The child custody battle between Usher Raymond and his ex wife Tameka continued in court in Atlanta this week, and Usher was accused of cheating on Tameka … by sleeping with one of her bridesmaids!

During the proceedings Tuesday afternoon (May 22) in Fulton County Court, Usher was being cross-examined by Tameka’s attorney about his claim that Tameka has a revolving door of nannies, and that he worries about who’s caring for his children at any given moment.

Then things got really interesting once Tameka’s lawyer brought up an incident where Usher was caught in bed with one of the “nannies” — who was a good friend of Tameka’s and also one of the bridesmaids at their 2007 wedding.

According to TMZ:

Tameka’s lawyer asked Usher if one of the nannies in question had “left Miami because you were discovered in bed with Maya Fox Davis?” Sources close to the couple tell TMZ Davis was a bridesmaid for Tameka … and the alleged incident happened during their marriage.

Usher’s attorney quickly objected, but you gotta watch the clip (see above) to see how it played out in court.

But get this … Maya Fox Davis was conveniently pictured with Usher and his first born son (Usher V aka “Cinco”) in September 2008 … which is when Tameka was 7 months pregnant with Cinco’s baby brother Naviyd!

At the time, magazines and websites called the then-unidentified woman Usher’s “nanny” … but now, we all know better.

The photos show Usher and Maya playing on the swing with little Cinco … and in one of the pics, Maya can be seen leaning in and giving Cinco a peck on the lips … which, at the time, was pretty awkward to say the least, and now that we know who this woman really is … WOW!!!

Earlier this week, Usher teared up on the stand when Tameka’s lawyers insinuated that the R&B singer cares more about partying than he does about taking care of his two sons.

Usher is fighting for increased visitation, while Tameka is fighting for full custody.

Unless Usher and Tameka can work all of this mess out amongst themselves — and let’s be serious, that’s most likely NOT going to happen — the child custody trial will resume this July.

Usher appeared in court in Atlanta Monday (May 21) — following his performance at the 2012 Billboard Awards in Las Vegas the night before — to continue the bitter custody battle with his ex wife Tameka Raymond over their children.

While testifying on the stand, Usher broke down into tears after Tameka’s attorney whipped out photos of the 33-year-old singer at a nightclub in Europe earlier this year, suggesting that the entertainer cares more about partying than he does about his two young sons.

Usher also talked about about how his ex goes through nanny after nanny, and he constantly worries about who is taking care of his kids at any given moment.

Under oath, Usher also explained how Tameka has a violent history, and during his testimony, he described an incident when his 40-something-year-old ex wife went ballistic and “wanted to fight” whn he showed up at her house with his new girlfriend Grace Miguel (who is also his manager).

Ush testified Tameka walked to his car and said, “I’m gonna kick your ass. Bitch get out of the car. How dare you bring this woman into my subdivision in my house?”

He added, “She continued to spit. At this point she pulled the door open, tried to swing at her.”

Usher claims he had to get out of the car and block Tameka … who then hit him. Usher said he pleaded with Tameka to calm down, but claims “she threw a plate of food at the car” … as he fled the situation.

As you may remember, during Tameka’s sworn testimony earlier this month, she admitted to telling Usher and his girlfriend “I will f**k you up“ … so this incident in which she physically attacked the couple isn’t surprising at all.

Usher was also grilled about his alleged drug use because Tameka claims that he abuses them.

While he did admit to smoking weed, his lawyer jumped in and objected when he was questioned about using ecstasy, and he insisted that he has NEVER used ANY drugs in front of their children, which is an allegation Tameka made early on in their custody battle.

Usher and Tameka — who married in 2007 and divorced before their 2-year anniversary in 2009 — are fighting over custody of their two kids Usher V (aka “Cinco”) and Navid … and so far, things (obviously) aren’t going so well.

Deion Sanders has been ordered to pay $10,500/month in child support to his ex, Pilar Sanders, and a whopping $275,000 to cover her legal fees.

The NFL legend did get some good news today in court — he was not ordered to pay spousal support.

Pilar was also ordered to return six containers of Deion’s property by July 1.

This is the latest chapter in their ongoing, incredibly nasty legal war. Just last week, Deion was granted a restraining order against Pilar … ordering her to stay at least 500 yards away from his Dallas mansion.

And the custody battle between Usher and his ex wife Tameka Foster Raymond continues…

As we previously reported, the two were recently ordered into mediation by the judge presiding over the case to come up with a solid custody agreement for their two sons … or else he was going to impose a temporary order.

Well, at least a week has gone by, and it looks like the pair still haven’t worked something out amongst themselves, which means that the case will continue to drag on.

When Tameka — who was accused of making death threats towards Usher — took the stand in court last week, she denied that she ever threatened her ex, though she did admit, under oath, to telling him, “I will f**k you up!” (No shame in her game, huh.)

According to TMZ:

Tameka took the stand and, as you can see in this video, was questioned by Usher’s attorney about her verbal and abusive threat towards the singer — where she allegedly said “I will kill you both,” referring to Usher and his current girlfriend.

Foster went back and forth with her answer before coughing up a half-admission, saying she didn’t threaten to “kill” him … but admitting, “I did probably, out of anger, say ‘I will f**k you up’ and it’s not acceptable.”

Foster claims the menacing statement was a result of Usher gallivanting in and out of town with his new GF, which was “embarrassing” for her in such a tight knit community.

The trial is set to continue this week. Grab your popcorn and stay tuned, folks. This could get interesting!

Usher and his ex wife Tameka Raymond have been battling each other over a custody agreement for their kids for years, but now a judge has given the divorced couple an ultimatum to work something out … “or else.”

Usher and Tameka attended a court hearing in Atlanta Tuesday (May 1), and the judge ordered that the two of them sit down privately and work out a temporary custody agreement.

If they can’t work something out amongst themselves, the Fulton County Court judge says he will impose a temporary order.

Usher — who filed for divorce from Tameka in June 2009 after almost two years of marriage — also addressed child support payments during the hearing.

Tameka previously accused Usher of being behind on at least $34,000 worth of child support payments, and according to court documents, she is also requesting more child support on account of a “substantial change” in Usher’s income since they divorced.

Tameka filed court documents in Georgia last year asking the singer to be completely stripped of joint physical custody of their two sons, 4-year-old Usher V (aka “Cinco”) and 3-year-old Naviyd.

Tameka also suggested that Usher was an unfit father, and even went as far as to go to the judge and demand the singer be drug tested because she thought he was “popping pills and who-knows-what-else” around their kids.

Usher denies the drug abuse allegations and is asking for an increase in the time he’s allowed to spend with his children. For now, the pair currently share custody.

Drugs or no drugs … Usher is probably a better fit parent than a sober Tameka. Or maybe SHE‘s the one on drugs.

Carmen Bryan — the mother of rapper Nas‘ 17-year-old daughter Destiny — is not happy about the release of his new song “Daughters.”

On “Daughters,” which is a song about fatherhood, and a shout-out to all the fathers who love their daughters, Nas candidly refers to his own daughter Destiny, addressing an incident from February when the 17-year-old flaunted a collection of condoms on her Twitter page.

