Yesterday the New York Yankees came and embarassed home team Chicago White Soxs’ to a defeating score of (9-5). The moment of the night would have to be Bobby Abreu’s three-run homer late in the seventh inning to win the game.Without MVP Alex Rodriguez playing the Yankees’ did not back down from a possible defeat against the Soxs’. Player of the Game, Abreu says he enjoys coming to Chicago, he states he likes the stadium:
“I like to hit over her, it’s a really good stadium to hit. From the first time I came here, it feels good at the plate.”

It’s official, Jay-Z did hop on the remix to Mariah Carey’s, “Bye Bye”. Jermaine Dupri did confirm some music recordings recently, but here it is in digital form. LeBron racked up 30 points, 12 assists, and 9 rebounds. James was only one rebound off from getting his 2nd career triple-double in the playoffs. Zydrunas Ilgauskas had 16 points and 9 rebounds. Wally Szczerbiak respectively had 15 points.
Game 3 airs Thursday, Apr. 24 @ 8 on TNT.

Controversial Rapper Nas did indeed create a album titled, Nigger (Def Jam). I didn’t actually believe it at the time but it’s now confirmed. What is said to be track number 1 on the album, “Be A Nigger Too”, was leaked onto the internet today. Not sure if this will be the actual first single or not because although he’s trying to make a positive statement this “N-Word” is still offensive to many. “Nigger” is said to be in stores July 1st. It’s said to already have gotten support from Jay-Z, Alicia Keys, LL Cool J, Akon, Common, Lupe Fiasco, and Rev Run.

Once you watch the video above, you’ll realize that Worthy did not deserve to be violently arrested in anyway. I hope this “Justice Seeker” gets serious consequences for his actions. Gasol had 36 points, 8 assists, 16 rebounds, and 3 blocked shots. L.A. took the victory with a 14-point win (128-114). Kobe Bryant scored 18 points of his total 32 points in the last 8 minutes of the game to make sure they’ll lead the victory. Lamar Odom had 17 points, 14 rebounds, 6 assists. On the opposing team, Carmelo Anthony was MVP out of his teammates scoring 30 points, 12 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals. Allen Iverson had 30 points as well before he was immediately removed for 2 technical fouls. L.A. Lakers’ MVP of the game, Pau Gasol, said at the end of the game:
“It feels amazing, it feels great. I had a blast out there.” Gausol said, “We did a pretty good job, we can do better. We’re happy with the win, I’m happy with the win. Hopefully there will be many more.”
Game 2 for the L.A. Lakers is Wednesday night.
