Omarosa is ready to rumble with LaToya Jackson in the courtroom. LaToya and Omarosa were both on the latest season of Donald Trump’s hit reality show “Celebrity Apprentice,” and as usual, Omarosa got to ruffling feathers. It’s honestly what she gets paid to do and LaToya fell right into Omarosa’s trap by getting into it with her.

In all fairness, LaToya held her ground one-on-one with Omarosa, but she might’ve gone a little bit too far when she made an off-the-cuff remark about Omarosa likely causing her late fiance Michael Clarke Duncan’s heart attack or saying that Omarosa probably pulled the plug on him.

Omarosa is a mean ol’ bitch, but there’s some shit you just do not say. Especially not when the death is still fresh. Duncan died passed away only last September.

Using LaToya’s momentary lapse of judgement to her advantage, Omarosa has decided to take the female version of Michael Jackson to court and sue her for slander, RadarOnline reports.

“La Toya Jackson’s statement on the March 17, 2013 episode of All-Star Celebrity Apprentice, that the Reverend Omarosa Manigault caused her fiancé Michael Clarke Duncan to die, is false, vicious and defamatory,” Omarosa’s attorney told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive statement Monday.

“Rev. Manigault has been heralded as a life saver for her actions on the evening that her fiancé suffered a life-ending heart attack. It is because of her bravery that Mr. Duncan — the love of Rev. Manigault’s life — was able to live for months beyond that tragic night. Mr. Duncan passed away from natural causes.

“Ms. Jackson made the statement immediately after having been “fired” off the show, and blames Rev. Manigault for her loss. It is repulsive and of the lowest level of class for Ms. Jackson, who showed herself to be a “sore loser” in making these disgusting statements in the wake of Rev. Manigault’s tragic loss.”

Omarosa’s attorney said that they are planning to take action after LaToya’s comments.

“As her counsel, we have been directed to pursue these defamatory statements to the fullest extent of the law with La Toya Jackson and any other participating publications or media outlets who repeat or repost these statements.”

Truth be told, LaToya probably would win her case, since she used the word “probably” and really spoke from a place of opinion rather than fact. It was pure speculation.

That being said, it was tacky and in poor taste. Omarosa is a sour pussycat and there are a thousand and one ways to skin her without touching on the raw nerve of her late fiance.

You can bet this lawsuit won’t go anywhere. It’s just more promo for “Celebrity Apprentice.” Besides, what the hell is Omarosa gonna sue LaToya for? That bitch is broke!
