If you blinked, you missed it (like us), but M.I.A. totally flipped the bird during her performance with Madonna (and Nicki Minaj) at the Super Bowl Sunday night (Feb 5), sparking lots of discussion and lots of finger pointing.

M.I.A. — best known for her hit song “Paper Planes” — flipped her middle finger and swore into the camera right in the middle of her rap solo during Madonna’s “Give Me All Your Luvin” while over 100 million people watched.

“I’mma say this once, yeah, I don’t give a sh*t,” the 36-year-old rapped as she pulled out her middle finger, causing the screen to briefly blur in what looked like a late attempt from producers to cut the camera shot.

The show’s broadcaster NBC, and the NFL, who produces the show, have both apologized, but are blaming each other for the incident.

NFL VP of communications Brian McCarthy said, “‘There was a failure in NBC’s delay system. The obscene gesture in the performance was completely inappropriate, very disappointing, and we apologize to our fans.”

He added that M.I.A. didn’t do anything like that during rehearsals, and the NFL had no reason to believe she would pull a stunt like that during the live show.

NBC spokesman Christopher McCloskey countered the NFL’s claims, holding the NFL fully responsible for the incident and apologizing for their delay in censoring the gesture.

“The NFL hired the talent and produced the halftime show,” he said. “Our system was late to obscure the inappropriate gesture and we apologize to our viewers.”

While M.I.A.’s publicists at her record label Interscope are keeping quiet, a member of her camp claims she was struck with “a case of adrenaline and nerves.”

“She wasn’t thinking,’ said the source, who was with M.I.A. at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. “It wasn’t any kind of statement. She was caught in the moment and she’s incredibly sorry.”

The incident is being compared to Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake‘s infamous “Nipplegate” incident, in which the former’s bare nipple was exposed by the latter after he ‘accidentally’ ripped a piece of her clothing off, which was later described as a “wardrobe malfunction.”

Timberlake quickly distanced himself from the situation, leaving Jackson to face scrutiny from the media alone for some time after.

It’s being said that M.I.A. could get fined hundreds of thousands of dollars as a result of her middle-finger gesture, which occurred during the most watched program in U.S. television history.

Sources close to the situation have revealed to TMZ that because of what has happened with performers in the past, M.I.A. signed a contract with the NFL agreeing to indemnify the league for any money it might be forced to pay if the FCC were to fine NBC.

Sources tell us … aside from the fact that the NFL doesn’t want to pay a huge fine, the organization wants to send a message to performers — don’t you dare screw with us. [TMZ]

CBS was hit with a fine from the United States’ Federal Communications Commission (FCC) worth $550K after Janet Jackson’s wardrobe malfunction, but that fine was later thrown out by a federal appeals court.

The FCC has yet to respond to the incident, but don’t expect them to stay quiet for too long.

Turns out Swizz Beatz wasn’t the CEO of now defunct file sharing website Megaupload.com after-all.

Earlier this week, when Megaupload was shut down by the DOJ (U.S. Department of Justice), multiple credible news outlets, including us, falsely reported that Swizz Beatz (born: Kasseem Dean) was the CEO of the massively popular website.

Though the rapper/producer and part-time NYU professor’s name was indeed listed on Megaupload.com’s “About Us” page before it was taken down, according to the company’s attorney Ira Rothken, Swizz Beatz was NOT the CEO of the Hong Kong based company.

Well, at least not YET.

“To my knowledge, Swizz Beatz was never involved in any meaningful way,” Megaupload attorney Ira Rothken told VentureBeat. “He was negotiating to become the CEO, but it was never official.”

So in other words … they were in the process of making Swizz Beatz the CEO, but never got a chance to make it official.

Beatz’ name was also absent from the 72-page federal indictment brought against Megaupload, which is 68 percent owned by the site’s founder Kim Dotcom.

According to confirmed reports, Kim, as well as six other individuals, were charged with five counts of criminal acts, including conspiracy to commit racketeering and criminal copyright infringement.

Kim, who celebrated his 38th birthday last week, was arrested after police raided his $24 million New Zealand estate during a birthday party. Police say when they arrived on the property, Dotcom ran to a “safe room” in the house and barricaded himself in before police found him with a loaded shotgun.

Megaupload Ltd. reportedly cost copyright owners more than half a billion dollars, while they generated over $175 million in revenue, which gave Mr. Dotcom the financial ability to live a lavish lifestyle that saw him purchase at least 18 cars, including a 2010 Maserati, a 2008 Rolls Royce and a number of Mercedes Benzes.

The site came under fire last month after a viral video/song called “The Megaupload Song” was released showing a number of celebrities supporting the file-sharing service, including Kanye West, Alicia Keys, Mary J. Blige, Snoop Dogg, Chris Brown and Diddy.

It’s not exactly clear when or even how Mr. Dotcom and Swizz Beatz even crossed paths and became so close, but sources familiar with the situation say that Mr. Beatz thought he could persuade Dotcom to turn Megaupload into a legitimate, licensed music service.

Looks like that won’t be happening anytime soon, however new reports state that Beatz is still interested in being a part of the company.

A source close to the music industry professional confirmed MTV News that Swizz is still seriously involved with the company, and he was not involved with the crimes that led to the federal indictment against the site’s current executives.

“He’s not walking away from this,” the source told MTV, adding that his name was added to the site as its CEO “prematurely.”

Once all of the legal issues are resolved, it is still very possible that Swizz Beatz will officially join Megaupload as its CEO.

Jay-Z says a poem he supposedly wrote to his newborn daughter Blue Ivy Carter claiming that he would no longer be using the word “bitch” in his music is “fake.”

The rapper spoke to the New York Daily News the day before the star-studded reopening of his 40/40 Club in New York this week, telling them, “That poem and story are fake.”

So there you have it! The word “Bitch” isn’t going ANYWHERE anytime soon … at least when it comes to Jay-Z’s music.

Chris Brown has denied reports claiming that he and Rihanna have been hooking up over the past year.

According to US Weekly, the former couple had allegedly been spending a lot of time together in L.A. and were rekindling their old flame.

A source tells the magazine, “They can’t get enough of each other. I don’t see it ending well.”

“Rihanna loves to live dangerously, and talking to and hooking up with Chris is all part of that,” Adds another insider.

However Chris’ rep is saying otherwise….and insists that the two are only friends.

“He and Rihanna are just friends. He’s not cheating.”

Khloe Kardashian, the youngest of the famous Kardashian sisters, is firing back at claims from two of her father’s former wives that she really isn’t a Kardashian.

Jan Ashley, the first woman who married Mr. Robert Kardashian after he divorced Kris Jenner, was recently quoted in a Star Magazine article as saying, “Khloe is not his kid. He told me that after we got married. He just kind of looked at me and said (it) like it was a matter of fact. He said, ‘Well, you know that Khloe’s not really a Kardashian, don’t you?’ And I said …’Okay,’ and that was it.”