On the second verse of the song, Nas raps:

This morning I got a call, nearly split my wig … This social network said “Nas go and get ya kid” … She’s on Twitter, I know she ain’t gon post no pic … Of herself underdressed, no inappropriate sh*t, right

Her mother cried when she answered … Said she don’t know what got inside this child’s mind, she planted … A box of condoms on her dresser then she Instagrammed it

At this point I realized I ain’t the strictest parent … I’m too loose, I’m too cool with her

But it doesn’t stop there. Both verses on the track, which comes from his next album “Life Is Good,” are entirely about his daughter, and the rapper also talks about the time he found out his teenage daughter had a prison pen pal, while also blaming himself for not setting a good example.

Nas raps in the song’s first verse verse:

I saw my daughter send a letter to some boy her age … Who locked up, first I regretted it then caught my rage, like … How could I not protect her from this awful phase

Never tried to hide who I was, she was taught and raised like … A princess, but while I’m on stage I can’t leave her defenseless … Plus she’s seen me switching women, pops was on some pimp shit

Following the release of the song, Nas’ baby mama Carmen Bryan — who famously penned a tell-all book about in 2007 detailing her failed relationship with Nas and her affair with Jay-Z — took to Twitter and expressed how angry and “disappointed” she was about it:

Do you agree with Carmen Bryant? Is “Daughters” really a disappointment … or is she just blowing this way out of proportion?

Apparently, Justin Bieber doesn’t want to let sleeping dogs lie.

It’s been almost six months since the last time we heard from the girl who once claimed that Justin fathered her child, but thanks to the singer’s taunts on Twitter, Mariah Yeater’s name is back in the headlines.

The “Baby” singer tweeted, “Dear mariah yeeter…we have never met…so from the heart i just wanted to say…” and then linked his message to a video of Borat repeatedly saying “You will never get this. You will never get this. La la la la la…”

In October of last year, Yeater claimed that she got pregnant after having a sexual encounter with Bieber backstage at one of his concerts in L.A. when she was 19 and he was just 16 years old.

The story spiraled out of control and forced Bieber to take a paternity test to prove he was not the father. Eventually the lawsuit was withdrawn by Yeater’s camp and the two went their separate ways … until now, that is.

Maybe the Biebz is just returning the drama?

NFL player Antonio Cromartie has 10 children with eight different women in six different states … and according to various reports, a TV production company wants to create a reality show about the New York Jets cornerback and his ever growing family.

The show would basically follow Cromartie and his brood, and will attempt to show the clan as they try to “co-exist as a modern family,” a source revealed to the New York Post.

Most of the baby mamas are on board to do the show so that their kids can bond with each other as brothers and sisters. But Antonio won’t sign off on it, for obvious reasons, and has blocked any filming of his many children.

Despite the fact that Antonio has so many children in so many different states (California, Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and New Jersey), somehow some of his baby mamas actually know each other and are good friends.

A woman named Ryan Ross, a hotel employee from Los Anglees who met Cromartie at a San Diego nightclub and dated him for six months, says she ran into another one of Cromartie’s baby mamas — Latoya Burley from Houston, Texas — four years ago when she brought her then-newborn son Tyler to visit the former San Diego Chargers player at his apartment.

Latoya was there visiting with her daughter Deyjah, and she and Ryan hit off. Now the two of them stay in touch with each other, and several of Cro’s other baby mamas. (Sidenote: Latoya also has another daughter with Cro named Leilani.)

“We’re not catty women. We have a close, tight-knit friendship and understand what each other’s going through. We reach out to share news about the kids, to talk, to vent,” Ross said.

As far as Cromartie is concerned, Ross says that they only “co-exist” for the sake of their son, and Cromartie visits L.A. several times a year and spends time with their son T.J.

Cromartie — who signed a 4-year $32 million contract last fall — reportedly pays over $3,500 per month to all but two of his baby mamas.

One of the women not receiving monthly checks is his wife Terricka (so of course he doesn’t pay child support to her), and the other — a woman from Florida named Rosemita Pierre — is the mother of his oldest child.

The latter doesn’t receive any support because Cromartie got a judge to grant him full costody of their 7-year-old son Alonzo. And a court order states that Pierre is allowed to speak with her son at least three times a week, but she says Antonio sometimes doesn’t answer the phone when she calls.

“They don’t answer the phone,” said Pierre, who has in the past called the cops in Randolph, New Jersey to knock on Cromartie’s door. “It’s a hurtful situation — like he’s trying to erase me.”

Pierre says she favors the show because she wants her son to know all of his brothers and sisters. Ryan Ross feels the same way.

“I love it,” Ross said of the proposed TV show. “Our kids need to know who their siblings are. It’s bigger than our past with Antonio. It’s about our children.”

To make matters for Antoni worse, one of his baby mamas — Rhondea Patterson from North Carolina — is a corporate lawyer, and she wrote a memoir called “Love, Intercepted” that details how Cromartie wooed her, then proposed to her only to cancel their wedding before the ceremony.

At the time, she was six months pregnant, but that didn’t stop him from dumping her for another woman named Terricka who would later become his wife and the mother of two more of his children. Their most recent child together — a baby boy named Jagger — is less than a year old and now she’s pregnant with twins.

According to Terricka Cromartie, Antonio’s wife of the past four years, some of the ages on the NY Post infographic are incorrect, and we certainly hope so, because there are several children listed who are the same age, which suggests that for a period of time, Cromartie was VERY fertile and wasn’t spending money on ANY condoms.

After The Post’s story about her husband’s large group of baby mamas uniting together to make a reality show started to spread, Terricka shared the following via Twitter:

Antonio became the laughing stock of the Internet a couple of years ago after a video showing him having trouble recalling all of his children’s names and ages for an HBO show went viral. Peep the clip below:

Dennis Rodman owes almost $900,000 in unpaid child and spousal support, and a judge has told him that he could face up to 20 days in jail if he doesn’t pay up.

According to TMZ, Rodman’s ex wife Michelle filed papers this month claiming the former NBA star owes her a little over $860,000, including exactly $808,935 in unpaid child support for his 9 and 10-year-old children, and $51,441 in unpaid spousal support.

But it turns out, there is no way the flamboyant basketball legend will be able to pay anywhere close to that amount, because according to his lawyer, he is “broke and cannot afford any additional fees.”

Rodman’s attorney Linnea Willis also claims that the 50-year-old former Bulls player is “extremely sick,” in reference to his well-known struggle with a major alcohol addiction, as he famously discussed on the third season of Dr. Drew’s “Celebrity Rehab” reality show.

Rodman’s finance manager Peggy Williams, who has loaned the five-time NBA champion money for past child support payments, says the stress of the case is taking a toll on his health and he’s turning to alcohol like never before.

“In all honesty, Dennis, although a very sweet person, is an alcoholic,”" Williams said. “His sickness impacts his ability to get work. This case, especially his wife filing for divorce, has put him on a binge that I have never seen before. He is extremely hurt and extremely sick. He is often unable to obtain work because of the sickness. And his sickness is getting increasingly worse.”

She continued, “Dennis cannot afford his own monthly expenses. If the court awards attorney fees, it is setting Dennis up to be in contempt because you cannot get blood from a turnip.”

But Michelle Rodman (his third wife) says Dennis flies all over the world getting paid to host nightclub parties, which means that he is not COMPLETELY broke, and can therefore afford to pay up something.

To make matters even worse, Orange County court documents state that Rodman also owes $350,000 in back taxes after withdrawing his NBA pension to pay off previous debts.

In addition to his marriage with ex-wife Michelle Rodman, the basketball player was also previously married to Carmen Electra and he also dated Madonna.

Last year, Dennis Rodman celebrated his 50th birthday dressed in women’s lingerie with a bunch of scantily clad women.

