Is Justin Timberlake Mr. Perfect? Because his comeback couldn’t have been pulled off more flawlessly. His new album, The 20/20 Experience is set to sell more than 500,000 copies in its first week, according to a report from Billboard. Damn, those are ADELE numbers.
After smashing the charts and expectations with his lead single “Suit & Tie,” which features Jay-Z, Justin is on to the next one with a cinematic interpretation of his ballad with a beat, “Mirrors.”
The video is dedicated to William and Sadie, Justin’s grandparents, and the first half of the video follows Justin’s grandparents in youth and in old age. They fall in love at the fair, fight, make up and dance together throughout the epic romance.
When the video transitions, it becomes the Justin show as he battle dances with his reflection and female dancers in white wigs. In the end though, he’s faced with a reflection a young version of his grandmother.
Hate it or love it, you can’t help but wonder: Is Justin Timberlake the new King of Pop?