Another one of Mr. Kardashian’s former wives Ellen Pierson, who married Robert in 2003 just two months before he died after battling cancer, supports the claims, and even said that in the past, Khloe herself has questioned her branch in the Kardashian family tree.

Since Robert’s death in 2003, Ellen has experienced some financial difficulties, and filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2010. In addition, the California home she shared with the Kardashian patriarch was sold after going into foreclosure last October.

So all of this could definitely be a some sort of ploy for the former Mrs. Kardashians to get some extra cash in their pockets.

Regardless of the fact, Khloe was brought up as a Kardashian, and will always be one, no matter what. Even if all of this were true, it’s totally wrong for these heartless women to come out of the woodwork with such claims, don’t you think?

Who knew Tameka Raymond had a son who was a full-grown adult? We didn’t!

The woman most famous for being the ex wife of R&B singer Usher shows off her 5 sons, including her 21-year-old son Darin, Ryan (12), Kile (10), and of course little Usher V (4) and Naviyd (3), in a new feature for Uptown Magazine where she talks about her businesses, motherhood, dating as a single mother of 5, and of course, her very public custody battle with Usher.

According to Tameka, it was Usher who first filed for sole custody of their 2 kids back in January 2011. Nine months later, she filed for sole custody as a counteraction, sparking a nasty back-and-forth between the former couple.

Naviyd and Usher V are always playing in Tameka's bed. “I love it, but we can’t make it seem like there isn’t room for anyone else in here, right?” she laughs.

Tameka thinks Usher’s reasoning behind wanting full custody of their young children is because he wants to control her.

“He is a man very accustomed to having his way,” Raymond says. “This has nothing to do with how I parent. Trust me, I never will have a desire to keep a man away from his kids. I am not June Cleaver or head of the PTA, but I know I am a good mother.”

Watching Raymond interact with her kids is as exhausting as it is endearing. Cinco and Naviyd are running around lawlessly in little Marc Jacobs suits. Ryan is the football star obsessed with girls. “Go into my office and do your homework,” she tells him. “And don’t get on Facebook.”

Kile is a budding Steve Jobs; one time he disassembled his mothers malfunctioning Beats by Dre headphones, then rewired and repaired them. Today, she is helping him with his science project– a robot he built that’s unfortunately fallen to pieces– yet, he skillfully sneaks in some younger-brother hateration. “Ryan is on Facebook in your office,” Kile says nonchalantly.

“And you’re snitching,” Raymond says quickly. “That’s why your robot broke!”

Neither Carol Brady nor Clair Huxtable, Raymond manages motherhood by her own rules, which is evident in her relationship with her son Darrin, 21, whom she had at age 19. (His father was murdered before he was born.) During the photo shoot, he noticed me snapping a pic with my cell phone and immediately signaled to his mother. He is ?ercely protective. “Because I had him at such a young age, he and I basically grew up together and we are extremely close. But I am very conscious not to be an overbearing mother.”

On meeting Usher:
“Usher and I met because I was one of the top stylists in the game. You don’t get to work with someone of his stature in music, especially back then, without being one of the best. And I still am hardworking.”

On managing relationships as a single mother of 5:
“I am dating,” says Raymond, who keeps her body toned by practicing Pilates and yoga a few days a week. “It’s refreshing. I have not been single in a while. I got divorced and married in the same year. It was a run-on relationship,” she jokes. “But a lot of guys like to play games. I like a man that’s a boss. I am not the dominant one. But a lot of the ones with the right mind-set wear OshKosh overalls. And if they are not ?y, I don’t like them.” She also has strict rules. “I don’t bring men around my children. They have never met an ‘Uncle Tony.’ The two that I did bring around, I married.”

While we don’t doubt that Tameka is a good mother, we still think she’s an attention whore, and she most definitely has this “thing” where she uses Usher’s kids against him just to make herself look good. We have a feeling this interview is simply a way for her to clean up her “crazy lady” image.

Put all the rumors to rest…..Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez are not engaged!

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ that the ring Halle was spotted with last week was not an engagement ring.

Oliver did indeed give Halle the ring as a gift…..but not as a sign of engagement.

Marriage could be in the future for the couple though, but as of right now they are just in a “committed relationship,” and are NOT engaged.

Maybe it’s a good thing…..take your time, Halle!

New York City’s Lenox Hill Hospital has issued the following statement (via spokesman Frank Danza) in response to the various inaccurate news reports floating around regarding the birth of Blue Ivy Carter:

“Lenox Hill Hospital and its staff were delighted to welcome the Carter family for the birth of their firstborn on Saturday evening, but we are troubled by the misinformation being circulated in some news media reports. The suggestion that the couple paid $1.3 million to rent an entire maternity floor is simply not true. The family is housed in an executive suite at the hospital and is being billed the standard rate for those accommodations. Our executive suites are available for any patient, including the food service and amenities provided to the Carter family.

“The family does have its own security detail on site. However, the hospital has been and continues to be in control of managing all security at the facility. We have made every effort to ensure minimal disruption to other families experiencing the births of their own children over the past three days. No security plan that we or the Carters’ security team put in place would have prevented or delayed families from gaining access to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and to date, no families have complained to the hospital about being denied access to the NICU.

“Lenox Hill Hospital takes patient privacy and safety very seriously. And while we congratulate the Carter family on the birth of their child, we value the loyalty of ALL of our patients and always strive to ensure a positive experience, knowing that the birth of a child is a wonderful moment producing memories that last a lifetime.”

Papa John’s has been on the receiving end of some major backlash after an Asian woman who recently paid a visit to the pizza restaurant tweeted a photo of a receipt that had “lady chinky eyes” printed on it where her name was supposed to go.

Minhee Cho, a Korean-American from New York City, posted the photo of the receipt with the racial slur on it to her Twitter page, where it was quickly retweeted by hundreds of people.

Within hours, the photo had become viral with nearly 30,000 views.

“Hey @PapaJohns just FYI my name isn’t ‘lady chinky eyes,’” Minhee Cho wrote, along with a picture of the receipt, which was issued from a Papa John’s store on Broadway.

Cho’s tweet resulted in the pizza chain firing the employee who was responsible for the offensive receipt.

Reps for Papa John’s also used the pizzeria’s Twitter and Facebook accounts to issue apologies.

A message posted to their Facebook page read:

“We were extremely concerned to learn of the receipt issue in New York. This act goes against our company values, and we’ve confirmed with the franchisee that this matter was addressed immediately and that the employee is being terminated. We are truly sorry for this customer’s experience.”