Wonder how (or even if) he’ll be celebrating this year.

Here’s a first look at Fantasia’s son with Antwaun Cook!

Fantasia Barrino gave birth to a son she named Dallas Xavier Barrino in December of last year following a very private pregnancy, which was the result of an affair the R&B singer had with a married man named Antwaun Cook.

You know the story. Fantasia met Antwaun in her hometown Charlotte, North Carolina. Despite the fact that he was married, Fantasia and Antwaun continued to see each other and had sex. She got pregnant, then had an abortion.

Once word got out about the affair, the American Idol winner tried to kill herself by overdosing on a bottle of pain pills.

In the months that followed, Fantasia promoted the release of a new album, and was on the verge of nabbing a starring role in a biopic about gospel legend Mahalia Jackson, however all of that fell apart after rumors broke out that she was pregnant with another baby by Antwaun.

At first, Fantasia vehemently denied the pregnancy rumors, crediting her recent weight gain to her “preparing” for her movie role, however, months later, she confirmed at an event in Florida that she was indeed with child.

Fast forward to now, and Fantasia and Antwaun are NOT on good terms. According to recent reports, Cook is now reportedly “cheating” on Fantasia with his estranged wife Paula Cook. (SMH: The jokes write themselves!)

And now, according to a new report from BallerAlert.com, Antwaun is apparently cheating on both Fantasia AND Paula with ANOTHER woman who decided to send in a photograph of Antwaun pictured with his newborn son Dallas, along with the following juicy story:

So, a source very close to the situation spills a little tea on the relationship of Antwaun Cook, Paula Cook and Fantasia Barrino. The Source says that according to Antwaun, he has been trying to leave Fantasia for some time now but Fantasia continues to beg and cry to be with him.

Fantasia lost her home and had to move back to her first house and Antwaun did not follow behind. Fantasia cries that Antwaun isn’t trying to make it work. He claims he doesn’t like the way she treats people and he’ll never go back (although many times he’s slept in her home and said he was “there to see his son”.)

There have been incidents when Fantasia has shown up at Antwaun’s home crying and banging on the door and he wouldn’t let her in. Our Source knows because she is the woman Antwaun is seeing now.

She claims Antwaun is very charming and she can see why Fantasia would fall for him but in the end “he ain’t sh-t”. She makes references to rumors that Antwaun may be trying to get back with Paula, his still not ex-wife, saying that they were recently at a party together and it’s very likely Antwaun and his estranged wife hooked up that night.

Speaking of parties, Antwaun hasn’t attended a single CIAA party with Fantasia although he was definitely spotted around town.

Juvenile is a wanted man in the state of Louisiana, TMZ reports.

The rapper is facing 90 days in prison because he owes more more than $160,000 in child support to a woman named Dionne Williams, the mother of his 13-year-old son.

According to TMZ, in the state of Louisiana, any father who fails to pay their child support — even if they are a famous rapper — are thrown in jail.

And Juvenile hasn’t paid his child support since December 2006. That’s over 5 years! (In case math isn’t your favorite subject.)

However … the judge ruled that if Juve forks over at least $50,000, he’ll hold off on throwing him in jail, which will give the rapper more time to cough up the rest of the money.

UPDATE: Juvenile says that he takes good care of his children and he doesn’t know why there’s a warrant out for his arrest over unpaid child support.

He tells TMZ:

“This is a bunch of bullsh*t. I was never informed that there was a warrant out for my arrest. My son stays with me most of the time … I take care of my son … I love my son.”

Previously, he released the following statement to The Source:

“I’m reaching out to my lawyer on that shit, thats not a good look thats some bullshit,” Juvenile states while reading the reports for the first time. “I ain’t worried about a thing, they aint making me look bad. They got to have proof of that shit.” Rebutting the reports stating, “I don’t know where TMZ be getting their info from but you need to follow up and make sure you got it right before you comment on something. I really don’t know where they got that bad info from truthfully. Warrant out for my arrest? I’m all over the city everyday… but for real who the f**k is TMZ anyway.”

Juvenile says he plans on fighting the allegations that he owes any child support, and his lawyer is currently “on it.”

Porn star Tori Black and her baby daddy were arrested last week for domestic violence in Las Vegas.

The couple (who were drunk at the time) got into a huge fight over baby formula. (Really, guys???)

The drama started after Tori returned to their hotel room to find her fiance Lyndell Anderson didn’t have “enough breast milk” to feed their 5-month old son.

According to TMZ:

The two-time AVN Performer of the Year then claims Lyndell called her an “unfit mother” … and that’s when things got physical. In the report, police say Tori admitting punching Lyndell in the back of the head, but also claimed he shoved her into a wall.

According to the report, police reviewed the hotel security tape of the hallway outside the couple’s room and saw Lyndell push Tori “with such violent force that she flies across the hall.” Police say she had bruises on her arms.

Lyndell and Tori were both arrested and booked for domestic battery.

Sources tell us Tori’s friends first suspected trouble when she missed a hosting gig at RPM Nightclub Friday night. Tori — along with her fiance and BABY — were primarily in Vegas for the AVNs where she was a nominee … but did not win.

Next time we advise that Tori just get the formula herself……it’s not worth going to jail over.

Another day…another celebrity being accused of knocking some random chick up!

Rapper Rick Ross is denying that he is the father of a 3 year-old boy in Georgia.

A woman by the name of Tyrisha Childers has filed a paternity suit against Ross claiming he got her pregnant a few years ago and still hasn’t paid a dime of child support.

In the documents, Childers also claims she has no income besides $694 in disability payments.

Ross, on the other hand, is claiming he never slept with or impregnated Childers and wants to take a DNA test to prove it.

It’s funny how all this sounds like that mess Justin Bieber had to go through with that crazy chick. (SMH!)

Who knew Tameka Raymond had a son who was a full-grown adult? We didn’t!

The woman most famous for being the ex wife of R&B singer Usher shows off her 5 sons, including her 21-year-old son Darin, Ryan (12), Kile (10), and of course little Usher V (4) and Naviyd (3), in a new feature for Uptown Magazine where she talks about her businesses, motherhood, dating as a single mother of 5, and of course, her very public custody battle with Usher.

According to Tameka, it was Usher who first filed for sole custody of their 2 kids back in January 2011. Nine months later, she filed for sole custody as a counteraction, sparking a nasty back-and-forth between the former couple.

Naviyd and Usher V are always playing in Tameka's bed. “I love it, but we can’t make it seem like there isn’t room for anyone else in here, right?” she laughs.

Tameka thinks Usher’s reasoning behind wanting full custody of their young children is because he wants to control her.

“He is a man very accustomed to having his way,” Raymond says. “This has nothing to do with how I parent. Trust me, I never will have a desire to keep a man away from his kids. I am not June Cleaver or head of the PTA, but I know I am a good mother.”

Today, she is helping him with his science project– a robot he built that’s unfortunately fallen to pieces– yet, he skillfully sneaks in some younger-brother hateration. “Ryan is on Facebook in your office,” Kile says nonchalantly.

“And you’re snitching,” Raymond says quickly. “That’s why your robot broke!”

Neither Carol Brady nor Clair Huxtable, Raymond manages motherhood by her own rules, which is evident in her relationship with her son Darrin, 21, whom she had at age 19. (His father was murdered before he was born.) During the photo shoot, he noticed me snapping a pic with my cell phone and immediately signaled to his mother. He is ?ercely protective. “Because I had him at such a young age, he and I basically grew up together and we are extremely close. But I am very conscious not to be an overbearing mother.”

