And here it is people. The baby mama drama that always goes along with a very nasty and a very public divorce settlement! TMZ is reporting that Usher and his soon-to-be ex wife Tameka Foster-Raymond recently got into an argument regarding the custody of their two young sons, Usher V and Naviyd and Usher reportedly called the cops after she vandalized his truck the next day.

According to the reports, Usher told the Johns Creek Police Department that on Sept. 10, he had a “verbal argument” with Tameka over the phone regarding weekend custody of their children. Usher told cops that after the argument, he dropped his kids off at his mother’s house — but when he drove back to his home, Tameka showed up “demanding to take the kids.” Usher claims Tameka eventually left and he drove back to his mother’s house — but when Usher got there, Tameka showed up and began “knocking on the door” and making several phone calls to the residence. Usher claims he and his mom ignored Tameka — and eventually called police. When cops arrived, Tameka was nowhere to be found.

The next day, Usher called police again after he noticed several scratches on his truck — Usher told cops he believed Tameka vandalized the car in retaliation for their fight just hours before. In the police report, the responding officers who checked out the scratched car claim they found no evidence to support Usher’s accusation. The cops even reviewed the entrance log to Usher’s private neighborhood … but there was no record of Tameka ever getting into the area where the alleged crime would have taken place.

Usher recently opened up about his divorce to Tameka Foster in his new single “Papers” but it seem that he might be the one that’s holding up the divorce. Though they have been separated for a while now, divorce papers have yet to be signed by Usher while Tameka waits, ready to move on.

There may be another child joining the Knowles clan, but not by the woman we know as Tina Knowles! Beyonce and Solange’s father, Mathew Knowles has had a paternity suit filed against him by TV actress Alexandra Wright. Wright is in her late 30s, lives in LA, and has appeared as a guest in shows like “Scrubs” and “JAG.” She has been pregnant for six months and has hired attorney Neal Hersh to handle the case.

Mathew Knowles has been married to Tina Knowles since 1980 (and are now separated), but we’re not so surprised. There have always been scandals involving Mathew but they’ve always been resolved outside of the court so we can’t wait to see his this one pans out.

Looks like the issues surrounding this “love triangle” between Swizz Beatz, his soon-to-be ex wife (and mother of his child) Mashonda and his new woman, Alicia Keys, have reared their ugly head again! Though Beatz and Keys (that sounds funny together, haha!) have yet to publicly announce that they’re knocking boots, anybody who follows either of the two know what’s going down behind closed doors. They’re always at events together, send mushy messages to each other on Twitter and have even been spotted by the paparazzi enjoying an intimate evening.

Well now Mashonda’s fed up with the whole situation and has decided to put A. Keys on front street for allegedly assisting in the failure of her 5-year marriage. Here’s a message she sent to Alicia the other day on Twitter.

After having a great evening with my son and enjoying some fun twit chat, I decided to sign off and get some work done. However, a few hours later I was advised that I should check @aliciakeys twit page. I’ve never reached out to her on twitter before. I feel our issues are a lot more serious than a website conversation. Not to mention that I’ve reached out to her many times in the beginning of this whole thing, as any wife would do. Unfortunately, I never succeeded in getting a response. The 1st time I meet AK, my husband introduced us to each other at an event. ( I have no choice but to call him my husband, until he is not anymore) In the messages that I sent to her (AK), I made it very clear that on the contrary of what she might be hearing, I am still married to my husband, living with him and just had a child. Its been two years and I still have not received a response. What I do receive, is constant displays of selfishness and disconcern to me and my son.

I was a fan of AK’s last album, we were both signed to J Records and I always checked up on her projects. I sang her songs and admired her for creating Superwoman and Karma, I would never deny her, her talent. I believed in her until I found out she was possibly sleeping with my husband. The affair was denied by both, until it was finally admitted months later.

According to a new report from TMZ, the $44,000 per month Kelis is already getting from her estranged husband Nas isn’t enough. She wants more! And not just more. A helluva lot more!

According to docs filed by Kelis’ lawyer, disso queen Laura Wasser, the financial wizards have reviewed the earning of both parties to the divorce, and they’ve come to these conclusions.

