Jennifer Lopez close to Finalizing Deal with American Idol!

Singer/actress Jennifer Lopez is said to be “this close” (**pinches fingers together tightly**) to finalizing a legitimate deal with “American Idol!”

Sources close to the deal tell TMZ that despite the rampant rumors, “there has been no drama and no diva demands” and everything has been “typical negotiating.” If everything goes according to plan, J.Lo could have her name signed on a dotted line as early as next week.

Idol executives feel as though Jennifer and the new panel of judges, which according to recent rumors also includes Aerosmith lead singer Steven Tyler, will bring some much needed life into the otherwise dying show.

Start digging the grave for AI. J-LO as judge is moronic. The bit*hy diva can’t sing, can’t act, in other words 110% a no talent, and she is going to be judging other people’s singing? Her music label dumped her because she wasn’t selling her CD’s and it’s movie flop after movie flop because the general public finally woke up and realized she has no talent. From reading other forums, it’s obvious a lot of people don’t want her as judge, yet the producers sign her on anyway. Some kind of politics are going on here. It’s obvious that they want to grab more of the Latino audience, I think they are the only ones left who like her. I guess the spoiled rotten diva got what she wanted. $20 Mil to sit her fat a** down and pretend that she knows what she’s talking about, a compound dressing room and 12 makeup and hair stylists. Her career is going down the toilet and she figures being a judge on AI will result in a comeback. Have news for you J-LO, you can’t revive a “no talent career.” This is one person who will definitely not be watching AI this season. Very disappointed in the J-LO choice.