On meeting Usher:
“Usher and I met because I was one of the top stylists in the game. You don’t get to work with someone of his stature in music, especially back then, without being one of the best. And I still am hardworking.”

On managing relationships as a single mother of 5:
“I am dating,” says Raymond, who keeps her body toned by practicing Pilates and yoga a few days a week. “It’s refreshing. I have not been single in a while. I got divorced and married in the same year. It was a run-on relationship,” she jokes. “But a lot of guys like to play games. I like a man that’s a boss. I am not the dominant one. But a lot of the ones with the right mind-set wear OshKosh overalls. And if they are not ?y, I don’t like them.” She also has strict rules. “I don’t bring men around my children. They have never met an ‘Uncle Tony.’ The two that I did bring around, I married.”

While we don’t doubt that Tameka is a good mother, we still think she’s an attention whore, and she most definitely has this “thing” where she uses Usher’s kids against him just to make herself look good. We have a feeling this interview is simply a way for her to clean up her “crazy lady” image.

Usher isn’t going to let his ex-wife Tameka Raymond get off so easy…

As we previously reported, Tameka filed court documents in Georgia asking a judge to strip him of joint physical custody of their two children.

She also claimed that he cancelled her Saks 5th Avenue credit card, failed to get her approval before hiring nannies, and refuses to give her permission to travel with their kids.

Well according to TMZ, Usher has fired back, claiming that he never cancelled Tameka’s Saks card, and her claims are all BS, including the bit about him being a bad father.

The R&B singer has even filed his own response asking a judge to reject Tameka’s request for full custody, on grounds that her allegations are utterly and completely false.

For right now, the pair both currently share joint physical custody of both of their kids, pending a trial date that has been set for February 27th.

As he goes through all of this drama with Tameka, we’re pretty sure Usher wishes more and more that he had just listened to his mom back in the day when she told him not to marry that crazy woman …. SMH!

Floyd Mayweather Jr. will spend up to 90 days in jail after he pled guilty to reduced battery domestic violence and harassment charges stemming from an assault on his ex girlfriend (who is also the mother of his children) back in September 2010.

According to reports, Mayweather was accused of punching and threatening his ex-girlfriend, and threatening their two children, during a heated argument. He could have faced up to 34 years in prison, however Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Melissa Saragosa gave Mayweather a much lighter sentence as a part of a plea deal.

“He just continually gets himself into trouble and he is able to get himself out of it as well,” Judge Saragosa said. “Essentially it is because he is who he is and is able to get away with everything. The only thing that’s going to get this man’s attention is incarceration.”

In addition to 90 days in jail, Mayweather was also sentenced to 100 hours of community service, and he was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine, and he must enroll in a 12-month domestic violence program.

If the professional boxer fails to obey the terms of the agreement, he will be forced to serve yet another 3 months behind bars. He must turn himself into Las Vegas’ Clark County Detention Center on January 6th 2012.

According to a brand new report from abs-cbnnews.com, Mayweather could be a free man after just 60 days (instead of 90) if he behaves himself in prison.

“Good behavior and work time could knock up to 30 days off Mayweather’s sentence,” detention officer Bill Cassell said.

Rapper Gucci Mane may have done a lot of outlandish things this year … from getting an ice cream cone tattooed on his face to throwing a woman out of a car for not having sex with him.

But one thing we can say on his behalf is … he takes care of his obligations as a father!

TMZ is reporting that the Brick Squad rapper has agreed to pay $2,026 a month to help support his 4-year-old son on an income of $24,908 a month, according to court documents.

Gucci and his baby mama Sheena Evans have also both agreed on her taking primary physical custody … giving him visitation when his schedule permits.

Finally something has worked out smoothly for Mane…

Tameka Raymond — Usher‘s ex wife who still uses his last name … for whatever reason — is dead serious about getting a judge to order the singer to take a drug test.

Right after filing court documents in Georgia asking a a judge to strip Usher of his joint physical custody rights, Tameka recently demanded that the R&B crooner take a drug test because she thinks he’s “popping pills and who-knows-what-else” around their two young children, according to TMZ.

Usher has since refused to take the test, on grounds that Tameka’s demands are “frivolous and unfounded” and her only intention is to “harass and embarrass” him.

But now Tameka’s lawyers have taken the case back to the judge, and are pleading with the courts to force Usher to take the drug test, because she’s afraid that if they wait too long, he’ll have more time to clear his system of any illicit substances.

This woman is crazy, people. And apparently, she constantly uses the children against Usher, and even posts pictures of them on Twitter along with kooky captions trying to elude that the kids don’t like to see their dad. As Sandra Rose pointed out on her blog last week:

Struggling celebrity stylist Tameka Foster is at it again. Earlier today, she posted Twitpics of her sons, Usher IV, 4, and Naviyd, 2, on their way to visit their father at his home in Los Angeles. Under one photo of a sulking Naviyd, Tameka’s tweeted: “Navi is pissed to the bitter end. Haha. I’m sure candy, toys and Neverland awaits … He’ll be ok. My loves!”

Apparently, she meant that Naviyd was sulking because he did not want to see his dad. Once again, Tameka continues to shamelessly exploit her own children for sympathy and attention.

And not only that, while Tameka is going around trying to make it seem like Usher is a bad parent, it sounds like she’s the one who is a bad parent. Sandra Rose continued:

Yesterday I spoke with a family friend who begged for anonymity. The source revealed juicy information about Usher and Tameka’s ongoing child custody battle. He confirmed that Usher gets the boys more often than Tameka because he simply does not believe she is a fit mother.

While random chicks are accusing Justin Bieber of being their baby daddy … his mentor Usher may be facing a few “daddy” issues of his own.

The R&B singer’s ex-wife Tameka Raymond has filed court documents in Georgia asking a judge to strip him of joint physical custody of their two children.

Tameka also claims Usher is required and has failed to:

– get her approval before hiring nannies
– give her first shot to watch the kids when he’s away for more than 8 hours
– allow her to take the kids for 2-weeks in the summer of 2011
– let her have custody of the kids during Christmas break 2010

Tameka also claims Usher closed her Saks 5th Avenue credit card — which he specifically said he wouldn’t do — and now she can no longer take advantage of the “special benefits” the card offers.

According to the docs, Usher also promised to pay $5k per month so Tameka could hire her own nanny for the kids — but he hasn’t paid in months, and now owes $34,000 worth of payments.

Tameka also claims there has been a “substantial change in [Usher's] income” since they got divorced — and because of his success, she should get even more money for child support.

A hearing on the matter is scheduled for Wednesday.

Justin Bieber has reportedly followed through with his plans to take a DNA test to disprove Mariah Yeater‘s claims that he’s the father of her newborn son.

TMZ has all the details below:

We’ve learned … Justin took the test at a lab under “very controlled circumstances.” We’re told there is a solid chain of custody, so it’s going to be hard for Mariah Yeater or her lawyer to challenge it.

As we first reported, Justin’s team will NOT settle or even discuss settlement with Yeater or her lawyer. It’s now up to her to provide DNA results from Mariah’s baby.

Justin has vowed to sue Mariah and her lawyers once he establishes he’s not the daddy.

Mariah Yeater‘s paternity suit against Justin Bieber is still on, despite reports claiming otherwise.