– Nas pulls in $244,826 a month
– Kelis rakes in a relatively paltry $13,744 a month
– Kelis should get child support totaling $17,225 a month
– Kelis should get spousal support totaling $72,728
– Nas should pay retro child support totaling $29,522
– Nas should pay retro spousal support totaling $281,571

Kelis skipped out on court yesterday due to an emergency: she went into labor! The 29-year-old singer gave birth to a baby boy named Knight Tuesday (Jul 21), as announced by her estranged husband Nas, who we hear wasn’t even allowed in the delivery room!

Nas’ lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan stated that Nas rushed to the hospital to witness Kelis deliver his first son. A source close to Nas told AllHipHop.com that the Queen’s rapper missed the actual child birth.

“Nas is in New York City today, anxiously awaiting the arrival of his son. It was his intention to be there for the birth, but unfortunately he has not been allowed to be present,” a source close to the rapper told AllHipHop.com. “While this is clearly heartbreaking to him, Nas continues to offer his support and love to his new baby boy and his mother.”

CORRECTION (JULY 23RD): Kelis went into labor Monday (Jul 20) morning at about 2 A.M., but didn’t have the baby until Wednesday (Jul 22) after over 48 hours of labor. According to a statement released by her spokesperson, Kelis went through with a natural birth.

“Kelis gave birth to Knight Jones last night on July 22nd around 9p.m.,” a statement from Kelis’ spokesperson read. “Weighing a healthy 7.8 lbs, the beautiful baby boy and his mother are doing wonderful.”

So it looks like Lil Wayne has been running around town raw and getting industry chicks pregnant … and apparently he’s caught himself in what some would call a “love triangle.” According to several (confirmed) recent reports, actress Lauren London AND singer Nivea, who recently went through a divorce from singer/songwriter The Dream, whom she already has 3 kids with, are expecting babies from Weezy! Talk about drama!

But anyway, both ladies are having boys and we hear both of them are about 5/6 months along. And you’ve probably already guessed it but Ms. London is in no way happy about this news. Peep what our boy FreddyO said.

I was told Lauren London was at a loss for words today after finding out that her baby daddy was expecting another child. Lauren who is almost 6 months pregnant didn’t know anything about Nivea’s pregnancy, and found out via Mediatakeout.com (go figure) and was outraged.

According to recent reports, Damon Dash’s wife, Rachel Roy (a well-known fashion designer) has filed for divorce from the Roc-A-Fella empire’s co-founder. An electronic record of the case obtained by the New York Daily News states the reason as “non-monetary relief” The papers were filed in Manhattan Supreme Court earlier this month.

Dash and Roy, who put her own name on a women’s fashion line, got hitched in Mexico in January 2005. They met when Roy was working at Rocawear and have two daughters. The breakup is the latest legal mess for the has-been hip-hop titan, whose empire – which he once pegged at “about $50 million” in a New York magazine profile – has crumbled under massive debt, bad business deals and one suit after another. Dash, who in 2005 sold his stake in Rocawear to Jay-Z for $20 million, owes $2 million in state taxes, and a bank has started foreclosure proceedings on his two Tribeca condos.

How about Dwyane Wade’s wife Siohvaughn dropped those nasty STD claims she made against him in their divorce settlement in court last week.

Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade is jumping – for joy. In a Chicago divorce court Thursday, Wade’s estranged wife, Siohvaughn, dropped her accusation that he gave her a sexually transmitted disease.
Her lawyer, Dorene Marcus, wouldn’t comment on whether Siohvaughn had been misdiagnosed in 2007 when she first made her claim or on whether it was true that she smashed his trophies and other treasures when she found out, as a source tells us.

Wade’s lawyer, James Pritikin, said: “We are pleased that these false claims have been dropped. In the interest of Mr. Wade’s children, we hope these matters can be resolved in a timely matter.”

It’s also being reported that he has agreed to see his daughter for the first time since she was born. A friend of Mel B said that the former Spice Girl was happy about the court’s decision in the case.

