Machine Gun Kelly wasn’t the only rapper with the word “Gun” in his name who got arrested over the weekend.

Young Money rapper Cory Gunz was taken into custody for gun possession in the Bronx, NY on Saturday afternoon (Jan 28). His father Peter Gunz confirmed to MTV News:

“The details are still sketchy, but I can confirm that he was arrested with a firearm yesterday in the Bronx. They caught him around 2 p.m. in the afternoon with a loaded gun in his knapsack. It was definitely an illegal search.”

After briefly speaking to Cory himself … Peter says the officer who arrested his son felt bad about the situation.

“I spoke to the arresting officer, and so far, what I’m hearing from him is that they got a phone call at the station saying they should look out. According to [the officer], they didn’t know he was Cory Gunz. They just saw a bunch of kids following him around.

“What I will say is that the officer that arrested Cory actually happened to be a cool dude. After arresting Cory, sitting down with him and talking, he felt bad about the situation.”

According to XXL … this just so happens to be Cory’s first offense, but in New York if an individual is found guilty of illegally carrying a loaded firearm, there is a mandatory minimum sentence of 3 and 1/2 years.

“At the end of the day, there’s a reason for everything, but at the same time, in New York, it’s mandatory jail time. To go to a precinct and see your son, your junior, in handcuffs, it’s heartbreaking. Anytime you see your child in jail, in the cell, in handcuffs, it’s very hard.

“He’s walked down some of the same paths that I walked down, but you never want to see your kids go through what you went through. This is Cory’s first offense, but sometimes they like to make an example out of rappers and people with any kind of celebrity to them.”

Hopefully Cory can get all this worked out … and learn from his boss Weezy to put the guns down!!!

The 21-year-old “Bad Boy” rapper, who was born Richard Colson Baker, was arrested in Florida over the weekend for misdemeanor disorderly conduct following a concert.

A few hours later he was released on $100 bond and tweeted the following:

Porn star Tori Black and her baby daddy were arrested last week for domestic violence in Las Vegas.

The couple (who were drunk at the time) got into a huge fight over baby formula. (Really, guys???)

The drama started after Tori returned to their hotel room to find her fiance Lyndell Anderson didn’t have “enough breast milk” to feed their 5-month old son.

According to TMZ:

The two-time AVN Performer of the Year then claims Lyndell called her an “unfit mother” … and that’s when things got physical. In the report, police say Tori admitting punching Lyndell in the back of the head, but also claimed he shoved her into a wall.

According to the report, police reviewed the hotel security tape of the hallway outside the couple’s room and saw Lyndell push Tori “with such violent force that she flies across the hall.” Police say she had bruises on her arms.

Lyndell and Tori were both arrested and booked for domestic battery.

Sources tell us Tori’s friends first suspected trouble when she missed a hosting gig at RPM Nightclub Friday night. Tori — along with her fiance and BABY — were primarily in Vegas for the AVNs where she was a nominee … but did not win.

Next time we advise that Tori just get the formula herself……it’s not worth going to jail over.

Young Money rapper Tyga was arrested in Las Vegas over the weekend after police found out the 22-year-old had outstanding warrants for previous traffic violations.

According to TMZ, Tyga (born: Michael Stevenson) was recently pulled over for a routine traffic violation.

During the stop, police discovered the “Rack City” rapper had an outstanding arrest warrant for 4 other unrelated traffic incidents, including driving without a license, registration violations and unlawful acts of financial responsibility.

Tyga, who is currently on the road promoting his upcoming sophomore album “Careless World: Rise of the Last King,” was reportedly taken into custody at Clark County Detention Center, and was released the very next day on his own recognizance.

Snoop Dogg’s chronic smoking habits finally caught up with him over the weekend.

The Doggfather was arrested in Texas for marijuana possession after a canine dog discovered less than an ounce of weed on his tour bus.

According to TMZ, Snoop’s bus was stopped at a border patrol checkpoint in Sierra Blanca…the same town where Willie Nelson was caught with weed in 2010.

Border patrol ran a standard inspection of the bus with the dog … when the animal alerted the agents to a possible hit in a waste basket in the back of the vehicle.

The agents claim they found a red prescription bottle with several joints inside. We’re told the bottle contained under a half-ounce of weed.

Cops say Snoop admitted the dope belonged to him. Snoop has a prescription for cannabis in California, but law enforcement tells us, there is a zero tolerance policy for weed in Texas … regardless of his status in other states.

Snoop was issued a citation for misdemeanor drug possession and released. If convicted on the drug charge, Snoop could face up to 180 days in jail.

First it was Willie Nelson, and now Snoop has been arrested for weed.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. was supposed to turn himself in Friday (Jan 6) to begin his 90-day jail sentence on charges stemming from an assault on his ex girlfriend/baby mama. However a judge has agreed to postpone to the pro boxer’s jail sentence so that he can train for a May 5th fight against a currently unnamed opponent.

The Associated Press reported yesterday that several of Floyd’s famous friends — including “#MoneyTeam” members Ray J and Lil Kim — were at the court house to support the boxer.

Sources close to Lil Kim told TMZ that she and Floyd “have become really close friends,” and Kim has put her career on hold, canceling recent New Year’s Eve appearances and pushing her holiday album’s release back, just so that she could be there for Mayweather while he awaits his sentence.

“Money Mayweather” now has until June 1st to turn himself in, thanks to Justice of the Peace Melissa Saragosa ruling, which came after Mayweather’s defense lawyer cited the economic boost that Las Vegas could get from the Cinco de Mayo fight, AP reported.

The lawyer estimated that Mayweather’s last seven fights in Las Vegas brought in at least $1 billion in gross revenue to the community. He predicts that the May 5th fight will bring in over $100 million.

It was rumored that Floyd Mayweather would finally use May 5th as a chance to fight his archenemy Manny Pacquiao, the wildly popular 33-year-old boxer who is considered to best in the world, next to Mayweather of course.

However Pacquio’s promoter Bob Arum has reportedly shot those rumors down, saying that there have been no recent discussions to stage a fight between Mayweather and Pacquio.

Meanwhile, Mayweather’s manager Leonard Ellerbe told news reporters that his opponent’s would be announced as early as next week.

