After splitting with girlfriend Kat Von D on Monday, the week looks to have turned around 180 degrees for Sandra Bullock’s ex-husband Jesse James.
According to People.com, the famed motorcycle lover was awarded fully custody of his 7-year-old daughter Sunny. The decision comes after a 7 year court battle with Sunny’s mother, Janine Lindemulder.
James’ attorney John Schilling told poeople that if Lindemulder chooses to relocate to Texas to be near Sunny, she’ll be required to admit herself to inpatient rehab. And if she stays in California, she’ll only get monitored visitation of her daughter.
Schilling said in a statement this week, “Jesse feels vindicated. This is what he’s been claiming all along, that Janine needs therapy.”
