couple of months they’ll be back together.”

Just to keep a running tally: Rihanna’s father had substance abuse issues and physically abused her mother. And after Rihanna herself was abused, Ronald Fenty acted like he was damn near Chris Brown’s publicist.

On top of that, Rihanna’s pops has mentioned how he’s told her in the past that he felt she was getting fat. Now, he’s saying he wants Rihanna to get back with a guy who her own tweets suggests isn’t for her right now.

Granted, The Sun is about as reliable as your first cousins when they say they’re “around the corner” when they know damn well they haven’t even left the house yet, but still, I wouldn’t put it past ol’ Papa Fenty to be running his mouth about things he need not be running it about.

But I have a feeling that you are making some sacrifice in music just because you are so focused right now on your acting.”

To which Justin said in response, “I just put a record out, man!”

Even Justin’s co-star, Carey Mulligan jumped in. She didn’t say, “Oh, bitch you tried it!” but she did note that Justin’s album is a two-part deal that’s been talked about plenty.

Bad move, as the French reporter kept going, to raised eyebrows around the table. “No, you have to admit, Justin, you have never been so focused, I have the feeling, about your acting career.” He cited how gracious Timberlake had been at a conference for the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, how he’d worked so hard to be treated with respect by the movie world for the past three years. “For some reason, I have the feeling that you’re super-super-focused. Right now your top priority is acting, maybe. Am I wrong?”

Timberlake gave a “can you believe this guy?” grin to the table, and replied, “Would you like to know my schedule? I start a tour in the summer. I start another tour in October.”

The highly publicized feud between LeAnn Rimes and Brandi Glanville has picked up some steam over the last few days.

On Monday, the “Real Housewives” star apparently had trouble reaching Rimes, her ex-husband Eddie Cibrian and her two sons, who were all spending time together. So she did what any concerned parent would do, she posted a public tweet about the situation for all to see.

“Ive been trying to get a hold of my kids 4 over an hour no response to my calls, emails or messages. Maybe twitter will work,” Glanville tweeted.

Oddly enough, she forgot to use the hashtag #stoopinglow.

As expected, the frantic post prompted the singer to respond with her own tweet: “Funny, she just got off the phone w/ them. Sorry, we were doing baths, homework & dinner. All good!”

Moments later, Rimes tweeted, “the phone rang, I picked it up. Never saw this til after. All you gotta do is call.”

But she wasn’t done!

She also added, “no drama when the truth is told. Cool! Done! Nothing to it!”

This is just one of many feuds that the two have engaged in via social media. Just this past Sunday, it was reported that Rimes had flowers sent to Glanville in honor of Mother’s Day. The reality star took to Twitter to let the world know that she thanked Rimes for them.

“I thanked @leannrimes on twitter4 my flowers.Our relationship is that we still dont even say hi at baseball.I dont have her number-thats it.”

This was allegedly news to Rimes, who responded by tweeting, “[T]his was actually the first acknowledgement of my gesture I was made aware of. I didn’t see anything else sent to me. It wasn’t for the ‘thank you.’ It was to just simply say Happy Mother’s Day.”

She also retweeted a message that was probably meant to be a dig at Glanville:

“Stop giving the people who have nothing positive to say about you an ear. Ignore them and keep doing your thing.”

It’s a shame that these two feel the need to rip each other apart publicly. Not only does it reenforce the idea that women are catty and competitive but Eddie Cibrian, the man at the center of it all, has been seemingly absent from their feud.

Shouldn’t he have to face some of the hostility and anger that these women harbor towards one another?

We’ve got some bad news for anyone who’s been spending their days wondering when they’ll be granted a glimpse of Shia LaBeouf‘s penis again. The actor was rumored to have a nude scene in the forthcoming film “Nymphomaniac,” but now, that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Louise Vesth, the project’s producer, tells the Hollywood Reporter that body doubles were used for graphic sequences.

“We shot the actors pretending to have sex and then had the body doubles, who really did have sex, and in post we will digital-impose the two,” Vesth said. “So above the waist it will be the star and the below the waist it will be the doubles.”

So basically, you will see Shia LaBeouf’s upper body, but not his penis. Depending on how you look at it, that can either be a good thing, or a bad thing.