Addressing the matter via their Twitter feed, Papa John’s told their followers that they have “issued an apology, are reaching out to customer & franchise employee is being terminated.”

Despite their numerous attempts at an apology, Reuters notes that Papa John’s is likely to experience more backlash from customers, given the nonchalant response of a few employees at the offending store.

An assistant manager at the store told New York City based website Gothamist, “We’re all of different races here in this store. So she didn’t mean any harm, didn’t mean to stereotype against her, to discriminate against her, but that’s how she took it.”

Franchise owner Ronald Johnson, who runs five Papa John’s locations, including the one where the incident took place, was also sympathetic to the employee who was fired.

“I bet I’ll talk to her and she won’t know why this is offensive,” Johnson told Gothamist. “She needs to know, and she will know. If I fire her, two years from now, she won’t even remember why she got fired. If I sit her down and talk to her, I can help her.”

Meanwhile, a Papa John’s manager who simply identified himself as “Jerome” (for obvious reasons) blames Cho for the negative publicity the company has received from the incident.

“It’s affecting how we work,” Jerome complained to the New York Post. “This is a place of business. I truly don’t think it’s fair what she did; it’s just crazy … I think the lady put it out there just to get some attention — some people like that type of attention. I truly don’t think it’s fair. It’s been taking up all our time. It’s been very disruptive.”

Beyonce hosted a screening of her "Live at Roseland: The Elements of 4" DVD on November 20th 2011 in New York City.

The word on the street right now is that Beyonce gave birth to a daughter named “Tiana Marie Carter” over the weekend of Christmas, however a new report from People Magazine states that the 30-year-old singer was clearly eating for two when she was spotted out with her husband Jay-Z on New Year’s Eve at Buttermilk Channel in Brooklyn.

“She was definitely a pregnant lady that night,” said an onlooker. “They sat side by side and had a cozy and intimate dinner. They seemed to be having a lovely time.”

The source said that the parents to be feasted on fried chicken and oysters, and also noted that Beyonce’s fashion sense was on point, as usual.

“She looked amazing. She wore sky-high heels. It was really impressive for an enormously pregnant woman,” added the source. “She looked like she was about to give birth.”

Beyonce also got props from her sister Solange, who tweeted on New Year’s Day, “Shout out to my sister for being THE cutest pregnant woman ever!”

So we guess that’s confirmation that Beyonce Baby Watch is still on.

Taylor Lautner is NOT “Out & Proud” and DOES NOT have a People Magazine cover story claiming so.

The “Twilight” star unfortunately fell victim to Internet pranksters who thought it would be funny to Photoshop his picture into a phony People Magazine cover with the headline: “Taylor Lautner: Out & Proud.”

“Tired of rumors, the Twilight star opens up about his decision to finally come out,” the faux cover, dated January 7th 2012, read, quoting Lautner as saying, “I’m more liberated, and happier than I’ve ever been.”

Due to Lautner’s fame and the fact that “Twilight” is the hottest thing out right now, the cover quickly went viral and had a lot of people seriously believing that the actor was gay and had a big cover story to match. (Even though there was no link to ANY article on People.com)

The cover looked so real that even Russell Simmons fell for it, tweeting, “proud of Taylor Lautner for his bravery and courage.” After he found out the cover was a fake, he deleted his original tweet and quickly followed up with another one: “Disappointed that people would joke about someone coming out about their sexuality. Let Taylor Lautner be whoever he wants to be.”

A rep for People Magazine confirmed to Gossip Cop that the cover is “absolutely fake” and was the work of a clever graphic artist.

But not “that” clever.

Gossip Cop points out that the blue sidebar (on the right, under “Exclusive Photos!”) was jacked from a May 2006 People cover. And if you really look at it, you see a sub-headline that reads “Brad & Angelina in Africa.”

Brad Pitt does not look like that anymore, and neither does now 6-year-old Zahara. In that picture, taken in 2006 when Brad and Angelina Jolie adopted Zahara, she is only 1 years old and Brad’s head is shaved.

Still, the fact that even Russell Simmons thought the cover was real, and even tweeted it about it to his 1.1 million followers, proves that the majority of people are pretty gullible and will basically believe anything you tell them without researching the facts for themselves first.

A Will Smith & Jada Pinkett Smith insider tells celebrity rumor busters Gossip Cop that rumors of an impending divorce between the Hollywood couple is “not true.”

“It’s over!” for Will Smith and Jada Pinkett, reports Star magazine, recycling a tabloid rumor from August that claimed the couple was ending their 14-year marriage.

The mag predicts the Smiths will file divorce papers in the near future, quoting a so-called “source” as saying, “They’ve been faking it for a long time and they don’t want to live a lie anymore.”

Despite the fact that the pair looked perfectly happy partying with David Guetta and his wife in Miami last week, Star‘s purported insider insists “they’re done” and have been “living and sleeping separately” for some time now.

Smith and Pinkett have supposedly refrained from going public with their split because “they worry divorce could hurt their careers,” explains the tabloid’s source.

That’s ironic, considering it was Star who initially claimed the couple were “faking” their breakup just to boost ratings for Pinkett’s TV show “HawthoRNe.”

Regardless, the mag now says the split rumors in August were, in fact, true and quote another so-called “source” who explains, “They’ve been trying to work through it, but things came to a head in early November, when they got into a huge knock-down, drag-out fight.”

Since then, says the source, Smith and Pinkett have barely spoken, and “are living separate lives.”

That’s, of course, if you don’t count them speaking and living together last week in Miami.

Anyway, an impeccable Smith insider tells Gossip Cop plainly, “It is not true.”

Thanks to the Internet … Lindsay Lohan‘s much talked about Playboy issue was released in full today, and now Hugh Hefner has announced that he will be releasing the issue early.

“Because of the interest & the Internet leak, we’re releasing the Lindsay Lohan issue early,” Hef tweeted Friday afternoon (Dec 9).

Playboy reportedly invested a boatload of money into the Lohan issue, initially due to be released next week, and had printed thousands of extra copies in anticipation of unprecedented demand.

No new release date has been announced just yet … though it will be very interesting to see how today’s leak will impact sales once the physical issue does hit newsstands.

Vivica A. Fox told Access Hollywood in an interview this week that she called off her engagement with Atlanta club promoter Omar “Slimm” White … but apparently, that’s not how it went down.

According to Slimm — aka the “six pack and a smile” — he was the one who ended the relationship and he says Vivica is just trying to save face rather than admit the truth.

In an open letter released yesterday, Slimm tells his side of the story, calling his ex a liar and defending himself against claims of him using Vivica for her celebrity, adding that he would probably still be with her if she would stop with all of the “childish antics” and let go of the negativity.

