Now we’ve seen a lot of street-peddlers in our days…but never one like this! Some random guy was spotted standing on the side of the street with a “I Need Weed Spare $1 sign” (where they do that at??)….and even has a nice poem to go along with it. Guess he really needed to get his high (LOL)
