Rihanna Sues Woman for Selling Her a Crappy House

After forking out $6.9 million on a mansion, you would expect a property of that calibre (and price tag!) to be in tip-top condition … but it seems that this is not the case for Rihanna!

The pop starlet filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court on Wednesday and is suing the former owner of her Beverly Hills mansion, and the real estate agent along with the property inspector, for allegedly lying about major property defects.

According to the docs, Rihanna’s home was hit by a “moderate rainstorm” in January 2010 … but because of the defects, water leaked into multiple rooms. ausing some serious damage.

Rihanna claims she got screwed — because “the actual value of the property at the time of purchase, taking into consideration the extensive construction defects … was millions of dollars less” than the price she paid for it.

SHE MIGHT EVEN BE ABLE TO GO AFTER HER BANK OR THEY MAY HELP HER IN THE LAW SUIT B/C THEY ALWAYS ORDER AN INSPECTION FOR A PROPERTY TO BE SURE IT APPRAISES FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE LOAN YOU WANT. WHETHER SHE CAN SUE THEM OR THEY HELP WILL DEPEND ON WHO HIRED THE INSPECTOR—HER OR THE BANK. GOOD LUCK GIRL BUT I WOULDN’T EXPECT ANY MONIES FOR A LONG WHILE………..JENNY JONES!!!