Earlier today, a report from TMZ claimed that Yeater’s lawyers had smartened up and withdrawn from the case, and the suit was quietly dismissed last week.

But according to Radar Online, Chicago lawyer Jeffrey Leving says that Yeater is still moving forward with the suit, and they still want Justin to waste his time and take a paternity test to see if he’s the father of Yeater’s 4-month-old son Tryston.

“I did not step down and there is a legal team,” Leving, a paternity attorney, explained over the phone with WGNtv in Chicago. “She believes Justin Bieber is the father. Right now there’s no more interviews for Mariah Yeater, I’m not going to allow that.”

He continued, “Secondly, negotiations are going on right now with Bieber’s counsel and we’re trying to negotiate a private, secure DNA test with the same safe guards that would exist if there were a court order, but without a court order. The case is completely out of control and I don’t want something terrible to happen to my client or her child.”

He added, “My goal is that when the DNA test is completed, which I believe it will be…my goal is to keep everything confidential so the results will remain confidential.”

According to sources, he allegedly attacked his baby mama and their child.

He was released from jail two days later on $5,500 bail.

Mariah Yeater has spoken out in her first interview since filing a paternity suit against pop star Justin Bieber.

The 20 year-old sat down with Kevin Frazier from “The Insider” and gave details on their alleged tryst, and how the Biebs whole demeanor changed once they got backstage.

“When we got to what turned out to be a bathroom, his whole demeanor changed. It went from cute and gushy to, just, more aggressive,” she said.

It was reported earlier today that Justin Bieber will take a paternity test next week when he returns to the U.S. from Europe to prove that he is not the father of Yeater’s 4 month old son. He will also due Yeater and her lawyers once the tests come back negative, reps for the singer stated.

But Team Yeater isn’t afraid of the wrath of Team Bieber.

Lance Rogers and Matt Pare released the following statement on behalf of their client:

“We are encouraged that Justin Bieber will voluntarily take the paternity test. That is the only way to definitively determine who the father is. The paternity suit was filed in good faith and it will continue despite the threats.”

In an extreme effort to prove that he is not the father of crazed fan Mariah Yeater‘s four-month-old son, Justin Bieber will reportedly take a paternity test as soon as he gets back to he U.S. from Europe next week.

17-year-old Bieber, who has vehemently denied the 20-year-old fan’s claim that he impregnated her, saying he never even met her, will most likely sue Yeater and her attorneys as well, to show them that they can’t mess with the Biebs and get away with it.

“It’s disappointing that people would stoop so low, but somebody needs to stand up to them,” a source close to the situation told People.

Before it was confirmed that Bieber would take the paternity test, L.A. family attorney Steve Mindel (who is not involved with the case) said in an interview, “If Bieber indeed never met this woman, a DNA test may be the only way to clear his name.”

However, if by some chance Bieber does end up being the father of the newborn, Yeater, who is seeking financial support from Bieber, will “hit the jackpot,” L.A. family law attorney Lynn Soodi (also not involved with the case) said. “She could potentially receive tens of thousands of dollars in monthly support until the child turns 18. By law, a child is entitled to live the same standard as the father.”

A rep for Justin Bieber told People in a statement:

“It’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We’ll vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to protect Justin and to hold those involved with bringing this suit accountable for their actions.”

An arrest warrant was issued last Tuesday (Nov 1) for former Dallas Cowboys player Terrell Owens after the troubled NFL star failed to show up for a child support hearing last month.

Owens had previously petitioned the court to lower his payments to his baby mama Monique Reynolds, but the judge denied his request because he didn’t show up to the court hearing.

Owens also tried to reschedule the October 24th hearing so that he could attend an NFL workout to help secure a new contract, but Monique refused to compromise.

T.O.’s spokeswoman Diana Bianchini said that he is “deeply upset that anyone would misconstrue his nonappearance in court,” and “The warrant is currently being taken care of.”

Owens is currently nursing a knee injury following surgery and has also been very open about his recent financial woes. He’s not on any NFL roster at the moment, which means that he has no income.

Despite that, T.O. is currently required to support his four children based on his 2007 income of $11 million to $12 million when he was playing for the Dallas Cowboys, something he is trying to get modified to reflect his current situation

Just as Beyonce is being questioned about her own pregnancy … more controversy surrounding the superstar and her family has emerged, thanks to her father Mathew Knowles‘ baby mama and former mistress Alexsandra Wright.

In a brand new exclusive interview with Star Magazine, Wright claims that when Mathew found out she was pregnant, he asked her to give up the child they conceived together during their illicit affair, which according to rumors, went on for 18 months, to Beyonce and her rap superstar husband Jay-Z to raise on their own.

“My first thought when he asked me if I would give up our child to Beyonce and Jay-Z was, ‘Are you out of your mind?’ Nothing in the world, no amount of money would make me give up my child, you can’t buy my child from me!” Alexsandra recalled.

“I don’t know why he suggested it,” she continued. “Maybe Mathew thought money could buy anything.”

Wright also said that after she rejected Mathew’s outrageous request, he offered her money to leave his name off the birth certificate, which she also rejected.

Despite the fact that Mathew and Alexsandra had been living together in Beverly Hills (while he was still married to Beyonce’s mother Tina Knowles), he adamantly denied that he was the father of her unborn baby, so she filed a paternity suit in October 2009 when she was 6 months pregnant.

She went on to win the suit, and a judge ordered Mathew to pay $8,200 per month in child support. Shortly afterward, Mathew’s wife Tina, after 30 years of marriage, filed for divorce, which was followed by Beyonce ending her business relationship with him months later.

Alexsandra says she believes that Beyonce knew nothing of her father’s crazy scheme to clear his image.

“I don’t believe that Beyonce or anybody else has a clue about what was flying out of Mathew’s mouth,” she insisted. “I don’t think it was anybody but Mathew.”

Alexsandra says Mathew, who she claims desperately wanted the child and “prayed for a boy,” has never even met his now 20 month old son, but her new boyfriend Harvey Wheldon (of “Celebrity Fit Club” fame) has stepped in and is raising little Nixon as his own.

Swizz Beatz recently struck an out-of-court child support settlement with the mother of his 3-year-old daughter, a Russian singer named Zhanna Andrianova who lives in the UK.

According to the NY Post:

Russian Andrianova, who performs under the name Jahna Sebastian, met Beatz in a London club in 2007, and their daughter was born in May 2008. In ’09, he traveled to London with Keys to take a paternity test that proved he was the father.

The settlement comes after a prolonged back-and-forth between NY-based lawyers for Andrianova and Beatz, who has four children by four women. Attorney for Beatz Robert Anthony Evans Jr. told us that he supports each of his children, adding, “Mr. Dean has never failed to deliver on his responsibility to his children.”

Sources tell us Beatz has been paying interim child support for his daughter with Andrianova, and the official settlement was delayed due to her being unable to travel to the US for court appearances, and her refusal to accept a settlement he offered a year ago.

Moscow-born Andrianova has been fighting visa problems in the UK, and in ’09 won a battle to prevent her from being deported to Russia. Lawyers for Andrianova say Beatz also agreed to pay her $42,000 legal fees as part of the settlement, signed by him in July and her in August, and a judge at Manhattan Family Court granted them a money judgment Thursday to pursue payment, which could have resulted in his assets being seized or bank accounts frozen. Following this, a check for full payment was sent by Beatz to her lawyer, divorce attorney Raoul Felder on Friday.

