Beyonce Sparkles in a Black Dress in Her Second Post-Baby Appearance in New York City [PHOTOS]

Following her first post-baby appearance Monday night, new mom Beyonce has stepped out again for the second this week.

The R&B/Pop diva — dressed up in a sparkly black dress that accented her flawless post-baby body and a pair of Gucci heels — was all smiles when photogs spotted her out and about in New York City, where her rapper husband Jay-Z performed in concert at the prestigious Carnegie Hall for the second night in a row.

If you look at Beyonce’s left hand (your right) you will see that she’s wearing a blue bracelet and a blue ring on her index finger (by Lorraine Schwartz), and her nails are painted blue, all in honor of her and Jay-Z’s month-old daughter Blue Ivy.

    is beyonce baby for real i mean did someone else had the baby for her the talk is that jay-z cant make no baby and beyonce dont want to loose her figure but other stars that have babys dont go to the extreme to rent out the entire floor of the hospital to have which is surpose to be a baby and it is sad that this father who was not let in to see his new born baby cause beyonce and jay-z rented out the floor of the hospital it is sad how do they think there fans feel about this or do they care the truth will leaked out.