Slim also adds that he was completely blindsided with the fact that Vivica had conducted an interview for the December 2011 issue of Sister 2 Sister Magazine (Check out the cover above!) about their relationship, apparently without his knowledge, after they had broken up.

I totally understand that a person would rather save face and avoid admitting their fiancé ended the relationship. So I understood why Vivica didn’t admit the reality of what really took place. She would have come out better if she stated we went our separate ways if she wanted to avoid the “true” nature of the breakup. The main thing is don’t lie… she and I know what happened so just be cordial and keep it moving. As you see in the month of December, her and I appeared on the cover of Sister 2 Sister, and when I saw the cover I was shocked because I walked away 2 months prior but I came to the realization that Vivica went ahead and did the interview as if nothing happened (At that time the public wasn’t aware of our breakup) So I’m thinking like if you really wanted to get Married instead of getting caught up in all the glitz and glamour you wouldn’t have continued to provoke stress in the relationship. If you were to ask Vivica right now, “Did Slimm try time and time again to keep the relationship strong” she would have no choice but to admit who I am and the good examples I set! I always told her toward the end that “baby, I will loose interest if we keep this up”… When you have a bond with a woman that fire can fade if both parties involve don’t fight to preserve Chemistry…

But as I stated once before she has a great personality and a good spirit but you will never find true happiness if you cannot …overcome negativity and childish antics… I wish her the Best

Terrance Howard will be seeing the inside of a courtroom very soon.

The actor’s estranged wife Michelle Howard (who filed for divorce in February) has filed court documents claiming he beats on her and threatens to kill her.

According to Michelle, things got so bad one time … Terrence “slugged me across my face and neck” … and even threatened to kill her by throwing her off a balcony!

She claims the abuse continued throughout their relationship, including:

– smacking her in the face and chipping her tooth with his wedding ring
– throwing her down to the ground in a parking lot
– telling her, “I’ll hit a woman quicker than I’d hit a man”
– Saying, “If you tell anyone about my personal business, I will kill you and no one will ever know
– Screaming, “B*tch, walk home. That’s my car, I pay for it.”

Terrence, on the other hand, is denying that he ever threatened Michelle and claims she has been threatening to “release private materials to 3rd parties for her own personal financial gain” unless he paid her money.

TMZ reports that the “private material” in question is a video of Howard singing naked in the shower. (WTF?)

A temporary restraining order has been granted against Howard preventing him from going near or contacting her until their next court hearing.

Wow! This sounds like a lot of unnecessary drama to us … how much you wanna bet she is still going to end up being with him after all is said and done?

Despite rumors blazing on the Internet, “X Factor” rapper Astro has NOT signed to Jay-Z’s Roc Nation record label … at least, not yet.

The bite-sized rapper revealed in an interview with MTV Rapfix that he currently doesn’t have a contract with anyone.

“I don’t have a check or a contract, so as far as I know, I’m not signed. I have never met anyone from Roc Nation. I’d love to, but I’m not signed right now to anyone. Nobody ever hit me up about that — just go on the Internet and it’s up there. But I’m not signed as far as I know.”

But don’t get it twisted …. Astro is still weighing his options and says the perfect place for him will be where he can make music and still have fun.

“I just want to be in a place where I’m comfortable 100 percent. I just want to be able to release my music, do my movies, [and] everything is fair. I just want to be able to have fun doing it. I don’t want music to be a job for me; I want it to be something I’m doing for fun. As long it’s not a job then you’re straight.”

Regardless of who this kid signs with … we already have faith that he’s going to be a huge success. You know Jigga’s probably putting the paper work together right now!

With Young Jeezy’s new album TM: 103 Hustlerz Ambition just weeks away from being released, the “Shake Life” rapper has opened up more about his rumored beef with Rick Ross.

In an interview with Sway on MTV”s “RapFix Live”, the Snowman revealed most of the drama began when he put out a freestyle over Ross’ “B.M.F.” track.

“In my mind, in my heart, I just killed the verse. If I killed the verse and you took it personally, then that’s on you.”

Things then went from what Jeezy says should have been strictly focused on music to the streets.

“I hear things; the streets talk. I’m hearing he reaching out to [Big] Meech and trying to get him to speak bad — that’s my brother. When you’re trying to bring the streets into rap to prove a point, then you already lost. You separate the two, and that ain’t to be played with. You’ve got people that lost their lives and people that are doing real time. If we gon’ make music, let’s just make music.”

Jeezy feels like the beef all stems from a video posted on WorldstarHipHop taken the wrong way.

“I feel like the whole started thing from a clip on WorldStarHipHop, and my thing was, if I’m a boss and you a boss, let’s sit down and be bosses. You take a clip that somebody edited and run with that? What part of the game is that? If you felt like that, hit me up, let’s chop it up, we bosses.”

To him the whole ordeal is more over selling records instead of personal issues….especially after he attempted to wrap things up with Ross at the BET Awards, but he declined.

“I felt like it was about selling records. It’ not about you about me. We could’ve stepped in the corner and chopped it up. So right then and there, I knew it was about records, so I was cool with it.”

Hopefully sometime in the near future…these two can squash all of this and let bygones be bygones.

Lil Boosie is remaining optimistic after being sentenced to 8 years in prison yesterday for attempting to smuggle drugs into prison.

Surprisingly, the rapper’s lawyer says he is happy with the time the judge gave him and is confident he will be allowed to participate in a drug rehab program.

Boosie, who is reportedly addicted to codeine and other drugs, also sent a personal statement to TMZ on the matter, stating:

“Don’t worry about me I am getting help with my drug addiction and I am accepting full responsibility for the choice I made. I am going to fight the false murder charge till the end. Love you all.”

If only Conrad Murray could have this same type of attitude……if you do the crime, do the time!

Kyla Pratt, who recently announced that she is the proud mother of a beautiful 1-year-old daughter, is putting an end to all the rumors out there claiming that her baby daddy is a stripper.

Woke up this morning to some bulls–t so i decided to blog about it.

I announced a little over a month ago that i have a one year old daughter named Lyric. Ever since then there has been mostly negativity thrown our way. This is something that i knew would happen so THAT is why i delayed the process of sharing my happiness with this lovely world. I did not HIDE. I was out doing everything i normally do. Please believe i was not in the house looking at the wall waiting for time to pass. Jus because i didn’t publicize my pregnancy or try to make money off of it doesn’t mean i am not proud of my daughter or her Father.

While i was pregnant i didnt want to deal with any negativity. When you have a human being growing inside of you, they can feel every emotion you feel. i didnt know how i was going to react with my hormones going crazy. SO i decided, im not announcing anything. If someone catches a pic then so be it, but i was going to enjoy my pregnancy no matter what. I believe that is why my daughter is such a happy baby, because i didn’t subject myself to this random blog bulls–t during the happiest time of my life.

