Former “Hills” star Kristin Cavallari’s engagement to Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler has reportedly been called off.
“She got dumped. She’s absolutely devastated. She can’t believe this is happening. She was planning her dream wedding, the date was set, the location — everything was set. She’s in shock that the dream wedding she was planning is going to end this way,” a source told PEOPLE.
During a recent outing at the Beverly, an L.A. nightclub, an eyewitness spotted Cavallari with Nicky Hilton and Alessandra Ambrosio. “She was hanging out at a table with Nicky Hilton and Alessandra Ambrosio. She was telling friends how they called off the engagement,” they said.
E! News reports that the couple had been disagreeing over some issues recently, particularly how Cavallari would balance her career while living in Chicago with Cutler during the football season. “Jay got cold feet,” a source tells the website. “Kristin is stunned.”
No formal comment has been given by the couple’s reps yet.
