Casey Anthony’s lawyers want to fight Orange County Judge Strickland’s probation order that he issued on Monday, relating to her 2010 check fraud case.

Anthony’s attorneys filed an emergency motion Tuesday in an effort to overturn Strickland’s order that she must return to Orlando and go on supervised probation for one year.

Under the new ruling of Strickland, Casey is due to show up to probation by Wednesday.

According to her probation conditions, Anthony would be required to check in with her probation officer at least once a month, and she would not be allowed to leave Orange County, Florida without permission from the judge.

A Department of Corrections spokesperson has said that the arrangements for Casey to meet with probation officers are currently being hashed out by her lawyers.
