Congratulations to “X-Men” star James Marden and Brazilian model Rose Costa on the birth of their love child!
According to confirmed reports from People, Costa gave birth to the couple’s son, William Luca Costa-Marsden, on Friday, December 14th — a little over a week ago.
Earlier this summer, a report from the New York Post detailed how the 38-year-old actor and 24-year-old Ford model met in New York City last fall, and despite Costa’s two-year relationship with another actor, Chris Santos, she and Marsden — who had just divorced his wife of 11 years — started hooking up.
After a few short months, Costa was knocked up with Marsden’s love child. Costa and Marsden’s baby was the result of a one night stand, which Costa immediately confessed to Santos. “She confessed everything. She told him they hooked up one night, one time,” a source told The Post.
While this is Costa’s first child, this makes baby number three for Marsden, who is already a father to a 7-year-old daughter Mary James and an 11-year-old son named Jack Holden with his ex-wife Linde.
Reps for neither Marsden nor Costa have yet to respond to this story since it broke in June 2012.