Beatz married Alicia in Corsica in July 2010, and she gave birth to their son Egypt in October of that year. He also has a son Prince Nasir, born in 2000, with Nicole Levy, and another son, Kasseem Dean Jr., born in 2006, with his former wife Mashonda Tifrere.

News flash! Jay-Z MAY … or MAY NOT … be the father of a 9-year-old boy from Trinidad.

When news broke that Beyonce was pregnant with her first child … we had a feeling people would bring up that nasty old rumor about Jay-Z already having a son with a video vixen from Trinidad.

And it looks like they have.

According to the rumor mill, the Hip-hop mogul fathered a “secret” son with a Trinidadian model named Shenelle nearly 10 years ago. And recently, a 67-year-old man named Jerald Andrews (Shanelle’s ex-boyfriend Malik‘s father), reached out to a tabloid confirming that Jay-Z is the father of his “grandson,” even going as far as to say they had DNA tests to prove it.

Andrews told Star Magazine exclusively that “at the time [he] was born, my son Malik thought he was his child, but they did DNA tests. It’s been determined that [the child is] Jay-Z’s baby.”

A source told Star that while Beyonce was initially livid about the secret son, she’s stood by her husband. The boy closely resembles the 99 Problems singer, who’s reportedly paying Shenelle child support.

Malik, whose name was originally listed on the boy’s birth certificate, came to find out about the child’s real paternity, a source told Star.

“Malik threw [Shenelle] a baby shower and bought all this stuff to prepare for the arrival,” the source said. “However, after the baby was born, friends and family told him he needed to get a DNA test. Everyone knew she was sleeping around and sleeping with Jay. There was a good chance it was his.”

Andrews filled in Star on the rest of the details. “Maybe two weeks later, he called me and said, ‘Daddy, I got some bad news. [He’s] not my son,’” Andrews told Star. “I said, ‘How do you know, Malik?’ He said, ‘He doesn’t look anything like me!’”

After undergoing a DNA test that showed Jay-Z is the father, Malik kicked Shenelle out of his house, while Jay-Z made arrangements for mother and son to go back to Trinidad, where they now live comfortably on the rapper’s dime.

“Shenelle told me that Jay-Z gave her $1 million to keep her mouth shut,” Jerald tells Star. “My understanding is that he’s paying her child support. Shenelle took the money and bought herself a really nice house in Trinidad that the whole family lives in now.”

Jerald told Star that Shenelle has told him her current relationship with the rapper “is amicable.”

“She says he’s a good father and he has a lot of interest in [the boy],” he told Star. “It was a big old mess at one time, but I think once they resolved the issue of fatherhood, of paternity, I think things started to level off.”

Now, after stirring up all of this drama, Mr. Andrews is back peddling on his story, telling the New York Daily News: “I know Shenelle, but I’ve never spoken to her or my son about this. They’re very private people. The stuff about the DNA test was on the Internet. It’s all from an old article on the Internet. I don’t know if it’s true.”

Rumors of Jay-Z having a love child first surfaced back in 2007, and his camp denied the rumors at the time in a statement to AllHipHop.com, which read, “There is no truth to these ridiculous rumors. People should be ashamed of using this kind of story and exploiting a child for publicity and ratings.”

In a new interview with Radar Online, Linda Williams, Dash’s ex-girlfriend and the mother of his 19-year-old namesake, says Jay-Z’s former business partner has not only failed to pay court-ordered child support payments of $425 per week … but he also talked him out of going to college, all so that he wouldn’t have to pay at all!

Williams told RadarOnline.com: “I just want Damon Dash to do the right thing by his son and pay his support and help me get him in college. My son got into Five Towns College in Dix Hills, NY, on a $30,000 scholarship recently to do music, but his father did not want him to go even though it would not have cost him anything.

“He keeps telling him ‘tell your mom to drop the child support case and get out of court’ when my son just wants to be a normal teenager and go to college. His father recently set him up with some DJ gigs in New York, and I’m worried that he falls in with a bad crowd and gets involved with drugs and alcohol.

“My son loves music and ideally he could do both. He does not hate his father or anything like that, but he wants more guidance from him. His father has the money he just needs to do the right thing by his son.”

Dash currently owes Uncle Sam over $20 million in back taxes to New York and New Jersey … but Williams says he can still afford to pay child support.

“At our last court appearance he admitted that he was paying between $10,000 and $12,000 per month for his home in Upstate New York, plus he has an art gallery and recording studio in Manhattan, so he’s hardly broke,” she said.

Just when you thought all was quiet and good on the Halle Berry/Gabriel Aubry child custody front … the storm has once again erupted!

According to reports, the actress has accused her ex-partner of child neglect. Us Magazine reports:

During a Tuesday appearance in family court, Oscar winner Halle Berry accused her ex, Gabriel Aubry, of violating the April custody agreement involving their 3-year-old daughter. The actress’ lawyer Laura Wasser provided a lengthy court document documenting Gabriel’s parenting skills.

Berry alleges there was once an incident overseas where the Canadian model neglected his daughter, imperiling her safety. Berry, 44, asked the judge to rule that Gabriel violated their custody agreement. Since he was not in court, the judge set a hearing for a later date.

Halle’s rep told the magazine: “Halle has serious concerns for her daughter’s well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her. Halle has always made the needs and safety of her daughter her first priority and, both while Halle and Gabriel were a couple and since their break-up, Halle has only acted in her daughter’s best interest.”

The pair split back in April 2010 and the custody battle ensued earlier this year.

We hope these two can lay this to rest soon though, for the sake of 3-year-old Nahla.

Gilbert Arenas is following the footsteps of Chris Bosh and is in the process of preventing his baby mama from appearing on “Basketball Wives.”

According to TMZ, the Orlando Magic guard claims Laura Govan — the mother of his 4 children — signed up to do “Basketball Wives” solely to become a television personality.  In the lawsuit, Arenas claims even though the soon-to-be-debuted series doesn’t mention him by name, “the very presence of defendant Govan and the title of the show is an obvious reference to [Arenas].”  And Arenas notes his name was used in the press release announcing Govan had joined the cast.

Gilbert claims Govan and the producers have no right to use his name or likeness — expressed or implied — so he’s asking a judge to slap an injunction on the show so it can’t air.  He also wants cash for his troubles.

Chris Bosh‘s ex Allison Mathis has filed a lawsuit against the Miami Heat star for preventing her from appearing on “Basketball Wives”.

Bosh’s ex — Allison Mathis — filed the lawsuit in Orlando, FL earlier this week … in which she claims she signed a deal with show producers which could have scored her more than $250,000 for at least 4 seasons … but Chris screwed it up.

According to the docs, Bosh lied to producers — and told them Allison had several court-orders in effect which prohibit her from appearing on camera. Bosh also allegedly threatened to sue producers if they put her on the show.

Mathis claims the producers folded like a cheap suit — and axed her from the show … after she had already taped two episodes.

In her suit, Mathis also includes a copy of her contract — which shows she was slated to make $2,500 per episode for the first five shows … and $5,000 for each additional episode.

For those who thought otherwise, Rohan Marley has come forward and revealed that he is “not the father” of Lauryn Hill‘s child. (And for those who didn’t know….yup she’s preggo!)

During a conversation on Twitter, Rohan spilled the beans.

“2 things,” he wrote. “I’m not married and I don’t have anyone expecting anything.”