“We’ll make an announcement about who we’re going to fight next week. We just came out of the … court hearing. Give us a chance to catch our breath,” Ellerbe said.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. will spend up to 90 days in jail after he pled guilty to reduced battery domestic violence and harassment charges stemming from an assault on his ex girlfriend (who is also the mother of his children) back in September 2010.

According to reports, Mayweather was accused of punching and threatening his ex-girlfriend, and threatening their two children, during a heated argument. He could have faced up to 34 years in prison, however Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Melissa Saragosa gave Mayweather a much lighter sentence as a part of a plea deal.

“He just continually gets himself into trouble and he is able to get himself out of it as well,” Judge Saragosa said. “Essentially it is because he is who he is and is able to get away with everything. The only thing that’s going to get this man’s attention is incarceration.”

In addition to 90 days in jail, Mayweather was also sentenced to 100 hours of community service, and he was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine, and he must enroll in a 12-month domestic violence program.

If the professional boxer fails to obey the terms of the agreement, he will be forced to serve yet another 3 months behind bars. He must turn himself into Las Vegas’ Clark County Detention Center on January 6th 2012.

According to a brand new report from abs-cbnnews.com, Mayweather could be a free man after just 60 days (instead of 90) if he behaves himself in prison.

“Good behavior and work time could knock up to 30 days off Mayweather’s sentence,” detention officer Bill Cassell said.

Former American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert was reportedly arrested and thrown in the slammer in Finland early Thursday morning (Wednesday night) after he got into a fight with his Finnish boyfriend Sauli Koskinen, who is a local reality star.

Petri Juvonen, who is over the investigation, told The Hollywood Reporter that Lambert and his boyfriend were arrested at around 4am this morning after they got into a heated argument outside a famous gay club called “Don’t Tell Mama” in Helsinki, Finland. Both men were held for questioning, and were released after a few hours.

Media reports from Finland say the fight between the two lovers started in one of the club’s back rooms, before it eventually spilled into the club’s main area.

After bouncers kicked the men out of the club, they continued to fight outside in the street, where witnesses say Lambert got physical with the people who tried to break up the fight.

Finnish beauty queen Sofia Ruusil, who had been partying with Lambert and his boyfriend, was reportedly at the bar and tried to get in between the quarreling couple when the fight escalated. She claims that Lambert accidentally hit her in the process.

Lambert had arrived to Finland on Monday (Dec 19) to celebrate Christmas with Koskinen, who Lambert has been dating since 2010.

Former “unofficial” Atlanta Housewife Dwight Eubanks was arrested last Wednesday (Dec 14) in Atlanta after the reality star was caught out driving with a suspended license.

The flamboyant Dwight, best known the for his stint as an “unofficial housewife” on the popular reality show, The Real Housewives of Atlanta was pulled over in a Chevy Tahoe on Freedom Parkway in Atlanta on a routine traffic stop.

Eubanks didn’t have a driver’s license on him and after the officer ran a check, he found that Dwight was driving on a suspended license. He was then taken into custody and is awaiting a court date.

It’s been revealed that Dwight’s license had been suspended after he failed to appear in court on an unrelated matter.

Actor Jermaine “Huggy” Hopkins — who famously starred as troubled youth Thomas Sams in the 1989 movie “Lean On Me” — was reportedly arrested and charged on felony marijuana charges after Arizona cops say he purchased 200 pounds of pot from an undercover cop.

TMZ reported:

According to police, the 38-year-old actor lives in North Carolina … but traveled to AZ to make the drug deal on Tuesday.

Cops in Maricopa County say they set up the sting operation … and after Hopkins took possession of the dope, they pulled over his SUV and arrested him. Cops say they found $100k in cash in the ride.

Officials later searched Hopkins’ Arizona apartment and claim they found an additional 100 pounds of weed. Police say Hopkins told them he got involved in the drug deal to provide a nice Christmas for his family.

Hopkins is currently being held on $35,000 bond. If he’s convicted on the marijuana charges, he could face up to 5 years in prison.

Gucci Mane is finally out of prison!

Shortly after being released on Sunday (Dec. 11), the Brick Squad rapper spoke with XXL and promised this will be the last time he goes to jail.

“This is the last time I think I’ll ever be in jail. I really feel that way,” he told the Hip-Hop publication.

While behind bars, Gucci says he had a lot of time to rethink the way he does things. “It was a time for me to sit back and just refocus the whole way I do things, man. The times away from my fans just made me want to grind, get in the studio, go to my shows and appreciate my job and what I do now,” he said.

Former Cash Money artist BG is in a load of trouble!!

The rapper pleaded guilty yesterday to gun and witness tampering charges and could face up to 40 years in prison.

During a random traffic stop in November of 2009, three guns owned by BG were found in a stolen car. The weapons discovered were three loaded shotguns with two extended magazine clips.

Along with B.G., 27-year-old Jerod Fedison and 17-year-old Demounde Pollard were also charged in the case. All Hip-Hop reports:

Police claim that BG and Fedison, who are both convicted felons, pressured Pollard into taking the gun charges, due to his clean criminal record.

In May, BG was arrested for his role in persuading Pollard to claim ownership of the guns, hence the witness tampering charge.

Fedison recently pleaded guilty to gun and witness tampering charges and was sentenced to a 20-year term.

Pollard reportedly cooperated with authorities and received an 30 month sentence.

BG — who used to rap alongside Lil Wayne, Juvenile, Birdman and Mannie Fresh as a part of the Cash Money Millionaires back in the from the mid 90′s to the early 2000′s — will be due back in court and sentenced on March 14th.

If you didn’t get it by now it should be clear that the law enforcement is trying to make an example out of Hip-Hop. Gotta play it smart guys!

Lil Boosie just can’t catch a break!

The “Wipe Me Down” rapper, who is currently in jail awaiting trial on murder charges, was sentenced to 8 years in prison this morning for previously attempting to smuggle drugs into both the Dixon Correctional Center and Angola State Penitentiary.

Baton Rouge rapper Lil Boosie arrived at district court Tuesday morning for a pre-trial motion and ended up pleading guilty to drug charges.

Lil Boosie, whose real name is Torrence Hatch, pled guilty to three counts of conspiring to bring drugs into a penal institution. Judge Mike Erwin sentenced him to eight years in prison.

