A beaming Beyonce flashed her beautiful smile for the cameras last night (Wed. Sep 21) at the launch event for her new Pulse fragrance at Penthouse at Dream Downtown in New York City.

With all of these promotional appearances we’ve been seeing Beyonce make lately, it’s hard to believe that there’s a baby on board!
