Hip-Hop mogul 50 Cent is getting his philanthropic game on. The G-Unit general has recently partnered with New York based company Pure Growth Partners to launch an energy shot.

The beauty of the partnership is that every time a shot, named Street King, is purchased the proceeds will provide a meal for a child in need.

Founder and CEO of the company, Chris Clarke, said of the partnering,” 50 Cent and I share a common vision: to address the world’s problems through smart and sustainable business models. With the rampant starvation in Africa and hunger afflicting children worldwide, we need socially responsible businesses that affect real change now more than ever. And Street King can set the bar for future generations to come.”

Setting their goals high, both 50 and Clarke aim to feed 1 billion children during the next 5 years. “I’m inspired by Clarke’s vision and innovative approaches to tackling serious issues. It’s our mission with Street King to really change children’s lives around the world,” 50 said in a statement.

Street King is set to launch nationwide in September and will be available priced between $2.49 to $2.99. It will come in orange, grape and mango flavors.
