She may have been a part of a group later to be known as the highest selling female group of all time….but when Kelly Rowland was 17 years old, she enjoyed “Clueless” and tried her best to live a normal teenage life, despite being thrown into the spotlight as one fourth of Destiny’s Child.
On a recent episode of MTV’s “When I Was 17,” Kelly and a couple of her longtime friends, former DC bandmate LeToya Luckett and Beyonce‘s assistant/cousin Angie Beyince, re-called a few funny stories of when she was 17 years old, including her horrible driving skills among other things. Homegirl says she wrecked not just 1 or 2, but THREE cars before she “finally got the driving thing down,” she says.
