Beyonce is one busy mommy-to-be!

The pregnant singer, who was rocking a “Love Potion No. 9″ sweater, black leggings and cheetah-print pumps, was spotted yet again in New York City Thursday (Oct 20) heading to her Midtown Manhattan office building.

This makes the fourth time we’ve seen Beyonce outside of her office in the past 7 days. Wonder what she’s up to?

Earlier this week, Beyonce’s mom Tina Knowles shared with US Magazine that the family already knows the gender of the baby, but wouldn’t tell. But she did have this to say:

“They are very, very happy and just glowing, and it’s great to see.”

Beyonce, who is due in February, recently released 2 new videos for the singles “Love on Top” and “Countdown” in support of her latest album “4.” It was confirmed today that the video for her next single “Party” will debut next Tuesday (Oct 25) on BET’s “106 & Park.”

Featuring appearances from her former Destiny’s Child band-mate Kelly Rowland, little sister Solange and newly featured guest artist J. Cole, the clip will be the 6th clip from Beyonce’s platinum-selling fourth studio album.