Directed by Lars von Trier, the art house indie follows a woman named Joe (played by Charlotte Gainsbourg) as she recalls the sexual encounters she’s had throughout her life. The film is set to be released in two parts. British actress Stacy Martin will portray Joe in flashback sequences.

“Nymphomaniac” also stars Stellan Skarsgard, Christian Slater, Jamie Bell, Connie Nelson and Uma Thurman.

Anyone who’s seen von Trier’s 2009 shocker “Antichrist” knows that minutes into the film, there’s a sex scene with full penetration, so “realistic” looking sex scenes are expected to be featured throughout his latest work. Oh yeah, and the title is “Nymphomaniac,” so it’s safe to say that the storyline will be very “adult.”

Last year, LaBeouf told MTV that he would comply with whatever the notoriously difficult Danish director asked of him for the film — even if that included real life, full penetration sex scenes.

“There’s a disclaimer at the top of the script that basically says we’re doing it for real,” LaBeouf said. “Everything that is illegal, we’ll shoot in blurred images. Other than that, everything is happening.”

Considering he has appeared in the buff previously, full frontal nudity didn’t seem to be out of the question for the actor. Last June, the “Lawless” star appeared fully nude in a music video for Icelandic post-rock group, Sigur Rós, for their song, “Fjögur Píanó.”

He later joked in an interview with Chelsea Handler that he scored a role in “Nymphomaniac” after he sent a sex tape to von Trier.

“I sent him videotapes of me and my girlfriend having sex, and that’s how I got the job,” he said.

He was obviously kidding … we think.

Yes, they report that a friend to the site attended a private screening of the upcoming Oxygen series Pastors of LA and was “taken aback” by LisaRaye’s relationship with Grace Jones with a penis.

Queen B is back and she is a “Grown Woman!”

Almost two months after Beyoncé previewed Grown Woman in her Pepsi Mirrors commercial, the song has been released online in its entirety. The track is not available on iTunes yet and there was no big announcement from B herself, so it seems like it could be a leak.

Nonetheless, the track is hot. The Timbaland-produced beat is sure to get you out of your seat and on to the dance floor; and I’m sure it will produce some new, infectious dance moves from Beyoncé.

Grown Woman is the first full-length track to be released from her yet untitled fifth studio album. In March, Beyoncé released Bow Down/I Been On, but that was not a full-length song. She also previewed Standing on the Sun for her H&M campaign commercial.

Beyoncé fans have been eagerly awaiting new music from her. In April, while overseas performing in Paris, Beyoncé performed Grown Woman and the crowd went crazy.

We just want new music B! Is that too much to ask? :(

Shady queen and soulful brown liquor loving singer K. Michelle has released “V.S.O.P.” — the first single off her forthcoming debut album Rebellious Soul. The track was produced by Pop & Oak and reportedly samples Debra Laws’ 1981 hit “Very Special.”

Those of you into Teddy Pendergrass and old man drinks ought to know that the track’s name is a nod to Very Special Old Pale cognac. I mean, comparing your love to a good grade of booze sounds beautiful to me.

So clearly I love it, and pray to God that Atlantic Records, who signed K. Michelle, doesn’t end up adding a rapper to the song for the sake of trying to secure more spins on the radio.

Believe it or not, R&B has been doing quite well this year. Mario has a hot new single; The-Dream is coming back strong; Fantasia’s new music is up to par; Chrisette Michele is out here representing for the folks with actually talent; Tamar Braxton is releasing nice songs (albeit songs that song like reworked Keyshia Cole tracks). And hell, even Chris Brown took a break from techno to release the lovely “Fine China.”

Applaud R&B, y’all. The fans needed this. As for Ms. Memphis, you can look forward to K. Michelle’s Rebellious Soul being released on July 20. I plan to buy it and a bottle of her K’s good friend, Mr. Jack Daniels.

If sideburns could frown, Rasheeda’s would be turned upside down. Last season, Kirk and Rasheeda’s bond was strong like the plastic strap on pregnant Kim Kardashian’s feet, however, things aren’t so rosy this season.