Now lets briefly discuss her father since he has been the subject people cant stop talking about. We have been together for a few years now. He has been a tattoo artist for about eight years and has been writing and producing music around the same. This whole he is a stripper and changed careers real quick so i wouldn’ look crazy is some bulls–t. Just like every man out here, he found a hustle that had nothing to do with selling drugs, robbing people, or anything where he would be put in jail. A lot of people make assumptions about a profession based solely off of one experience you have had or something you have seen on TV. The club he used to work at years ago for (2yrs) was basically a competition where guys would compete for the most attention by creating the hottest dance routines and music in L.a, that I now see all over the music biz and videos you all love. Some dancers were into the frilly costumes. and a other just wore jeans, bandanas chucks and a tank tops (mine). He never Strip down naked or to a thong. His image was and is Compton, Hood. My man/Daughters father, is a song writer, HipHop Artist and a Well-Known Tattoo Artist. And has been doing these things for years. And is making money to take care of his Son & his Daughter the legal way so he can be here to raise them. When he releases his Music and Art Work he has been doing i guarantee u, i wont have to say anything else.

I dont owe anyone an explanation about MY life. Just decided to set the record straight so people who think i CARE about their opinions will MAYBE give it a rest.

Lady Gaga made headlines this week after the Pop star showed up at the International Emmys Monday night (Nov 21) in a long black dress designed by Stéphane Rolland Haute Couture in France that exposed her leg, upper thigh and her butt cheek.

But apparently … the dress wasn’t made that way!

A rep for the designer revealed that the asymmetrical gown came right off the catwalk, and was intended to be worn by a model much taller than Gaga. “The slit came way further up her waist than what our designers had in mind,” the rep told TMZ.

“We’re not mad that the dress ended up looking like that on Gaga … she does make it a little naughtier!” Stéphane Rolland joked.

Tyler Perry is on the receiving end of some heavy backlash for casting reality TV personality Kim Kardashian in his upcoming movie “The Marriage Counselor.”

Now the writer/producer/director has spoken out in defense of using the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star, who has also recently received some negative criticism of her own after she filed for divorce from her husband Kris Humphries after only 72 days of marriage.

In a blog post on his official website, Perry explains why he chose Kim Kardashian to play the role of a character named “Ava,” and he also gives a few details on the movie and other cast members, including Lance Gross, Brandy, Vanessa Williams, and others:

I think many of you know that this is a very difficult time of year for me, so what I try to do is make sure that I’m working during this time. All I wanted to do was shoot a great film and try to keep my mind off the holiday grief that I have been experiencing for the past two years. I could not have imagined I’d be getting all these emails about Kim Kardashian. I HAVE SEEN THEM!! YOU HAVE BEEN HEARD!! …LOL. Now, may I say something? Can a brother get a word in?….LOL. Y’all gave me a new movie title, Tyler Perry’s “Diary of a Mad Black Woman Cause You Hired Kim Kardashian, Don’t Make Me Take Off My Earrings and Boycott Yo A**.”…LOL. Some of my ladies are upset. Ok, all jokes aside, can I have my say? Will you at least hear me out?

I was in a Mexican restaurant and the cutest little old woman stopped me and said, “I want to talk to you about KAR-DAT- CHA-NEM.” I said, “Ma’am?” She said, “What is wrong with you putting her in the lead role of your movie?” By the time I explained to her that she was not in the lead role and why I thought she should be in “The Marriage Counselor”, she said, “Oh, I see your point and I can’t wait to see the movie.” So, if you don’t mind, I’d like to share with you what I said to her then maybe you’ll see why I wanted her in the film.

This movie is about a young lady named Judith (Jurnee Smolett), who grew up in the countryside of Virginia in a trailer park. She was raised in the church by her mother Sarah (Ella Joyce). Judith married her childhood sweetheart Brice (Lance Gross) and had the perfect life until she graduated college and went to work in the big city. After college, all she wanted to do was be a marriage counselor, but the only job she could find was working for a matchmaker named Janice (Vanessa Williams). Janice has several employees that work for her, including a woman named Ava (Kim Kardashian). Ava is constantly trying to influence Judith on everything from her shoes to her hair. Judith meets a man at work named Harley (Robbie Jones). Harley challenges everything in her life from her marriage to her husband to her faith. Meanwhile, Brice (Lance Gross), Judith’s husband works at a pharmacy owned by Mrs. Waco (Renee Taylor). Brice has just hired a coworker named Melinda (Brandy), who has some major demons that she is running from. In the end, the choices that both of these young women have made come crashing down on them and their lives will never be the same. I wish I could tell you more, but I don’t want to ruin it for you.

After I finished writing this movie, I sat back and re-read it. Half way through my read, the gravity of what I had written hit me. I knew that this message was not only for my age group, but for all audiences, especially the youth. ESPECIALLY THE YOUTH!! YOUNG FOLKS NEED TO SEE THIS!!! And not just the young people that follow me, but the young people that are following other young people, as well. I wanted a younger cast, that’s why I put Jurnee in the lead and invited Lance Gross, Robbie Jones and Brandy. About two months ago, long before I even heard about Kim’s marriage or divorce, I was trying to finish up the casting. I said to one of my producers, “who else is out there that young people are looking up to?” One of my producers showed me pictures that his daughter had taken of several hundred kids lined up around the corner to get into a Kardashian store. They wanted to meet Kim. I thought, what better person! She literally has millions of young people following her. I thought and still do think, that it would be very responsible of her to be a part of this film. To have the young people that look up to her, see her in a film that is about, what happens in life when you make the wrong choices. Whether you’re aware of it or not, to be honest with you I wasn’t, millions of young people adore her and are following her every move. If one of those young people see this film and find the strength to live a better life and not go through what these characters went through in this movie, then we have all done what I feel I’m being led to do here. I hope you understand. I really do!

And lastly, because I believe that my films speak from the inside out, why wouldn’t Kim Kardashian be invited into a film about Faith, Forgiveness and the healing power of God? What is wrong with that??

Mariah Yeater‘s paternity suit against Justin Bieber is still on, despite reports claiming otherwise.

Earlier today, a report from TMZ claimed that Yeater’s lawyers had smartened up and withdrawn from the case, and the suit was quietly dismissed last week.

But according to Radar Online, Chicago lawyer Jeffrey Leving says that Yeater is still moving forward with the suit, and they still want Justin to waste his time and take a paternity test to see if he’s the father of Yeater’s 4-month-old son Tryston.

“I did not step down and there is a legal team,” Leving, a paternity attorney, explained over the phone with WGNtv in Chicago. “She believes Justin Bieber is the father. Right now there’s no more interviews for Mariah Yeater, I’m not going to allow that.”

