Steve Harvey Releases Legal Documents Proving that His Ex Wife Mary is a LIAR!

Steve Harvey is innocent! At the that’s what his official divorce documents say.

Yesterday, the Honorable Judge Dry of the District Court in Collin County, Texas approved the release of the legal and binding documents proving that the allegations made against Steve by his ex wife Mary Harvey were completely and utterly false!

Take a look at what the documents reveal (via Steve’s publicist) below:

(1) Mary Harvey was not left broke or destitute by Mr. Harvey after their divorce in 2005. She was paid $40,000/month until March 2009 and then paid a lump sum of $1.5 million.

(2) Mary Harvey was not left homeless after her divorce from Mr. Harvey in 2005. She was awarded three (3) homes in their property settlement.

(3) Mr. Harvey is the primary custodian of their 13 year old son, whom Mary Harvey willingly put on an airplane to his father. Mary Harvey sent him to his father without Mr. Harvey’s knowledge.

(4) The 2005 divorce of Steve and Mary Harvey was granted on the grounds of irreconcilable differences and his current wife was not named in the original divorce proceeding nor was she the cause of the marital break-up.

So we guess that proves it. Mary Harvey pretty much lied her behind off in those series of YouTube videos she released last month. SMH…

    Steve you need to do right by your Ex ~ Wife, Mary. These are “NOT” legal documents!!! It looks like you and your publicist threw some “crap” together to try and discredit Mary. Well, it’s “NOT” working!!! Mary need to find herself a good attorney and file a “lawsuit” against you and Majorie. There is no method to your madness!!!

    Actually those ARE court documents, I work for a law firm & have taken many documents like these to be filed with the clerk in the court. Back off & let these folks get on with their lives, NEVER have I seen so many judgemental people. When did any of you “Jackwagons” become perfect, last time I checked that was GOD.

    Oh please! This isn’t even the entire document. Can you say cut and paste? Why not put everything including the original divorce decree out. If Steve were the man he professes to be, he would not continue suing his ex-wife It makes him look guilty and unremorseful. Steve will lose a lot of fans but some will still follow him. I can only say that karma is a b$%^!. It’s already started with Steve not getting a talk show on OWN. You can always go to BET with Monique. I’m also sure Oprah does not appreciate her name being brought into this.

    I found the original divorce settlement summary from 2005 on the link below.. She wasn’t lying about the settlement. She didn’t get anything until she sued him in 2007. That document him and his lawyer presented was just an order to cease and desist. Again trying to protect his image.