“Mel is delighted that the case is over as she just wanted what was right for the girl. It was never about the money – it was Mel’s way of asking Eddie to show consideration for Angel.”

Rapper Lil’ Wayne and some Vietnamese chick named Sarah from Cincinatti, Ohio welcomed a little boy into this world earlier today. They decided to continue with the whole “Carter sequel” sh*t Weezy’s been using for the past 3 albums and name him “Dwayne Carter III.” But none of this should come as a surprise to those of you who caught my earlier post about Lil’ Wayne’s “little” announcement at Saturday night’s BET Hip-Hop Awards.

But wait? Didn’t we give Nivea the coveted title as “baby mama?” Well according to Miss Info Nivea is definitely not the mama. So if Nivea’s pregnant, then Weezy must have another kid on the way… But anyway, hit Miss Info’s link to read up on the Sarah chick.

Rumors have began to spread regarding rapper Yung Joc’s child support payments. Joc cleared up the allegations live on the radio via Atlanta’s popular V-103 station this past Monday (Aug. 18th) stating that he was, in fact, up-to-date with child support payments to his baby mama, Fatimah Jester. But a problem recently arose which caused a temporary delay with the payments, so basically homegirl made a big deal about the situation not considering the fact that what was going on wasn’t Joc’s fault.

“I never missed a payment,” Joc said during the radio interview. “I don’t pay it directly to her; I pay it through [the Georgia Department of Resources Office of Child Support Services]. My banker wires the funds to DHR; they wire the funds right to her account. However long that takes, she needs to discuss that with them, and not put me out there bad like that.”

Fashion designer Kimora Lee Simmons wants her ex-husband, Phat Farm CEO Russell Simmons, to pay up! To the tune of $40,000 per month, that is. In documents filed Tuesday, which were obtained by TMZ in L.A. Superior Court, KLS is demanding a whopping $20k per month in child support, per child, up until the year 2019 (for Ming Lee) and 2022 (for Aoki Lee). That’s $6 million total over the next 14 years, for all of you math wizzes out there.

I’ve always thought Kimora was money hungry, but damn … this takes the cake! She’s already rich as hell off her Baby Phat empire, and now she’s trying to cash in on being a baby mama. I’m all for child support, but when the mother is already making a more than comfortable living, the father shouldn’t be obligated to pay THAT much. $40,000 a month? That’s nuts!

Actor/comedian Eddie Murphy has made it clear to the public that Melanie Brown (aka Mel B or “Scary Spice”) deliberately tricked him into getting her pregnant. According to The Daily Mail, the former Spice Girls singer stressed to the actor that she was on birth contol, and Eddie claims that the former couple only had sex 3 times. And although he accepts the fact that Angel Iris Murphy-Brown is indeed his daughter, a source close to Eddie says that he will not see her until she’s 18 years old. Why? The Augusta (Georgia) Chronicle also reported Thursday on its Web site that it had obtained court documents showing a judge had granted a divorce in 1969. A message left for Velma Brown’s attorney, David Bell, wasn’t immediately returned. Bell has said his client married the “Godfather of Soul” on June 27, 1953, had three children and lived with him for 17 years. “There was never a formal separation or a divorce,” Bell said. “They kind of went their separate ways, but he always kept in touch with her.” He said the two last saw each other in December at Brown’s home in South Carolina, just weeks before he died in a Georgia hospital. Bell said his client was coming forward now because “it’s something that she had just never thought about.”

For the few (very few) that wonder if Usher and Tameka do the nasty, then today’s story might make your day! Before today, the fact of them having sex has been nothing more than pure speculation … but Usher announced earlier today that he and his home boy fiancee Tameka Foster are expecting their first child together!

“We are extremely excited at this point in our lives planning our wedding and the joy that comes with expecting our first child together,” the couple said in a statement released to The Associated Press. “We hope people will be happy for us and respect our privacy during this happy period in our lives.”

