Actress Keshia Knight Pulliam is denying rumors that she is the newest addition to the cast of the upcoming fifth season of “Real Housewives of Atlanta.”

On Tuesday (Jun 19), it was reported that the former “Cosby Show” child star would be joining the new season of hit Bravo reality series as a friend of RHOA castmate NeNe Leakes.

She’s randomly appeared on the show before, so while it did seem sort of highly unlikely, it wasn’t too far of a stretch.

But apparently it was all rumors and speculation, as Rudy Huxtable herself says that she won’t be a part of the next season of the hit Bravo reality series. She wrote on Twitter:

I am NOT joining the cast of RHOA this season… Next season or any season. I honestly don’t know where this rumor is coming from!! Pls RT

Hmm … If we didn’t know any better, it sounds like Keshia is almost embarrassed to be even associated with the show (notice the emphasis on NOT), yet Straight from the A says she was spotted filming scenes recently.

Guess we’ll just have to see what happens when Bravo announces the cast of the new season.