It’s no secret that Rasheeda’s music career has been stalled and struggling for over a decade. We all saw the sad state of affairs ourselves when nobody showed up for that tragic “Marry Me” video premiere party.

Kirk is looking to scrounge up a dollar wherever he can, so he’s thinking that Rasheeda should take Karlie up on her offer to jump on her K. Michelle diss track.

Because Benzino is such a wise and successful businessman, Kirk decides to consult with Zino on the wisdom of having Rasheeda jump on the track with Karlie. Having been burned by his attempts at fostering beef with Eminem, Benzino knows all too well the pitfalls of embarking on this modus operandi and he advises Kirk to avoid this treacherous path.

For once, Benzino’s right.

But all Kirk can see is dollars. For some reason, he thinks a K. Michelle diss track with Karlie Redd would take over iTunes, even though K. Michelle herself ain’t even been on Billboard like that and despite Karlie Redd having less talent in her dollar-store clip-on tracks than Kim Zolciak’s whole synthetic wig.

Three flops don’t add up to a hit record, Kirk.

Rasheeda, however, is hesitant to jump on the track with Karlie because she worries about her brand. Right, cause Rasheeda’s sideburns are internationally known.

She squabbles a bit with Kirk about his refusal to support her in making her e-commerce business a brick-and-mortar reality. But Kirk points out that would require rent, utilities, employees and insurance. You know, the things that real businesses have to face. Rasheeda doesn’t appreciate the reality check so she cuts Kirk with her eyes and the two part ways.

Yeah, it looks like the only married couple on LHHA is headed for the same ratchet rollercoaster that all of the other single hoodrats on the show are riding on.

DJ Traci Steele Stay Crying Over Spilt Milk

The DJ Traci babymama saga is more pathetic than it is dramatic. Traci is hung up on an eagle-faced man who ditched her more than 7 years ago and she still can’t stand to see this man with another woman. Is this woman gonna be 50 and still weeping over this man’s high-yellow peen?

Last episode, DJ Traci walked over to her babydaddy Baby Drew’s house with her $25,000 check in hand to invest in his sneaker boutique or something. But she got all fussy and musty when she realized that Baby Drew had company over. Namely, a “popcorn microwavable bitch.”

After blowing up in his apartment and melting down in her minivan in the parking lot, DJ Traci starts out this episode with a lunch date with Drew to “hash things out.”

Once again, Traci gets all misty-eyed and starts sobbing as she relives her pregnancy when Drew cheated on her while she was six months pregnant. He doesn’t really flinch and he just straight up asks her to cut another check to replace the one she tore up when they were in the parking lot.

The man may be a jerk, but at least he’s consistent.

Joseline Is Officially Signed

After screwing each other’s brains out, Joseline and Stevie emerge from another bedroom romp dressed in white bath robes toasting to success. Apparently, Joseline has been signed to a “major international label.” Man, these mofos on LHHA be stretching facts when it comes to the music biz. Remember when Karlie Redd was signed to Young Money? LOL!

Anyway, maybe this means we’ll finally get to hear some official music from Joseline. But while the record deal is worth celebrating, it’s not enough for Joseline. She wants more from her sugar bear. She wants love. Real love.

In the most tortured attempt at providing a definition of a man, Joseline tells Stevie that he’s not doing enough for her and loving her the way he should.

WTF? How did the baddest bitch become a softie? I thought Joseline was all about that money and her kooty kat? Now she wanna be all Romeo and Juliet with Master Splinter? Get outta here.

After he snuggles with Joseline, Stevie rolls into the studio to meet up with the tatted up Che Mack. Miss Ed is thirsting for some relevance and hit music so she’s eager to get back into Stevie’s good graces. But she’s a little bitter because she feels like their last arrangement was purely an attempt to make Joseline jealous and angry. Duh. Did you think you were the next Nicki Minaj or something?

As if to prove the point of her struggle life, the next time Stevie and Che meet, it’s at a bar. Where she’s working as the bar tender. Damn, homie.

Che is an eager beaver who screams at the top of her lungs that she “ready to worrrrrkkkkk!” To prove how willing she is to do what it takes, she points out that she lost 10 pounds and got braces. In fact, she’s even willing to work with Joseline, the self-described Puerto Rican Princess.

