Hmmm….I have YET to read an educated comment to this story. If someone mentions him being black, everyone says that person pulled the race card. I honestly don’t care WHAT color he was. I don’t care whether or not he was religious. What I DO care about is that he was stopped before he killed the man he was eating. Another act of mindless violence.. Be it drug induced violence or not, who cares? I am keeping the man who was attacked in my thoughts….I only hope he will be able to recover from this mentally.

So I guess if someone was eating your face, you would rather the police officer who responded just shout verbal warnings at your assailant, or maybe physically try and remove him in which he may have gotten bitten by this maniac, be he/she be black/white. I guess you would have just rathered that they ate your entire face and who knows what else, before they may be able to somehow stop the cannibal. He was a crazy, nasty excuse for a human being(if you can even call this waste of life, a human being after that display of vulgarity) and he deserved every bullet he got and even a few more for that matter, in fact, he very much deserved to suffer as his poor, now faceless victim, did.

Because there is a law in Miami stating that acts if eminent harm most be stopped and that includes killing the person causing the harm.

Section 13(a) of the Act defines imminent danger as “…..any conditions or practices in any place of employment which are such that a danger exists which could reasonably be expected to cause death or serious physical harm immediately or before the imminence of such danger can be eliminated through the enforcement procedures otherwise provided by this Act.”Requirements. The following conditions must be met before a hazard becomes an imminent danger:There must be a threat of death or serious physical harm. “Serious physical harm” means that a part of the body is damaged so severely that it cannot be used or cannot be used very well.

Why does the article mention that Eugene was a “believer in God” (I presume they meant Yahweh) as if to suggest that being a devoutly religious man would detract from the fact that he was a complete psycho?

Also, why does the article give the girlfriend the benefit of a doubt that voodoo practices may have attributed to the attack? Of course they didn’t! It’s all superstitious nonsense. This is kids’ stuff!

If you’re going to attribute something to some made-up bullshit I had better see evidence to support that claim.