Investigators said he tried to smuggle drugs into Dixon Correctional Center once and into Angola State Penitentiary twice.

After the judge announced the sentencing, Lil Boosie requested drug rehab. Erwin said he would recommend it but could not order it.

Supporters for the rapper were seen hanging their heads low once the judge made that statement.

On another note, he walked into the courtroom wearing an expensive pair of Addidas tennis shoes, instead of prison-issued sneakers.

There were about 12 deputies with the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office surrounding Lil Boosie while he was in court.

Lil Boosie is also charged with first-degree murder in the death of Terry Boyd.

Prior to the plea, Erwin refused to remove District Attorney Hillar Moore from that case.

Lil Boosie’s lawyers subpoenaed Michael Louding, also known as Marlo Mike, to testify on Lil Boosie’s behalf after repeatedly trying to get Louding on the stand.

Louding’s attorney, Margaret Lagatutta, said she will fight the subpoena.

Louding is accused of six separate murders.

Prosecutors said Louding told them he was hired as a hitman by Lil Boosie.

It is unclear if the death penalty is on the table.

He was released from jail two days later on $5,500 bail.

Lindsay Lohan has got to be one of the luckiest repeat offenders around.

The troubled actress checked into the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California late Sunday night (Nov 6) after she was sentenced to 30 days in jail last week when a judge determined that she had violated her probation in her DUI and jewelry theft cases.

But due to jail overcrowding, and the fact that this chick has more chances than a Monopoly game, she was released early, after only spending about 4.5 hours behind bars, the L.A. Sheriff’s department confirmed.

“All I can tell you is that she was already released,” L.A. Sheriff’s Deputy Tony Moore said early Monday morning.

A sheriff’s spokesman had previously explained that a federal mandate to ease overpopulated jails in California allows nonviolent offenders to be sent home after only serving a fraction of their sentences.

Even though Lindsay is jail-free, that doesn’t mean she’s off the hook, as she still has several probation terms to adhere to.

She must continue her community service at the L.A. morgue and attend 18 more psychotherapy sessions. All of this must completed by March 29th.

The judge sternly warned Lilo that if she doesn’t follow her new probation terms, her freedom will be revoked, and she will be hauled off to jail to serve an additional 270 days, though it’s very likely that even in that scenario, she could be released due to jail overcrowding.

An arrest warrant was issued last Tuesday (Nov 1) for former Dallas Cowboys player Terrell Owens after the troubled NFL star failed to show up for a child support hearing last month.

Owens had previously petitioned the court to lower his payments to his baby mama Monique Reynolds, but the judge denied his request because he didn’t show up to the court hearing.

Owens also tried to reschedule the October 24th hearing so that he could attend an NFL workout to help secure a new contract, but Monique refused to compromise.

T.O.’s spokeswoman Diana Bianchini said that he is “deeply upset that anyone would misconstrue his nonappearance in court,” and “The warrant is currently being taken care of.”

Owens is currently nursing a knee injury following surgery and has also been very open about his recent financial woes. He’s not on any NFL roster at the moment, which means that he has no income.

Despite that, T.O. is currently required to support his four children based on his 2007 income of $11 million to $12 million when he was playing for the Dallas Cowboys, something he is trying to get modified to reflect his current situation

The wide receiver, who has played for the San Francisco 49ers, Philadelphia Eagles, Buffalo Bills and the Cincinnati Bengals, is in “serious financial shape” but is trying his best to resolve the issue, his spokeswoman said.

Lindsay Lohan admitted to violating the terms of her probation in court today … and Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner sentenced the troubled actress to 30 days in prison!

She must surrender by November 9th and begin her time without eligibility for house arrest or early release.

Judge Sautner told Lindsay that because she got kicked out of the Downtown Women’s Center in L.A. (where she was supposed to do some community service) and she also refused to attend therapy sessions as required by the court, she must now complete ALL of her community service hours at the L.A. County Morgue, which, fortunately for her, she has been doing (and doing it well) lately.

The judge also gave Lindsay a stern warning that if she doesn’t adhere to the new terms of her probation, a warrant for her arrest willl be issued, and she WILL be sentenced to an additional 270 days in jail.

“These are very strict rules,” Judge Sautner told LiLo. “You don’t have to accept them.”

According to TMZ:

Judge Stephanie Sautner gave Lindsay a strict schedule on completing the rest of her probation — by December 14, she must have completed 12 days at the morgue and 4 psychotherapy sessions. By January 17, another 12 days at morgue and 4 psychotherapy sessions. And so on. Everything must be completed by March 29 — or she goes directly to jail for 270 days.

With these new probation terms, Sautner said she was “putting the keys to the jail in the defendant’s hands.”

Among the terms of her probation include a stipulation that Lindsay is NOT to leave the country. If she completes everything outlined above by March 29th, Lindsay will be allowed to go on with her life.

“If you do this all by March 29th, you just go about your business and obey all laws and all this ends,” the judge told Lindsay.

At the end of the court hearing, Lindsay seemed to be in good spirits. As she walked out of the courtroom, sources say they heard her mumble “Thank God” under hear breath.

Sources in the courtroom also told TMZ that when the judge got off the bench, she said Lindsay “looks good today.”

Due to jail overcrowding, of the 30 days Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to, she will only be required to serve 6 of them.

Oh no … not again!!!

Michael Lohan is cooling his ass in a Tampa jail this morning after getting arrested on suspicion of domestic violence charges.

Tampa Police arrested Lindsay Lohan’s dad at 1:10AM ET after they responded to reports of a fight between Michael and a live-in girlfriend. Law enforcement sources confirm it was Lohan’s on again-off again GF Kate Major.

Now this part is classic Lohan: We’re told Michael complained of chest pains when he was taken into custody — so police took him to a hospital. We’re told Michael was treated, and then was attempting to slip out of the hospital on his own — until an officer spotted him, hauled him down to jail and booked him for the alleged domestic violence.

Tampa PD’s website lists him as still in custody.

Meanwhile, we hear the judge presiding over the case is pissed off at Lindsay for not treating her probation and community service requirements seriously.

So she revoked her probation!

At Lindsay Lohan’s progress report hearing, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner called her previous ruling of probation on a theft charge a “gift” and told Lohan, “there’s something called looking a gift horse in the mouth.” (Huh?)