He continued, “Secondly, negotiations are going on right now with Bieber’s counsel and we’re trying to negotiate a private, secure DNA test with the same safe guards that would exist if there were a court order, but without a court order. The case is completely out of control and I don’t want something terrible to happen to my client or her child.”

He added, “My goal is that when the DNA test is completed, which I believe it will be…my goal is to keep everything confidential so the results will remain confidential.”

Drake is denying recent claims that Chris Brown elbowed him in the face during an altercation.

Last week, DJ Whoo Kid told UK radio personality Tim Westwood about the alleged incident where Drizzy is said to have gotten an elbow to the face from Breezy, and speculated that the fight could have been over Drake’s involvement with Brown’s ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

But in a new interview with The Daily Beast, the Canadian rapper shot down those claims, and said that the incident never happen.

“I respect Chris Brown,” he said. “I’d like to call myself a friend – I don’t know if I’m allowed to do that, but I definitely didn’t get elbowed in my face. Somebody would’ve got knocked the f**k out.”

Kim Kardashian isn’t taking back slow thinker Kris Humphries!

Despite the reality star flying out to Minnesota over the weekend … the pair will not be reconciling.

According to sources, Kim is still going along with the divorce and only visited Kris to end things face-to-face.

Luckily, there are no conflicts over the terms of the divorce.

It’s a hard knock life being involved with the Kardashians. You either get with the program … or get left behind.

In an extreme effort to prove that he is not the father of crazed fan Mariah Yeater‘s four-month-old son, Justin Bieber will reportedly take a paternity test as soon as he gets back to he U.S. from Europe next week.

17-year-old Bieber, who has vehemently denied the 20-year-old fan’s claim that he impregnated her, saying he never even met her, will most likely sue Yeater and her attorneys as well, to show them that they can’t mess with the Biebs and get away with it.

“It’s disappointing that people would stoop so low, but somebody needs to stand up to them,” a source close to the situation told People.

Before it was confirmed that Bieber would take the paternity test, L.A. family attorney Steve Mindel (who is not involved with the case) said in an interview, “If Bieber indeed never met this woman, a DNA test may be the only way to clear his name.”

However, if by some chance Bieber does end up being the father of the newborn, Yeater, who is seeking financial support from Bieber, will “hit the jackpot,” L.A. family law attorney Lynn Soodi (also not involved with the case) said. “She could potentially receive tens of thousands of dollars in monthly support until the child turns 18. By law, a child is entitled to live the same standard as the father.”

A rep for Justin Bieber told People in a statement:

“It’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We’ll vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to protect Justin and to hold those involved with bringing this suit accountable for their actions.”

Actress Vivica A. Fox and her young club promoter fiance Omar “Slimm” White have called it quits.

Confirming the split, Slimm told TooFab:

“She’s a good woman, it’s just one of those situations where in life people outgrow each other. I’m highly intelligent, very wise and one thing I hate is negativity and drama, I hate arguing, and I value communication no matter what the problem may be. So as in any relationship, tension can build up and I finally had to walk away.”

Vivica and Slimm’s relationship had been the subject of a lot of gossip due to their nearly 20-year age difference (Slimm is 27 to Vivica’s 46), but Slimm says that age had nothing to do with their break-up.

“I was only in it for love and it just didn’t work out. Even though she was older than me the age difference didn’t play a part,” Slimm explained.

Fox candidly told Wendy Williams nearly a year ago of her plans to start a family with Slimm, “I’m very fertile, so I don’t think I’ll have a problem. We’re planning after the tour to do the thing. If I could get a boy and a girl, that would be fabulous, and I’m shutting down shop and shipping these eggs off to Africa somewhere.”

Had Vivica and Slimm gone through with a marriage, this would have been number two for Fox, who was married from 1998-2002 to aspiring singer Christopher Harvest.

Though the actress has chosen not to speak up about her split with Slimm, she took to Twitter Thursday and told a fan who was checking in on her:

Taraji P. Henson made a guest appearance on Wendy Williams yesterday to promote her new CBS show “Person of Interest” and her upcoming John Singleton movie which she stars in alongside her on-screen love interest Tyrese (see: “Baby Boy”).

During her chat with Wendy, Taraji talked about why she’ll never date Tyrese or Terrence Howard, while also denying rumors that she ever dated Drake and confirming rumors that she dated Common.

Justin Bieber may have a song called “Baby,” but the 17-year-old and his people say that he did NOT father one with a 20-year-old female fan who claims the Biebs lost his virginity to her backstage at a concert before he started dating his now girlfriend Selena Gomez.

Mariah Yeater also claims that Justin is the father of her 3-month-old baby and is seeking financial support from the singer.

But Justin Bieber has dismissed those rumors, calling the paternity allegations “rumors” and “gossip.”

“All the rumors…the gossip….Im gonna focus on the positives….the music,” the teen Pop sensation tweeted along with a link to purchase his new Christmas album on iTunes.

A source close to Bieber says aside from the fact that Yeater is at least 3 years older than Bieber, and could get charged with statutory rape charges if this whole thing were true (The legal age for consensual sex in California is 18), the woman’s story doesn’t even make sense.

“The kid is never alone. There’s always someone with him,” the source says. “He’s never met this woman.”

Kim Kardashian is sick of the media and fans criticizing her over her decision to divorce NBA player Kris Humphries.

In a lengthy blog post on her website, the 30-year-old reality star reveals that she only married for love and got so caught up in the show that she failed to call the marriage off early.

She also refutes claims that she made millions off her wedding and plans on making a large donation to a charity in exchange for her wedding gifts.

This is probably the hardest thing I’ve ever had to write. I see all of the support and I am so thankful for my fans, friends and family who are helping me through this difficult time.

I would not have spent so much time on something just for a TV show! I share so much of my life on a reality show, that contemplating whether to even film my wedding was a tough decision to make, and maybe it turned out to not be the smartest decision. Everyone that knows me knows that I’m a hopeless romantic! I love with all of my heart and soul. I want a family and babies and a real life so badly that maybe I rushed in to something too soon. I believed in love and the dream of what I wanted so badly. I felt like I was on a fast roller coaster and couldn’t get off when now I know I probably should have. I got caught up with the hoopla and the filming of the TV show that when I probably should have ended my relationship, I didn’t know how to and didn’t want to disappoint a lot of people.

I’m being honest here and I hope you respect my courage because this isn’t easy to go through. But I do know that I have to follow my heart. I never had the intention of hurting anybody and I accept full responsibility for my actions and decisions, and for taking everyone on this journey with me. It just didn’t turn out to be the fairy tale I had so badly hoped for.

There are also reports that I made millions of dollars off of the wedding. These reports are simply not true and it makes me so sad to have to even clarify this. I’m so grateful to everyone who took the time to come to my wedding and I’ll be donating the money for all the gifts to the Dream Foundation.

