In his hit single “Empire State of Mind,” New York City native Jay-Z raps: “Catch me at the X with OG at a Yankee game / Sh*t, I made the Yankee hat more famous than a Yankee can” noting his ongoing devotion to his home team, the New York Yankees.

And now he can prove that with a new partnership with the team to produce a limited edition set of Jay-Z endorsed Yankee memorabilia, including T-Shirts, sweatshirts, fitted caps and more to go along with he and Eminem‘s performances at Yankee stadium next month.

The items (branded with an official Jay-Z logo) went on sale yesterday (Mon. Aug 30) and will be up for grabs up until September 14th.

Jay-Z and Eminem are scheduled to perform at NYC’s Yankee Stadium on the 13th and 14th of September, and on September 3rd and 4th at Detroit’s Comerica Park as a part of a four-night concert event produced by Live Nation.