An editor from Clutch Magazine then responded to him asking; “So we are clear. 1.) You’re not married to your ex-wife or Lauryn, and 2.) She isn’t preggo w/your child, but someone else’s?”

Marley replied, “That is correct until I say out of my mouth to the contrary.”

So we guess the question now is…..WHO IS THE BABY DADDY???

After all of the fighting, name-calling and public bashing, both Charlie Sheen and his estranged wife Brooke Mueller have FINALLY reached some form of custody agreement for their two young twins Bob and Max. Let the church say amen!

Sources connected with the case tell TMZ … Brooke’s lawyer, Lori Howe, and Charlie’s attorney, Mark Gross, went into the chambers of Judge Hank Goldberg this afternoon and presented hizzoner with the agreement. We’re told Howe and Gross told Judge Goldberg the only thing left to be done is getting Brooke and Charlie’s John Hancock.

Sources tell us … the agreement calls for joint legal and physical custody of twins Bob and Max. We’re told Brooke will get substantially more face time with the kids than Charlie.

The signed agreement will not be filed with the court, in order to keep it completely confidential. The case has been taken off the court’s calendar.

About damn time…….

The drawn out divorce between Hollywood warlock Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller has officially been finalized!

According to TMZ,  Mueller will continue to receive a whopping $55,000 a month in child support- – and as a stipulation, the child support may not fall below the amount paid to Charlie’s other ex-wife Denise Richards for the support of her children with Sheen.

In addition, Sheen will keep their family home while Mueller gets $1 million for her share.  Sheen has also paid $757,698.70 to Mueller as part of their divorce.

Still stuck on the $55,000 a month child support? That’s more than some people make all year….damn justice system!

Hollywood M.I.L.F. Halle Berry has never publicly addressed her ongoing custody battle with ex boyfriend Gabriel Aubry before, but in an interview with Extra, the 43-year-old Oscar Award winner finally opened up and talked about the court proceedings without giving exact details.

“It’s been a year full of challenges. When there’s a child involved, it’s a relief when you can resolve things in a good way,” Berry said. “Our issues were never about fighting for her. We both know a child needs both her parents.”

She continued, “But what I want to say about it is sometimes, as a couple, you reach an impasse. We need a court and a judge to help us work out some of the delicate issues, and I’m so happy we’ve arrived at that place — because for her sake, this is the best way. We both love her more than life.”

Berry has been entangled in a long custody battle with French-Canadian model Aubry, the father of their 3-year-old daughter, Nahla. The couple split back in April 2010.

Berry recently pulled out of her Broadway debut in the production of “Mountaintop” and the producers had attributed it to her “custody issues.” But PEOPLE claims that a source close to the actress has revealed that the information is incorrect. “She didn’t pull out of the play because of custody issues. She had a conflict of work,” the source said.

The source also talked about the custody battle: “Halle was never going for full custody. That wasn’t what it was about. Whatever the outcome, she wasn’t trying for that. There were just other issues that they couldn’t resolve and therefore the courts had to intervene.”

Hopefully for Nahla’s sake, these two can eventually work something out.

Despite his repeated claims of “winning,” troubled actor Charlie Sheen won absolutely nothing today.

The former ‘Two and a Half Men’ star lost his battle in court against his estranged wife Brooke Mueller for full custody of their two-year-old twin sons, Max and Bob.

According to various published reports, a judge in Los Angeles presiding over a closed door hearing allowed Mueller to maintain primary legal and physical custody despite a well-publicized relapse in her crack cocaine addiction.

Sources claim that despite appearing “unsteady on her feet” and “glassy-eyed” Mueller was all smiles as she left the Stanley Mosk Courthouse.

A source says that while Mueller undergoes drug treatment at an undisclosed rehab facility, her mother, Palm Beach, Florida socialite Moira Fiore, will provide primary care for the boys.

Soon after the ruling came down, Sheen wasted no time getting back to his work commitments. The 45-year-old Hollywood warlock hightailed it out of court and straight onto a plane to Chicago where he is scheduled to continue with his Violent Torpedo of Truth tour.

Definitely not “winning.”

Producers of the play, which stars Samuel L. Jackson as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., have said that Berry will “not be appearing in the role due to child-custody issues.” But the show must go on.

In the play, Halle would have portrayed a maid at the Lorraine Hotel in Memphis, where the King and his colleagues were preparing for a demonstration before King was shot on the balcony outside his room.

Halle is currently involved in a bitter custody battle with her ex-partner, French-Canadian model Gabriel Aubry, Nahla’s father.

And the back and forth drama between Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife Brooke Mueller rages on.

Sheen and his pack of legal hyenas just declared legal war on Mueller and will not only ask a judge for full custody of their twins, he wants to cut off the child support he’s paying her.

Sheen’s lawyer, Mark Gross, just gave Brooke’s  attorneys notice that he’s going to court tomorrow in an attempt to change the custody arrangement. Gross will ask the judge to strip Brooke of both legal and physical custody, on grounds she has relapsed and went back into rehab.

Unfortunately for Brooke, if the judge does award Charlie full custody, Gross wants the judge to terminate Charlie’s obligation to pay Brooke $55,000 a month in child support, since she would no longer be incurring those expenses.

Not to be outdone, Brooke’s lawyers are planning their own offensive, asking the judge for full custody. And, Brooke’s lawyers want Charlie to be psychologically evaluated.

Talk about baby mama drama.

Hollywood Goddess Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry left the L.A. County Courthouse earlier today after trying to finalize a custody settlement with the judge. Judge Mark Juhas said to Gabriel and his lawyers, “We’re making huge progress.  We need to stick with it.”

Halle and her high priced team of legal sharks, Neal Hersh and Judy Bogen, went into chambers to talk with the judge. Before that, Gabriel and his linebacker corps of lawyers, Gary Fishbein and Kristina Royce, also paid a visit to “His Honor’s” chambers.

Reports suggest that is all part of a settlement conference over Nahla‘s custody and visitation.  The major stumbling block has been Halle’s acting schedule, which takes her out of town from time to time.

From what happened this AM, it looks like Halle and Gabriel are on the verge of an agreement/truce. And we can’t blame him because that woman is FINE! How can a man not agree to anything this beauty offers?

Things aren’t looking too good for Jermaine Jackson.

The “Don’t Take It Personal” singer has been ordered to hand over $80,000 in missed child support payments, although he says he’s too poor to pay up.

This past Friday, Jermaine, 56, appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom battling his ex-wife Alejandra Jackson over his $3,000 a month support payments for their two children, Jaafar and Jermajesty Jackson.

“I’m not rich like Michael was,” Jermaine exclusively told RadarOnline.com outside the courtroom.

In the terms of the settlement, Jermaine is going to have to pay Alejandra Jackson $5,000 by cashiers check by April 4; $15,000 by April 8; $20,000 by April 13 and $40,000 by May 13.

His driver’s license was revoked because of the outstanding child support, but it will be reinstated when he pays the $5,000 on April 4.

Jermaine actually owed Alejandra $103,000 but the $80,000 will be all he is required to pay.

“The problem is she’s been living in the Havenhurst house for 18 years. She has never once paid a bill. The $3,000 payment; they judged that off of one show I was on, Big Brother,” where he earned almost $400,000. In 2008 I made no money. The judge didn’t give me a chance. Justice is not justice. It is so unfair.”

Damn Jermaine! Somebody pass around a collection plate for this dude. For real.