I’m sorry if I have hurt anyone, but my dad always told me to follow my heart and I believe now that I really am.

Jennifer Hudson has denied reports that she and her fiance David Otunga (aka “Punk” from I Love New York) have called off their wedding.

Star Magazine sparked the rumors in their latest issue, claiming that the couple were calling off their nuptials due to them “clashing over Jennifer’s career obsession, commitment issues and reluctance to have more children.”

A so-called ‘insider’ told the magazine, “They were going to tie the knot in August in Jennifer’s hometown of Chicago…but it’s not going to happen,’ an insider reveals.”

But Hudson’s publicist is shooting down those reports, telling E! News, “I can confirm that the story is not true.”

Guess that clears that up. The Hudson/Otunga wedding is still ON!

Ludacris has come to the rescue to defend Justin Bieber‘s rapping skills.

Earlier in the week, DJ Premier revealed that the Biebs was not allowed to participate in this year’s BET Hip Hop Awards rap cypher because he wanted Ludacris to write his verse.

Well, Luda is stating otherwise and sent out the following tweet to set the record straight.

We thought something wasn’t right about this … the Biebs has never had any problems with kicking a few bars of his own in the past!

Despite all the rumors floating around, Drake says couldn’t be any happier at Young Money.

The “I’m So Proud Of You” rapper recently revealed in an interview with MTV that he has no plans on leaving his label:

“I never really know where those rumors stem from. I’m really happy at Young Money; I really don’t want to go anywhere. Me and Wayne have a great relationship.”

Drizzy also talked about how he is content with being one of Wayne’s soldiers because he put him in the position he is in today:

After Beyonce made an appearance on an Australian TV show to talk about her pregnancy, among other things, people began to accuse her of wearing a “fake” baby bump.

But now Beyonce and her people have had enough of people speculating on whether or not she is faking her pregnancy for publicity, something that is really insane when you sit back and think about it.

Speaking to ABC News, Beyonce’s publicist Yvette Noel-Schure said that the allegations are “stupid, ridiculous and false.”

The rumors were sparked when Beyonce’s pregnant belly seemed to fold in on itself during a recent appearance on the Australian talk show “Sunday Night HD.”

As the pregnant singer sat down for the interview, her mid-section appeared to sort of “collapse,” which caused many to believe that she was wearing a “prosthetic” baby bump, and fueled rumors that she and Jay-Z hired a surrogate to carry their first child.

Thankfully though … those rumors are, to re-iterate what Beyonce’s publicist said, “stupid, ridiculous and false.”

Fantasia called in to “The Wendy Williams Show” earlier this week (Tue. Oct 11) to set the record straight about her pregnancy and the rumors surrounding about Mahalia Jackson‘s estate no longer wanting her to play the legendary gospel singer on account of her being pregnant by a married man.

Unlike most heterosexual guys in the free world … British boxer turned male model Dudley O’Shaughnessy apparently has no immediate interest with the idea of being Rihanna‘s next boy toy.

Dudley, who appears as Rihanna’s leading man in her next music video for “We Found Love” (her newest single), has been taken on a string of dates with the Bajan beauty, and the pair were most recently snapped leaving a nightclub last Thursday night after Rihanna’s concert at London’s O2 Arena.

We hear Rihanna even asked him to accompany her on the rest of her UK arena tour. But Dudley — who folks say resemble Rihanna’s ex superstar boyfriend Chris Brown — isn’t interested. Not even in the least bit.

“We had fun together, but I don’t know whether I will see her again to be honest,” he told the UK’s Mirror, adding, “I’d like to go to America …but for work.”

Ouch.

After reports surfaced that Chris Brown wouldn’t be able to perform over the past weekend in Wales for the big Michael Jackson tribute concert, many assumed that the singer was “banned” from the country because of his criminal record.

But as it turns out, those are just rumors and representatives for the R&B/Pop singer are now setting the record straight.

A rep for Brown told TMZ this week that Chris was, in fact, INVITED to perform in the show. But unfortunately, “his previously booked domestic F.A.M.E. tour concert dates didn’t allow him to accept the honor and therefore he never planned to go to the UK. He was not banned.”

The rep pointed out that Brown spent last weekend performing in Tampa, Charlotte and Virginia Beach for concert dates that had been scheduled way before he was asked to perform at the MJ concert.

Earlier this year, a story went around the web claiming that Andraya Howard, better known as Draya Michele, had been arrested on allegations of child endangerment.

According to the story, Howard was arrested after she had allegedly left her 7-year-old son home alone for several days in a filthy apartment with TV dinners in the freezer while she was out partying and hanging out with her then boyfriend Chris Brown.

As you all may know by now, this story has been a main topic of discussion between the ladies of “Basketball Wives L.A.” — the new VH1 reality show Draya stars in — and in last night’s episode, we saw Laura Govan and Jackie Christie googling Draya’s name and pulling up blog posts from all over the internet to find details about the story.

In their search, they came across a post from Gossip On This about the story, as well as a purported police report, and printed all of the “evidence” out to confront Draya at their next meeting.

Once the ladies confronted Draya about the scandal, she explained that the story and the accompanying police report turned out to be completely false … and the reporter behind it was eventually fired.

But why on earth would a reporter fabricate a story about someone like Draya Michele, who isn’t even famous and definitely isn’t worth losing your job over?

Simon Cowell is setting the record straight after a tabloid article claiming that he had called Pop superstars Beyonce and Lady Gaga “boring” spread like wildfire on the web this week.

Reps for the “X Factor” judge told Radar Online: “This was completely misreported. It’s the complete opposite in fact. Simon is a massive fan of both and he always refers to them as amongst the artists he most admires. He thinks they are two of the most interesting, talented and relevant artists today.”

Simon Cowell himself had nothing but nice things to say about both superstars, telling Radar: “It’s like they’ve all been bred to take over the world and dominate everything in entertainment. They are unbelievable, these girls.”

About Beyonce, he said, she’s “the biggest star we’ve seen in 20 years; we’re seeing sort of the rise of the super female pop star. It’s like a different breed. Beyoncé has that.”

As for Gaga, Cowell said he thinks she “has the X Factor. She’s smart … [and] has real ambition. She is a total, utter star … You have to be open and embrace this level of expression. You hope to God that you can find someone like her.”

About Gaga, he continued, “I think somebody like Lady Gaga defines exactly what we’re looking for. She’s both talented and interesting. She’s worked it all out for herself. You never get the feeling somebody is controlling her.”

After allegedly putting his foot in his mouth in a recent printed magazine publication, it looks like actor Brad Pitt is trying to redeem himself by asking people to be nice to his famous ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston.

