All charges against rapper Gucci Mane have been dropped by prosecutors after his arrest Tuesday (Nov 2) for driving on the wrong side of the road.
As we previously reported, Gucci was originally charged with running a red light or stop sign, damage to government property, no license, obstruction, no proof of insurance and other charges along with driving on the wrong side of the road. But for now, a judge has thrown out all of the charges for “want of prosecution”…..but also stated that they could be reinstated later.
Let’s see how long it takes before something like this happens ALL over again. It’s only a matter of time, SMH…
