These “Jersey Shore” kids just can’t seem to catch a break lately. First Pauly D wa slapped with a $4 million lawsuit, then Vinny Guadagnino allegedly walked out of the house last week and now Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is facing a $1 million lawsuit after he too left the Seaside Heights beach house.

According to reports, Mike’s management company Gotham NYC Entertainment is saying that the reality star breached his contract with them when he fired them in May citing “lack of performance.”

Our friends over at PopEater are reporting:

Gotham says they have served as Sorrentino’s managers since ‘The Jersey Shore’ premiered on MTV in 2009 and have helped him take “his career from relative obscurity to become an international celebrity.”

Whew … all of this is getting to be a lot to take in. We just hope that they catch all of this drama on soon to be aired season 5!!