According to Reuters, Lohan’s longtime attorney Shawn Chapman Holley tried in vain to argue that her client should be allowed to continue uninterrupted on probation due to her complying “substantially” with the other portions of Judge Sautner’s sentence, including going through psychological counseling and attending a program for shoplifters.

But Judge Sautner didn’t want to hear it, and believes that Lohan has “blown off” the court’s order to work at a downtown Los Angeles women’s detention center, and she instead requested to reassigned by city officials (without court approval) to work in a Red Cross program.

Sautner also noted that in the past six months, Lohan has only completed a small fraction of her community service (only 21 out of 480 total hours).

“Nobody has the power to change my sentence,” Judge Sautner said before pronouncing, “I am revoking her probation.”

Lohan was immediately led from the courtroom in handcuffs, and posted bail of $100,000.

She was allowed to go home, for now, but she must appear at a November 2nd court hearing where officials and attorneys will present evidence to prove that Lindsay did, in fact, violation her probation.

If it is determined by the courts that the troubled actress has violated her probation, she could be sent to prison for up to 18 months.

As part of her punishment for stealing a gold necklace from a jewelry store, Linday Lohan was sentenced back in April to 360 hours of community service at the women’s detention center, and another 120 hours at a morgue. She also served 35 days under house arrest.

Lohan’s publicist Steve Honig told the Associated Press that his client is working hard to get her life back on track.

“She’s really pounding away,” Honig said. ”She’s on a good track. We’re optimistic the judge will see that.”

To help her case and try to prove her innocence, Lohan took to Twitter Tuesday night:

“I just want it to be known, that just because I was not followed&photographed during the times I’ve gone to community service, does NOT mean that I wasn’t following my obligations (by going) to the court.”

Judge Sautner sounds like she means business. Looks like Lindsay lohan might be going to jail for real this time!

Soulja Boy has issued out an apology to all his fans for his arrest yesterday morning.

As we previously reported, the “Pretty Boy Swag” rapper was arrested after cops caught him and four other men driving with marijuana, guns and $70,000 cash in their possession.

Upon his release, Soulja posted the following to his Twitter account:

“Thank you and i’m sorry. love you forever, seeing your letters and you standing outside that jail made me feel the love. my fans r the best.”"

He also added:

“I missed 10 interviews today for my new movie! to those companies i’m sorry! you can see I had a lil situation. the show must go on.”

“Goodnight. much love go cop soulja boy the movie everywhere now thanks for your prayers.”

It’s nice to see Soulja reaching out to his fans after the incident, but something about all this leaves several big question marks.

We get the marijuana … but why was he driving around with 4 other people with unregistered guns and $70,000 in cash money?

While most of us were sleep, rapper Soulja Boy was arrested early this morning in Temple, GA.

The 21-year-old rapper — real name DeAndre Cortez Way — was popped early this morning by Temple Police Department officers in Temple, GA at 3:15 AM.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Soulja was in a car with 4 other men, which was originally pulled over for a traffic violation.

We’re told … during the stop, cops found a “substantial amount” of marijuana and cash inside the vehicle.” Soulja and the 4 other men were all arrested. Soulja is still being held in Carrol County Jail.

Law enforcement sources tell us officers also found guns inside the car — though it’s unclear if any of the men had the proper licenses to be in possession of the firearms.

We’re told an investigation is underway.

One source with knowledge of the situation tells us there was roughly $70,000 in cash and drugs in the car.

The King has finally been uncaged!

According to TMZ, the rapper made a quiet exit from a halfway house in Atlanta a little after midnight this morning.

T.I. was on probation for firearms charges when he was arrested last year in L.A. on drug charges, a direct violation of his probation. He was sentenced to 10 months in federal prison, and has spent the past month in an Atlanta halfway house.

TMZ reports that unlike T.I.’s August 31st release from federal prison, the Grand Hustle CEO left the halfway house very incognito and with no fanfare. There was no tour bus, no documentary producers and no entourage. T.I. simply got into a chauffeur-driven SUV and left the building.

Reps for the rapper say that he’s planning on celebrating his recent birthday (September 25th) and hosting a private brunch for family and friends in Atlanta this coming Sunday.

T.I. is also scheduled to perform at the BET Hip-hop Awards on Saturday, October 1st, also in Atlanta.

After weeks of a back-and-forth battle between T.I.‘s legal team and the FBI, the Atlanta rapper was been sprung from federal prison in Atlanta Thursday (Sep 15), and is now being housed in a local halfway house to serve out the remaining portion of his 11-month sentence. Hopefully … this time around T.I. used a small van (or something just as, if not more, modest) to transport him from Point A to Point B.

As we previously reported, the feds believed that T.I. had violated the conditions of his early release by having an entourage of people with him on the tour bus he used to travel from the Arkansas Federal prison to the halfway house in Atlanta.

Federal officials had also objected his manager and a reality TV producer riding with him, claiming that T.I. conducted business on the bus, something the rapper’s reps strongly denied throughout the whole snafu.

T.I.’s lawyer Steve Sadow now tells TMZ:

“We have good reason to believe that this favorable result was reached because of the proactive and assertive approach taken to protect T.I.’s rights by providing B.O.P. officials and the media with reliable and accurate information and that T.I. did not intend to violate his transfer furlough or any other B.O.P. rules en route from the prison facility in Arkansas to the halfway house in Atlanta.”

Sadow adds, “T.I. will be released from custody on Sept. 29, and then will be supervised by the U.S. Probation Office for a period of 1 year.”

Gucci Mane is now back at his first home … JAIL!

The rapper, who was just released from prison back in April, is already back in the slammer after recently being sentenced to 6 months in jail after he pleaded guilty to two counts of batter, two counts of reckless conduct and one count of disorderly conduct for pushing a woman out of his moving vehicle on January 28th.

The Georgia MC will serve out his entire sentence at Georgia’s DeKalb County Jail. He was also sentenced to 3 years probation, which takes effect as soon as he is released.

As a result of his plea deal, Gucci Mane will also be required to complete 12 weeks of anger management courses, pay a $5,000 fine to cover the woman’s medical bills, and he also must pay a separate fine for $3,000.