Miami Heat suprestar Dwayne Wade, can finally breath a sigh of relief now that he has both his sons, Zaire (8 years old) and Zion (3 years old) home with him in Miami for good.

This past Friday (Mar 11), Judge Renee Goldfarb of Cook County Circuit (Illinois), awarded Dwayne sole custody of his boys with ex-wife Siohvaughn Wade after enduring a very long (and very public) custody battle with Siohvaughn, who Dwayne claims has been “trying to turn his sons against him.” Wade’s divorce from Siohvaughn was granted last June, after a lengthy separation.

Siohvaughn will have what the court described as “regular parenting time” on alternating weekends in Miami, as well as several other times during the year, including Mother’s Day. Dwyane Wade has also repeatedly stated that he wants his sons to have healthy relationships with their mother.

Still, the 102-page ruling had some sharp words for Wade’s ex-wife.

“This court finds that (Siohvaughn Wade) has embarked on an unstoppable and relentless pattern of conduct for over two years to alienate the children from their father, and lacks either the ability or the willingness to facilitate, let alone encourage, a close and continuing relationship between them,” read a portion of the ruling entered by Judge Renee G. Goldfarb.

Wade’s attorney, James Pritikin, said the custody trial “was one of the longest ever in Cook County history.” Wade filed the motion asking for sole custody nearly a year ago, though the legal tussle has gone on considerably longer.

Speaking on the recent court victory, The Miami player commented:

“I am very thankful that the court has given me custody of my boys and they are already at home with me in Miami and settling in. Going through a custody trial was difficult and I wish it hadn’t been necessary, but, I felt it was the only way that I could continue to play an active part of my kids’ lives and provide them with a happy and stable home. My hope is that their mother will also choose to play a healthy role in their lives and we can all move on from this in a positive way.”

Now that the boys are finally back home with their father, he can now turn his entire focus to helping his beaten and battered Miami Heat as they try to close out their NBA season.

Congrats D-Wade!

As expected, on Friday (Mar 11) Mel Gibson entered a plea of no contest to a charge of simple battery,. And with a little community service and some much needed counseling, it’ll be like his domestic abuse case against Oksana Grigorieva never happened.

Under the terms of Mel’s plea agreement, Gibson will not have to serve any jail time. However, he must perform 16 hours of community service with a philanthropic organization, Mending Kids, and undergo 52 weeks of court ordered counseling.

In addition to all of that, Mel is required to have only “peaceful contact” with his baby mother Oksana Grigorieva.

Mel was also placed on 36 months informal probation in addition to being hit with a protective order that gives Oksana the right to record their phone calls.

Compared to the up-to-the -minute tribulations of Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen, Mel’s courtroom struggles have become increasingly less enticing. Good riddance!

But it looks like things have cooled down for now as the estranged pair have come to a “private” agreement.

A joint statement released by their lawyers said:

“Brooke and Charlie have reached an agreement that resolves their differences. For the benefit of the children, the terms of their agreement will not be disclosed. They ask the public for privacy on this matter.”

So why the sudden ‘amicable’ settlement? People.com is reporting:

The agreement comes after Mueller won a restraining order against Sheen last week that temporarily stripped Sheen of all custody rights for their twin boys, Bob and Max, 2, after she alleged he made death threats against her. In her filing, Mueller also raised concerns that Sheen had become mentally unstable and that she was in fear for her and her boys’ lives. Well at least there’s one Hollywood train-wreck who knows when to take a plea.

According to TMZ, the racial slurring actor known as Mel Gibson recently struck a pretty sweet plea deal with prosecutors in his looming criminal case involving his baby mother Oksana Grigorieva, which will save the disgraced actor from serving any jail time.

Back in July of 2010, Grigorieva obtained a restraining order against Gibson citing domestic abuse.

Mel is set to appear in court tomorrow (Fri. Mar 11), and will plead no contest to simple battery, which is  a lesser charge than corporal injury on a spouse. Reportedly the deal involves counseling, but no jail time.

Lindsay Lohan allegedly steals a necklace, and faces half a year behind bars. But Mel Gibson goes upside his baby mama’s head … and only receives “counseling?” Just gotta love how “fair” the American legal system is! SMH…

Looks like the once-cordial breakup between Ashlee Simpson and her soon to be ex-husband Pete Wentz is  about to take a turn for the worst, and their infant son Bronx is smack dab in the middle of it!

On Tuesday (Mar 8), Wentz filed papers with a Los Angeles court seeking joint primary and legal custody of his 2-year old son with his estranged wife Ashlee Simpson.

According to the docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Wentz also wants each party to pay for their own legal fees even though his soon to be ex-wife has already asked the court to make Pete foot the bill for both sides.

Not only does she want him to fork over the baby, but she wants him to fork over the money as well? SMH….only in America.

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry are waving their white flags at each other in the wake of their bitter (and very public) custody battle over their 2-year-old daughter Nahla. Well, at least for now.

While the couple hasn’t exactly “kissed and made up,” a source tells Radar Online that they aren’t at each other’s throats anymore either, and that’s a development that’s good for everyone involved in the situation.

Halle is not going to seek sole custody of Nahla, the source says, adding that legal threats have been flying behind the scenes.

Several negative items about Aubry have appeared in the media recently, and Halle released a statement through her rep, saying she was “concerned” for her child’s well being while she was in Gabriel’s care. Other accusations, attributed to friends of Halle’s and a former business partner of Aubrey’s, were that Gabriel had used the ‘N word’. One report said he was verbally abusive to the 44-year-old Oscar winning actress during their five year relationship.

“I think Halle started realizing that things were getting out of control,” the source tells RadarOnline.com. “It was just getting too nasty and too public.”

Sources say that neither Halle nor Gabriel want to fight this battle in public. They stopped talking to each other as the war hit its most intense peak but now they have resumed speaking again.

“Gabriel has not responded to the allegations that have been made against him,” one source told RadarOnline.com. “His thing has always been that he will save the truth and fight, if needs be, in the privacy of family court, where no cameras or press are allowed. Gabriel and Halle even resumed talking again last week, and it seems that Halle is going to be making it easier for Gabriel to spend time with Nahla, which has been a sticking point between the two up till now. Hopefully this is the start of the two of them being able to form some kind of workable co-parenting relationship for the sake of their daughter.”

At this point, Halle is still determined to do whatever it takes to make sure her daughter is fine, but she also wants her disagreement with Gabriel to be contained within a closed courtroom when that time comes.

Steve Harvey is innocent! At the that’s what his official divorce documents say.

Yesterday, the Honorable Judge Dry of the District Court in Collin County, Texas approved the release of the legal and binding documents proving that the allegations made against Steve by his ex wife Mary Harvey were completely and utterly false!

Take a look at what the documents reveal (via Steve’s publicist) below:

(1) Mary Harvey was not left broke or destitute by Mr. Harvey after their divorce in 2005. She was paid $40,000/month until March 2009 and then paid a lump sum of $1.5 million.

(2) Mary Harvey was not left homeless after her divorce from Mr. Harvey in 2005. She was awarded three (3) homes in their property settlement.

(3) Mr. Harvey is the primary custodian of their 13 year old son, whom Mary Harvey willingly put on an airplane to his father. Mary Harvey sent him to his father without Mr. Harvey’s knowledge.

(4) The 2005 divorce of Steve and Mary Harvey was granted on the grounds of irreconcilable differences and his current wife was not named in the original divorce proceeding nor was she the cause of the marital break-up.
