Macklemore and Ryan Lewis were the musical guests on this weekend’s edition of “Saturday Night Live.” The funky duo, joined by a pair of Seattle-based vocalists, performed their breakthrough hit single “Thrift Shop Swag” (with Wanz) and another one of their singles “Can’t Hold Us” (vocals by Ray Dalton) — both from their 2012 album ‘The Heist.’