Unfortunately for her, Joseline ain’t got time for dat.

Che tries to introduce herself to Ms. Hernandez but Joseline acts like Che Mack doesn’t even exist. After tapping Joseline furiously on the shoulder several times, Joseline slowly turns around and grits on Che Mack before cooly saying, “I don’t talk to the help.”

HOT DAMN. First Josie’s throwing barbs at Mimi calling her a maid and now she’s calling Che “the help.” What did domestic workers ever do to Miss Joseline?

The Mystery of the Joseline Sex Tape

Even though Joseline TALKS about her kooty kat all the time, and even though she used to be a stripper, for some reason the existence of some sex tape is ruffling her feathers. If you’ve busted it wide open in the club for dirty one-dollar bills, why the hell would you be mad about a damn sex tape?

I guess Mona saw how far that sex tape thing took Kim Kardashian so she decided to get herself a piece of that pie by throwing this foolishness in the mix.

So Benzino goes to the studio to confront Karlie Redd about this Joseline sex tape that she claims he showed her. He insists he did no such thing, she refutes his denial and before you know it, the female gremlin is throwing things at Benzino and calling him a liar.

This might’ve been entertaining if I could be bothered to give a damn about a Karlie Redd or a Benzino.

Later, at the end of the episode, Karlie meets up with Stevie and Joseline to have a come to Jesus moment over this whole saga. While Joseline was ki-king with Karlie the last time we saw her, this time she’s back to hating her. As soon as Joseline eyeballs Karlie Redd she goes off on her “old” ass for having her name in her mouth.

The two attempt to engage in a discussion but nothing productive comes out of either bird’s mouths and before you know it, they’re trying to tussle.

Mona, please find a more meaningful role for Karlie Redd on this show or axe her character. This petty existence isn’t worth our precious time.

Mimi’s Got a New Man

When Mimi said she was done with Stevie J’s wandering wonderstick, I guess she really wasn’t playing. Mimi reached back to her past and dug up one of her old ninja turtles named Nikko so he could come and make her kitty purr.

While Nikko doesn’t have Stevie’s trademark rat face, he does lick his lips like his name is LL Cool J.

Frankly, the chemistry between Mimi and Nikko ain’t really there, but you can tell Nikko enjoys being a boy toy because when he meets up with Mimi and her gal pals at the club, he immediately offers to take off his shirt.

The world is dying to know whether or not Beyoncé is pregnant again. While momma B has remained tight lipped about the possible pregnancy, reportedly, Jay-Z has denied the rumors.

This past weekend, the Hip Hop mogul emailed Ebro Darden, program director the popular New York radio station Hot 97 denying that he and his wife are expecting their second baby.

“Jay-Z emailed Ebro over the weekend and told him the pregnancy rumor is false,” Hot 97 personality Peter Rosenberg said on the station’s morning show Monday (May 20).

“That’s crazy, too,” Darden, also known as ‘Old Man Ebro’ said. “I hit him to say ‘Congratulations man, send my love to the fam … Do I gotta buy a gift, what?’”

Jay-Z apparently hit Old Man Ebro back, saying that the rumors about his wife being pregnant were “not true.” He reportedly wrote: “The news is worse than the blogs.”

News hit a frenzy on Friday when E! News claimed that sources close to Jay-Z had “confirmed” the pregnancy. This came after a report earlier in the week that claimed Beyoncé was forced by her doctors to cancel a show in Belgium because of “dehydration” and “exhaustion,” which led everyone to believe Beyoncé was with child.

The following night, after writing a handwritten apology to her fans detailing her first postponement “in my life,” Beyoncé was back on stage, which was directly against her doctor’s orders.

If the reports that she is not pregnant are true, diehard Beyoncé fans are going to be a bit disappointed. Ever since the arrival of music’s little princess, Blue Ivy Carter, fans have wondered when Beyoncé and Jay-Z would give her a sibling. Would it be sooner, or would it be later?

Apparently, right now, we’re looking at “later,” HOWEVER Beyoncé recently spoke out about wanting another child sooner, rather than later.

“I would like more children,” Beyoncé told ABC News during an interview for Good Morning America in London. “I think my daughter needs some company. I definitely love being big sister.”

