Golddigger Vanessa Bryant Says She’d Love Kobe Bryant No Matter What
Good grief. It’s hard out here for these basketball wives.
Now, Vanessa Bryant is forced to defend the sanctity of her union to NBA legend Kobe Bryant. You know, the marriage that she stayed in after Kobe bought her a big fat diamond ring to make up for the inconvenience he caused with those nasty rape allegations a few years back.
Adding fuel to the fire that Vanessa is only in her marriage to Kobe for money came a controversial quote from her recent interview with New York magazine:
I certainly would not want to be married to somebody that can’t win championships. If you’re sacrificing time away from my family and myself for the benefit of winning championships, then winning a championship should happen every single year.
Well, yeah, those do sound like the words of a wicked woman who’s nothing but a baller-chaser.
But Vanessa told TMZ that her words have been twisted and misconstrued, she really stands by her man.
Now, Vanessa tells TMZ … “I’m sad to hear that comments in my New York Magazine interview are being misconstrued and taken out of context. I have and will continue to support my husband’s dreams.”
Vanessa continues, “I have been with Kobe for 13 years. I accepted his marriage proposal PRIOR to him winning any of his 5 championships with his teammates.”
“For anyone to think otherwise is wrong. It is not about being married to a ‘winner’ it is about our sacrifice as a family.”
Girl, who you foolin’? In what context does “I certainly would not want to be married to somebody that can’t win championships” not sound like some golddigging, selfish drivel? In what context does this even sound redeemable?
Kobe, take notes, bruh.
Drake knew what he was talking about in “Stay Schemin.”
