KANYE WEST TO RELEASE 4TH ALBUM THIS WINTER » Popular online shopping portal Amazon has Kanye West’s new album up for presale! “808’s & Heartbreak” (Def Jam) has been tagged with a December 16th 2008 release and a price of $12.99. The label has neither confirmed nor denied this information, so we’ll just have to see how this all pans out. The new album will, of course, include Kanye’s latest single, “Love Lockdown,” which he premiered to the world Sunday night at the 2008 MTV VMAs. No word yet on any other singles, who he worked with, or who’s featured on the album.

Here’s the T2W premiere of Maroon 5’s single, “If I Never See Your Face Again” featuring RIhanna, which will be on the re-releases of Maroon 5’s, It Won’t Be Soon Before Long (A&M/Octone) and RIhanna’s Good Girl Gone Bad: Reloaded (Def Jam). In Stores June 17th!

Two, amongst a host, of my favourite singers fuse together for the ultimate collaboration! If I Never See Your Face Again by Maroon 5 featuring Rihanna will be a single, and added installment, to both artist’s albums re-releasing later this year. If I Never See Your Face Again was one of the many favourite tracks from It Won’t Be Soon Before Long, with it’s deep Prince influence, so I’m glad they’re releasing it as a single; Rihanna being a plus! The song is basically about having one night stands with your Ex, which is relative especially when your desperate.

The Lakers games these past couple of weeks have been on and poppin’ as far as celebrity turn-out! It seems as though every day, or every other day at least, we’re posting about who hit up one of the games. Singer Mario and actor Evan Ross can be seen above with their “Kool Moe Dee” shades on at last night’s game. Why the hell are they wearing shades to a baksetball game? I’m not sure about how they like to view games, but if I had courtside seats, I definitely wouldn’t be hindering my view in any kind of way. But that’s just me.

Whilst all the promotion of Maroon 5’s latest single release, ‘Goodnight, Goodnight’, they will be releasing a limited edition version of their platinum-selling album It Won’t Be Soon Before Long (Octone) released last year.

The limited edition M5 LP will include all sorts of new material and bonus (US, UK, iTunes) tracks for your listening pleasure like ‘Wake Up Call’ featuring Mary J. Blige. If you liked the original version of M5’s It Won’t Be Soon Before Long then I definitely recommend you downloading/picking up the limited edition. I said it before and I’ll say it again: Maroon 5 is frickin’ gold platinum in my book! They are possibly just one of my favorite bands out there and I’m sure they well accumulate a conglomerate of brand new fans in the coming year, with their tour, and the release of this album especially.

The new material, no different from the old, covers all the stress and abyss that comes with relationships. The production is melodic and alternative – which I adore – the sound M5 is famous for. I love all of the newly added bonuses but my ultimate favourites would definitely have to be ‘Infatuation’, ‘Losing My Mind’ and ‘Story’.

Thank you Guawd! “Goodnight, Goodnight” will be the forth new single released from Maroon 5’s Platinum-selling album It Won’t Be Soon Before Long (A&M/Octone). I don’t know if anyone remembers, or have been visiting the site for that long, but I did an album review back in May of last year and was so inspired. I loved the whole album and “Goodnight, Goodnight” was without a doubt one of my favorite songs so I’m amped!

I was shaky on this kind of collaboration, which is like apples and oranges here, but surprisingly, it’s digestible. I love M5 and MJB, so hearing the best of both worlds through my headphones, was ultra sweetness. And you know what, what? I feel this is just perfect, believe it or not. I feel like the tempo is just right and everything just flows so perfectly.

Chris Brown » “This Christmas” » LISTEN » (Full) » Here Chris Brown can be heard doing his own rendition of Hathaway’s “This Christmas” for the film of the same title. I thought I should just go ‘head and post this, since it’s the full quality, and I’m in a cheerful mood, I guess. I don’t know why, but it never really feels like Christmas to me for some reason, I do like this song, though.

But now I’ll admit it’s starting to grow on me, subsequently. Besides it’s time that she fight back, so yeah, I’m all for “Piece of Me” now!

Ha ha! Man, I love Andy Samberg’s skits! If you don’t know who Andy is, he’s the same person who did “Dick in the Box” with Justin Timberlake. Here, with Maroon 5’s Adam Levine, he can be seen mocking Iran’s President, Mahmoud, who recently made the unjust statement: “there are NO homosexuals in Iran.”

Caught you, B-itch!!! I was definitely looking forward to a hard video, for a hard single like “Wake Up Call,” and that’s what I got! The video in itself is so cinematic and vivid with the plot, it reminds you of this little movie trailer, I think that was the whole theme of it. I liked the song but now, after seeing the video in full, I’m absolutely in love with the song! Five stars Adam ya’ll, LOL.

Best Maroon 5 album ever, trust me. Beyoncé » “In This World” » Download » (Full) » Two new bonus B’Day tracks you guys can take a listen to, out of the two, I like “In This World” a little more. “What’s Good With You” is just all wrong, I see why it wasn’t finalized and didn’t make the cut, it really doesn’t show much growth to me. But needless to say “In This World” I can get with! What song does this remind me of? I feel an ol’ school grove with this one, it’s a little short though, I can just picture two hopeless romances canoodling over the soft melody under a tree in Central Park or something. The lyrics are pretty meaningful as well, it gets a pass from me.

The sad part is this shit don’t get NO type of play and I’ve been to a lot of black blogs and NONE of them are even promoting this, which is even sadder.