Since making what some would call an inappropriate comment about their marriage, when Brad appeared on the “Today Show” this week he told host Matt Lauer, “I don’t want people to say anything bad like that about Jen. She’s a dear friend of mine.”

The father of six told Matt Lauer all he was trying to say in the now infamous interview was that “the best thing I’d done as a father is be sure that my kids have a good mother.”

In the interview that sparked this whole Brad Pitt/Angelina Jolie/Jennifer Aniston debacle, Brad was quoted as saying:

“I spent the ‘90s trying to hide out, trying to duck the full celebrity cacophony. I started to get sick of myself sitting on a couch, holding a joint, hiding out. It started feeling pathetic. It became very clear to me that I was intent on trying to find a movie about an interesting life, but I wasn’t living an interesting life myself. I think that my marriage [to actress Jennifer Aniston] had something to do with it. Trying to pretend the marriage was something that it wasn’t.”

Now he’s taking time out to clarify himself, explaining to Lauer, “I think it’s a shame that I can’t say something nice about Angie without Jen being drug in. She doesn’t deserve it.”

Sounds like Brad Pitt needs to figure out better ways to compliment his new lover without throwing his old one under the bus. Just a thought…

Although we’re sure his flock of female fans would purchase whatever he puts his name to … recent reports that “Twilight” actor Robert Pattinson is recording a solo album are untrue.

Yesterday, a rumor popped up claiming that the 25-year-old actor was gearing up to record some songs for an album before he had to begin promoting “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 1.”

But his rep denies those rumors, telling MTV News: “The report is untrue. He is not working on an album right now.”

R. Patt does, however, have credits on the “Twilight” soundtrack for the songs “Let Me Sign” and “Never Think.” It’s not clear if he will lend any of his musical talents to the “Breaking Dawn” soundtrack though.

“We’re just figuring out [the soundtrack] now,” Breaking Dawn director Bill Condon told MTV at this year’s comic-con. “We have a lot of [songs]. We have like 15, I think.”

Yesterday, we reported that R&B singer Ne-Yo was engaged to and expecting his second child with his longtime girlfriend Monyetta Shaw.

But it turns out only half of that is true.

On Monday, a rep for Shaws — who happens to be promoting a new boutique in Atlanta — told Us Weekly that the parents-to-be were engaged.

But, despite that claim, a rep for Ne-Yo (real name: Shaffer Chimere Smith) later set the record straight to Us: Although the couple is expecting again, there is no engagement just yet.

So Monyetta’s reps (Really? She has her own reps? What exactly does she do?) say they’re engaged, but Ne-Yo’s people say they aren’t.

Ray J must have smoked himself a good blunt or two after his rant on the Breakfast Club regarding his alleged “beef” with rapper Fabolous.

The R&B singer took to his Twitter account to apologize to all his fans for losing control.

Fabolous is taking his beef with Ray J almost as serious as teenagers take anti-drug commercials. (In other words …. not very much at all!)

The “You Be Killin’ Em” rapper called into DJ Clue’s Power 105.1 radio show yesterday evening and gave his side of the story, which is very different and  lot more reasonable (and not only that, but a lot easier to understand) than Ray J’s.

Don’t get your hopes up kids. Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis are NOT sexting each other, which means that those rumors of Mila having any kind of “inappropriate photos” of JT … are totally false.

“At no time did Mr. Timberlake and Ms. Kunis exchange inappropriate texts or emails. … The insistence that there is any inappropriate correspondence between the two parties is entirely false,” reps for both stars said in a statement to People.com.

“We would like to confirm that the photo addressed in the media of Ms. Kunis was in fact not from any phone but from an inactive email account that has not existed in three years. In regards to the other photos in question, they were never exchanged between the two parties.”

The statement continued, “In closing, Mr. Timberlake would like us to make it clear that while he might write songs about putting things in boxes, he never has and definitely doesn’t make a habit of taking any photos of them and sending them.”

Also, “Ms. Kunis would like us to add that while she is a fan of the song, she does not have nor has ever had photos of any male parts in her possession.”

A questionable photo of the pair in Las Vegas all dressed up — Wiz in a suit, Amber in a gown — hit the net over the weekend amidst already rumors of them planning to get married soon.

And even though they say a picture is worth a thousand words, the only words that particular picture was worth … was 1 simple word: no.

A rep from the Clark County Recorder’s office in Vegas also confirmed to MTV News that there is no record of any marriage between the two lovebirds.

But that doesn’t mean that they don’t have ANY plans what-so-ever to get hitched.

“Oh yeah, absolutely, man; it’s gonna happen,” Wiz told MTV at the VMAs. “Like we said, we’re just gonna do what’s natural and not let any pressure [get to us], because even [with] the word of it happening, people are like, ‘You guys need to get married now,’ ” Khalifa explained. “It’s gonna happen; my baby knows I love her. I’m committed and she’s committed, so we’re just gonna make it happen.”

Amber Rose also spoke on getting hitched, telling MTV, “We discuss it all the time. Like he said, we’re very much in love. But, ya know, we’re just going to take our time and just enjoy each other right now. We’re both really busy and we work really hard and when the time comes, it’s gonna come.”

Guess we’ll just have to wait and see…

After Madonna was recently quoted as saying, “As for Lady Gaga, I have no comment to make about her obsessions having to do with me because I don’t know whether her behavior is rooted in something deep and meaningful, or superficial” … Gaga fans — affectionately known as “Little Monsters” — naturally went on the defensive, claiming that the 53-year-old Pop Queen was simply being bitter.

But that’s not the case! Or at least that’s what Madonna’s people are saying.

“She didn’t diss Gaga,” Madonna’s rep Liz Rosenberg tells Us Weekly.

She didn’t? Because that clearly sounded like a “diss” to us, like when someone prefaces an insult with “no offense, but…” or “with all due respect…”

Just because you (or your people) say you’re not insulting a person, doesn’t mean you’re not insulting them.

Birdman is denying rumors claiming he purchased a significant amount of his son’s “Tha Carter IV” album, which sold nearly 1 million copies in its first week of release.

On Shade 45′s “Sway in the Morning” radio show,  the Cash Money head honcho told Sway he considers that to be hustling backwards:

“Nah, man, that really don’t make no sense. Why would we do that? I press and distribute ‘em. Ain’t no need for me to buy ‘em. That’s hustling backwards; we ain’t in it for that. I ain’t ever been a part of that type of scheme to be buyin’ records. We don’t do that, homie. We be working too hard to be—that don’t go with what we do. We true about what we do, we real about what we do, we work hard every day at it.”

Despite Wayne coming up a little short at 964,000, Birdman still feels like Weezy sold a million copies.

“People doin’ different numbers. But this comes from Billboard. To me, that’s a million; 964, we right there, so it’s cool. We’ll just keep grinding, I guess.”