Once Gucci Mane gets out this time … let’s hope he stays out. But that probably won’t happen! He’ll be right back in this time next year (or maybe even sooner, smh). Just watch.

Rapper Paul Wall and R&B singer Baby Bash were arrested over the weekend for possession of marijuana.

The pair were taken into custody in El Paso, TX and were released shortly afterwards on $300 bond.

Paul Wall tweeted the pic above and the following message after his arrest:

“fresh out the El Paso County jail wit @Babybash @Biggroy, in the same tank they held Willie Nelson/Johnny Cash.”

Nice to know these two are still alive….

The real reason T.I. is behind bars this very moment?

Well … according to the Bureau of Prisons officials, the rapper violated his the conditions of his early release by having an entourage of people with him on the tour bus he used to travel from the Arkansas Federal prison to the halfway house in Atlanta where he was due to serve out the remainder of his 11-month prison sentence.

According to CNN, prison officials objected his manager and a reality TV producer riding with him.

“Such people were not authorized to travel with him in the conditions of his furlough,” says a Bureau of Prisons report obtained by CNN. “He further indicated he was discussing a new reality series and a book with those individuals.”

But T.I.’s defense lawyer Steve Sadow said that prison officials escorted T.I. to the tour bus the morning he was released, and never told him that only his wife could travel with him. Sadow says that officials also never asked the rapper to provide a list of the names of the people who would be on the bus.

His manager Brian Sher also defended the rapper in a statement to prison officials.

“It was clear to me that Mr. Harris believed that I was permitted to be with him on the trip back to Atlanta because I had been authorized to visit him and have contact with during his time in Forrest City,” Sher said. “During my time with him on the ride back to Atlanta, no business was conducted with Mr. Harris.”

Cris Abrego from VH1 was also on the bus, and he too believed that it was okay since he “was on the authorized visitor list, and had visited with Mr. Harris a couple of times prior to his release.”

Bureau of Prisons officials are expected to review the incident, however it is currently unclear as to when a decision will be made.

TMZ is passing around a series of photos of T.I. as he is walking out of the Forrest County Correctional Facility in Arkansas on August 31st on his way to a halfway house in Atlanta.

Officials say they detained the rapper and are now “holding” him because he used an unauthorized method of transportation to the Atlanta halfway house, but the photos clearly show that T.I. had nothing to hide when he left Arkansas.

He was even accompanied by a prison security guard as he made his way to the “unauthorized” tour bus that transported him and his entourage to the halfway house where they re-arrested T.I. and sent him back to prison to continue the remainder of his prison sentence.

Sources tell TMZ … T.I.’s legal team believes prison officials targeted T.I. when they picked him up at the halfway house and hauled him back to prison, their reason was that T.I. was not authorized to take the tour bus. Yet the pictures clearly show prison staff knew exactly what mode of transportation he was using.

T.I.’s legal team believes prison officials have now trumped up other reasons to justify sending T.I. back to prison — namely, that he brought unauthorized people on the bus, including his manager and 2 VH1 producers. Prison officials also claim T.I. was conducting business on the bus, because shortly after T.I. got off the bus VH1 announced it was doing a T.I. documentary/reality show.

And one more thing … Prison officials say T.I. deceived them by not disclosing the manager and the producers would be on the bus. The officials claim T.I. had only said his wife would be accompanying him.

But T.I.’s legal team claims T.I. had a 2-minute, casual conversation with a member of the prison staff 3 months before his release, and that’s when he said his wife would be on board but never even considered who else might be there.

The legal team believes prison officials are just out to get T.I. and are coming up with lame reasons to justify their actions.

We couldn’t agree with T.I.’s legal team any more. It definitely sounds like the feds are simply out to get T.I. to us too! Who gets thrown back into prison just because they used a certain method of transportation to get to a halfway house nearly 400 miles away?

A 18 year-old Scottish man is now facing murder charges for stabbing his 22-year-old girlfriend 30 times after they had an argument about him not wanting to make garlic bread.

A TEENAGER in Scotland admitted today to stabbing his girlfriend to death because she had been “moaning at him” over his failure to make garlic bread for their dinner.

James Ellis, 18, stabbed Alami Gotip more than 30 times on May 25 as the woman’s two young children, to a different father, lay asleep upstairs.

The body of 22-year-old Gotip was later found in the living room of the home in Livingston, West Lothian, Sky News said.

Immediately after the murder, Ellis was seen standing in the front garden covered in blood and holding two knives.

He told police he thought his relationship with Ms Gotip was finishing and he could not imagine her with anyone else.

Detective Inspector Phil Gachagan, of Lothian and Border Police, said, “The brutal violence Alami Gotip was subjected to prior to her death is testament to the violent and remorseless character of James Ellis.”

Ellis, who pleaded guilty to murder at the High Court in Edinburgh, is due to be sentenced on October 5.

Orlando Brown may be facing some serious jail time.

As we previously reported, the former “That’s So Raven” star was recently arrested for DUI after cops pulled him over for driving without a license near his L.A. home.

According to new reports, on the night of his arrest, Brown’s B.A.C. was measured at .17 which is twice over the legal limit.

Not making the situation any better, his pregnant girlfriend was also a passenger in the car.

Since the incident, Brown has been charged with two counts of DUI and could possibly spend several months in jail if convicted. He is due in court later this month.

We bet Raven didn’t see this one coming!

He just got out … and now he’s right back in.

T.I. is back in the custody of the feds just days after being moved to a halfway house following his prison release earlier this week.

According to new reports from the Associated Press, the Grammy Award-winning rapper is locked up again at a federal penitentiary, due to a flap over using a luxury bus to transport himself 37 miles from the federal Arkansas prison to the halfway house in Atlanta.

T.I., who had been serving an 11-month prison sentence for violating his probation last year after he and his wife Tiny were arrested on drug charges, traveled on a bus with a large entourage to check into the halfway house upon being sprung from prison Wednesday (Aug 31).

T.I. (real name: Clifford Harris) stepped off the bus dressed in a red and blue striped polo shirt, white shorts and his signature rubber bands on his wrist.

The rapper’s attorney Steve Sadow told The Associated Press late Thursday (Sep 1) that federal officials “have moved T.I. to a different facility” because of a “transportation issue” involving his travel to the halfway house.