The baby is due in the fall, according to a representative for Usher. This would be the first child for him, and the fourth for the recently divorced Foster. This is shaping up to be a busy year for Usher. Besides his marriage and a baby, he is expected to release the follow-up to his eight-million selling, Grammy-winning album “Confessions,” released in 2005. He also has a fragrance due out in September. Uhh, congratulations … I guess? Tameka has some strong ass features. I’ve never seen the other chillun, but I hope they take more from the Raymond side of the family. I’m just sayin! I didn’t know men could give birth anyhow…

The DNA test results are in and Eddie Murphy has been proved as the father of Melanie Brown’s 2 month old baby, Angel Iris Murphy-Brown. The results of the DNA test, which Murphy took on June 11, were received by Brown on Thursday afternoon, says rep Liza Anderson. Brown, 32, gave birth to the baby, Angel Iris Murphy Brown, on April 3, and has long contended that Murphy is the child’s father.

“He’s the baby’s father, it’s official,” says a source close to Brown. “The baby is undoubtedly, 110 percent his.” Of Brown, the source said, “There was no doubt in people’s minds anyways, least of all hers. It wasn’t a surprise to her. She knew all along.”

Obviously, Norbit’s rep wasn’t available for comment…

The two dated last summer, but in December Murphy told a Dutch TV show of Brown’s pregnancy: “I don’t know whose child that is until it comes out and has a blood test … You shouldn’t jump to conclusions, sir.” Haha, yeah right! We all knew you was the daddy all along Eddie, I’m sure even you knew. Looks like somebody’s gonna be payin up some child support for the next 18 years! Make this a lesson to all of you youngins out there, WRAP – IT – UP! You wouldn’t want to end up like Eddie would you? HAPPY BELATED FATHER’S DAY!!

Why? “I just got a tummy tuck a few months ago; I’m not trying to ruin my new body” – Shar. Yeah, that’s a pretty good reason … I guess? *shrugs shoulders*

As fertile as this mofo is, he has to have more!

Eddie Murphy was seen entering a Beverly Hills doctor’s office Monday where he reportedly underwent a court-ordered paternity test to determine whether he is the father of his ex-girlfriend Melanie Brown’s baby, as she has claimed. Murphy assured photographers waiting outside the clinic that he would “absolutely…do the right thing” by Brown and the infant if the test comes back positive. Earlier in the day, Brown dropped by the same office with her two-month-old daughter, Angel Iris Murphy Brown, presumably to have the child undergo a DNA test of her own. There is no word on when the results will be revealed. So for now … we must wait! I’m going to resurrect the dead and bring up an old poll that was started a few months ago. After all this, he better be the baby daddy! ‘Cause if he’s not? Let’s just say all jokes will be on Scary Spice and her bastard baby.

This girl don’t play no games! First she had the baby on ol’ dude’s birthday, and now she’s given her his last name!! There’s no doubt in my mind that Eddie is the father of this child, and he’s being really dumb about the situation by paying for a paternity test when he damn well knows what the results are gonna be. If it was Johnny Gill instead of Mel B, you think he would be putting up this much of a fight?? No siree, Bob!

Two days later, Brown put out a statement saying she was “upset and distressed at some of the comments made by Eddie.” The British born singer added: “I was astonished at what Eddie said – there is absolutely no question that Eddie is the father.” A rep for Murphy had no comment when reached by PEOPLE on Wednesday. Despite British reports that Brown has picked a name for her daughter, she has not yet chosen one, says the source, who called the stories “total rubbish.”

Thank God! Because that original name – Fortuna Daphne Bay – was NOT the business! But uhm, it’s been over a week .. when the hell is she gonna pick out a name? I hope she isn’t waiting on Eddie’s tired ass… I’m ready for that damn paternity test! What about you??

“The baby is completely healthy with a good head of hair,” a rep for Brown said in a statement. Mother and baby are now resting. No name has been decided on as yet and she is purely known as Baby Brown.”

The paternity of the new baby, however, is in question. Brown has said her ex-boyfriend, Eddie Murphy – who shares a birthday with the infant and turned 46 on Tuesday – is the father, but he has questioned that claim.

“I don’t know whose child that is until it comes out and has a blood test,” Murphy said on a Dutch TV show in December when asked about impending fatherhood. “You shouldn’t jump to conclusions, sir.”