Earlier this year, a horrid tale of waitressing made headlines when a pastor acted like a total a-hole towards an Applebee’s server. Now a user on Tumblr has shared a touching story about an unexpected tip her mother earned while waiting on a tremendously generous customer.

According to this Tumblr post, the woman has been struggling to support herself even though she is thoroughly educated. After telling a customer that she’s always wanted to go to Italy, she received a $1,000 tip on a $60 bill with a note that read “Your ticket to Italy. Enjoy!!”

So my mom and I have been working the same waitress job for 5-6 years now. She had been waitressing years before, but this is recently. Anyway, about… 15 minutes ago this guy she waited on left and told her to take care. Just that. Prior to this she had talked to him about Italy. Her people are from Florence, this and that, and she said she’s never been. She’s got 8 years of art education and she’s working a waitress job. It’s pretty… Sad and disappointing, I guess. Kaitlyn Hunt, a Florida teenager, is facing felony charges and has already been expelled from school for her lesbian relationship with another, younger student.

Hunt, who is 18, has reportedly been charged with two felony counts of “lewd and lascivious battery on a child 12 to 16.” The charges stem from her relationship with her 15-year-old girlfriend.

“These people never came to us as parents, never tried to speak to us… and tell us they had a problem with the girls dating,” Kaitlyn Hunt’s mother, Kelley Hunt-Smith, wrote in an statement posted to Facebook. “…They were out to destroy my daughter. [They] feel like my daughter ‘made’ their daughter gay.”

Hunt was arrested on Feb. 18 and charged with the two felony charges. She was expelled from school weeks before graduation and was sent to an alternative school to finish out the school year.

Hunt-Smith insists that the relationship was consensual and that that both sets of parents knew about it in the beginning. Many internet activists have spoken out about the charges and think that they are too harsh, which I fully agree with.

If Hunt is found guilty, she will most likely have to register as a sex offender for a seemingly normal, teenage relationship. The only thing that is different here is that they are lesbians and if that is why she is being charged so harshly, then that is just plain wrong. PERIOD.

The state’s attorney’s office is pushing Hunt to take a plea deal that involves two years of house arrest and a year of probation, which would stay on her adult record, which could subsequently ruin her future, as Hunt will have limited college and career choices with such harsh charges attached to her record.

Ultimately, Hunt’s conviction could potentially ruin her life. She has yet to go to trial, but a lot of reports point to a consensual relationship between two teenage girls. Nothing more, nothing less. Why should that ruin one of their lives? If it turns out there were criminal acts committed, that’s a different story, but if there weren’t, is all of this really fair?

Legendary singer, songwriter, producer, musician, and cat daddy, Prince, closed out the 2013 Billboard Music Awards performances.

While perusing the Twitter, I noticed some 15-year-old Nicki Minaj stan asked what was the “big deal” about Prince? The stan then proceeded to shade Prince fans for being “old.” If only I could’ve virtually cut a switch. Now I love me some Nicki Minaj, but someone pray for that child and all those similar.

For those of you who want to know what the “big deal” about Prince is, start with the reality that he essentially created a whole genre of music unto himself. Then factor in that he’s a celebrated songwriter and musician. Wait, wait…fixate on that last part for another second: musician. Meaning, he can actually play a damn instrument.

So many people call themselves “producers” but they can’t play an instrument, which means they’re not really that much of a producer so much as they are a beat maker. Yes, I’m sounding very “get off my lawn” right now, but evidently it’s needed.

Okay, with that said, just take in for a minute how this little bitty man could rock a stage with nothing more than a guitar and a harem of racially ambiguous women playing behind him.

I’ve seen Prince in concert twice, so while this isn’t even my favorite performance, this remixed version of his classic “Let’s Go Crazy” bests just about everything else I watched on that wack award show last night. Seriously, the 2013 Billboard Awards was like watching the seven levels of EDM hell. I blame your cousins for that, but that’s the subject for another post.

Thank goodness the show closed out with someone who has never ran to David Guetta on some “please, baby , please” give me a dance song so I can pay my rent. So go on and press play, take it in, and appreciate the man’s artistry. Then go listen to “Lady Cab Driver.” You’re welcome.