Federal authorities had no further information late Thursday night where Harris was taken. Traci Billingsley, a spokeswoman for the Federal Bureau of Prisons, told AP that she couldn’t comment on Tip’s status or his immediate whereabouts.

T.I. is (once again) a free man!

The rapper was released from an Arkansas prison earlier this morning (as of around 7:30 AM local time) after spending 11 months behind bars following his drug possession arrest back in September 2010.

The drug possession charges were eventually dropped, but after it was determined that Tip violated his probation (stemming from his 2009 federal gun conviction), he was sent to prison for 11 months in November.

T.I. was originally due for release on September 29th, but for some unknown reason, was released a month early. It’s also currently unknown whether the rapper will serve the rest of his sentence in a halfway house or at home on house arrest.

“The storm is over & da sun back out. IT’S OUR TIME TO SHINE SHAWTY!!!!! Welcome to the beginning of our Happy Ending!!!!” he tweeted earlier today. “Feels great to be back where I belong…Back in the arms of those who need me the most.”

According to reports, once T.I. is ready and able, he will be going straight to the studio to begin work on a new album.

According to MTV News, T.I. will be released from prison tomorrow (Wed. Aug 31) and sent to a halfway house to finish out his 11-month prison sentence.

The rapper violated the terms of his probation after he and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Cottle were busted for drug possession in September 2010.

That arrest came just 6 months after he’d been released from prison on charged related to his attempt to purchase machine guns and silences just before the Bet Hip-Hop Awards in October 2007.

T.I.’s prison release tomorrow comes about a month earlier than his original release date, which was listed as September 29th in public records.

The Arizona man was arrested earlier this week after stealing five snakes (worth $800 a piece) from a pet store and hiding them in his pants.

22-year-old Eric Fiegel was arrested on theft charges Tuesday, after he was caught on tape stuffing five $800 baby sharp albino boa constrictors into his pants, authorities in Mesa, Arizona said.

Christian Kaleta, the owner of Predators Reptile Center, the establishment that was robbed, told KPHO-TV Fiegel is fortunate he didn’t suffer a snakebite during the daring caper.

“They’re always active,” Kaleta told the station. “It’s amazing they stayed in the guy’s pants as long as they did.”

Kaleta said that after discovering the expensive snakes were missing, he called around to other local establishments that sell snakes. He said a nearby store, the Arizona Reptile Center, told him that a man had just sold and traded the rare snakes there; the store filed a police report and returning the snakes to Kaleta.

Law enforcement tells TMZ … the rapper was arrested again, after being pulled over last night in Arizona for driving 102 mph in a 65 zone. And for good measure, Mr. X was driving on a suspended license … so cops arrested him.

He was booked for speeding, reckless driving, and the suspended license — and has since been released on bond.

This makes DMX’s 10th time being busted in Arizona.

He was just released from jail last month after serving time in prison for violating his probation last year.

When is this guy gonna clean himself up and get his sh*t together???

Joe Francis is in trouble with the law again.

The 38-year-old “Girls Gone Wild” founder and his bodyguard were charged Tuesday (Aug 23) with several misdemeanors related to a physical altercation with three women following a party at the Supper Club in Hollywood back in January.

Francis is facing three counts of false imprisonment, one count of dissuading a witness from reporting a crime, and one count of assault causing great bodily injury. If he is convicted of all of his charges, he could face up to 5 years in county jail, in addition to $13,000 or more in fines.

His bodyguard Vagram Gegdzhyan faces additional criminal counts of impersonating a public officer with intimidation and one count of fraudulently using a badge.

The case stems from a January incident in which the female victims in the case went to Supper Club in Hollywood to celebrate a college graduation.

Near the end of the evening, the women met Francis and briefly had a conversation before he left. After the club was closing, he allegedly grabbed one of the women by the hand and took her to his limo.

The two other women entered the limo believing they were being taken to their car.

During the ride, Vagram Gegdzhyan (Joe’s driver and bodyguard) allegedly produced a sheriff’s badge, impersonating a law enforcement officer, and did not allow the women to get out of the limo.
The group was taken to Francis’ gated home, where a physical altercation ensued between Francis and two of the women as he allegedly attempted to pull one of them away from the others.

During the altercation, Francis allegedly grabbed one of the women by the throat and hair and pushed and slammed her head into the tile floor four times.

The women were escorted out of the house and allegedly told a taxi would not be called and paid for if they called the police.

While in the taxi driving back to Hollywood, the victims called 911 and met LAPD at the location of their parked car, the city attorney’s office said in a statement.

Francis later turned himself in after a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was released after posting $50,000 bail.

But Francis tells E! News that he’s innocent and plans on suing the woman for defamation, calling the whole thing “politically motivated.”

He told the website:

“We pulled over. I told them no violence in the car. One girl was fighting and saying they weren’t getting out. It’s the most ridiculous thing because this hurts my name. It’s a self-fulfilling prophecy and I am sick of it. I’m going after the city attorney for being irresponsible and [showing a] reckless disregard for the truth. He chooses to ignore the eyewitnesses and security cameras. How he’s going to get around that, I don’t know.

“I’m tired of my name being dragged in the mud. People will read this stuff and believe it…This [the fight] was the most classless, ghetto, crazy thing I have ever seen. As disgusting as girls could ever be. I’m embarrassed that I had them in my car. The girls were in their 20s, college grads.”

Several witnesses back up Joe’s story, saying that the girls were fighting each other and “Joe tried to stop them.”

Fortunately for Joe, he may get to prove his side of the story, because he says his version of the events are backed up by three surveillance cameras, all of which captured the incident.

Toya’s husband Memphitz was arrested yesterday at an airport in Atlanta for bringing a gun on an airplane.

Law enforcement tells TMZ, Mickey “Memphitz” Wright put his backpack through the X-ray scanner at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport — and TSA agents quickly discovered the firearm and called the cops.

According to police, Wright had a valid license to carry the weapon … insisting he had simply forgotten the gun was in his bag — but it’s still illegal to bring it on a plane.

Wright was arrested on the spot and transferred to a nearby jail. He is still in custody.

Did this guy not learn from Petey Pablo and all these other celebrities who get “caught” trying to smuggle firearms on a plane? (SMH!)

