Rachelle Lefevre to Play Hippie Doctor in New TV Show

Actress Rachelle Lefevre may have been recently fired from the “Twilight” movie franchise, but luckily for her a new gig is on the horizon! Lefevre has reportedly signed on to star in a new TV series created by the same people behind the hit ABC medical drama “Grey’s Anatomy.”

The actress who once played a vampire villain named Victoria in the first two Twilight films is set to play a “hippie doctor” in Shonda Rimes‘ new TV show “Off the Map.” And this isn’t Lefevre’s first small screen role either, as she’s had guest roles in popular shows like “CSI” and “Boston Legal.”

“Off the Map” will also feature Meryl Streep’s daughter Mamie Gummer and actor Martin Henderson.

Rachelle is a promising Hollywood star with a lot of talent and potential, and she deserves to be recognized for her talent. Being fired from the “Twilight” saga was unfair and uncalled for!

rachelle should not have been let go because only she could play victoria. bryce was good but did not look the part-too much curly hair, too big of eyes, too babyish looking where rachelle had THE LOOK . good luck rachelle you deserve this show!!!

Ok so someone needs to do some research, Rachelle was NOT fired from Twilight, her schedule conflicted with Eclipse’s so she wasn’t able to do it. These rumors are uncalled for. I agree that something should have been done so that she could have done it but that is not up to us. Good luck with the new show!
