Looks like Ashton Kutcher isn’t mourning the end of his six-year marriage at all, but rather basking in its conclusion.

The “Two and a Half Men” star and recovering Twitter addict was all smiles as he cozied up to “Glee” star Lea Michelle (without his wedding ring on, of course) on the red carpet of the L.A. premiere for the new movie “New Year’s Eve,” in which Kutcher and Michele are love interests. (Way to play your “part,” guys!)

When the pair wasn’t making googly at eyes at each other, they were seen tenderly caressing each other and sharing several laughs. Sources at the premiere say they even caught the ‘glee-ful’ duo whispering to each other in between giggles, talking about only God knows what.

This makes Kutcher’s very first red carpet appearance since his estranged wife Demi Moore announced that she was filing for divorce.

“New Year’s Eve,” starring Halle Berry, Ludacris, Jon Bon Jovi, Robert De Niro, Zac Efron, Sarah Jessica Parker and countless others, is a romantic comedy film directed by Garry Marshall that depicts a series of holiday vignettes of the state of several romances, akin to Marshall’s previous film “Valentine’s Day.”

While Ashton Kutcher is simply starring in a movie with lots of people in it … his soon-to-be ex wife Demi Moore is currently starring in “Margin Call,” a marvelous illustration of the 2008 financial crisis.

Whether or not you think Kutcher’s behavior is acceptable, make the right choice when choosing between the two films when you hit theaters this week.

When choosing films, Brad Pitt says that he now takes his 6 children, with partner Angelina Jolie, into consideration.

Currently in France at the highly acclaimed Cannes Film Festival promoting his surrealist film, “The Tree of Life,” the actor told reporters on Monday: “I think of everything I do now that my kids are going to see when they grow up and how are they going to feel. But they know me as a dad and I hope they’ll just think of me as a pretty damn good actor.”

In “The Tree of Life,” Pitt plays an overbearing father to Jack O’Brien, played by Sean Penn. Brad also disclosed that in order to play his role in the film, he drew from his own life experiences.

“I got brought up being told things were God’s way, and when things didn’t work out it was called God’s plan. I’ve got my issues with it. Don’t get me started. I found it very stifling,” he said.

“The Tree of Life,” directed and written by Terrence Malick, is set to get a limited release in the US and will hit screens on May 27th.

Black Hollywood came out in a big way Wednesday night ( May 4) to support the release of Sony Pictures’ newest film “Jumping the Broom” at the ArcLight Cinemas Cinerama Dome in Hollywood. The film’s stars, including actresses Paula Patton, Angela Bassett, Tasha Smith and Loretta Devine, as well as actors Romeo, Laz Alonso, Pooch Hall and Mike Epps all came out to catch the big premiere.

Other celebs, like Meagan Good, Christina Milian, Eva Marcille, Teyana Taylor and plenty more, were also spotted on the white carpet of the movie premiere. “Jumping the Broom” hits theaters tomorrow (May 6), but until then, check out the pics from the Hollywood premiere below!

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber made sure to stay well away from one another last night at the “Never Say Never” film premiere in Los Angeles. After being photographed out together holding hands earlier this week, the rumored couple played it cool last night.

18-year-old Gomez hit the purple carpet in a purple cocktail dress that matched Bieber’s purple tuxedo jacket, but the pair kept their distance and didn’t speak to each other or make any eye contact. (Way to make things obvious kiddies!)

When pressed about whether or not he and Gomez were an item, Bieber, 16, said of her support: “It’s great” before adding, “She’s a great person. And as long as you keep yourself surrounded by good people, you’ll go far.”

The stars shined bright at the premiere of Justin Bieber‘s 3D documentary “Never Say Never” Tuesday night (Feb. 8) in Los Angeles. The premiere for the new Warner Brothers movie “Yogi Bear 3-D” was in full effect on Saturday (Dec 11) in Westwood, CA.

The event, which was held at the Mann Village Theatre, pulled in many stars but the one that stood out the most was none other than Justin Timberlake. The star seems to be fully recovered from an injury he suffered while filming a movie on set and word has it he is getting back to work today.  JT looks like he was having fun chillin’ with Yogi and Boo Boo and posing for photos with kids while giving them bunny ears.

While Johnny came in solo, Angelina was with her inseparable “life partner” Brad Pitt and looked elegant in a long off-white dress. Hilary Swank‘s new movie “Conviction” is now open in select theaters nationwide and while the actress says she loves the story of her character (a single mother who put herself through law school), she says that it was hard for her to believe that the film was based real life events!

The 40-year-old actress plays a woman named Betty Anne Waters, a single mother who (despite never finishing high school) puts herself through law school while working as a waitress so that she can prove that her brother Kenneth had not committed a murder he was jailed for. But even though she loves the story, she struggled with the fact that it actually happened in real life.

Hilary told the UK’s Daily Mail:

“There’s a part of you that has to be like, ‘This could never happen’. And then you realise that it is happening.”

According to recent reports, Hilary Swank (who has won two “Best Actress” Academy Awards for her roles in “Boys Don’t Cry” and “Million-Dollar Baby”) is currently being considered for an Oscar for her role in the new film.

Rapper 50 Cent hit up the 2010 New York International Latino Film Festival in New York City Friday (Jul 30) for the premiere of his new movie “Gun” at NYC’s School of Visual Arts Theater.

Just a couple days prior to that, the rapper and his “Twelve” co-star Chace Crawford were late to the premiere of their new film after the route to the venue was blocked by President Barack Obama‘s massive motorcade. President O was in town to record an appearance on ABC’s “The View.”

When he finally made it to the cinema, 50 told explained his tardiness, telling reporters:

“It’s interesting – the streets are blocked off for a few avenues. We had to go all the way around to get here, but he’s the president.”

The stylish brother and sister pair are both on their way to becoming established actors as 11-year-old Jaden has 3 films under his belt: 2006′s “The Pursuit of Happiness,” “The Day the Earth Stood Still” (2008) and the upcoming “Karate Kid” remake, due in theaters June 11th 2010, and his little sister Willow, 9, has been in 4 movies herself: “I Am Legend” (2007), “Kit Kittredge: An American Girl” (2008), “Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa.” She even had a spot in a couple episodes of Nickelodeon‘s “True Jackson: VP.”