Legendary rapper Scarface has been sprung from prison after spending the past several months behind bars at the Montgomery County Jail in Alabama.

Face had been in jail since October 2010 after failing to pay back child support to several different women.

Scarface, born Brad Jordan, was accused of failing to pay child support for four separate cases, three of them in Texas and one in Missouri. He is also said to be facing additional federal charges that haven’t been publicly disclosed yet.

Meanwhile, the rapper is currently working on an album of all-new material. “Face is home and he’s already busy working on releasing new material,” says a representative. “It’s not going to take him long to fall right back into the swing of things.”

After spending the past 16 days behind bars … Jalen Rose is a free man!

According to TMZ, Former NBA star Jalen Rose was released from a Detroit jail this morning — after spending 16 days behind bars stemming from a DUI arrest back in March.

Rose — who currently works for ESPN as an NBA analyst — was originally sentenced to 20 days in the slammer … after pleading guilty to driving while intoxicated during a March 11 crash.

TMZ broke the story … the 38-year-old ex-Fab Fiver was driving along an icy roadway in Michigan with a female passenger when he lost control of his vehicle, flipping the car.

After the judge basically threw the book at Rose — Jalen’s lawyer called the sentence “outrageous” … and an “abuse of discretion.”

A  Tennessee man was recently caught COMPLETELY nude by cops doing things most of us wouldn’t even know was possible with a Barbie-type doll under a bridge, which just so happened to be located near an elementary school. (Yes … we’re serious!)

An anonymous tip led Spring Hill Police to cite a man Thursday for indecent exposure near a Williamson County elementary school.

Daniel Dean Torroll, 56, was found around 9 a.m. nude and committing lewd acts with a 2 ½-foot, Barbie-type doll under a bridge on Prescott Way, said Sgt. Geoff Betts. Torroll told police that he has Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, or ADHD, and that an increase in his medication was escalating sexual urges, according to the report.

Torroll was seen earlier by a passer-by walking with a dog and a backpack to the bridge, which is on the Allendale Elementary School property. It’s about 1,000 feet from the school, Betts added.

Police say that no students saw Torroll, who lives near the school. But the incident drew a heavy police presence, and parents were alerted via an automated call from the school’s principal.

Torroll allowed police to search his home. “Our biggest concern that he didn’t have these urges with children. They didn’t find anything that would suggest that,” Betts said.

Indecent exposure is a misdemeanor charge, and Torroll was given a citation and released, Betts said. The charge does not require him to register with local or state sex offender lists, and he was not found on either national or state sex offender registry lists.

A 13 year-old girl’s mother recently beat the hell out of an Iowa man after he attempted to lure her daughter in a back alley for sex.

Somehow, the sicko had enough manners to ask for permission to marry the young teen though. So nothing actually went down, but he still got the crap beaten out of him for trying!

A Des Moines man who allegedly tried to lure a young girl into an alley, wound up with stitches and a black eye after the girl’s mother took matters into her own hands, according to authorities.

Polk County police sources say that Robert C. Harding tried to lure a 13-year-old girl into an alley near where she was playing with friends outside her home. Instead the smart-thinking teenager went to get her mom who confronted Harding, according to CBS affiliate KCCI.

Police say that when the girl’s mother, Holly Pullen, confronted Harding he asked how old the girl was and whether he could marry her or would be interested in signing the girl away.

“I got down to the alley and I confronted him. I said, ‘Why are you staring at the kids?’ and he looks at me and says, ‘I want to marry the red head.’ I came unglued at that point. I was like ‘Dude, she’s only 13 and that’s my daughter,’” Pullen told the station.

Police said Pullen punched Harding in the face. Then the girl’s father and one of his friends chased Harding and fought with him, KCCI reported.

By the time police arrived at Fremont Street, the fight was over. Police questioned Harding who allegedly told them that he was trying to get the girl into the alley he could marry her and sex her.

Police also said he told them he knew the girl was a minor and that he liked “young girls.”

“It’s horrible, it’s a nightmare, it’s not one that I think any parent wants to go through,”  added Pullen told KCCI.

Harding is charged with enticing a minor under the age of 16, which is punishable up 4 years in prison and a parole violation. He’s being held on $15,000 bond.

Another former Disney star … another day in jail.

“That’s So Raven” actor Orlando Brown was arrested over the weekend for driving under the influence.

On a very special episode of “That’s So Raven” … Orlando Brown learns the hard way (allegedly) that drinking and driving don’t mix.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Brown was busted late Friday night after officers pulled him over for driving without a license plate. We’re told once cops went in for a closer look, they found that Brown smelled of alcohol — so they administered a field sobriety test … and he didn’t perform well.

According to sources, Brown almost dodged the DUI bullet. We’re told cops stopped him in front of his house, with his pregnant girlfriend in the car.

Brown was booked at 12:38 AM at the famous Hollywood station on suspicion of DUI. He posted the $15,000 bail and was released at 7:42 AM on Saturday.

Is it just us, or is it starting to seem like these Disney stars — whether current or former — are going to jail just as much as rappers now-a-days. WTF???

Reid was taken into custody by traffic cops on a DUI suspended license warrant, LAPD spokeswoman Officer Rosario Herrera tells E! News. Per his booking sheet, bail was set at $26,000.

The warrant for the Class Act star’s arrest was issued last month after he missed a court date pertaining to the license violation. He pleaded no contest to driving under the influence in 2010 and was sentenced to three years’ probation, ordered to attend 10 AA meetings and an alcohol-education program, and fined more than $1,400.

When asked to comment further regarding the incident, the 47-year-old’s talent agent briefly said, “We are aware of what’s going on”.

Reid and and the other half of Kid ‘n Play, Christopher “Play” Martin, were best known for their roles in the classic comedy movie franchise “House Party.”

Antwan “Big Boi” Patton, one half of Hip-Hop group Outkast, was arrested at the Port of Miami over the weekend on charges of drug possession.

According to several reports, as the rapper exited a disembarked cruise ship Sunday (Aug 7), a U.S. customs and Border Protection dog trained to sniff for drugs discovered that Patton had some illegal substances on him.

Patton was charged with possession of ecstasy pills, MDMA powder, and Viagra, the latter of which he had no prescription for.

The 36-year-old Hip-Hop star also faces a charge of one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, and he was held on $16,000 bond before being released Sunday.

