Tracy Morgan Apologizes for Controversial Homophobic Rant

Tracy Morgan has apologized for his controversial homophobic rant during a recent comedy routine.

“I want to apologize to my fans and the gay & lesbian community for my choice of words at my recent stand-up act in Nashville. I’m not a hateful person and don’t condone any kind of violence against others. While I am an equal opportunity jokester, and my friends know what is in my heart, even in a comedy club this clearly went too far and was not funny in any context.” Morgan said in a statement.

Morgan’s outburst became viral when audience member Ken Rogers posted the following to his Facebook account after viewing the show.

“What I can’t take is when Mr. Morgan took it upon himself to mention about how he feels all this gay s–t was crazy and that women are a gift from God and that [Lady Gaga's] “Born this Way” is bulls–t, gay is a choice, and the reason he knows this is exactly because “God don’t make no mistakes” [...] He took time to visit the bulls–t of this bullying stuff and informed us that the gays needed to quit being p–sies and not be whining about something as insignificant as bullying. He mentioned that gay was something kids learn from the media and programming, and that bullied kids should just bust some a– and beat those other little f–kers that bully them, not whine about it.  He said if his son that was gay he better come home and talk to him like a man and not [he mimicked a gay, high pitched voice] or he would pull out a knife and stab that little N [*gga] to death. He mentioned that Barack Obama needed to man up and quit being all down with this just because he has a wife and two daughters.  All of this being followed by thunderous cheer and “You go Tracys”.  Tracy then said he didn’t f–king care if he pissed off some gays, because if they can take a f–king d–k up their ass… they can take a f–king joke.”

Tracy really has a way of pissing everyone off with his jokes. Maybe he should just keep them to himself for a while.

    I wonder how Tracy would feel if he did have a gay son one day, who was stabbed and beaten to death for being gay. No wait, how bout beating and stabbing Morgan for being a piece of crap that only thinks he is funny.

    From where Morgan experienced the “permission” for his rant is as important as the rant itself. That many others did not experience that same “permission” is equally important. What does he do next?

    The truth is, no traditional religions support homosexuality in it’s beliefs . It is only tolerated morally. Another truth is that although there are some that have been only attracted to the same sex their entire life, most of them explore being gay as a fad or as a result of repeated failed relationships and low self esteem and self images. I would like to assume that he was joking about stabbing his son if he were gay. But I do agree that gay individuals do not have to be viewed as weak. They can stand up to those that bully them just like anyone else.

    BLACKS ARE PARTICULARLY homophobic because it was in the interest of the slave Master to make sure the White preacher in the Black church did nothing to interfere with the production of slave babies. Blacks could have their own church but they had to have a White Preacher. “Da Masta would be proud of Mr. Morgan’s comments.” He is spouting off slavery day attitudes. Same sex does not make babies. That would cut into the slave master’s profits. Selling people was more profitable than growing cotton in some years. Money was the motivation for that interpretation of God’s word, as it usually is. Each of us should examine where our Beliefs come from. Follow the money. Blacks don’t need a White preacher in Black churches anymore to preach the slave Master’s creed. The Blacks are doing it themselves.

The 1957 Civil Rights Act, gave Blacks the Right to get Federal jobs and paychecks. Sad to say, Blacks are stingy when it comes to giving others their rights. Blacks have been indoctrinated four hundred years in Black churches by White Preachers. It will take some time to undo the work of the Slave Masters Creed.

    Jesus Christ our Savior and Lord lived under the Homosexual Roman Army His whole life. They occupied Israel. Caesar was gay and so was his Army. They ruled the world a thousand years. The Holy Roman Catholic church followed the Homosexual Roman Army to the far corners of the earth.

    When Jesus said, “Give to Caesar what is Caesar’s and to God what is God’s.” He had to know, it could be interpreted and was, as being Pro Gay. Everyone knew the Romans were Gay. They built Gay Baths in every country they conquered. That statement could be why Jesus was killed on the cross by ultra conservative right wing extremists. That is a little Black history and Roman history seldom taught in school books. We are all trying to do God’s Will. Pray to know it.