Patton’s attorney tells CNN that he was on the cruise with a small group of friends and disembarking when “a small amount of contraband was found in the collective luggage.” He adds, “I am confident when the entire facts are aired Big Boi will be completely exonerated.”

New York State police charged the Hip-Hop newcomer (real name: Sean Anderson) and his friend Willie Hansbro with misdemeanor counts of forcible touching, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and sex abuse.

Reuters reports that police were first notified of the incident last night at Artpark State Park, where Big Sean was performing a concert with fellow rapper Wiz Khalifa.

Sean and Willie were both arrested, arraigned and released on $500 bail. A court date regarding the incident is scheduled for September 6th.

When contacted, reps for Big Sean or his record label did not respond to requests for comment. Authorities are also refusing to comment on the incident.

Big Sean, who is signed to Kanye West’s “G.O.O.D. Music” imprint (under Def Jam Records), just released his debut album “Finally Famous” on June 28th. To date, the album has moved under 200,000 units.

A Guatemalan court sentenced a small group of solders to 6,060 years in prison each (holy sh*t!) for the 1982 massacre of over 200 men, women and children in 1982 at the height of the country’s brutal 36-year civil war.

The four soldiers — Carlos Carias, Manuel Pop, Reyes Collin Gualip and Daniel Martinez Hernandez — were all given 30 years of prison for the deaths of each of the 201 people killed in the attack, which occurred in the northern Guatemalan village of Las Dos Erres.

The court also found the soldiers, who were all special forces officers at the time of the massacre, guilty of crimes against human rights, and added another 30 years to their sentences.

Former Second Lt. Carlos Antonio Carias received an extra six years for stealing some the victims’ belongings, the court said in a statement. Prosecutors say he was in charge of a military base near the community of Dos Erres and provided information to the army that led to the massacre.

According to court filings, the officers, who were all a part of an elite unit of 17 soldiers known as the “Kaibiles,” went to the village in December 1982 and shot, strangled and bludgeoned the villagers to death with sledgehammers.

The court filings state that they were in search for missing weapons that guerrilla groups operating in the region had allegedly stolen from the soldiers just a few days prior.

The men also raped and killed women and girls, and banished hundreds of people from the community, while more than 40 soldiers guarded the village’s perimeter.

They never found the bomb.

A Hopatcong man had kiddie porn, Nazi uniforms, high-velocity ammunition and handcuffs in his motel room in Andover, police in that township said.

A Econo Lodge employee called police Wednesday afternoon, and told them a man with a Middle-Eastern accent had called the motel and said he would detonate a bomb in the building, Andover Detective Rod Mosner said.

The building was evacuated and searched by K-9 units, police said. During the search, Sussex County Sheriff’s Department Officer Warren Slahor saw child pornography on the dresser of a room, along with a bandoleer containing about 100 rounds of high-velocity ammunition, handcuffs and a large-capacity assault rifle magazine, police said.

Police said after motel employees told officers the room belonged to Christopher Bootsma, 45, K-9 units cleared the room, but found no explosives there or elsewhere in the motel. Customers were allowed back in, police said.

After obtaining a search warrant for the room and Bootsma’s car, officers collected several Nazi uniforms, more than 120 CDs, a laptop, 140 rounds of high-velocity ammo, handcuffs and a large-capacity assault rifle magazine, police said.

Boostma was arrested and admitted to possessing the items, police said. He was charged with possession of child pornography, possession of a large capacity magazine and handcuffs.

There were no weapons in his room, police said.

Bootsma’s driver’s license said he lived on Madison Trail in Hopatcong, but he had been staying at the Econo Lodge since July 6, police said.

Bootsma said he had recently lost his home to foreclosure, police said. He also said his wife and three children were staying at a Netcong apartment, police said.

Bootsma said he was living in the motel with his family’s dog since the apartment complex didn’t allow pets, police said.

No arrests have been made in regard to the bomb threat, and that call remains under investigation, police said.

The Sussex County prosecutor’s office said it could not yet comment on the investigation. Officials could not yet comment on whether the alleged child pornography and ammunition were in any way connected.

Boostma has been lodged in the Sussex County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Jalen Rose began his 20-day jail sentence for DUI this morning. He checked into Oakland County jail outside Detroit at around 8 am.

Waka Flocka Flame was pulled over by cops yesterday and arrested for marijuana possession.

More legal trouble for Waka Flocka Flame — TMZ has learned the rapper was detained by police in Georgia today after cops say they found marijuana in his car.

Law enforcement sources tell us … Waka was pulled over for a routine traffic violation a few hours ago … but when cops approached the rapper’s White Chevy Tahoe, they could smell the odor of weed.

We’re told Waka was asked to step out of the vehicle — and was placed in handcuffs. When cops searched the ride, officers say they found “a small amount of marijuana” on the floor.

Waka was cited for possession of less than 1 ounce of weed AND failure to wear a seat belt. He was eventually released and sent on his way.  We’re told Waka was “very cooperative” during the incident.

Flame is no stranger to the law — earlier this month, he was arrested for drug possession in NY when cops say he brought weed to a mall.  Back in 2006, he pled guilty to possessing a sawed-off shotgun.

C’mon son … can u at least stay out of trouble for a whole 30 days?!?

76-year-old Bobby Guyton is now facing a felony count of sexual abuse after being accused of making sexual comments towards the woman as she cleaned his home, and allegedly forced her to put her hand on his penis on four separate occasions.

In one incident, Guyton tried to give the woman a hug, but allegedly grabbed her hand and forced it onto his penis instead.

The woman reported the incident to police and when questioned about it, at first, the old perv said he didn’t know why he did it … because he got no enjoyment from it.

He later told police that “Satan had gotten into him” and made him do it. He also said that he felt sorry for himself because he hadn’t had sex since 1980.

After he was arrested, freaky Bobby denied grabbing the woman at all and made up some crazy story about her trying to punch him in the stomach because she was angry that he was going to fire her. And when she tried to punch him, she missed and hit him in the groin, which is when he grabbed her hand as it was on his penis.

After more questioning, Mr. Guyton, the articulate fella that he is, admitted that “he may have kept her hand on his penis for several seconds longer than was necessary.”

Ha, this guy!
